I am Dilip Sen apply to convert my mobile no-[protected] from prepaid to post paid on 06.09.2013 by Airtel store at city center - I, salt lake, Kolkata. But till today it is pending. I call them several time but they are not entertain me properly. I think this is happening with customer due to
miss management & callousness of Customer Service Team. I am a user of Airtel DTH & two nos. mobile set but I am totally upset with this type of customer service.

My mobile no is [protected] and email id is monoj.[protected]@gmail.com. I contacted so many times (by email to [protected]@airtel.in) but no action was taken. I have submitted all the documents (voter id and photo) to airtel store citycenetr and also I emailed the softcopy of those but till it's pending. I contacted with the customer care executive of saltlake city center airtel store kolktata so many times. His name is Mr. Suman Chakroborty.
