    I have handed over the mobile to the center for the Charging Issues. They have taken the order and gave the jobsheet for reference. When I want to know the status of the mobile after an week, I called the center. All the lines are found switched Off randomly. I keep on tried to contact, the person over there attended and told irresponsible answers. I have visited the center on Jan 6 initially, then Jan 11th, 18th. All the days, Center Staffs haven't took responsible to answer for the Issue. They treat the customers very cheaply without giving respect in a Bad manner which is not acceptable. Mind it you are charging cost for the service, for which we are expecting Quality Service from you. They are not ready to give proper answers for the issues instead they reply with same answer 1000times. Coming to the issue, I haven't received any update for the same. Its almost One month, when i can expect the product after issue. As I am working, How it is possible to visit the service centers often for hearing the Stupid stuffs from your peoples to know about the Issue status. We didnt expect this kind of Service from Micromax. How can we trust/recommend Micromax Products hereafter.

      We had submitted our set in 22nd Dec-2015 to M/s The Mobile Care (Delhi) against jobsheet no. N[protected]. Time given by his employee 15 days. We go for pickup the our set after 15 days. Then again tell me that your set go for replacement and take time 10 days. but 28 days ha been gone. When I ask for set in his cutomer care and The mobile care. both are tell wait 15 days.

          About four moths ago i had a problem in my micromax knight a350 which is under warranty . i went to the service centre and they accepted it and toldl me to come after when they call me. After two months they called me and return the phone but it was having the same problem then i went again to the care centre of patiala punjab and they told me to give them and they will check it again but since then i have not received my phone and they are telling me again and again that come after 15 days so and so. now it has been frustrating for me after so many months they are not able to return my phone. i want my money back as i felt cheated.this is complaint about micromax.               I had purchased Micro max canvas nitro on 14.1.2015 from Anmol watches &electronics (P) ltd sec.22 Chandigarh wide bill no. AW-40243.IMEI/ESN no.[protected]/[protected]. From first month of purchase the touch of my mobile phone stopped working . When I went to the service center in sec.20 Chandigarh they changed the touch of mobile in Feb.2015. After few month the same problem create. when I went to the micro max service center situated in sec. 41 in the month of july aug. they again changed the touch of phone. Sir again in the month of Nov. Dec. When the same problem created I again went to the service center in sec.20 Chandigarh and requested them to repair the phone. The service center changed the touch in the month of Dec.2015. Now in Jan 2016 the phone again created problem. When I went to the service center in Jan.02/01/2016 . They kept the phone with them and till date 18/01/2016 the phone was with them. So I request you to please resolve the issue and provide support as per my expectation . You are requested to REFUND the payment. Please reply with in two days . Otherwise I have no other option left to file a consumer court. Waiting for your fruitful reply.                     Dear Sir/Madam, I hope that Micromax is a reputed, responsible and renowned company and customer satisfaction is a prime concern for the company. Micromax mobile A311 was purchased on 26.04.2015 and was under repair till then for various reasons. Please note that the mobile is under warranty, at present. The faulty mobile, along with battery was deposited to Micromax service station at Aundh, Pune on 04.11.2015 for onward transmission to the company. The reference number is W[protected] for easy traceability of the case, please. Following efforts are made to get the mobile back:- 1. Phone call is given to service center at Aundh on[protected], every week either on saturday or sunday. 2. On insistence of service center, Phone call was given to toll free number [protected] (Hope that record exists with the company). 3. Final phone call given to service center at Pune on 13.01.2016 (70 days or more than 2 months, after depositing the faulty mobile with service center). On 13.01.2016, the service center at Pune asked me to write an e-mail to the company for replacement of mobile, as the delay is exorbitant. The extra-ordinary delay proves fault with the mobile piece supplied to me. I wrote an e-mail. As, the company failed to repair the mobile within specified time of 60 days (74 days now), it proves that mobile has manufacturing defects. As customer is without the mobile, even after paying price for the purchase, it is responsibility of company to replace the mobile, immediately, and pay the damarage, if any. The toll free number ([protected]) was contacted on 14.01.2016, in this regard, but no cognizance of the mentioned e-mail is taken by the representative. A follow-up phone call from the company was expected, which has not been received till beginning of this mail. It is highly irresponsible act on part of a reputed company like micromax to disown their product and customer, in the highly unprofessional way.                           Dear Sir /Madam, I bought the MT 500 micromax from Manchanda Telcom on 19/02/2015.But unfortunately within first month facing calling problems.then i went to shopkeeper and they did refresh many times.After some day same problem occur.Day by day it's becoming more worse than before. Then i went to your service center at jagat puri on 01/07/2015 (they repaired) after that i went to your service center at laxmi nagar on 01/09/2015(they repaired) last time recently i went to same service center at laxmi nagar on 25.09.2015.and they replied that it will not repair you should concern with company.and they will replace it. After complaining they provide us the same moblie on 13/01/2016.But the problem remain same as before.Now i want to get new phone.                             I had purchased canvas knight A290 and it not have been a year since purchase and my phone has occured numerous problems, had already been sent to service centre within 4 months due to not charging and again after 6 months its speakers are not working unable to attend a call also not charging again need to sent it to service centre which is causing me a lot of problem and had become a nuisance!! Please replace my phone.

                              I had my mobile(nitro A311) on wednessday (13/01/2016) to the autherised service centre in Trivandrum. (Address: TC 2/2442(9), 3rd Floor, Menathottam Chambers, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala 695004). They told they will call back in next day.but nobody had called. and called for long time and receives the call, once in 10-15 calls. and says will contact back... I dont knw what happen to my mobile and when will i get back... IS THIS THE RESPONSE FROM THE AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE, IM NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE, Kindly get my problem as early as possible.. My refernce no is: 21318362

This type of service they give to the customers. And also your service centre can't talk properly and my screen guard also lost in your service centre. 11times I can submit it I can see that in 5times the hand is replaced. What you are doing at the service centre tell me really you give me worst service and worst product. And I can says to my friends and relatives that never buy any product of Micromax. Very very bad experience about your service. I am telling that this company is worst I request you that no products buy from this company that there products are worst there services are worst. Please forward it because I didn't want any other one is suffering from this problem. OK! So please forward it.

                                        My micromax mobile giving following problems since I bought it: 1. Performance is very poor 2. Memory card is not supporting 3. Slow down so I have to do "restart" every time. 4. Got hanged many times in a day.
