Bought a new feature phone micromax x725 from aamy mobiles (Penta menaka, ernakulam, kerala) on 08/10/2017. But its loud speaker quality was too poor. I returned the phone on 09/10/2017 to the shop from where i have purchased it. But they said to give it to the service centre and bring with doa letter.
So i gave it to micromax service centre 'exclusive care' (Pallimukku, kochi, ernakulam, kerala) on the same day.
Now its 14 days my phone hanged there.
Each time i ask they are saying doa is not yet activate.
Paid the money,
Now no phone, no value for money..
Feeling cheated by micromax service..
They have to take back their foolish system called doa and resolve the issue of customers asap.

I purchased Micromax Lcd Monitor From Flipkart & need repairs within 2 Months. I have been calling customer Care Executive & requesting to repair my LCD Monitor from last 4 Month but service Engineer failed to visit my home & whenever i called them they asked me to call you Within 4 hours but they never called to us. i am fed up with this calling again & again. when will you repair my Monitor when my warranty period is over. i am very disappointed with your service.
I purchase handset q4601 after 10 days is not working,
so im handover to mobile macromax gallary.
pls help me

    This is to inform that canvas sparks3 q385 is under warranty. Since its incoming/outgoing calls are not heard properly and the sound is distorted. This mobile was given 4 time to m/s shri laxmi enterprises, g-1/3a ist floor metro pillar no 673 najafgarh road uttam nagar, new delhi contact no [protected] /[protected] on dated 4/10/2017 for repairs and made me sit there for 2 hrs when i asked they returned unrepaired saying as repaired. I there & then checked for its repair only then they received the set vide their job sheet no n[protected] and called me after 10 days for its collection. I again checked the set but it was in the same condition rather worsened when put on speaker also.in view of this you are requested to instruct the enterprises to repair the same again giving clear tone.

      I had power button issue in my yureka yu 5510.. & gave mobile to micromax service center rourkela for repair but after getting my phone, using my phone for 1hour i got to know that, my complete phone was in shambles.. When open the back cover screw came out not single one screw was properly tighten i have to manualy tighten them up. Whole mobile was disorganized & not properly reassembled.. Moreover there was volume key not being working.
      No testing was done before handing over mobile to me...
      When notifying them about the above said issue they simply react abrasively.. Simply shrug off the issue saying they can`t do anything not also properly reassembling it.. Moreover they also dont allow me to click image of the paper in which detail of service maintenace provided was given...
      Its simply blot on the belief of the customer that stood with micromax..
      Such big brand being put negative impression by these customer service represantative..

        Team micromax,

        Would like to draw your attention towards gross negligence and insensitive behavior on the part of micromax india and fraudulent practices at so called authorized service centres.

        I purchased micromax 43a7200mhd (43 inches) full hd led on 11 jan 2016 and subsequently at the time of installation got an extended warranty done (1 +2 years) vide extended warranty no 50b0004981 after payment of an amount of rs 3199/-. (Scanned copy of duly stamped/signed extended warranty dt 18 jan 16 is attached for ref)

        As my tv developed some snag in last week of aug 17, i lodged a complaint with micromax india customer care on 28th aug 17 under sr no :utp[protected] which was attended by your auth service centre rep on 29th/30th aug 17 wherein they physically checked the extended warranty booklet and informed at my place that they will replace the required parts in next 2-3 days. Even after 01 month of lodging the complaint, the ticket at micromax customer care is open with no follow up at any level. This seems to be the most unprofessional way of working possible. To add insult to injury, when i checked up today with customer care, i was told that my extended warranty does not exist.

        This looks like some fraudulent practices going on at service centre's end under connivance of micromax officials. Would like to request you for an earliest redressal of my grievance lest i am forced to raise the issue with social media and consumer forum.

        An earliest action will be appreciated.

          I have bought micromax evok note e453 in august 2017 via consulting rooms private limited, no. 42/1 & 43, kacherakanahalli village,, jadigenahalli hobli, hoskote taluk,, bengaluru,
          Karnataka, india - 560067, invoice number # faaa2u[protected].
          Could not charging the phone, i am submit micromax service centre, kumbakonam after 15 days i received my phone from service centre then again same problem found. But still the phone charge very slowly 3 hours charged only 20% charging the phone and charger repaired.
          Mplease y cell replacement immediately.

