After 3 days of purchase of sweater i found holes and pilling in the new sweater. so many times I visited for complain result. Shop owner told that you will get new sweater.and you will get it when we will get it from company.and for that when it come from company we will inform.we never left purchasing of new product/sweaters, etc due to the above problem with same faith and goodwill of the Mote carlo.
Now again I asked for my complain the same Shop keeper told that the owner ship of the Show Room has changed and he is enable to entertain the complain of old owner.
But in my knowledge the change of owner ship always carries the old liabilities
Please see the matter.

    I am a regular consumer of this brand. Last month i purchased a jacket amount about rs. 3000.00 for my daughter. After using hardly for 15 days staple fiber and thin threads are coming out of entire jacket. I m worry for this. I complaint to the shopkeeper, city center, near combined building, dhanbad, jharkhand. He replied me that he will talk to company representative but he did nothing. I m disappointed getting such inferior quality from a reputed brand. I request to exchange the jacket instead of this one. I will pay excessive amount if required for better one. My emotion is attached with this since i purchased this for my loving daughter since a long time request by her in my financial crisis. My email id is rst.[protected]@yahoo.com.

      I bought a sweater from Monte Carlo 's authorized showroom on 10th January, 2018 to gift it to my father who was out of Station and he returned on 17th January, 2018. He didn't like the colour of the sweater so I decided to exchange it on 17th Jan but the authorized dealer didn't accept it and refused to change it inspite of completing all the formalities of Exchange. We cannot use such an expensive branded sweater simply because it was denied by the dealer.
      Please consider our inconvenience and kindly give us the opportunity to exchange this sweater . If you do so I shall be highly obliged.

        I have bought a new sweater a few days ago and now it has got a lot of bubbles on it... The look of the sweater is completely spoiled and it feels irritating too... I went to return such type of bad quality product at the shop from where i bought it, but the shopkeeper refused to take it back and said that it is none of his business and he can't do anything about it. He said that if we want to return it back we must contact the company and the shop. You are requested to either refund the money or exchange this sweater with a new and better one. I cannot keep such a defective piece with me. I can't leave the matter either as it was not cheap but a little bit expensive. Something action needs to be taken by the company.

          I purchased a monte carlo tracksuit from pantaloons in february and i barely wore it 3 4 times in the last winter season. I started wearing it this winter and after wearing it 2 3 times it started having lint balls all over it. I purchased it thinking that monte carlo is a good company so it will last for a long time. Now i have spent so much on this tracksuit and it is already in a bad shape. I would like a refund for the same.

            On 22nd november i have purchase sweater and within 8-9 days, bubbles in sweater occurs. At the time of purchasing the salesman gave guarantee for one season.               I buy half jacket from gyan enterprises beawar in rajasthan before 15days.in jacket button are not working proper. I raised complaint them first of all they call to produce bill but on purchase they not give any bill and i also in hurry so left shop but on compliant time i shocked that
              He call him company authorized dealer and do this type of behavior his salesman said that monte carlo product are these types of problem in all products. Then owner say if you want bill then i am not able to help you otherwise i repair your jacket. Thus i feel i pay for brand and big name but at last they cheat me. So, please give instructions him that do not cheat customer and change her behavior for customer. Customer came to big brand name for quality and service not behave like a footpath seller and not critise the brand which you sell i don't know what his intension for critsing the brand himself sold. So, please look in the matter and call you agent that if any problem in product contact company not ask customer. I fell i will cheated by him in the name of monte carlo.

                I had purchased half sleeves monte carlo men sweater from monte carlo authorised shop-pragati store tedhi pullia lucknow in feb, 2016.
                After only 2nd wash that too with ezee liquid wash, it got shrinked badly. I am really disappointed with and want you to resolve the matter as soon as possible. It is not regaining its original shape even after light ironing. Designs of the sweater got stretched. This is really condemning. We are paying such a big cost just for the sake of quality and even then we are getting poor quality product. Company must resolve the matter.

                  I purchased one sweater and a lady jacket of total amount 6520 and without asking my name and registered mobile no or my membership he billed my purchase and when i asked him that why didn't u ask my mob no, he said that it was ur duty and i have no time to ask these.                     I purchased a monte carlo quilt from their dealer in fairdeal srinagar kashmir in 2016 around 5000. At the time of purchasing the dealer told that company is giving 5 years guarantee for bubbling, rashing, and softening. But after 3 months of purchasing the blanket shows bubbling and softness goes, so rashed like a blanket of worst company.
                    I visit the dealer and told him about my complaint. He told i will see into matter but after that i visted 11 times. Now after one year he told submit a complaint online, the company will help you. Kindly tell me a dealer of monte carlo deceived us. So please help us and exchange our quilt or refund our money.

                        I had purchase 2 t shirts on line from their site @ 20/05/2017 order no [protected]. I recd the wrong size t shirt the following corrospondence will clear the matter.

