Sir my mobile was not working properly once it was given for repair to cell point ambala and battery was changed saying it was battery problem again it was not working and again given for repair from 17 jul 2017 after two months on 15 sep 2017 the mobile has been returned saying it has been repaired however within two days ie on 19 sep 2017 the mobile has not been working

    I bought a micromax canvas fire q428 mobile, before 7 months.
    Now i'm used 16gb memory card. Mobile is working but 30 mints once memory card unexpectedly removed notification shows. That file manager not show the sd card only show the phone memory.

    That new memory card is samsung 16gb. And i checked this memory use onethere infocus mobile no problem. This mobile useing problem coming.

    How to fix the problem or you return my money.

        Hello team,

        I had purchased micromax canvas 6 (Champanne, 32gb) on[protected].

        There is problem iind time with touch screen.

        I visited the micromax service center silvassa char rasta, dadra nagar haveli silvassa (U. T.). They checked my phone and said that we couldnt repair in warrenty period. They said it is chargeable rupees 4000 to 5000 approx. Else check out with other micromax service center. My cell warranty is one year so how can they say that we dont repair in warranty period.

          I have a complaint against your care representative. As i given a handset for repair, firstly they said it will take 2 days, then they said we will give you on 18/09/2017. Now they are saying u have to wait more 3-5 days. I have no problem for waiting, but the way your employees talking with us is very badly. They are misguiding with us. Pls do something, this is 3-5 times we face this problem.

            Hello team,

            I had purchased micromax canvas 5 (E481) on 2nd oct 2016.

            There is problem with inbuilt battery of my phone, battery has swollen and may blast any time.

            I visited the micromax service center sohna chowk, gurgaon, they removed the battery from the handset, however, refused to provide a replacement of battery even if my phone and battery is under warranty (For inbuilt battery warranty is one year). I had to fight with them to open a job card (# n[protected]), however, they did not share the details mentioned in the job card. Even they refused to take the phone/battery and returned me.
            Even i raised my concern my sending mail to micromax support ([protected]@micromaxinfo.com), reference ticket id - 704460, however, no luck. Even twitted to mr. Rahul sharma (Ceo) but all in vain. Is there any way i can get the support on this.

              My phone is not working properly whenever i charge it always doesn't work and i need to replace it or i want the money back i want you response quickly please i keep charging for 2 hours but i see it's only 10% i want my money back or i want to replace my mobile quickly and it quickly gets discharged within 30 minutes and i even cannot work on it or talk to someone please replace it or give my money back

                  Dear sir
                  I have given my micromax q413 on reparing at 19/08/17 and today 14/09/17
                  But my phone is not repaired. And i have 2 time contect at your head office contect number but they always given same excuse that - sir we are replaying you in five days. And not give any complaint number
                  Your custemer service executive yesterday told me, that our senior executive will call you in 24 hour at 11:50 am. But i haven't got any call from micromax till now.
                  Please short out my problem between 2 days rather then give replacement of it.
                  I am waiting for replay.

                    My mobile create problm. It didnt charge then i repaired my mobile on 10 august from micromaxe care center bhopal. But after 10 days again mobile have problem it is not charge. Care center change my mobile main fpc in 650 rupees. I chekd my mobile to another care center they said any parts didn't change by the care center and they charged highly for that.
                    I request you to please give relief to my grievances as that arised due to the micromax service center.

                      I bought a micromax led tv from flipkart on 21 december 2016, and it is still under warranty. Recently, after we had some wall work done, and we decided to hang it on the wall. We used the wall hanging instructions sheet that was given with the tv to drill the holes, place the bracket, etc, and hung the tv. We handled the tv with utmost care and held it by the sides. We did not drop the tv or bang it anywhere. There is not a scratch on the tv. But as soon as we turned it on, there was an internal panel crack in the center of the screen, and several vertical and horizontal lines all around the place. I called the helpline immediately and informed them. They said they will assign a service partner and a technician would be visiting our house.

                      The technician said that some kids may have broken the panel, or we would have pressed the screen hard that the panel broke, and the warranty can not be claimed though the panel is covered under the warranty. They are just taking advantage of the warranty policy which states "physical damages due to rough handling or usage not in accordance with the manual will not be covered", and are accusing us of rough handling, which we didn't. The say we had to call an authorized technician to hang the tv. If that is the case, why even provide the wall hanging instruction sheet?

                      According to the service partner, the panel replacement costs approximately rs. 25000, whereas i bought the tv for rs. 31000. The are trying to say that the smart features, cpu, and the quad core gpu, vram that runs a 4k uhd tv costs only about rs. 6000? This is robbery in broad daylight!

                      I want micromax to stop falsely accusing me of rough handling and process the warranty.

                        I have purchased led tv 43 inch 43e9999uhd from filpkart. It worked for one month fine after that remote and tv control buttons are malfunctioning. When i raised the complaint they are not responding properly. They are saying they escalated the complaint but they are not solving the compliant after all these days. Their service is the worst. What is the need of giving 3 years warranty if you are not willing to service the tv when complaint came.

                            Micromax service centre has taken my micromax mobile on 01/08/2017
                            For service (Display touch screen was not working). Today it is 11/08/2017 and still there is no responce from service centre in allahabad

                              I purchased new yu yutopia on 10 june 2017. From the very first day, the phone was not performing well and was little hanging. After 1 month only the phone was again and again getting self rebooted and shows cyanogen. Then after 2 minutes phone starts and work normally which was very very irritating. Then on 14 august i submit that phone in micromax service centre who have not repired that phone till today (September 11, 2017) and the service centre is saying me to wait for one more week.

                              This shows the quality of phone. I would suggest everyone that not to buy phone of micromax. Now i am going to sue micromax and compensation for all the trouble.

                              Although i purchased this phone because micromax is an indian company.
                              At last i would suggest you all that do not buy micromax phone

                                  I bought the tv from the dealer - ganesh traders/trichy/tamilnadu with 3 years guarantee/warranty.. Yesterday the tv stopped working and no life in the tv within a year's o[censored]se.

                                  The trader (Cell no.[protected] he has stopped the dealership due to poor performance of the micromax tvs... So he could not help...

                                  This is taking the customer for a raid... Such dealers shall be punished... And compensation to be given to the customers by micromax...

                                    This is the issue regarding service i purchased micromax mobile model number micromax canxas xpress. On 19th nov 2016. After 8 month it having problem in touch display. So i give it to service center nit faridabad on 9 of august 2017. Job sheet number is no[protected]. And they say time of 10 days maximum. I folowup again nd gain they again same exuce 3-5 days, 3-5 days. Thn fianlly after 24 days i not get my phone reapired so i complain on online for micromax. They gave me 20 days time again i flloeup on that complaint phone will repair. Today i call again on that comagain part is not available from micromax company. That still they not sure that phone will get repaired or not.

                                    Its 46 days completd now. Still i m not get my phone back nd repaired. This is my lifes worst experienced i ever faced in my life. After sale service is too bad that i dnt have word to explian it.

                                    I hope you take some action on it soon nd i get my phone back reapired
                                    Otherwise in this situation no one gonna buy micromax phone in future.
