Hello sir,
My phone canvas juice a1. I have got a problem about phone charging. And i submitted my phone to micromax care in hanamkonda on 13 october. They told to come after 3 days.. When i went on third day they said it is sent to delhi it takes 15 days more... They even don't lift there landline no.. I visited the store on 2 november.. I asked the person.. He said by seeing receipt (Not even checked in computer) it is sent to delhi it takes 15 days.. When i have asked the next person he saw and said it is completed.. They have given me phone with damages.. My screen guard is broken... They have not explained the problem...

Its matter of regret that despite online complaint on 28/10/2017, Complain no.1738988, and second inquiry on 30/10/2017, no one attended the complain whereas, I had given assurance that within 48 hours after the compaint matter will be resolved. Really, its shows the poor customer service of the company.

    I have bought new micromax q465 march, 2017. My phone's display ran automatically after 3 months. After that, it took the service center near sohna chowk in hudda market. So they gave me upgrade to the phone. And said that there is no problem now in it. But at night the phone began to operate automatic again. After that, i restored it and then re-run it, then after two days of running, again turned to automatic.in it, it again took it to the service center. So they said that there is a problem in its touch. We do not have to touch you now. I called a number of times and even went to the service center, but they always say that the touch has not come yet. It is said that the company is not sending touch, we can not do anything in this. Today 7 to 8 months have been done but my problem has not yet been solved. Tell me what i do now. If the company can not offer good service, then shut down the customer to the company. Now i feel like i have made a big mistake by taking the phone of micromax. I am very upset, please help me. If you feel bad then sorry for that. Plaes and i request you again solve my problem asap.

    I had given my MicromaxAQ5000 for repairing at CellCare Gallery in Dombivli (west) on 9/9/2017. Whenever I went there, they tell some excuses and hadn't repaired yet. Please do the needful.

        Sir i have submitted a tab p701 at uttam nagar service centre. She (Juhi khan) told me that it will take 3-7 days. But till date i did not get my handset.
        One of the engineer told me sir give me two days otherwise i will return your handset again i have not found. After that mr. Dibanshu (Manager) told again sir give me two more days and i will give you handset. Now total 1.5 month completed and i have not get my tab. I also paid the amount.
        I also called at customer support from there i also did not get any good answer.
        Pls take action against this complain.

        I had given my micromax phone for repair at Mobile care, laxmi nagar on 29/8/2017 vide N[protected]. till date I have not received my phone. Always customer care from mobile centre wait fir 2 days...I feel very unhappy. I want to lodge complaint against company

          Very sorry to say that though miromax is a good brand my genuine ccomplaint has not been answered since last 1 and 1/2 month.I registered complaint repeatedly vide ser no ser[protected] on 8/10/2017 online. Then another complaint on 18/10/2017 . But to my utter surprise the complaint has not yet been resolved . To narrate the matter once again, i purchased mobile yu4711(2gb 8gb)(black) mobile model code -serymob018 on 10/11/2016. My mobile is in warranty period . It has got problem 5305-y charging/battery backup battery empty. I submitted the phone to your service center on 09/09/2017. However one and half month my phone was handed over ot me on 23/10/2017 and told that the battery has been changed and complaint was closed. Back home when i checked the phone, the same problem persisted. My phone was dicharging within 2-3 hours without any use. This was the same problem for which i had deposited the phone in the service centre of the micromax. I agint visited the service centre of micromax on 28/10/17 and apprised them about the problem that i was facing . They simply formated my mobile this time and told me that the problem has been fixed and your mobile will not discharge in 2-3 hrs now . But agin the same thing happened when i checked the phon at home i.E, my phone was dicharging within 2-3 hours without any use .. For last one and half month i am suffering for no fault of mine. I have lost lot of mental peace and financial loss due to this delay. Under these circumstances may i request you to kindly replace my defective phone and give me a new phone or else i will be left with no other alternative but to file a complaint with the consumer court.

            My phone is not charging and micromax company service centre is saying that there is a water in the phone.
            But i havent seen any water in the phone.
            And they damage the dummy of the phone when they are opening the phone.
            I am attacheing the phone photograph when the customer centre has opened the phone and i have clicked the photo of the internal part or we can say the pcb. And i am from jhansi.

              Please block my smartphone (Micromax canevas nitro 2 (E311) as it was lossed at 27 october 2017 at 7 am. At that time there are two sims are inserted in it (1st [protected], 2nd [protected]) both are relaince gsm. As it is lossed i just want to block my smartphone for preventing missuse of it. Here i give the purchasing bill of my smarthone (Micromax canevas nitro 2 (E311) and imei no of the handset.
              Please block the smartphone as soon as possible.

                On one fine day i placed my faith in micromax india to buy a lap book for billing purposes at my store without knowing how foul frangipane could be. Instead of a regular 10, 000 rs system my 80 grand dell is rotting on desk and any of micromax employee possibly could have no idea how frustrating, irritating and painful it is to adjust.
                Its fine if company has no policy of deadline to repair a product. Cooling down myself for one month and five days i waited from 09/09/17 to have hands on unrepaired product which has completed status on job sheet with reference to job sheet number 1.
                Unsatisfied and deeply regretting my choice i have denied to accept with reference to job sheet number 2. I request/demand an upgraded system in benefits of loss and inconvenience from micromax irrespect of form. By irrespect of form i mean mobile or laptop or any reliable device that micromax has manufactured so far of equivalent or more value and which is competent with current market. I offer to pay reasonable amount for upgradation if micromax demands.
                With great stress i am mailing this to each and every available contacts that works under banner of micromax. Fifty days sound pretty terrible and i hope coming days won't with swift actions.