                        it is rather very strange reply from a reputed co like yours. At the time of the parcel recd i was not at home, i had asked my wife to check the the size and if it was xxl to give it for a wash. Next day when i tried the shirt one was tight and the other was loose. When i checked the size, the chest size was of one was 41 inches and one was 48 inches. At your site size shown is for xxl is 44 inches. This i have confirmed with you with actual photos with tape. It is clear that wrong size t shirts had been sent, and the mistake was from your side.in view of the above the right size t shirt with chest size 44 inches be sent to me or my money be refunded. Returning the t shirts will be of no use to me, as i will not be able to wear it.

                        One more thing, one t-shirt returned by you is not belongs to your order. You have returned some other t-shirt which does not belong to your recent order. We are re-dispatching same both t-shirts which was picked from you.

                        As per this they are avoiding repacing / refunding the t shirts in spite of their grave mistake. Nad making excuse of wrong t shirt. I have also attached the photos.

                          Hello All,

                          Didn't wanted to use this platform to complain bt I guess team montecarlo and the members managing there outlet at Nashik are making me do so..

                          We'll to keep it brif.. There was a failed transaction according to Montecarlo shop representative on 24 th december.. Hdfc Bank official confirmed this to Montecarlo that transaction was successful bt neither the product was delivered nor the bill was given saying that the amount is not received..

                          On 28th I visited the store n presented the monthly statment showing that transaction was successful n Montecarlo did recived the amount on 24th December only, I got to know the new procedure set by montecarlo that once you make online payment they will have all the rights to decide if the transaction happened or not.. If they are in a mood n say to you that transaction did not happened irrespective of what bank say.. You will not get any product and you only will have to file a complaint to the bank to refund money other wise Montecarlo will have full rights to keep that money with them without giving any products 😁..

                          This was the brand I trusted from years which got broken but wht I felt humiliating is the fact that today I got a call saying I can buy product from montecarlo store now only I give this in writing that I'll not complaint about this..

                              I bought one women jacket worth rs 2600 and when i returned then they sent me voucher that valid for 1 month. What is the meaning of online shopping?
                              I paid online then send me my money in back account.
                              This is not the way they bound customer to buy product from their site if no product is available as per customer's choice.
                              I am not ambani's family who spent their money anywhere. Ask the bloody policy maker that put himself to place of customer then only they will realize that 2600rs is not small amount. For me 2600rs means alot, i work for 3days in office then it will equals to 2600rs.

                              I requested to support person and they people told me scripted answer like as per policy we can't help you and bla bla. I tried to contact them by making many calls and mails but they din't think that they should call to customer and at last they blocked my both numbers.

                              I will not recommend anyone to waste a single penny on this fraud site. Who makes customer fool.

                              Also asked me to see the policy of our company. Who the hell have time to go thru their whole site to buy a product. If i would have time then why i will buy online.

                              I want my money refund in my account asap.

                                I shopped for inr 8550 at guru gobind singh road, hazaribagh. The shop keeper dint ask if i was a member and did the atm transaction and later asked if i was a member. I am a member and hence my 6% discount got wasted which i did not get due to shop keeper's carelessness. I hold the right to get extra points added in my account for the same. Such carelessness is not acceptable professionally.

                                  I have bought one shirt of mrp ₹1599/- inclusive of all taxes from shree apparel, katihar, bihar showroom. the showroom has taken [protected]@5% after flat discount of 30%. i opposed this extra tax but showroom justified this tax by saying that this tax is taken as per instruction of company.
                                  My question is how they take vat if there is mention of "inclusive of all taxes". kindly justify this tax.

                                    I have really considered monte carlo as one of the esteemed brands and purchased many product from my childhood's time. I don't know but they have created an scratch n win deal whoever buys above rs3000 and i have 7000 worth rupees and got two coupons and both have redemeed me the pen drive.
                                    Coupon no- 18753 and18790, and its been two months now and the pen drives are still not delivered to my address.

                                      Sir, I purchase a jacket article no:[protected], size :-FS from a store. At collar portion the threads are coming out and near it the cloth quality seems very bad. I complain to store and he told me to dryclean it, after that he did by his own and the same problem remains till now so please try to resolve it.

                                        I had purchased three items of monte corlo, from m/s kay sond collections, 193-l, model town, ludhiana, vide bill no.[protected] dated 12/02/2016 for rs.4272/-.
                                        On all the three items, plastic tags were attached on which mrp was printed, including all taxes.
                                        However separate vat has been charged illegally.
                                        You kind attention is invited to the news in the english paper -times of india dated 10/12/2015, in which it was mentioned that in a similar
                                        case the consumer court has fined the company rs.20000/-along with ordered to refund the vat charged illegally.
                                        Similar is the position of bill no.[protected] dated 12/02/2016.
                                        In view of the above you are requested to refund the vat amount charged illegally, failing which i will be compelled to file a suit in the consumer court and in that event taking place, the company shall be responsible for all the expenses of the suit also, along with penalty.
