I had purchased three items of monte corlo, from m/s kay sond collections, 193-l, model town, ludhiana, vide bill no.[protected] dated 12/02/2016 for rs.4272/-.
On all the three items, plastic tags were attached on which mrp was printed, including all taxes.
However separate vat has been charged illegally.
You kind attention is invited to the news in the english paper -times of india dated 10/12/2015, in which it was mentioned that in a similar
case the consumer court has fined the company rs.20000/-along with ordered to refund the vat charged illegally.
Similar is the position of bill no.[protected] dated 12/02/2016.
In view of the above you are requested to refund the vat amount charged illegally, failing which i will be compelled to file a suit in the consumer court and in that event taking place, the company shall be responsible for all the expenses of the suit also, along with penalty.

    I ordered a men pullover on your website, to be delivered at hathras (204101).
    On checking the delivery options at your website it stated "
    "this pin code is serviceable for cod and prepaid payment options"

    I had already done the prepaid payment. order details are as follows:

    Product name: monte carlo men pullover
    Product code : 1142503vn-1-44
    Size : 44
    Color: brown
    Quantity : 1
    Grand total : rs. 786.6

    However on tracking my order on delhivery it states"no serviceable zone and it has been returned. pfa screenshot of tracking order.

    Please let me know how it is going to be delivered at the given address.
    I request you to please respond and clarify my doubts.
    This is a source of disappointment and does not creates a very good impression of yours.

    Please collect my pant and see the problems yourself, then it will prove it that my complaint is genuine.

      I bought a Jacket on 40% offer was going, its total original price was Rs.3495/ (Inclusive all taxes) so, after 40% deduction its new cost was Rs.2097/ but I see in bill where again VAT of Rs.104.85/ and Sur charges of Rs.5.24/ added in the bill cost and became Rs.2097+Rs.104.85+Rs.5.24=Rs.2297/
      My concern is if all the taxes was included in the original cost then why again all taxes added after deduction.
      The same are being dome with other customers so, how a Showroom retailed making fraud and cheating to customers.

            Purchased one jacket on 02.12.15 having size of 46 but bill issued for 38 size. The jacket was defective and was returned to their showroom at Pacific Mall but they did not issue any acknowledgement. Waited for so many days and finally forced to buy other products being refused to refund the money even after accepting manufacturing Defect. Purchase two lowers forcibly on 16.12.15. My question is why they did not issue receipt and why refused the refund? ?????????????????

              I got a jacket from your company last year and hardly wore it 2-3 times but it ended up with loose elastics from the bottom and the sleeves.This is not expected from a reputed company like yours. I hope to either get it replaced or get my money returned

                  ALIGARH. 28.03.2015 Dear Sir, A ladies cardigan was purchased from MONTE CARLO on line. The order was placed on 11th Feb, 2015 vide Order No.[protected] and the money was paid by card. On going thro' the website I had found that all the ladies cardigan were available at half the price. During giving order I found that full price was coated. I took it for granted that after the delivery of the cardigan the company will refund half the money i.e. Rs. 1320/- which was also confirmed by company people when contacted after the delivery. The Part No. of the cardigan is 1142739VN-1-38 and the actual price is Rs.2382/-. After the delivery I had tried to contact them at least 100 times but I could only talk to them only 3-4 times as they fail to respond on my call. There are two persons to whom I used to talk and they are Mr. Dushyant and the other is Mr. Jaspreet. Both used to give excuse that the matter has been forwarded to finance department which I think it was a total lie. Both these gentlemen are big liars and till date I have not received half the amount which should have been refunded immediately after delivery. It is a really ver shameful thing that companies like these can cheat the common man for such a petty amount. It is a disgrace to these type of multinational companies and as far as I think so the government should take serious action againts these type of fraud activities and the people who are carrying out such nasty acts.                   As far as the rating is concerned it has nothing to do with the complaint. A complaint is a complaint and you are the authorities to take action against the complaint lodged to your office and help out the person who is in distress. There is no place in giving ratings to a complaint The concerned authorities should be taken to task and the person concerned who has lodged a complaint should be helped on priority basis by your office.

