I bought a sweater from monte carlo showroom, bhopal, db mall last year i. E. 2018 in winter and in 2019 i washed my sweater in normal water with eazy mixed in it after wearing it only once. After washing it i noticed that my sweater got shrunk and now i am not able to wear it... So its a request to either exchange this piece with another or please refund... Please help thank you....
