Dear Team, My self sharad dilip nanaware i live at panvel.my micromax mobile not working since two thre months i submeet my mobile for repairing at panvel customer care of micromax mobile on 14/11/2015 with worksheet number.WO[protected] almost two months gone still not received my mobile. in december i received continuous SMS from micromax mobile pls collect your mobile from customer care but that people not giving my mobile. now from last three week they are saying 2 din baad aa jao, 3 din baad aa jao. today also my wife went to collect and they are saying mobile not repaire yet. Please i am so irrted of this service.

Hi Team, I have purchased micromaxp480 tablet on November 1 2015 and since then the tab has not been working at all.On the first day itself I notice that battery was running down in couple of hrs and it was not able to connect to Wifi.I took out time after a week to go to service center at basheerbagh, next to shanbagh hotel.they inform its 8 day that i bought the tablet so it cannot be replaced however will repair it and they kept the tablet for almost 20 days and when I got the tablet back, I found the batery and wifi conectivity problem seems to be OK, however after I got the memory card and inserted, its not able to take the storage of any APP or anythng on the tablet and now the screen is not coming up after I push the power button, how hard i try it doesn't work, screen is not damaged from out, something wrong from inside.I am working women, hardly have time for all this to go to service center this is the reason i bought new tablet rather than going for used one.now I am tired as the tablet never worked for me in this two months and the service center at basheerbagh provide the worst service.they took away from memory card and also screen guard and they damaged the tablet from outside, however informed them while giving for repair that the tablet is brand new informed its not damaged from outside.Now I want the refund back for this tablet. the first complaint number-s[protected].

I have purchased micromax mobile phone at date 1-1-2015 which had some technical problems at 3/11/2015 for the solution i gave that to service center but till now my mobile phone is not returned me in any condition.i visited sevrel time to service center but they are not giving me any satisfactory answer. so this request, please take this attentively and try to shout out this.

My handset micromax canvas knight 2 has a problem of logo hang. I'am unable to get a solution to this from the company and its service centers. i would need a replacement of a new handset as my handset is in warranty period

I hv complaint . I purchased a canvas AQ4501 on 8 aug 2015 from Lokplus, daulat ganj Gwalior. I m facing problem in camera speaker and mobile hanging .I m unable to capture, download and upload picture. I went to Mobile plaza four times . They updated software 2 times but still camera problem not short out. Then I again went to showroom Lokplus . They told there is software problem still. And I hv to get updated it again . They recommended another service center of micromax Ahuja Mobile. They again updated software. But still I m facing problem in camera. Camera is not working. Mobile is also hanging. I am very much disappointed to purchase this micromax mobile. No one has time to waste and go again and again to the service centers and show room.. Now I really dont know what I should do. Plz take correct action regarding it.. so that I could enjoy services of micromax..

Dear Sir /Madam, I bought the MT 500 micromax from Manchanda Telcom on 19/02/2015.But unfortunately within first month facing calling problems.then i went to shopkeeper and they did refresh many times.After some day same problem occur.Day by day it's becoming more worse than before. Then i went to your service center at jagat puri on 01/07/2015 (they repaired) after that i went to your service center at laxmi nagar on 01/09/2015(they repaired) last time recently i went to same service center at laxmi nagar on 25.09.2015.and they replied that it will not repair you should concern with company.and they will replace it. My Job sheet no: S[protected] I given my mobile to change display on dec 5th 2015 still 1 month completed still my mobile is in service center. their said stock is not available and getting delay from company. like that their are saying after all to change display its takes 1 month but their are saying still it will take 15 days for manufacture also it will not take that much of time. So i tried requested for company their response is it will take time.

