Hi I buy a pack of 3 t shirt from Monte Carlo show room LUDHIANA on 30/4/2019 with one wash colour fade it's very bad quality I visit show room call on help line number and mail tell now I not get any satisfied answer from Monte . When I call in help line or mail them they ask me about bill I want to ask everyone when they buy product how many person save shopping bill we trusted on company and think it's good company and other side they save our details like mobile number I provided my mobile number to seach my bill details and product packing and bar code details .

    I bought a track suit from their website order no:[protected].

    I tried contacting them regarding shipping of product through various channels.

    1) customer care number
    2) e-mail to [protected]@montecarlo.in
    3) tagging them on twitter

    No one responds over call, no revert on my e-mail. I have paid the money in full, but still they are not shipping the product and not event communicating regarding any delay. I would need help in getting in touch with their customer care team.

      It's material got damaged/ torn by getting stretched during normal wearing routine.
      It's just 3 months that i am facing such problems with my jacket.

      I have a monte carlo cargo pent. Perched in December mid. Now the pent is fully defected but show room saller is not making a solution because i have no bill and no any type of tags. Please make a any type of solution

        I am loyal and regular customer of your brand for last 20 years. It is very sad that after using your brand for so many years i got such a poor behavior at your premium outlet and which left me with no option but to write this letter to you

        I purchased a charcoal grey pull over from janakapuri district center outlet in december 2018
        Monte carlo fashion limited unit 3

        The pull over turned out to be defective piece as it has lot of loose wool creeping on it. I went to exchange the defective piece but counter sales person told me that he would get it alright and he got it alright, but after few days again the same problem arose…. I have many pullovers of monte carlo and using them for years….. But nothing happened…. Which made me loyal to this brand…. But now this pullover is defective….

        I went again to get it replaced…. But the manager simply refused to change and when i told him that this pullover is of no use to me as it is defective, he simply asked me to leave the sweater or take it as it is and that he would not do anything about it.

        I have left the pull over with the manager at the store.
        I have written mail at [protected]@montecarlo.in but no response till now...

        U r requested to look into the matter at the earliest and replace it.

        We would like to inform you that pilling is a natural property of wool and there is no guarantee of pilling on our products, the same has been mentioned on the invoice also.

        Pilling remove is the only solution. We are sorry to inform you that we are not able to arrange the replacement in this case.
        it is very disgusting to see this kind of reply from branded company
        I have been using Monte Carlo pullovers from last 20 years
        this is not the first pullover I have bought but no problem has occurred till now to other pullovers.
        I hardly used this pullover, I bought it in December and the problem started occurring in January so I visited the store in January but the counter sales guy told me that he would get it alright, and he got it alright, but after few days gain the same problem arose….

        I have used this pullover the same way i used other pull overs...so it clearly shows that this is defective pullover...
        Kindly refund our money or have it replaced...or connect me to your senior who can take call on this..

          I have bought monte carlo men 's trouser basic from exclusive showroom and franchise - yougal sons fashions p. Ltd, apsara road, gandhinagar jammu with invoice no.[protected] on[protected] at 5.17.53p. M.
          Even on next date, i had weared that trouser in the wedding ceremony of my brother but i felt ashamed and embarassed after someone told me about its tearing up above from my butt side. Either the product was low quality fibre or was lying there from ages. Im deeply shocked with the quality lapse of such a reputed brand. So i think of mailing you before going to consumer forum.

          I bought track suit few days back and after first wash I saw lint on pant. I really disappointed from the company. I was big fan of monte carlo and use to wear only and only monte carlo branded cloths but now I am thinking to change the brand for my cloths.

              I had purchased few clothes online from monte carlo official website, order no[protected], but they never delivered products, today while after 9 days of purchasing no call or product confirmation, i emailed their mail id, but surprisingly they confirmed it was delivered, they produced a false delivered bill and my false signature, it was around 3500/- inr, kindly help me and provide me justice. They are real cheater.

                I purchased a jacket from monte carlo lajpat nagar new delhi in feb 2018. But after using the first time bubbles and cotton are coming out of it without wash. I complained the dealer as well as customer care but company and dealer refused to take complain and deny to change the product.A reputed brand have that much bad quality and customer credibility.

                As being a reputed brand product should be altleast last for one season.but after very first use not only bubbles cotton threads are coming out of it.its a fraud with the consumer.I[censored] cant resolve the problem i will file it in consumer court.
                I pachesd three sweater from your show room bihar sharif nalanda but all are defective and springs bubble my mob.number is [protected]

                  bad quality of bubbles on sweater

                  I have bought one sweater from 27th main road HSR layout Bangalore. I have asked them while purchasing "isme bubbles to nai aayega na" then sales person said me that no sir nothing will happen. if anything will be happen we are there. He was so sure about quality. Now after 2 wash there are so many bubbles which is not natural. we went to brands for best qualities only. Good brands will not compromise with money then why should we compromise...

                  In your bettiah shop there is no any display that which PCs contains how may discount.
                  Their the owner is bargaining and first saying 20percent and then after 30percent
                  So please take action against it.
                  He is saying that the offer of 50 percent is only on the goods which are of before 2016.
                  Muffler got deflected after 1st wash...
                  I bought muffler for 899 .. and I'm highly unsatisfied about the product.. kindly replace it as soon as possible.
                  I have returned my prduct which size I want to change. now what should I do

                    I purchased a pack of 3 t-shirts xl from mc gandhi nagar jammu. Two out of 3 t shirts are ok and one of the t shirts is of small size though xl is written on it. I contacted the monte carlo store but he showed his inability to replace. The invoice no. Is[protected] dated 15/7/2018. Need replacement of product of right size. Atleast this is not expected from branded items.
                    Note: i checked size by wearing one in the pack and washed all t-shirts.

