[Resolved] Vodafone (Delhi) — Disable Post Call Notification
I have been a subscriber of Vodafone Delhi (Postpaid) for quite a long time now. Recently, I migrated from postpaid to prepaid. Now, after the migration is done, I'm getting my account balance information after every call, and even SMS (though I have an active SMS pack). A message pops up on the screen with my balance information, and this is very annoying for me. I tried calling Vodafone care and even emailed them, but they simply reply "Sorry sir, this can't be disabled". As a consumer, I should have the right to select which services I want, and which ones I don't want. I'm sure disabling this service is not impossible. In fact, I know people on Vodafone Delhi network who got this service disabled - but they're not disabling mine. Was this information helpful?
