Mobile dead only after 2 months purchase. problem start only after 20 days purchasing . tell me what kind of product u r make. give me suggested solution.

I lodged a complaint on 12 nov 2015 exactly 2 months are passed now. but he is not response from our company sides. i called our customer care tollfree no 3 times and mailed two times.. never except this type of service support from micromax ...

I have purchased Micromax A315 Canvas 4 Plus white gold Imei [protected]
wide invoice no.13059 dt. 4th, may 2015. initially their was problem of low volume and video stoppage, but gradually problem kept multiplying as unnecessary apps kept on loading to block the memory space. resulting in mobile to get hanged. I tried to reformat it twice but to no avail. As i stay at pune city an don't have service station of Micromax nearby. hence facing problem. kindly help.

I bought canvas spark previous year. and now the phone is having some probem
i talk to care of company and they said t will take 1 month and will be sent to higher center
now after one and half month i recieved the phone and after days now it is again showing problem and when i contacted care they are saying it will not be solved
what will i do?

Sir i bought micromax Canvas A315 3months ago .my complaint is mobile hanged itself when internet is on.even any app hanged if internet is open.what is that problem plzz solute my problem .i have no bill its gone .what should i do now.

Dear sir i have ordered micromax phone but i received power bank. they have send through postal service kavugumprayar 689543. item send from VRS Tech solution new delhi recived micromax call from [protected] number and the custoner care number given is [protected] i have informed them. 2 days over nobody answering the call. i paid Rs. 3500.00. please help me to get back my money

Sir, maine apna smartphone repair hone ke liye[protected] ko faizabad service centre per diya tha jo warranty period me tha. but wo abhi tak[protected] tak nahi mila hai. Approx 5 months hone ko hai. I am Shashank kumar from Khagariya distric Bihar. I have brought micromax canvas5 e481 from micromax exclusive store, Fraser road New Dakbangsalow, Patna, Bihar, on 8December 2015 . After some days when i tried to change sim card and then when i switched on my handset i shoked because my handset was locked. i dont about it how its happened. My handset ask me for Privacy protection password but really i dont know what is password. My handset is in warranty period so i visited micromax care but their workers told me that there is no service regarding this handset. Then i called micromax customer care many times and they told me that your complain has received and you will have call back within 24 hours but they didn't call me back. This problem have been approx 10 days. I worry because i am a student and i brought handset in Rs 11500 it is very costly for me and my middle class famiy because my father is a school teacher and he has very few income and he is not able to buy another handset for me. So i kindly request that please give me a solution regarding this. I have tired to call in micromax customer care. they are not giving me any responses so, i had only choice to complain in consumer forum so please i request that do something about this. Thank you

I purchased mi.canvas E-481 online on 20/11/2015. It created lots of problem. it can;t move one page to another (hang).I had deposited it to service centre they gave me 30 to 35 days for repairing.then I email. a complaint to you. Officer told me to collect the handset, I did it now the question is what shall I do?

I have purchased Micromax tablet in April 2015, after 3 month problem started with WIFI & BLUETOOTH, Charging. I have visited Micromax Service Center in Green Land, Begumpet, Hyderabad. (Here is Job Sheet No: S[protected]). on 23th Nov 2015 and after few weeks on 29th Dec 2015 they called and informed to collected my tablet, when I reach there they handovered P310 which I deny to accept it so they told they will send it back.

From 29th Nov to till date I have called them couple of time and visited in person, every time they used to same answer they have to send email for approve. I am not sure did they sent any email for approval or not.

Final I have requested to return my tablet so that I can get it repaired outside. But they are not listening me.

Please let me in this. What to do

1.More heating observed while using any App or call or camera or browsing
2.Second time replaced mobile, but fraud is, first they gave new one.But second time replace is my old one.
3.Still now heating issue not correced

HI My name is Satish. I purcahsed new mob in KRURAM, Bangalore in the last months excatly 30 days before. But its not working from last 3 days. I just now went to Service center near richmond circle, they treated like a ****. They wr least bothered to answer my questions.Its really very bad and finally they said it can not be serviced here and can not provide mob also .. they directly told this. I Purchased Micromax E481 on 12 Dec 2015. I have a prblem from 15th Jan 2016. Now its waste of 12200rs for me just for one month.. Its really BS mobile brand and service also.

I am L.A.Swamy purchased micromax spark Q380 on[protected], with in 3 months the mobile has been crashed not working properly, that's why i gave my mobile for micromax service center name"ss solutions, 2-26-17, srinagar kakinada on the date[protected], but till now they haven't submit my mobile, especially the service en devours are not receiving properly, and they are not receiving my calls .. they are not behaving properly, , , I purchase my mobile for using not keeping in any service centres.. please lodge my complaint and make my issue as a primary... and do the needful best.. I purchased the lt666 model on july 31 2015. But the audiojack had problem. Regarding this i called customer care in november. They suggested to pay 1000 through payu money site so that they will replace new piece. I did the same and also submitted my old one at their service center in guntur in december first week. Since then no reply from their side. Whenever i called the customer care number after about 30 minutes wait they will tell within one week we will finish this. The same answer i got almost 5-6 times till today but nothing was done. So i want to file a complaint to do justice for me.

I give my mobile to nikhil enterprises micromax care jhajjar on the date of 01/09/2015 BT on till date care not return my mobile. Nikhil enterprises always close care always

I submitted my mobile in one of the Micromax care centre on 30 th October 2015 for touch problem after 45 days my mobile was not repaired so they given a replaced(not new mobile). With in 1 week the replaced mobile also same problem. so i am again submitted in care centre on 17 th December 2015 till now i didn't get my mobile, when i called those centre they saying maximum of 7 days, and different types of status like mobile already dispatched, no action taken, technical team not available, call back tomorrow like that only. they are not giving proper status and response.
