Dear sir/madam,

I have booked a complain regarding my micromax smart tv canvas 40" on
20.07.2017. I received sms that complain will be attended by ce-bhanu
Electronics-tirupati. Same day technician visited and told me that
Motherboard having problem so, it has to replaced which will take
7-10days time and they will inform me once part is available.

But even after 45 days over till the tv not get repaired or i am not
Informed about how much time it will take to get repaired?

Today when i called customer service they told that my complaint is resolved and closed and asked me to make conference call with bhanu electronics tirupati the lady attending call shameless told that they closed the call because they received defective motherboard, and again lodge a complain.

Even after 45days how much time they require?

    I had purchased Micromax 21.5 inch Full HD LED Backlit IPS Panel
    Monitor Black MM215BHDM1 on 18/05/2018. After 3 months, the screen automatically gets switched off after giving power. On 25/08/2018, I visited micromax service center with product & it's invoice, as it was under warranty period. Their, I was told that, first you lodge online complaint, then only we will attend the problem. I lodged the complain online on [protected](customer care no.) the same day, but due to some technical problem, the complain was not lodged. I again lodged it on 26/08/2018 and it was registered and was assured of, " someone from service center will visit my house to resolve the issue within 72 hours".On 29/08/2018, as no one visited for the issue, I again called the customer care and was assured that that by evening your problem will be resolved. No one visited again and when I consulted their service center, they informed that my complain was not registered with them. Again on 30/08/2018, I called the customer care and was given a person name and number ( Munna & [protected]) and was told to contact the person. To my utter surprise, when I called that person, he informed me that he no longer works for MICROMAX. Again on 31/08/2018, when I contacted customer care, I was informed about some technical failure and was told to call tommorrow. I am really fed up with MICROMAX SERVICE. Please look into the matter and resolve it soon .

      I visited many time in your micromax service center but my problem is not solved for a short time period, it would be occured after a short time period. After buying this set i visited many times in your service center. they solve my problem but this solution was not permanently it was occured again within 15 days, In short I am very dis-satified by your services, Now I thing my phone is not in warrenty but now i never suggest the micromax to anyone for buying the set

        20 august 18 tarikh ko maine micromax c1 mobile ka mathorboard kharb hone ke kanan repair ke liye micromax gallery me diya tha. 100 day replacement offer me mobile replacement ke liye company ko mail kiya tha. Today's 30 august 18 tarikh ko 10 din hoke bhi company mobile replacement karke nahi de rahi hai.
        It's fraud with me. What can i do now.
        Pls help me.

          I have a micromax canvas 5lite q462 4 months before. The touch sensor is sometime work good, but sometime work bad. and the network also not good . if mobile data on, the phone gets hanged .kindly replace or do the needful.

            I have purchased micromax e484 mobile with 10000 rupees 1 year back it has no root access for copying of apps and games from internal memory to external sd and also no root acces for sofware update from andriod 5.1 to latest andriods as i contact at support centers it has no updates and didn't take any complaints for solution other major problem is phone comes 16 gb memory for apps only after installing 2 or more big apps it shows no space for this i have file complaint for root access for app moving. the other mobile companies provide software updates from lower android to latest andriods

              Hi Team,

              This complaint is against my order id- OD[protected]. I have ordered Micromax Bharat 5 dated 27th July (Friday) for my immediate need since I have lost my two phones on the same day. The phone was delivered to me the at very next day i.e. 28th July (Saturday).

              As soon as I have opened the box, I tried switching on the mobile immediately but it wasn't getting switched on. I thought may be due to no charging this has happened. The second step I have taken is put the sim inside. As soon as I have taken out the sim tray I found the base was very thin and a bit tilt. Since my need was so urgent, I tried injecting the sim very gently. However, it wasn't happening and while trying to take it off the small black point (Of sim tray) came out in my hand and at one step of putting the sim.

              My need o[censored]rgency got delayed when nothing happened and even the same day I tried calling Flipcart but due to some technical issue they could answer to my worry and issue.

              Although finally On Monday (30th July) I could able to connect to Flipcart Customer Care and informed about all the challenges as mentioned above. They have noted my points and arranged one technical visit for the very next day (31st July). Technician has confirmed that phone is dead and also suggested that it is replaceable. Only one challenge he found that the black small point (Of sim Tray) was missing due to he could not take it same day and said once you bring that small point, we will immediately take it and would replace further.

              Now as per next step, we got the replacement visit confirmation for 2nd August (Thursday), one delivery person has visited to replace the mobile. He has checked the mobile and started complaining about the breakage of that small black point (Of Sim Tray). Although, this has already been informed to customer care, technical person thoroughly. He has not accepted the replacement, I do not know for what reasons.