                          I bought a monte carlo sweater of @ Rs. 1500.00 from monte carlo showroom - M/S Bindal at Connaught Circus. Monte carlo is known for its fabric quality and is a brand apart from the rest, but in the first year itself, there were lot of wholes in the sweater coming out and started increasing like anything.                             On 12 april 2014, i made a purchase of 3 denim jeans and 2 t-shirts from monte carlo showroom in central market, lajpat nagar (18 pushpa market, central market) Details of purchase: Invoice no[protected] I used one of the denim jeans, brown in color 2-3 times. i then gave it for wash at home (with instructions that this is light color jeans so wash it separately). In the evening my mother informed me that jeans released black color on whole jeans. so i gave it for dry cleaning in hope that it'll get better, but it was useless. I took it to showroom as complaint 2 weeks back. today, they returned it to me saying there is no defect in the product. I want monte carlo to take full responsibility for this and either replace the product or refund me as the jeans is useless to me.

                              2 Monte Carlo half sleeves sweaters where purchased from the store and after wearing them just once they developed lint. Complained to the store and were offered exchange. When we actually went back to the store for exchange, the Store Manager - Anil Bhatia refused saying it was normal. We stressed on the fact that it developed lint after just wearing it once. Also showed him the sweater of same brand which I am wearing from last 3 years and it has not developed any lint. But the store manager was rude and indifferent. The experience does not end here. Complained to the customer service and got no response to the complaint filed. Escalated the complain to the highest level in the company and have got no revert till date. Pathetic experience and they have surely lost a loyal customer

                                I have purchased Monte Carlo Jacket last year and wore it 2 -3 times and take out this year to wear it, after wearing it for 2-3 times, i got shocked when i saw the jacket, the condition of jacket is horrible the leather of the jacket is splitting.
                                This jacket I have bought with lot of hopes that a brand like Monte Carlo will provide me good stuff, but seeing the condition I regret that I have bought it. I love this jacket because of its good design.
                                I request you to look in to the matter and replace the defective jacket.

                                  My self Sunil garg residing 158/24 kesarganj' behind police chowki ajmer.I bought anew jacket last year which within one month got faded .I complained to monte carlo in ajmer but they rejected my complaint saying to bring back the bill for the jacket purchased one year before...I didn't expected that I need to keep that bill for one year...hopelessly i called to ur customer care as well...they convinced me saying to proceed my complaint further...no response from there as well...No replacement has been done ..I filed my complaint to consumer complaints too...BT I think ol concern has been lost..I jus once want to gift that jacket to ur owner n wish he comes wearing that outstanding faded piece of his own company in his office with pride that their company sells so good products...even m ready to bear the postal charges for posting it as a free of cost gift ...u shud mention with our adds that with every Monte Carlo product keep the bill with u till years...at least I can hope that u will look into the matter soon...waiting for our reply...

                                    Monte carlo is a leading multinational in branded item also. i purchased monte carlo full sleeves jacket.

                                    Problem encoutered is that the leather of the jacket is splitting. jacket looks like 10 year old. before one and half month i sent the jacket to pragati showroom lucknow. but not a good response for dealer. i requested to you to replace my defacted jacket and sent me a new full jacket.

                                        I had ordered a black women's cardigan size 38 and the mode of payment was COD. After I paid the COD and opened my package I found a men's black pullover without tags inside. This company is openly cheating customers. If the sweater I requested was out of stock they should have informed me instead of sending me something I do not need and cheating me. I contacted them by email and phone. There was no response to email. On phone they promised to get the sweater picked up by courier but have not heard from them for the last 10 days. I have lost Rs. 1674/- and would advise everybody against ordering anything from MONTECARLO site.
                                        The above mentioned wrong item was supplied without tags to me. This goes to show how planned cheating is going on in this company. If the item was out of stock they should have informed me instead of sending me rubbish.
