Sir,
I have purchased a smartphone model no. Q416 of micromax on[protected], however on[protected] i gave my phone to an authorized service center namely garhwal communication at bhajan pura which is authorized service centre of micromax moreover till now they are not even giving my any proper response and not even giving my phone back and whenever i ask for my phone status they have only one sentence that within a next two - five days you will get your phone back in usable comdition. Here i would like to mention that the same response i get from micromax customer care also..

Please help me out to get my phone back

I have visited micromax service centre 6 time's but yet my handset problem not solve. They have make change in Mobile battery, software change, software update, I change last time whole mobile system change but problem as it is (auto restart, auto disconnect WiFi)

    After lots of financial crisis i purchase micromax unite5 and i was paid 4th emi, and my mobile got dead. I went to service center but they told charging pin have watercmark, due to this reason motherboard dead... It is not under warranty. 1st how water reached to the charging point. After so much trust in micromax... I felt very bad that only in 4months my mobile not working. My tryst broke. Please fo me favor to repair my mobile and return my trust in micromax.. That micromax always satisfied his cutomer... And their products are very good.

      I have micromax canvas 6 pro flagship phone from micromax but still no update why??
      Please give updates to your phones not only mine canvas 6 pro e484 atleast the phones which are capable to run an update for example my phone have 4gb ram octa core processor clocked at 2.0ghz seriously micromax if you want to come back be strong on your software update side.

        Well i gave my handset for repair and it had only touch problem in lower side of the screen. This service center took 1 month for this.
        When i called them for details the staff was very poor n there was no senior to handle my complaint. Micro max is going down due to this kind of service.

          Sir,
          I purchased a micromax mobile q465 unite 4 pro on 01/05/17. After ten fifteen days it start switching of automatically and after two three days it switch on allso automatically. I thought it will be all right automatically. But problem started again and again i start talking to custommer
          Care miss anita. She told me to show the mobile at nearest mobile
          Centre i, e dhatre mobiles shop no-13/14 secunderabad. I gave the mobile for repair. The mobile service centre switch on the mobile and gave it to me. The problem again arised and about five to six time the shop repaired and given it to me but the problem still arises. I then complain to custommer care and deposited mobile in dhatre mobile shop nine days back. Today they are telling that the problem will not shorted out by them and they are sending it to company. Sir i request to you kindly change my mobile as if you will repair and give it to me it will not run long. I have already expend nearly thousand rupees by going to and back and by talking. Kindly do the needful otherwise i have to go to consumer court. Thanking you sir.

            Hi micromax team,

            I had purchased a 43" led tv {model number - 43a9181fhd/43z7550fhd} on 28th june 2017. However it stopped working just within 2 months o[censored]sage. As if the poor quality of product was not good enough, to get this issue resolved is becoming a nightmare.

            I have raised complain# mmx[protected] and reference# ktr[protected] for this issue and it has been almost ~20 days, the issue has not been resolved. As per the technician, there is a manufacturing defect with the tv motherboard which has to be replaced.

            The customer care is also not helping much and giving the same excuse every day that the parts have not came yet.
            They provided a technician number, who is either unavailable or do not pick call.

            Please let me know the status of this complain and what is taking the parts this long to get replaced and how much more time it might take?

              Sir, i am owning and using valuable micromax mobile a 290 since since march 2015. During july 2016 there was a problem of discharging of its battery while put on for charging. I approach authorize service center "cosmic enterprises shop no. 7, corporation market, beside shanker shoes, opp. Sales tax office, ghantaghar, jabalpur - 48200, on 15.07.2016 they said its charging cable is defective, required to be replaced, accordingly i purchased new cable from them vide bill invoice no. 7322.
              Again after some time same problem of discharging of mobile a 290 while put on for charging was faced by me, and i approach on above mentioned authorized service center, this time they said charging f pcb is defective, set required to be submit for a week of so for replacement of f pcb, i kept the set with them and then on 14.09.2016 they have given me the set working with bill invoice no. 6982.
              Now after one year again the same problem of discharging is faced and i approach to the above mentioned service center on 22.09.2017 they said first that f pcb is defective set to be submit. I informed to man on counter that one year back only it was replaced. However since it is defective again ok replace. The job card no. 3585 was prepared and set was kept in the center. After one hour i got the information that its battery is not taking"ampere" battery to be replaced. I asked him how about f pcb? It was replied f pcb is ok. I told him all right replace the battery they said it will take one or two days cost is rs 950/-. Accordingly they replaced battery vide bill no. 2663 on 25.09.2017.
              Sir, my set is still discharging with new battery while put on for charging.
              Kindly solve my problem, what i should do. I have purchased this moblile a 290 product no. [protected] and s_imei no. [protected] on line from flip cart.

                  I had visited micromax service centre to resolve my issue but i had faced harassment and i was insulted by the executive who was serving customer. I had requested to change the display of my mobile phone but the executive started talking rudely and misbehaved with me. When i started arguing with him he started abusing me and said yaha par aisa hi hota hai, jo karna hai karle. I said i will put a official complaint about you and i ask his name but he didn’t tell his name. Later i got his name from his colleague. For your reference please find the details below:-

                  Hence i request you to kindly take necessary action on top priority so in future no one should get harassed by such executive who is sitting on the desk to serve customers.

They don't pick the phone and when i visit in center they told me that my phone will repaired in evening.. Every day i go in service center but they are make me fool... And they don't give my phone.. Please sir/mam.. Solve my this problem...

I have been call to micromax customer care service on continue sly dated 03.11.2017, 06.11.2017, 08.11.2017, 11.11.2017, 14.11.2017, 16.11.2017, 20.11.2017, 22.11.2017 but no provide any information and call regards my phone.

                    My work disturbed without my phone and I am mentality disturbed without my mobile phone and same.