                      I want to say that i purchased a jacket of monty carlo from pla showroom hisar. I purchased monty carlo because it is a brand. But it did not provide good services. The jacket have hole on wrist.
                      I purchased jacket of rs 2410 please refund my amount or exchange the jacket. If you did not take any step in 7 days i will see monty carlo co.in consumer court. I attached a copy of bill and photo of defected jacket.

                        I had purchased 4 monte carlo sweaters from bindals new delhi on 03.01.2018. Still i did not wash it for a single time since purchased. Within 15 days, i have found many fuzz on all 4 sweaters... How can it be possible with a well known brand. My local purchased sweaters are much better than this. Why should i purchase this brand again, after getting so worst product.
                        I am expecting replacement or money back for the same as i can’t tolerate this kind of quality product from monte carlo.. Kind resolve my problem.

                          I had bought 1 blend wool sleeveless sweater from www. Montecarlo.in. The product which i received had a very poor fabric quality. Moreover, the shade mentioned in the monte carlo website was light green while i received a sea green sweater. Inspite of mailing and requesting for refund to the monte carlo customer care several times, i didn't get any response.

                          I think, the monte carlo website is not at all reliable. They sell poor quality fake products to dupe the customers.

                          In case if there is more than slight variation, we request you to kindly share the snapshot of received product so that we can forward your complaint to concerned team for confirmation. Once variation confirmed we will accept the return of your product.

                          The customer care mail smartly omitted the poor fabric quality issue. As for colour, the company will decide whether there is any variation or not, while the customer is paying for the product. Light green and sea green are two different shades altogether. Where comes the question of slight variation?

                          Monte Carlo's return/ refund policy is just an eyewash. They show good quality products on the website but when one buys the products online, they deliver poor quality and different coloured products. They cheat on the customers.
                          I had sent snapshots of the product and this is the reply I got from them:

                          As per your complaint we had forward product snapshot to concerned team. As per concerned team there is no colour variation in the received from the website. Product is same as shown on the website. We are very sorry we can't accept the return of this product as there is no variation found in the product.

                          It is quite obvious that in order to avoid the hassles of return and refund the Monte Carlo team will decide that there is no variation in colour. The poor fabric quality issue has been smartly overlooked.
                          I bought new jacket from monte carlo showroom located in meerut . Jacket is to expensive but quality is so poor. jacket cut in few days. I m not satisfied with this company product quality. Please solve my problem to exchange this jacket as soon as possible.
                          I bought jeans from monte carlo show room muger on 18022018 and it has stitch defective. So i want to replace it.

                            I bought a product online, returned it due to size issue. The voucher was issued after 10 days, on top of that the voucher can be used only on cart value more than the voucher which was not earlier stated.

                            While using the voucher, a product from my cart went out of stock, the voucher wasn't re-issued for that canceled order.

                            Nobody picked up at the helpline, and when they did, a product from my cart again went out of stock. It has been more than 16 days, I can't find any products worth buying anymore.

                            I was assured that the issue would be resolved today, which didn't happen.
                            Neither my money is being refunded into the bank, nor I have that stupid voucher to use on any purchase.

                            Extremely annoying.

                              I have purchased a sweatshirt online at montecarlo.in on 23 Jan 18. As on 01 Feb 2018, the monte carlo showing the product status delivered via delhivery tracking ID[protected]. However, while tracking the product and talking to customer care at Delhivery courier company, they informed that no product has been assigned to them for delivery.

                              Customer care told me that they sent me the product and will reach to me. I write to customer care at monte carlo, some one replied me that they gave me bill of lading copy. What I'm suppose to do with the Bill of Lading. The issue is between courier company and montecarlo while I am suffering. The customer care is not picking the calls and neither responding to any email I wrote.
                              I don't needed the product any more, I just needed my money refunded. My order No. is[protected]

                                I tried placing an order at the online store. I paid using ola money wallet. The money got deducted but the order got cancelled.

                                I money never returned in my wallet.
                                I have also written an email with the snippet of the transaction but to no avail.
                                The customers care numbers are not reachable. I don't know how to go about it. Please refund my money or send the product.

                                  I bought two cardigan hsn 61101120
                                  Sweaters and got the discount of 30% on the date of 27/01/2018. Later i came to know that no such discount exist officially, and its real discount should be 40%. They have overpassed the bill producing mechanism and set up their own system sidewise which shows 30% discount on the said product. This is done by your authorised shop at 1st floor, church complex, main road ranchi.
                                  This is clear case of fraud and betrayal of the customer's trust. Hoping for the positve action and swift reply, waiting for the refund of my money.
                                  Please take a note of this before i opt for legal justice.
                                  I'm attaching the snapshot of the bill here to make u better understand.

                                  I had purchased two cardigan on 10 Feb 2017 from monte Carlo exclusive showroom Phoenix mall Bareilly which has been shirken after dry cleaning and another cardigan's button lost its colour itself on making complaint it was advice to contact company. The bills issued lost its ink and it is plain paper now.
                                  Last year I buy a mc jacket in R's.3500 but now this jacket not in condition to wear
                                  I can't imagine how cheap quality made by mc what can I do now for change that's jacket
                                  Pls give me suggestions now what can we do for change the jacket

                                      I had purchased full sleeves monte carlo men sweater from monte carlo authorised shop- Monte carlo, Exclusive Show Room, Mahanagar, Lucknow in 30 Dec, 2017.
                                      After only 20 days, it got shrinked badly. I am really disappointed with and want you to resolve the matter as soon as possible. Designs of the sweater got stretched. This is really condemning. I am visiting show room for that, they are not attending properly. I am really disappointed. We are paying such a big cost just for the sake of quality and even then we are getting poor quality product. Company must resolve the matter.
