Monte Carlo is a leading Multinational in branded item also.I purchased monte carlo half jacket for a debit card of axis bank Rs. 2180.from M/S OM ENTERPRISES (MC EXCLUSIVE SHOWROOM) 182. JAI PLAZA, ABU LANE, MEERUT.

problem encoutered is that many balls(bubbels)of cloth come over the whole jacket.jacket looks like 10 year old.before one and half month i sent the jacket of ecclusive showroom meerut. but not a good response for dealer.i requested to you to replace my defacted jacket and sent me a new half jacket.

But, I have received only one Item[protected] purple (Rs.847 ). I have called your Customer Support many times and also mailed you the same problem thrice.
The issue is not yet resolved while almost 20 days has past.

Problem encountered is that small small balls of cloth (raven)has come over the collar and in pocketcloth.Which is not good for a company like yours. I have purchased Monte Carlo Jacket last year in sale and take out this year to wear it, but i really got shocked when i saw the jacket, the condition of jacket is horrible the leather the Monte Carlo has used is of very cheap and poor quality. Such a big branded company Monte Carlo also do such cheap things, Can't believe, but its True. Due to Brand name they are making people fool by giving duplicate products and earning profit in large amount. People buying Monte Carlo Products due to its Brand Image but soon they will loose there image from Market if they will not stop there control over cheap quality products. They Have to consider there Brand name Side by side Quality of product if they have to survive in Market.
People and court should also Consider the same and i am attaching the pics of jacket, which i have purchased last year.

I have purchased a jerrsey on 16/12/2011 by receipt no.17575 which cost is Rs3895.00 , from the shop "new friends" 12,new market bhopal-03,which is authorised delear of monte carlo.After one week I felt that its material is containing bad quality resulting that it became too loose. Again after few days one designer button was broken and the side belt stich out then ,another side belt button become lose. I always believe to use branded item, therefore I have purchased jerrsey of your brand but felt that the piece which purchased by me is not as per your reputation of brand Image .I met the proprietor of above said shop and requested him to change the jerrsey but he advised me to talk with you and provided your contact number .I had make contact on your no.[protected] to make a complaint then the person who received my call as advised me to lodge the complaint in mail id of the company.but. I request to you kindly take an action against it .Before 30 day have sent the complaint on [protected]@owmnahar.com but no response was given in that appeal.

i purchased a monte carlo overcoat 1year back..and after 10-12 wearings its leather started coming off...as per the reputation of the brand we do not expect such kind of quality of the clothes..so kindly take care of d above complaint and take action....we as a consumer expects good quality from a reputed brand...

I bought a monte carlo cardigan of @ Rs. 759.00 from monte carlo exclusive showroom - M/S Fashion Point, Near Raja juice Centre, Bhilwara, Rajasthan.
Monte carlo is known for its fabric quality and is a brand apart from the rest, but on the very same day of buying it, its woolen threads starts coming out from everywhere. On going back to the store and requesting them to exchange the product they simply refuced to help out in any way.
I request you to replace this cardigan for me....

Monte carlo which is known for its fabric quality depressed me as the jacket tore when i put hand in its pocket.