            I bought yu yureka black phone from flipkart on 13 july 2017. After using it i found that its speakers were not working properly. So i gave it to its service centre i. E. Micromax. Each time it came back, it is in worse condition than previous.

            My new phone is in micromax service centre for over2 months. I found that their service centre is inefficient in repairing or inspecting any defective/malfunctioning product.

            This is the 5 or 6 time i submitted this phone in continuation. I do not have number of first job sheet but that was on last week of august 2017. Second jobsheet no. Was-n[protected]. On this jobsheet i gave that phone for repair 3 times in continuation. After that phone is still not working properly. This is 3rd jobsheet in continuation.

            I have already resubmitted my phone on 3 october 2017 (Job sheet no.:n[protected]) with a request to replace this defective phone. It has already been over 15 days and did not get the solution of my problem.

            I strongly believe that micromax is not able to repair it. Their technicians have made this phone and my experience with micromax and yu yureka worst.

            Micromax is india's biggest cheater with a brand name.

            Micromax services and products are really disappointing.

                Very sorry to say that though miromax is a good brand my genuine ccomplaint has not been answered since last 1 and 1/2 month. I registered complaint repeatedly vide ser no ser[protected] on 8/1/2017 online. Then another complaint on 18/10/2017. But to my utter surprise the complaint has not yet been resolved. To narrate the matter once again, i purchased mobile yu4711 (2gb 8gb) (Black) mobile model code - serymob018 on 10/11/2016. My mobile is in warranty period. It has got problem 5305-y charging/battery backup battery empty. I submitted the phone to your service center on 09/09/2017. However one and half month has elapsed but my phone has not been repaired yet. Every time i call they say that part has not yet come. For last one and half month i am suffering for no fault of mine. I have lost lot of mental peace and financial loss due to this delay. Under these circumstances may i request you to kindly replace my defective phone and give me a new phone or else i will be left with no other alternative but to file a complaint with the consumer court.

                  I have submitted my phone e 455 to micromax service centre on 25-9-17 but every time i called they said phone parts not available in company so they can't help it.. My phone is in warranty i. I'm waiting for long time this is really frustrating i also called in customer care they said same thing every time like i have to wait for 5 days but there is nothing going to work out.. I'm expecting my phone replacement as soon as possible

                    I have complaint against micro max india, my name is vivek i bought one led 50 inches n after a year it was not working, so registered complaint in april 17 n was given service request no.. But no body came again i lodged complain after few days someone from micro max came n i was informed power supply is not working it has to be changed. N total cost was supposed to be updated. Again i lodged complaint n again new engineer came n i was notified that it would cost me[protected] + visiting charges and he left n told me that he will let me know when part is available. But after 2 weeks no call i again lodged a complaint n this time a new person came n he told supply pcb need to be replaced n told me it would cost 2500₹ i gave nod n he told me that he will notify when this is available again after 2 weeks same story n this time i was told that led need to be taken to service centre. They took the led as it was already been seen by service centre people, n to my utter surprise this time i was told panel is damaged n it will cost ₹21000. I have tried contacting on phone, facebook but to my utter vain after 6 months i'm without my product n hard earned money due to lack of services of micro max india.

                        I bought a micomax 32 inch full hd led 10 month back and led stopped working on 1st week of september. I raised a complaint on 9th sep with complain number hr[protected]. Their executive came and said there is problem with display, we will replace your led in 1 week. After that no one has come till now to replace the led or parts of led. I have been calling customer care again and again, and everytime they are saying, it will take 7-10 working days. And now its been 45 days and my led is not working, nor the customer care is responding. And even after these, customer care and service guy is using abusive language and not helping in any way.

                        I bought a micomax 40 inch full HD led 2 year back and led stopped working on 1st week of september. I raised a complaint on 8th sep with complain number DEL[protected]& Second complaint on 29th sep complaint number DEL[protected]. Their executive came and said there is problem with display, we will replace your led in 1 week. After that no one has come till now to replace the led or parts of led.                           Initially i goes to micro max service center and submitted my phone as a problem of "battery drain" and "WI-Fi connecting issue" at[protected].
                          and mobile submitted by costumer care and job sheet given to me.
                          After 2-3 times visited at micro max costumer service center they said "PCB issue found and same informed to micro max company."
                          Costumer service center person says company provide new PCB and same assembled by them so problem will be resolved.
                          but after reaching service center again problem not resolved.
                          Now, costumer service center person says mobile is not in warranty because of Old model.
                          But i have one year warranty receipt of mobile bill and more then one month mobile submitted in costumer service center job sheet.
                          Kindly do the needful on high priority because these seems like company not responsible for there costumer.
                          It will effect the company status and quality.

