I have given by phone for repairing which is under warranty on 19th Dec 15 and at the time of handing over phone to service station it was told to me that they will repair and return in 3 weeks now almost 3 weeks are gone and they are telling they still need 15 days more whats worst they dont have even status of the phone

I have given My micromax Canvas Knight A350 mobile for service to micromax service center (Sri Sai Telecommunication # 9, 494 / 11, UP Royal, 2nd Main, 4th Cross, Sampige Road, Malleswaram, Bangalore - 560003 Phone No. :[protected] on[protected] and now its almost 30 days still the micromax service center people are telling itz in process and it will take another 15 days by talking like rubbish and they are not updating the status also.

I Have Purcher A New Phone But That Phone Have Some Proble So I Give It To The Service Center But They Not Responding Properly Sence 4 Months They Are Not Solve My Problem So Please Do Something For Me.

I have purchased Micromax mobile in 3 months back in Triplicane Poorvika. Now mobile display was prblm. So I have to go in Poorvika Mobile show room. He was told u go to Micromax service centre and take bill they only repair the mobile. Im go to Eggmore Micromax Service Centre. They taken the mobile and told wait for 1 week. 1 month going but they not repair that mobile. I ask why sir ... Wat u tell sir ... They told we are not having that display. Pls taken ur mobile. I purchased a YU brand phone online from Amazon india website. After 4 months some part of phone screen not working. I called to Customer Support, They suggest me to submit this phone to nearest service centre. As per their suggestion i submitted my phone on 09-Nv-2015 at Haldwani (Uttrakhand) service centre. (Micromax is the authorized service centre for YU) Its 2 month passed (Approx) But phone is not get in my hand. 1.When i calling to Micromax customer care centre then they saying it will take 2-3 days more to reach on your hand. 2. When i am calling to Local service centre they saying we not received your phone till yet. 3. When i am calling to YU support then they are saying on 19-Nov-2015 my phone is repaired at submitted to service centre also. Now i am getting confuse & disappoint with these fake supports. I had submitted my micromax canvas tab to Bhagwati mobile centre(service center) for repair as the back cover was broken on 12/10/15 and i was assured that it will be reapired and returned in max 45 days, it more than 03 months and there is no update on the reapir everytime i visit service center I am told thaat it still pending from company. I gave my phone to service care 5 months back in m/s sivam telecom care, siwan (bihar).But still i didn't get my phone back, keeping the phone in service centre only they took my phone warranty period.And when i asked them to return back, they are saying that they won't give and do what the hell you can do.I don't why they handover srvice care centre to such an irresponsible person.

I have purchase micromax xpress 2 in august 2015 just in 3 month display had a color issue, i have given my phone to M/s ABACUS SYSTEMS your care center in Mani majra Chandigarh on 15/12/2015 for display color issue he told you can take your phone after 10 day but when i call after 10 days the care center person said wait for more 15 days i ask that how would i manage without phone for more 15 days Secondly please give me my phone and when you get the display please call me, care center person told me call to customer care number or mail to micro max mail id, Till date i dont know my phone status, just in 3 months from buying date color problem in display that means that the company are selling faulty products to your customers, please tell me what is my fault and please do the needful

My complaint is micromax Mobile service centres are not provide good service. they all are very bad service and poor technicians no knowledge in mobiles. Mobile not working at to now 3 time of service my mobile but they are not giving good service iam facing lot problems for mobile. my mobile issue is not solved, Now I am tired to call customer support and visit service center.. Hence i request you to please ban all micromax products in india. When i go to service center they are said simply your is not service we are not properly repaired your mobile go and repair other service or not give money. 2 Time they are said give some time. 3 time go same purpose they are said if you want we sent your mobile Micromax company you come receive after 3 months (:- what is it ? think ). So I Request you to please ban all micromax Products they use old used, cheap and second hand scraped material parts in all products. I have purchased 1 micromax canvas cameo model A for 11 k rs 1 year back since its purchase i have been facing troubles and most of time it keep lying at service center and during last 2 months it is with the service center and keep on extending days should i file a FIR against them as they are not returning my headset as they are not responding properly and keep on delaying..this is worst mistake of my life to purchase micromax handset..kindly suggest me for this. We have given our fun book to the service center and dey have not given it back to us since 2years... Now we ll fill a complaint against it if we didn't get it back... Dat was a small charging problem nd dey have taken 2 to 3 years still not given...very enoyed nd frustrated

I bought x254 mobile from snapdeal on 28 July 2015.It stopped working in one month. Keypad not working and microphone problem . I went to service center and they kept it there on 16 September. I went there many times. Today, 30 December 2015 I got my mobile back. They told the problem is solved. When I checked only switch on button is working. The person I contacted in service centre is miss samprada. Pls let me know how can I get my mobile repaired...or replaced. It is in warranty period. I have put complaint on the micromax site three times. Once they called me and told me that they cannot hear me.. After that I didn't get any response from them. I have went to ballabgarh service center two time but they refused to repair my hand set.they said this mobile can be reapir by on line . for they have given me customer care no but as i called on this no. its going not reachable mode .please help in this way.
