All these announcement of winner, is fake they utilize the data collected for their personal use in future you may be harassed, we may not know, why it is sent to undisclosed reciepent, if it is true why your name does not appear to ________
All these are scam they just extract some money from you and for their personal benifit.
Forget its all useless