              Finally, I went to Micromax Service Centre, they have charged Rs. 350 for Sim Tray. It started working and hardly I have used for 1 week, it started getting hanged like hell. At last it stopped working just after a week time. Again I have visited Micromax Service Centre. I was already frustrated as after paying for new phone I was continuously facing hell challenges. Now, this time they charged 2250 saying that you have to pay as mother board is damaged. The phone is new, even in warranty period I have continuously been paying to Micromax.

              The height has crossed all the limits when micromax customer care people have called me from their personal number and asked to forward the feedback link on their number so that they can fill positive feedback on behalf of me and can write good for micromax.

              What do they think o[censored]s? Are we not even literate. Seriously, I have made the biggest mistake of my life by choosing micromax. The worst company, with pathetic product quality and unethical services done by their customer care people.

              Request you to please take necessary action against them. They are looting a common public, making us fool even after charging us again and again.

                Hi all,

                A warning in good faith to all who are thinking of buying a micromax tv, please do not do so.

                Complaint summary: if your tv is out of warranty, they do not have replacement parts. No one will pick up your calls & registering complaint on their site will lead to only new complaint numbers with no action.

                You will end spending money twice for buying a new tv.

                Detailed description: i bought a micromax 40inch led tv. To be fair, it was a good tv while it worked & was good value for money from an indian brand.

                After tv went out of warranty, we had to raise a complaint 4 times over 10 days just for a technician visit.

                17th july – ref no:[protected]. Technician assigned. Says cannot make it, so will visit next day. Next day says he is assigned bandra & cannot come. On insisting, says he would try to send a replacement. No call from him since

                23rd july – ref no:[protected]. New complaint raised & the lady promised to call back within 24 hours. No action.

                25th july – ref no:[protected]. New complaint raised for escalation of issue. The lady apologized & promised call back within 24 hours. Again no action.

                26th july – ref no:[protected]. New complaint number.

                That was just the start of our troubles. After the technician visited, he mentioned motherboard replacement as only solution costing 4, 000 rs. We agreed for the paid part replacement on the same day. After that 4 times excel service of mumbai has lied to us status of the part coming from delhi.

                Today almost 1 month after the technician visit, the service centre people are avoiding our calls. We do not think there is any part coming from delhi.

                I have given then 3 warnings on mail and opportunities to resolve my problem before listing it here, so it is obvious they do not care. Complaints to the company & ho has led to no action, reply email or even indication that they care about our plight. Only a new complaint number is issued every time.

                So please stay away from micromax tvs.

                MY COMPLAINT UPDATE ON 25th AUG: Micromax calls and says its NEW company policy that you pay the cost of the part in advance, only then will the part be shipped from Delhi & will reach in another 3-4 days.

                They have no answer as to why their tele-executives have been lying about the part already despatched. Moved the blame completely to the tele-executive. No answer to why the technician did not say so when we asked for the part to be replaced.

                I asked for a copy of company policy, cannot give anything in writing.

                I have Zero trust on these guys now.

                  I wanted to share here that moment which i was faced here few month back. I visited the service center of Micromax near Laxmi Nagar Radhu Place due to not working my handset. I have given my handset to one of the staff member of service center they have checked and given my sim and submit the mobile but they have not given any receipt that time. i wait some time and i moved from there, after few days i again visited there for taking my phone but that has not given to me and asked me to show the Receiving. I asked them that you have not given it to me but they denied for the same i request many time that you people has not given that time when you have taken from me. after lot of argument they have not given me and asked me to launch Fir and bring police signed paper. We have suffered lot for getting my handset. Really very bad place and staff member are also very bad. No Cooperation with the customer. I never recommend to any one to purchase micromax phone.

                    Mere phone me auto rotation problem thi or apps bhi kaam nhi kr rhi hai me 17 bar is phone ko service center le ja chuka hu bt abhi bhi vahi problem face kr rha. Ye phone abhi warrenty period m hai. Unhone 1 month ke liye mera phone jama kiya or bola mother board change hoga but aj bhi same problem ho rhi hai.
                    Vo log har bar phone jama kr lete hai or fir bhi problem ka solition nahi hota.. Please help me me kua kroo.??

                      I have raised two complaints with micromax regarding the audio out from 3.5 mm jack which has stopped working but there has been no resolution from the company. The assigned service center kept asking for more time as they said the spare part is on the way and later they sent a defecting part to replace after which the tv was not starting up. Their technician had to face embarrassment when tv didn't even start after installing the mother board he had brought with him. Then he left the place saying that he will get another one and then no response from the service center.
                      When i called them today, they are saying that there won't be any audio output from the 3.5 mm jack.
                      Hence, i am looking for justice and solution from the company.

