Hi team,

I have recently bought the micromax mobile q4310 intially they told there was screen replacement for one year, since it was only 4 months back i bought there was some techinical issue in display, i went to service station in order not to replace the display of the product service people are saying water logging issues. This is highly disgusting recently i got 5 micromax mobiles for my family members and i am keep suggesting the people for micromax. For silly reasons these people are avoiding the replacement this will make pepole to lose hope on micromax. If this will not happen micromax is going to lose a serious follower of micromax products.

Dear sir,
I have purchase micromax phone last year now phone not working properly,
Till now phone on under warranty but when i go to micromax care he/she charge me 1800rs, i have submitted 1000rs in advance but till now phone not deliver to me.
My phone is under warranty but after that he want to 1800rs please solve my problem.
Me and my family use micromax phone last 6 years but now i have faced this type problem.

I bought micromax 109cm (43) ultra hd (4k) smart led tv and its display get distorted within 6 month, i have register many compalins. But still my tv is at service center from last 4months, they are not able to repair my tv. And also not replacing the defective product. Every they just share a complaint no. Latest complaint no is utp[protected]. My register no is [protected]. If you can plz share consumer court address for noida to register manaul complaint against micromax.

I have purchased micromax tv on dated 29/05/2017 and it was not working scene 30/09/2017 and i have complain same date on customer care and my reference no is[protected]. I have also mailed him they replay as generic.. Copy paste sentence without understanding the mail word.
Therefore no any action taken from micromax side... Poor coordination found between customer service and local service centre.

I have launched complaint for my led tv 32 which is not working since 27 sept and these are the ref nos. Ser[protected], ser[protected] utp[protected], utp[protected].

While talking to your customer care executive it was unclear that when i will get the solution for my led tv. I am feeling very stress and uncomfortable. I request your kind attention on this matter and provide me the best solution asap. If possible call me at mob. No:- [protected]. I am eagerly waiting for your support to get my led tv repaired or replace whatever is the best action required.

Please help in the issue as soon as possible otherwise i will be forced to take some action against your support team.

I have used micromanage mobile module a311, dual sim, my issue is 1 sim tray is broken, i had given the service center in puducherry (100 feet road, ellaipillaichavady) on 28.06.2017. She is telling 1 hr require for tray changing time, i had given the mobile and went to town after 2 hrs. I go to service center, now she is telling 1 day required, next day call them not responsible in service center, 30.06.2017 again calling another one person attended the phone he is telling 1 week required for changing the tray due to non-availability of tray. After 10 day called to service center he is not answer correctly, i was continually followed nobody is not responding, after 25 day my son go to the service center with service bill, she is tell your mobile phone was dead. My son called me he is tell like this, at the time i spoke to service center person, i am asking the question 1. Sim tray change requisition time 1 day, now 35 days. 2. You’re not explained me the problem at the time of mobile given after 35 days simply telling your mobile is dead. She is not answering those questions, i am not taken my mobile still the time. Please do the needful. I am not satisfied

I was travelling to asansol from kalka. At station of delhi, someone steal my phone while i was sleeping. So i lost my phone. Thus i want to block it, so that no one can misuse it. Please help me sir

I did purchase tab having model no p480 on 12.11.2015. Within 2 years its touch screen had stopped working. I got this repaired on paid basis by paying rs.1600 against call no[protected]-29720191. Again within 1 month the same problem occurred. So i had to gave it back again to service center m/s aashtavinayak mobile service located at kalyan in thane district, maharashtra, india. On 15.09.17. This time they kept my tab w/o giving acknowledgement or official registration of complaint. When i insisted they gave me another new call no[protected]-30170176 after 7 days.
I am sure service center had cheated me and not put new part in my tab, the reason why it is getting failure frequently or incorrect diagnosis.
It is also seen that service center is not willing to register official complaint.