                      I had purchase micromaxq417 mobile on 20 october 2016. Mobile was not charging, i was given in micromax service center, they given me return after 2 days and said it is working now. I checked in micromax service center the same thing was happening, i was resubmitted, after 16 days they call me and told me that we changed the board now its working, i was again check in his office same problem facing, they said go home and charge properly, i put new original charger and its charge 5% after 1 hour, since last month i am facing same proble,

                      What can i do
                      Please help me

                        On 16th sept evening i had visited micromax service center to fix my phone. After diagnosis she had placed an order for a battery for which i had paid inr 1150/- on 19th sept i had called up on phone numbers ([protected], [protected]) mentioned on job sheet, after 20 calls she picked up my phone. On 21st sept i logged a complaint on this portal then your cce confirmed me that my phone battery has been delivered to the service center. Then i visited service center on 23rd sept saturday i got token no. 97. It was last token number. I got battery but after placing new battery the issue was still existed in my phone, they suggested me to update the system of phone but they refused me to do it, they asked me to come some other day for system updation, i requested them that this is my second time when i visited your service center and i have a token you can't ask me to leave, i am working i have taken short leave coz normally i leave office by 7 pm. It is impossible for me to visit on weekdays to service center, somehow i manage on two saturdays to visit service center. But didn't update my phone. The manager is a "gunda" he was doing "gundagardi" with me, then i had updated my phone from a mobile repairing shop moreover the battery that i have ordered wasn't sealed packed. Now i am using that new battery which is drained in few hours, i have to charge the battery three times a day even though i have only few apps on my phone no facebook no other app, despite that battery drains after some hours, i doubt that battery is not new one, they might have provided me repaired battery.
                        Finally i have decided to dumb this micromax phone and purchase a new phone.

                          1st time i go to micromax care for my phones software change and a new battery. They tell me we check the problem & give you in 10 mins after some times they said no current we cant set software. I told your manager for im in hurry i don't have more time they said me to come in monday i agreed. I say monday is the last date. I go to your care monday then they told me to they're battery is complaint& ordered new one wait for 7 days. Then i told about my agreement. They can't give my phone. Then want money for battery."they can't ask for my permission for ordering battery" why software and battery cause 1200 rs. I go to lg showroom for many software issue they check and return free

                                HI, Raghavendra HN here. On wednesday (20 september 2017)regarding software that every half an hour it is erasing and again it will turn on with the WELCOME display screen.So we had come to Micromax Customer Care in Jayangar 3rd block(next to raghavas hospital)
                                So the micromax team had recovered the problem.And so the problem had'nt occured since wednesday(20 september 2017)till thursday(21 september 2017)that is one and a half hours and now again it is erasing and showing the WELCOME display screen.So we an new set of Micromax Selfie 2 and hence Iam concluding saying that we wanted a new set of Micromax Selfie 2.

                                  I really feel sorry for myself purchasing a micromax product. I purchased micromax canvas mega on 21/05/2017 from a retailer at kollam, kerala. After using for two months it started showing some display problems and i contacted our nearby micromax service centre. I was told that the display has to be replaced which will take two week and i submitted the phone on 17/08/2017 at micromax service centre, kollam. Still now i haven't got the mobile repaired. Kindly do the needful to help me regarding thisissue so that customers like me would have some trust in your products and services in the future

                                    I have a micromax canvas gold a5 and my complaint against vk service center which is located in uttarakhand kasipur. On the month of the september 2017 i gives my phone to the serive center which i mention before. They charged me rs 3000 for panel changing and i gave that money.. But after two or three days my phone got stucked again.. So i go to vk service center again and tell them my phone is not working properly.. My phone touch was also disturb after changing the panel.. Then they told me to leave my phone they will check and let me know after some time.. After waiting 3 hours they told me your touched is crashed.. And the new touch will be around 1000 rs then i have no choice except paying 1000 rs.. Then they changed my phone touch and give back to me after two days.. When i received my phone back i was happy.. Finally it is fine now.. Then after one day yes literally one day my phone crashed again and another issue with charging and got blank after two min min running.. Then again i went to the vk service center but from day one they didn't told me the exactly problem just because of they want make money from my types of coustomer now i pissed off
                                    That's why i file a complaint against them
                                    Please take a respected decision

                                        I want to complaint about micromax infinity which i had purchased from amazon. I have ordered it on 9th september and got the product on 10th september. The product was totally defective. It was automatically rebooting, apps were getting stopped, phone was getting heated, the new earphones was totally defective. So in just 1 hr after delivery i have complained to amazon for the replacement. But they were dropping my call. This was very unprofessional by customer care executive. Then they made a pick up on 12th. I had so much suffered on the 12th september because i was getting call by the pick up boy that i m busy and i could not pickup your phone today another guy was saying that this is my last pickup and i will not come after 3 pm. There were not even ready to take the parcel. Apart from that they came at 9 pm after i have complaint to to amazon directly they made the pickup at 9 pm (Out of working time) at night (This is something really bad). Apart from that i got the replacement on 14th september. And the condition of that phone was similar. It was defective. It was also not working properly. So i had to again complain to amazon for direct refund and this time i dont want any replacement. So they again made the pick up on 16th september. And it has been 3 days that i did not get the refund. Even though i have paid 100 rs extra for time of the delivery for getting the product in just one day. So they made the delievery but now its the time of refund that they are not giving my money back.
                                        Amazon is the worst online shopping portal i have ever used. I want my money back.
                                        Also they have dropped my call so many times when i was complaining they are not even assuring me that i will gt my money back

                                        Sir my mobile micromax E453 (CHAMP)
                                        Which is in under warranty but not repaired by service centre.
                                        there were
                                        no physical damages
                                        no water passing on it
                                        there were not any mark on body of mobile.