I purchase this mobile at may 2015 and software problem coming to this mobile and i have warrentyy also i gave at hyd service centre there are not priovide my mobile as long as three months over so pls provide my mobile they are telling it is at delihi company

Dear Sir, I have submitted a my phone (canvas nitro A310) in Dumdum road Service Centre, Kolkata on 15-09-15 against the job sheet no. E[protected]. Today almost 4 Months over but still I didnt get my phone back. When I contacted service centre they replied that the phone is sent to Delhi office for repairing & will take almost 1 month for repairing. When I again contacted after 1 Month they replied the phone is still in Delhi office & still under repairing process. On 1st week of December I contacted again on service centre & they replied the same. also gave me Delhi customer care number and told me to ask about the phone. As per their instruction I contacted Delhi service centre & they gave me a complaint no. MMX[protected] & also told me that within 15 days you will get your phone in repaired condition. But after 15 days when I didnt get my phone I contacted service centre and they replied that my phone is still in Delhi office under repair condition. On the same time I again contact Delhi service centre and again they gave me the same reply as earlier & also gave me a complaint no. MMX[protected]. Today i.e. 05-01-16 almost 4 months over but still didnt got my phone. So I am requesting you to please help me to get my phone back. If its not possible to repair the then I am ready to take some other model but I need that phone urgently.

I have lost my phone on 2 nd January 2016 evening. pls update about this Theft of my device Model Micromax canvas XL. IMEI no is [protected].

Sir/madam I had submitted my mobile micromax unit A092 on 20/10/2015. And company had giving me one month time bt now 2 month and 15 days have passed bt I dont get my mobile. When ever called to micromax service center they always say to me that you have to wait 12-15 days. So I request you please help me to get my mobile as soon as possible... ... Thanking you. With reference to the job sheet no-n[protected] dated[protected], mobile submitted to m/s trisha enterprises bhopal, that i have submitted my recently purchased micromax canvas gold hand set for no display, where i was told to get it after 40-45 days. now it has been almost 69 days gone but nither the above said centre nor the customer care is responding.

being indian i have purcased the make indian product, but services of the company is very poor. after sale services can hike the sale & poor response can damage the image & reputation of the company. media is so strong to viral any review.

since my hand set is in warranty now the company should replace my hand set with the new one.

i hope my this complaint will give response & the populaity, image & name of the make indian "micromax" shall be shine by upgrading its after sale services & proper response to the consumer.

I brought Micromax A24 model mobile through through on Amazon website in 3rd June 2015. I faced problem in that mobile on 20.10.2015. The problem was, displayed "No Network service". I approached authorized service center Allied Electronics, Salem on 24/10/2015. They received the mobile and gave the job card (Job Card No 10/223 dt 24/10/2015). Then I contact through phone and in personally so many time. But They could not say clearly about my mobile. They treat the customer very poor. Allied Electronics give very worst service. This activity create bad name about micromax. It is create, micromax not give the service and no suggest to buy the micromax. Kindly inform to me when will I got my mobile and status of my job card.

I am so annoyed with the service of micro max that, i deposited my phone on 22/11/2015 with a problem - "touch auto working" with a Jobsheet no:- N[protected] and the model no. is Micro max GOLD A300 and my phone is transferred to MICRO MAX COMPANY CENTER and whenever i call Micromax Care, the only response i get is we have no idea what the problem is but your phone is with the repair team and would take 30 days to get it repaired. Now in total 30 days are over and still the response given is it would take 15 days more to get you phone repaired" and that is so WOW and that is what is MICRO MAX AFTER SALE SERVICE QUICK AND SATISFYING . now in total 45 days have crossed and still they say that touch problem is fine now your phone has battery problem so we will require some more time i called Micromax care 4 times and even got complaint no.s MMX[protected], and above all according to CCE my phone is with PRIORITY TEAM. multiple mails i have send but received no response in return This kind of service with a new phone is "GREAT"

Sir/Madam, I'm facing very trouble from Micromax service center. I have submitted my mobile phone Android One(AQ4501) IMEI NO- [protected]/[protected] With Complaint ID- N[protected] in service center on 5 November 2015, They said the main-board of the mobile will be changed so it will take 45 days to repair. I want to know does a phone repairing needs 45 days?? Leave it. After 45 days when I asked about my phone so they told me to come after one week, After 1 week when I again asked for my Phone and now they are saying I will get my mobile after 15 days. They are delaying date every time Its almost 2 months I have no mobile with me this is because of careless service of Micromax. Please help me. Thanks.