                        I had purchased one mobile phone Micromax 4311, 11 months back which started hanging too much and touch got worst so submitted it at company service center "M/s Aks Care, B-1/ Cd-1/28 Lda Colony, Krishna Nagar, Kanpur Road, Lucknow, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.. [protected],[protected]" on 19th Jul'18 and was informed that I will get it back with in 10 days. Since then I spoke thrice on the above given service center number, 1st time was informed that will get till 7th Aug, 2nd time was informed that will get it till 12th Aug and 3rd time got a reply that will get it till 16th & 17th Aug'18.
                        Today I visited there and was surprised to listen that it will take more time because company is not giving the product which is to be used in my phone, IF I WISH I CAN TAKE BACK THE FAULTY PHONE as of now or need to wait more. Then I asked for the complaint number, an employee gave me another print out dated 26th Jul'18 then I asked that I had submitted the phone on 19th July'18, she replied it is the day when they raised complaint to the company i.e. after a week.
                        Compaint number which she gave me is - "N[protected]"
                        This is the service being given by such a vast company Micromax that they don't care about the customer services, they can't even imagine that it's becoming approx 1 month so how would I be managing my works without phone.

                          32Inch led tv for 3 years warranty. i have purchased the tv on 17.01.2017, my tv got problem on 03.07.2018. I have complained customer care. and techncian came on 07.07.2018 and told some back light problem. For that we need to carry to Service centre Nellore, which of 100 km and takes 3 hours joury. I requested to take my TV for repair centre because it was under warranty. the denied to take my tv . days passed . finallyt they have not agreed to take my tv . after so many mail and complaints i broght my tv to service centre with great difficulty on 28.07.2018 to Inian enterprises, nellore. till now tv is not ready . im suffering more. Since 03.07.2018 im not using my TV as the negligency of Micromax service. im regretting for buying that micro max TV which is workinng worstly. but service is also very worst. That Service centre people are not responding properly.

                              I have visit micromax service center (M/s shri nath infotech) agra on 19th july 2018, service center manager talk to me"charging pin are damage in your mobile and your mobile will get 3 to 5 days under-age and i got call after 6 days that your mobile has been recovered, in which the service center came from about 60 kms away, and when i identified that your mobile's imei number is not updated. You come tomorrow, i again visited the service center but again, making this same excuse and returning that the imei number has not been updated yet, for the third time i will take the call on 06/08/2018 now that the visit says that the mobile charger is malfunctioning in your mobile right now, i can not get the mobile, then i asked him,"how long will i get my mobile, then they have given a direct answer that i do not know anything yet, 3 times complaint in customer care, but no one has solved yet. Please help me.

                                Hello i have purchased a led tv on october 4th 2016 and i have a 1+2 years extended warranty its a 32 inch led tv, since 2 days i don't see any display on the screen but can hear the sound please help.                                   My name is Nikesh Londhe and I have registered a complaint on July 12, 2018 regarding my Micromax 32” HD color TV backlight display. Since this point I am facing pathetic customer service from Micromax service center and their service engineer. Its unacceptable customer service from Micromax service center executives and the support engineer. When I call Micromax service center they give the opening in English language and when I speak English the executive start speaking in Hindi or Marathi. Even though I continue to speak in English they reply in Hindi or Marathi so I need to speak to them in their preferred language not my preferred language.

                                  I called on 12 July and the Micromax executive said that the engineer will visit within 48 hr which has never happened till today. However, I got a call from Riyaz (engineer) on the same day in afternoon and he asked me to share the TV and warranty details on whatsapp as picture. So I have forwarded him the details on same day within couple of hr.

                                  I chased up with Riyaz on 13 & 14 he said he has already sent an email to the management for approval and it is pending from them. I again chased on 15 & 16 with Micromax service center they asked me to contact the engineer as they don’t have any information expect I have made a complaint on July 12. I called engineer and he said contact service center as he has already done his part. It was link I was playing merry go round Micromax service center asking me to contact engineer and engineer asking me to contact Micromax service center.

                                  On 15 July when I called the engineer Riyaz to check the status, he asked me check with service center and he told to escalate to them. He was very rude on call so I told him that I didn’t like the way he is speaking to me and asked him to pass the phone to his manager or supervisor. He replied “I am the manager”. On July 16 when I called Micromax service center in the afternoon around 4 PM they said that engineer has already ordered the part around 2.30 PM. I asked Micromax service center to provide me with the manager information for engineer so Micromax service center has given the same number and name I was dealing with (Riyaz). After this when I called Riyaz, he said I received the approval and I ordered the part already, but he did not proactively informed me before I called him. Further, he has mentioned that part will receive soon and I need to wait for 3-4 days and till Friday it will resolve.