I am user of your product science one moth before i am facing problem in my touch pad, and i went to crevice center (Micromax cervice center in platinum plaza) they changed my touch pad scicne then problem started the problem was
It was automatically shutdown
Then again i went to crevice center then they are saying it is a battery problem and they are saying to chenge your battery and pay the amount of battery while before submitting to handset it was giving crevice at least 6 hr

Then i was desided to lets conform this to other cervice center in mp nagaar poojya enterprising then they are saying it is not battery problem it is problem with the charging pin, now then changed charging pin when i used my hand set it croupt my memory card and i lost my important data as well as my 8 gb memory card

Now our device not able to connect with pc and one more problem it facing it could not able to provide proper network to sim niter it providing proper calling facility nor data
Over all i am going to irritate with this hand set since last month so plase help me

I have bought micromax evoke note 2 months back. I bought it because i was using canvas nitro 4g earlier and its camera was of good quality. But its camera quality is so pathetic. Though it is said that evoke note is having camera of 13mp, it seems to be nothing but some vga quality pictures when i take pictures with it. I am very much disspointed that i have spent rs 9500 on it. I would like to get the amount refunded if i could return the same to the micromax or get it replaced with another good camera qulaity phone.

I am writing this complaint from my daughter's account on this website. My name is santosh kumar banerjee. I had purchased a micromax canvas unite 4 plus, model - q427 from an authorised store in ranchi, jharkhand. From the very beginning the phone has been problematic and has shown signs of being a defective piece. The phone has a defective charger and data cable, the battery backup is not at all satisfactory, the jack for headphones is also defective. I have been facing sevaral problems due to these defects. When i took this matter to the micromax service centre, the person there gave me a new data cable and headphones after a week. But the data cable proved to be even more defective than the previous one and furthermore affected the phone's performance making it bad to worse. Now if i try to charge from the new data cable the phone dosen't even get charged or the charge decreases on charging. On complaining again, the person at the micromax service centre told me to submit my phone, to which i enquired the time which will be taken for repairs and they answered that they don't know and can't say how much time will be taken.
I am a senior citizen and the service centre is nearly 3-4 kms away from my residence. At this old age, it is getting really tough for me to handle all this chaos, travelling through public transport for servicing and getting harassed at your service centre just for the sake of a defective handset your company has given me. It takes 2-3 hours at the service centre that causes loss of my personal earning and health. Please replace this defective handset with a fresh and good condition handset of the same model with all accessories in working condition or compensate me for the loss, damage and harassment caused to me by the company and the service centre. If my complaint is not redressed within 15 days, it will be deemed that you are compelling me to take shelter of the state consumer forum for legal action.

Apart from the products being substandard the customer service is beyond horrible. I have a micromax router (Speedster mmx440w) that i received as a gift. After trying all the instructions in the booklet i have finally given up trying to set it up and called the micromax helpdesk number provided in the booklet. ([protected] - this is not a toll free number.) after calling them several times, the first time they kept telling to call different numbers, which i did. Finally they said they do not support routers only mobiles they said they would have someone to call me back. This is 2 months ago. After the long wait and losing hope, i finally called the number again. The minute they picked my call 4 of their employees hearing my issue either hung up on me or pretended they could not hear me. One even went on to say he will not hang up on me and will help me out and then again did the exact same thing. Their names being shiv, aashish, and shiksha (Or aswini am not sure about the last girls name) all this while i was being charged for the calls as this was not a toll free number i was calling. Finally i called again and asked for their supervisor, a girl picked and point blankly refused to either transfer or call her supervisor as she said they have no rules to do so. She tried to justify the previous hang ups as a technical issue which is definitely not the case. Since i insisted she finally put me on mute for the next 15 minutes and hung up on me again! Is this what the company teaches its employees? No wonder people all over the world spit at indian companies. They have no manners or etiquette training their employees to behave with the customers in a rude and arrogant way. This reflects directly on the owner rahul sharma who only knows to swindle and cheat his customers with mediocre products and make himself rich, disgusting and shame on this company. I wont be surprised at the very quick downfall of this company.