Respected Sir, I had purchase a new Micro max CANVAS A300 mobile. The mobile is in warranty condition and some problem occurs.I submit the phone to authorized service centre in haridwar on 16/11/2015 and from last 50 days i m regularly following them but no response from that side regarding the same. i also call to micromax customer care on [protected], but there is no response from their end also, and whenever i call to micromax customer care they put my call on hold for 10-15 minute and due to non respond i forced to cut the call. i have spend lots of money on following up for my mobile. i also mail to [protected]@micromaxinfo.com but their is no response is received sir i m very disappointed from this please give me the solution what i have to do. Dear Sir/Madam, Please find enclosed details of mobile given for repair since last 25 days i was visited three times but till date they have not given delivery of repair mobile Every time they said within 2 to 4 days they will provide us.Just i wont to know is it working culture of micro max So requested to do the needful earliest. I have given my micromax canvas a1 phone for replacement of loudspeaker in the micromax service center (mobile dot com, sriram tower, hazratganj lucknow) on 08/12/2015 (within warranty). They have called me for delivery after 10 days. After 10 days when i went to the service center for the delivery of my phone they again told me to come after 5 days.When i again went after 5 days they again told me to come after a week.In the meantime i called on the numbers given by them but they did not receive my call at all.So i had left with no other option than to go to them(the so called service center) again.When i went their for 4th time they shameless people told me to come on saturday (i.e. 02/01/2016)and told me that this is the last time they asked me to come.Now today (04/01/2016) when i went there they again ready with the same line that is to come after bla bla time...So, after so many mental harrashment i now want you people to lodge my complain and please look into this serious matter of mental torchure of service center people.Means they people never pick phones, give only dates not proper service, did not give true status of the phone etc etc. ...not only me but also many people are made fool by them.So please take some strict action against them.

Good evening, Sir/madam I am from sriganganagar ( rajasthan). I purchased a micromax phone c-192(A100003F66F72D) through a local dealer on[protected] akash telecom. But from first day phone has manufacturing problems like sound & speaker related software problem regarding this we contacted to dealer for this issue. He said wait for some time if problems continue we should contact to local micromax service centre. After wait for two month I reach to micromax service centre M/s Abhishek Communication . I submit my phone to service centre through job sheet no.(W[protected] )DATED 22/08/2015. They said me to contact after 7 days, i call them after 7 day they asked me to call after another 7 to 10 days. On about 12th sep I call to service centre regarding my phone & they said my phone got replaced with new phone I can take the delivery of the phone. After visiting service centre it comes to my notice that my phone replace to c112 which one is simple cdma phone. My older phone has memory card holder & music player. I asked them to provide similar feature phone. They refused to do so. Their behavior was like “jo karna hai karlo”. After 6-7 time visit to serive centre they agreed to take back that phone and provide a similar feature or model phone. On[protected] they provide me another job sheet no.(W[protected]) DATED 16/09/2015 & asked me to call after 10 days. i call them after 15 days they said they have nothing new news about my phone. I call them after another 15 days but still they don’t have any reply. I visited 3 -5 times during this period. On last communication I visited the service centre on 3rd nov. after 1.5 months still my phone was not changed nor repaired. I asked them for clarification regarding this from representative they said we can do nothing on this. They also talks so rudely and actually they are trying to manipulate us. The owner of centre mr. abhishek clearly tell me to came after 10-15 days & this is not my responsibility. Now sir I am mailing you to recieve reply as fast as possible with phone or I will legally claim for my communication and transportation charges for mental harassment in 3 days or I am going to file case district consumer court regarding this. Sir I’m waiting for a small bar phone to repair from 3.5 months. Our pm start campain of make in india. I am very know that the Indian company micromax are 2nd postion no of mobile sales in india. But sir no company can growth for long time without after sale service. Forign company like Samsung & nokia done very well in after sale service. I want to see Indian company like you also perfom well. actually I feel so bad and I will give advice even my enemy not to buy a micromax phone.
