[Resolved] Vodafone In Mumbai — Poor network connectivity in Poonam Nagar, Jogeshwari(E) | |||
Hello, I am using Vodafone network since 3 years and my number is [protected], i am staying in Kokan darshan building 7th floor, in Kokan nagar, Poonam Nagar, Jogeswari(E), Mumbai-400096. The problem is i am facing poor network problem with this i am not able to make a call or receive and not able to use mobile network even with 2G/3G. and most of the times i get No signal symbol. my mobile no. is [protected]. i am living in tughlkabad extn. (gali no. 26) new delhi the vodafine network is very poor in this area. i have registred complaint so many time. everytime the customer care told me that my problem will be solved within the month. but the improvement is zero. i cannot talk in my room. i have to come out in the gali to attend/make the calls. other mobile company in this area are providing very good services like airtel, idea celluer and others. i donot know what is the problem with vodafone why they are not able to solve the network problem in this area.i am very much disappointed.Hope the number interchange scheme is launched soon so that i can shift to a better service provider

Vodafone — poor interconnectivity
my ph. no. is [protected]. I was not receiving msgs on my cell. I tried to call customer care and they picked up the phone after a long time and told me that its fault of the system.. I asked them to register my complaint, but he kept me on the hold and disconnected. I called again and a person called roshan picked up this time he listened my complaint and then he also disconnected. i am very fed up with this vodafone, I am unable to talk to my friends who hv bsnl or reliance numbers. Evrytime I call them up I am charged but I couldnt talk due to interconnectivity problem. Hope the number interchange scheme is launched soon so that i can shift to a better service provider
