I have purchased one micromax phone on 25.11.2016 vide invoice no me2/26/nov/14-15 and description of good is mmx 4g mobile phone q413+[3+16gb] mdg an [protected] from maya electronics, agarpara, kolkata-700109 and taken it to your service centre at 121, b. T. Road, blue pearl apartment, saket nagar, kolkata-700108 on 24/10/2017 with problems like non opening of images, net not performing properly, consistent poor battery back up, could not open images and videos.
Your service centre received the phone and after check up told me to come after 30 minuit and mean while they will complete the service.
After 45 minute when i came to the service centre, they told that, when they were updating the software, after some time it was completely dead and mother board has to be replaced and it will take minimum 7 to 10 days. Reference bar code no[protected]-30464042 dated 24/10/2017 and imei/esn no. [protected], [protected]. As this is the only phone i am having and will be out of touch of all important calls, i would request you to please do the needful at your earliest and enable me
To overcome the situation immediately. Please understand my problem and help me to come out of the situation on a priority basis.

Updated by subirdas59 Today from customer support dept. made a call to me that the mobile phone is now ok and to collect the same from the service center.
After that I called to the Service Center and they told that, they can give the delivery of the same not before 7 to 10 days.They were annoyed after listening that we have submitted complain regarding this issue.
I do not want to put myself in any controversy, and my request to you is to arrange for hand over the phone to me as early as possible .