Sir i have the problem micromax mobile handset. I seen the information about my mobile in the micromax official website it shows my mobile micromax x424 features are showned as 32 mb internal memory, but after purchasing the mobile from local lot mobile store in karimnagar it shows only 60kb. Please take my complaint and please solve my problem sir.

Mobile having the memory of only 60kb but in website it shows me 30mb.

I have received faulty laptop since i purchase i am not able to connect my lan and laptop is restarting again and again my laptop imie no. 50cc79cfbb23ea4 laptop submitted in your ambernath service centre as on 10/08/2017 printer was not working in ur service centre i received my jobsheet on 9/12/2017 your company is so cheap you don't have need of customers one day will came no customers will purchase ur company product your company will get shut down because this type of cheap service centre # off this type service centre always they do chutiyagiri whenever i call them they say we don't have updates # your company doesn't have any updates since 1 month 15 days what kind of service you are giving for jobsheet you take 1 month then laptop repair how many days your company is so cheap and ask your company service centre everyday i called them since 15 days only i heard answer we don't have any updates # your company at least provide them details or change your service centre please check jobsheet i received it on 12/09/2017 and your service centre mention 29/08/2017. Date check jobsheet upper side at least give my laptop back to me or throw it in garbage.

We brought a micromax canvas tv 40 inches (101cm) recently the power box got damaged and we have warranty they said will replace the part with in 7 days but its already completed 40 days they are not providing me any information regarding my service they are saying my consumer will contact u but they are not contacting me local authority also saying that contact to customer nd customer saying that wait for out consumer service provider wil contact you but im not getting a call from him iam going to take action consumer cot

I took this matter to the service centre but the people there harassed me even more by giving me an even more defective data cable which (I) dosen't connect properly to the phone until it is held in a particular angle and (Ii) charges the phone negatively. When complaint again they told me to submit my phone to which i enquired about the time which would be taken for repairs and to this they answered that they don't know. With all this harassment with the phone and the people at the service centre, i am writing this complaint to the authorities to either change my handset with a non-defective and working handset of the same model or take the phone and compensate me for all the problems and harassment i have been facing till now. If not done so it will be deemed that you're compelling me to take this matter to the state consumer court.

When you give micromax service center please that time first insured the service center head put there staff very well trained back office as well front office too.
I am from amravati maharashtra here is service center of micromax manager mr salman shaikh. I am not satisfied front desk service as well back desk. Service center for the solve the complaint of customers but here the give very rash treatment

I am rajeev shukla. I have a complaint against micromax that when i go to service center of micromax. My mobile phone power button is not working but i service center he say pay 250 and come here after 1 week.. So i want to tell.. How much you take time here please work fast then he say sorry.. So please tell me sir only for a power button he want 1 week and 250 rs.. It's right or not.

Sir. My mobile canvas 6pro given for service for nearly 7 times. And last time it was sent in delhi for problem solve. But till now same problem is there. Warranty is expiring in next month 08. Oct.2017 and many time it was in service center itself for service.. Next month company will tell us out of warranty.. Kindly solve this problem before warranty period.. Call on [protected]..

I neetu rani brought a phone on 28 january 2017 from mobile planet shop jewel chock jammu after two months i observe some charging problem in this phone then the shopkeeper send my phone to micromax service station gujjar nagar jammu then they told me there is a problem in its motherboard and it will take one month for repair so i submit this phone service station but they never return it to me upto 3months then i threaten them i will go to consumer court but again they give some other set for use and told me up set is in chandigarh after few days they again given me my own phone to me but again same problem and they also broken it from several sides and told me we will not do any think more now it's my complaint to company that when there is a warranty in item and at the time of selling you promised us if any problem will happen we will give u new phone but my phone is roaring from last 7 months but there is no final decision i had already launched my complaint to company but no response now it's my last trial otherwise i will go to consumers court a against company i need my responses with in weak otherwise i will go to court and media and tell them what ur company is doing know because i purchased micromax phone first time and my experience is very bad my phone is micromax canves 5lite m_imei1:[protected] ean no:[protected] sn: v[protected]
