On one fine day i placed my faith in micromax india to buy a lap book for billing purposes at my store without knowing how foul frangipane could be. Instead of a regular 10, 000 rs system my 80 grand dell is rotting on desk and any of micromax employee possibly could have no idea how frustrating, irritating and painful...

From last 6 months iam facing software issue for my yu5510. I have paid till now 2100 amount to micromax service center rudra agency hyderabad to resolve my issue. I raised complaint to service center 3 times, but still it not resolved.

My phone micromax e457 suffered from repeated restarting and heating problem.
The phone was repaired in month of april and again had same problem in september. It's been more than a month and my phone isn't still returned. Also the service center at pimpri is not at all cooperative. The service of micromax is very poor than other brands.

I have given my handset at laxmi nagar micromax center to get it repaired but till now i have not received it.