                                  When I called the engineer Riyaz on Friday July 20 he said that it is still pending and it will resolve on Monday 23 July. So I called on Monday 23 July to engineer he said it still pending and it might take some more time but will resolve in 2 days. Also, advised me to check with Micromax service center. I called Micromax service center they told me that it will take 15 days time from the ticket logged (from 12 July).

                                  I am taking regular follow up with Micromax service center and engineer but still the issue is not resolved. When called Micromax service center they say they don’t have any information their system doesn’t shown any information except the ticket is logged when and further customer need to follow up with engineer only. I called last week to Micromax service center and I explained the situation I am going through but the executive is not able to understand so I asked him to pass the phone to supervisor but he denied he said he cannot transfer the call even he cannot do a conference call with engineer or supervisor. He also mentioned that Micromax service center agents are not allowed to make calls outside. After 5 minutes of discussion we both agreed for a call back from supervisor. I received a call from sunil and he has mentioned that he is calling from escalation team. He was telling me same thing again and again that this will take 15 days and he cannot do anything. He promised me that the issue will be resolve by Tuesday 31 July or Wednesday 01 Aug. So I asked him how he got this information he said I have check all the information and then only he called me. Therefore to get better understanding I asked him whom he contacted on is there any system where he is check that the part has been sent and it is transit but he was failed answer any questions from me. Further, I asked him to confirm that Micromax service center executive are not able to transfer the call or do an outbound call to the user. Sunil from escalation department has confirmed the same thing to me about call conference and outbound.

                                  I called engineer Riyaz and informed my conversation with Sunil. Engineer ha s replied that the part coming from Malaysia so it is taking time.

                                  From July 20th I am trying to contact engineer (Riyaz) but he not receiving any calls and just replying by message that he is busy and will call later. After some time he is messaging that part is not received. From last week I called him many time on every alternate day but he has never received any call and sometimes he has replied within minute that part is not received.

                                  I called yesterday on July 31, 2018 to engineer (Riyaz) and received same message again that part not received. Spoke to one of your agent and she told me what I know. She said that the complaint is register on 12 July and part has been ordered. The ticket is pending and I need to check with engineer. So I requested her to transfer the call to supervisor or manager she said yes and put the call on hold and then disconnected. As the call was disconnected, I called again to Micromax service center and spoke to one of agent so informed that that the call was disconnected he said this time it will not disconnect. I asked him to give an update on ongoing complaint so again the same story repeated by Micromax service center. He was kind of rude and irate he was continue to tell me that I need to wait for 15 days from the time part was ordered on the other had when I had a discussion with Sunil he told me 15 days from the complaint registered. I again requested, the agent to transfer the call to supervisor or manager so he denied he said he cannot transfer the call I need to wait for 15 days. Further, as he was not listening to me I asked him to for call back from escalation team in 10 min so he said that I will get a call back within 24 hours. I told him that last time I already spoke to Sunil and I received a call within 10 min but agent said I will get a call back with 24 hrs only. Further, he put my call on hold and disconnected the call.

                                  I have all the call recordings regarding this complaint. Looking forward to resolve the complaint ASAP and take action against the agents who were rude and the engineer (Riyaz) who is not responding to customers.

                                  I bags that I have ordered are completely different from the actual images and the quality is extremely poor. I would like to return those bags and want my money to be refunded.
                                  I will never order anything from club factory as I'm highly disappointed.

                                    Neither they could supply nor order for despatch of the display. Even they denied to give e_mail address where i can myself order for the display.
                                    Please help me to get the display to avoid throwing away the moble for sake of display.

But battery nehi aye esha kayu. Battery ka bana handset chala sakta ha kaya. Bat karna par staffe danga se bat nehi karta name puchana par phone kat data ha.

                                        I had purchased new battery from your authorised service center, jayanagar bangalore., on 28/7/2018, 11 am.

                                        Details of the battery is as follows
                                        Serial no. V[protected],
                                        Model :3000mah

                                        Rs 850/- has been charged from me for the same.

                                        (No computerized bill or warranty card was given, only hand written bill is with me.)

                                        When i charged and using, it is found that, battery is not capable of giving even 12 hrs back up. Charge is easily drained of within few hrs and mobile is getting switched off, making too much trouble for moblie usage.

                                        It is noted at the time of battery replacement that the battery was not taken out from, proper packet/cover. It was being kept as loose item in the drawer. It seems, battery is not at all fresh stock.

                                        As a customer, since i spend the money for new battery, i want fresh stock battery itself.

                                        I would request you to take adequate action to get me fresh battery.

                                        Please note, previously, i have purchased, fresh battery (For same model) from your authorized service center at koramangala. It was working very fine for 2 years. They had brought it for me specially upon my payment order, and it was fresh stock.

                                        I hope the same in this case as well.