                  From last 6 months iam facing software issue for my yu5510. I have paid till now 2100 amount to micromax service center rudra agency hyderabad to resolve my issue. I raised complaint to service center 3 times, but still it not resolved.
                  1st compliant:
                  22/04/2017 - paid 800 inr

                  2nd complaint:
                  09/09/2017 - paid 1300 inr

                  3rd compliant:
                  16/09/2017 - still not delivered my mobile it almost 45 days.

                  Hope micromax will help us.

                    My phone micromax e457 suffered from repeated restarting and heating problem.
                    The phone was repaired in month of april and again had same problem in september. It's been more than a month and my phone isn't still returned. Also the service center at pimpri is not at all cooperative. The service of micromax is very poor than other brands.
                    If the problem is same why wasn't it repaired in first place? Also why don't the service center guys know exactly what has happened to the phone? This is completely ridiculous.

                      I submit my micromax android phone e485 for heating problem on 2 october and they tell me it take 3 days maximum but after 3 days they tell me your phone need motherboard change so you now wait for 10 days but today 25 days complete and i calls in care very much but they tell me same thing 5 day wait.                         I have given my handset at laxmi nagar micromax center to get it repaired but till now i have not received it.
                        I was managing till yesterday but due to urgency of need i was forced to buy a new handset. I have contacted with service center but as all people do talk technical things only.

                        Are some one allowed to take our phone for such long time

                          I gave my yureka y55+ for repairing. A phone of 12000 cost me 3000 for repairing even under warranty. The repairing took 2 months. And still there are certain problems. Such a slow service plus rude behavior of people whose job is registering the calls (The one who attends the customers) people over there make false commitments that we would receive the device in 1 week but it takes more than a month. The service issue is not only faced by me but also many other people. Check amazing comments of vashi's (Navi mumbai) service center in the images attached. These comments and feedbacks are meant to worked upon and not just ignore!

                            I have given my micromax q355 phone for repair to micromax service center fab solutions kannur, kerala on 9-09-17. It's more than a month and still the service center didn't repair the phone. When i inquired about the delay they told me it would take one more month.

                            I am really disappointed because of inconvenience caused due to immense delay

                              I have purchased one micromax phone on 25.11.2016 vide invoice no me2/26/nov/14-15 and description of good is mmx 4g mobile phone q413+[3+16gb] mdg an [protected] from maya electronics, agarpara, kolkata-700109 and taken it to your service centre at 121, b. T. Road, blue pearl apartment, saket nagar, kolkata-700108 on 24/10/2017 with problems like non opening of images, net not performing properly, consistent poor battery back up, could not open images and videos.
                              Your service centre received the phone and after check up told me to come after 30 minuit and mean while they will complete the service.
                              After 45 minute when i came to the service centre, they told that, when they were updating the software, after some time it was completely dead and mother board has to be replaced and it will take minimum 7 to 10 days. Reference bar code no[protected]-30464042 dated 24/10/2017 and imei/esn no. [protected], [protected]. As this is the only phone i am having and will be out of touch of all important calls, i would request you to please do the needful at your earliest and enable me

                              Today from customer support dept. made a call to me that the mobile phone is now ok and to collect the same from the service center.
                              After that I called to the Service Center and they told that, they can give the delivery of the same not before 7 to 10 days.They were annoyed after listening that we have submitted complain regarding this issue.
                              I do not want to put myself in any controversy, and my request to you is to arrange for hand over the phone to me as early as possible .

But after just a week its draining. And a use of 45 min. My phone got switched off. So when i go service center they said that we cant replace this coz. Your grace period is over so sir/ mam please suggest me what can i do?

                                  Today i gave my a120 micromax mobile for repair confirmation at m/s sky way technologies, balfore road, kilpauk, chennai, as it was not working.
                                  (Job sheet no. [protected] / [protected])

                                  I was informed that the pcb (Circuit board) has to be changed and the repair cost would be rs.2850 /-. But not even one week warranty or repair assurance is being provided by the authorized service center?!

                                  Wondering what difference does it then make for me to get it repaired from an unauthorized center, who too does not provide any repair assurance.

                                  Most other hardware service centers including popular laptop brands, do give 3 to 6 months replacement warranty on the repaired parts at least.

                                  Moreover when i told them i will immediately come and collect it, as i am not interested in getting it serviced, they told me to come. But when i visited their center at around 1:45pm, i was asked to wait for 15 minutes stating the team is having their lunch. Looks like micromax does not bother about its customer's valuable time.

                                  Micromax should reconsider their service policy if they are serious about not losing customers like me. I have two micromax a120 mobiles and a micromax power bank too. But now i have decided not to purchase anything of this brand.

                                    Iam naveen i purchased micromax x1i mobile on 03/09/17. From the day 1 torch light is on condition (24/7). Buttons some times working and some times not working properly. Morever calling was done automatically. I went to service centre which is located at kukkatpally (Hyd) (Near big bazar). They told me we replaced the mobile.. But we need mobile along with box. But i have bill only. At present i have no box. Kindly resolve my problem.                                       Please find my complaint against micromax service center. Sir four months back i had purchased a handset of micromax company model no q4101, the very next day itself i found the ear phone is not working and after two months o[censored]se i found the mobile have started malfunctioning. The service center we have here in alwar is very unfriendly and charged me 650rs for repairing though they promise free repairing. Please look into the matter and take necessary action for which i shall remain pleased forever.