                            I have purchased an air conditioner of micromax with which i was given wuarranty of 5 years but the remote of the same is not working properly since 15-20 days n i have launched the complaint against it 3 or 4 times. The executive came to check and told me he will exchange it n it did not happen i called up again 4 times and they said they will replace it and still they did not i have all the complaint numbers with me and i am fed up with the services.                               I want to report an issue with a new micromax phone i purchased from flipkart. The model number is micromax dual evok note and i bought it from flipkart on 19th sept 2017 and the same was delivered on 20th sept 2017, the phone worked until 12th oct 2017 7:30 pm post that there has been no display on the phone. The phone charges however no display or touch working. Since 10 days replacement time was over from flipkart, they asked me to visit nearby micromax service center, hence i visited the service center today, they informed me that water has entered the phone and so it will not be covered under warranty they told me that the display and touchpad needs to be replaced and this would be cost me rs 4500, can you imagine for a rs 9999 phone the cost of the display is rs 4500. The phone has not at all been exposed to any water in the last 20 days of its purchase but still micromax service center is claiming that the damage is due to water. Micromax as a company produces high end phones with extremely cheap parts at a very low cost because they know that after the purchase they will be able to extract money from the customers this way, basically nothing that you take to the service center is covered under warranty, you buy a mobile worth rs 10, 000 then keep on spending[protected] rs everytime you take it to the service center. This is ridiculous, i dnt know how a company like micromax is still surviving in the market with this kind of professionalism and customer dissatisfaction. Also these phones are being sold exclusively on flipkart, i have reported this issue to flipkart as well but they have denied help, apparently after the product is sold online, they are no longer bothered. Now i understand why people make faces when they hear you purchased a micromax phone. Everybody in my family and friends commented as to why i am buying a micromax device when there are so many good brands available, but i still went ahead with micromax as the phone has high end features but the reason is now clear, nothing is pathetic than this situation and micromax is the worst company in this world. Cheap company cheap mobiles cheap service. Because of indian companies like this, india can never rise to levels of developed companies, a company which doesn't care for its customers can be an indian company only. I would request people not to purchase micromax devices if they want to be happy with their purchase.

                                My micromax q491 is slow at charging and the worst happened today. I put my phone on charge and went for bath. After taking bath i unpinned it and then pressed the unlock button, there was duck on screen, after a lot of try when no key worked i removed my battery and then switche it on. Now problem is that charging is reducing at high speed and taking much time in charging. What is this problem? And how can i get over it. Please explain!!!

                                    We have submitted my mobile on micromax service center on 16/08/2017, imei no.[protected] near to two month over but till your not delivered the device, i am calling customer care 28/09/17, 06/10/17 and 13/10/17 your customer care representative says after 05 day delivered your device, actually one device major problem solved how many days you taken. My device delivered or not please confirm it. If deliver the mobile how many days you taken

I have given to micromax care center for repairing but instead of repairing he just format and update without my knowledge and hand over the handset to me. When i asked regarding my phone job he just argument and flat charges rs 250/-.

                                        I bought battery of yu yureka plus 5510a (2500mah) from your service center at hazaribagh on
                                        . They charged me ₹700 for new one and billed me with out warranty. But the new battery was absolutely different from original and seems to be fake or duplicate selling their own, after asking service centre told me that this battery is upgraded version. However service center offered me 1 month warranty for that battery... But this battery doesn't ever charge 100% (80-85%) and goes discharged before 30%.
                                        I requested service center several times and they replaced me with so called new one (Fake) battery 3 times but battery performance was same (Never charged 100% and discharged before 30%)..
                                        For this i visited your micromax service center, hazaribag more than 15 days n 20 times and they kept sitting me outside for several hrs...
                                        I am fully unsatisfied with your service center behavior and i will have to go consumer forum for the same..
