recently i receive an e-mail stated as below, my question is is it true or some kind of scam/fraud

i have been receiving such type of fake emails from last one month from different name of company and persons i request to look into this matter very seriously and please stop this fake emails

no:[protected] with Serial no:2113-05 and drew the lucky numbers
[protected] which subsequently won you 1,000,000.00...

Sir, I had recieved this mail from below specified person, please check and tell me about him because i had giver all my information to him so i may take further action about it. thanking you. They had told to give the amout of 3,00,000us$.

I got a mail from Mr.John Moore ([protected]@yahoo.in) who is a senior officer in UN office stating thast I have won lottery of Microsoft of 850,000 pounds and to transfer this amount to my account I have to pay a sum of Rs.28,000/-. He also mailed a letter of RBI dated 14/01/2011 in this regard.

Hence I request you to kindly let me know that the above information is correct or not.
