      Dear Team,
      Below is the status of the complaint

      The customer has approached us through email on 13th March 2020 for the return of order no.10020306. As per the policy, the customer can return his products by informing through phone call or email. A call was made to him on 14th March 2020 enquiring the products to be returned. But the customer replied that he will specify the products to be returned over email. Due to a non-working day (Sunday), the return request was noted on 16th March 2020. The pickup will be completed within the next 2-3 days and the same has been informed to the customer.

        Sir i have purchased a women jacket from montee carlo outlet from reliance mall faridabad on dt.3/01/2020 when i saw it there was a cut was present on it than i went to outlet and submit it for replace than storekeeper take it and promise me to replace it within 7 day after 15 day when i went again than he replied me that u chose another item but when i purchased it there was 20% off and now there was 50% off on each product but he say me that you got only 20% off because u purchased it on 20% off when i talk him i want my purchased item then he denied me to give same product this is a big issue now today is 11/03/2020 all winter season has been lapsed but still i wait my jacket please do needful

Invoice will be adjusted at the same discount offer as it was given in earlier invoice as per company norms. We are sorry to inform you that we are not able to help you with this matter as per company norms.
        If not possible to give current discount than why not provide same product provide same product we have no need other discount when i replace it than there are no information have been provided by salesman this type company norms

          Sticking of jacket gets damaged within one month. Now the seller is agreed to return the product but saying he will return the jacket at 50% discount. This will result a 1000 rs amount loss to me. Please look into the matter. So that i can get my full amount

            Bought jacket from official site on 3 feb 2020 order no. [protected]-55-15. It is not fitting well despite ordering correct size, sleeves of jacket are smaller than required. I need a size bigger than this. Kindly arrange for return at the earliest. Tried calling customer care no. Mentioned on website but call never received at the other end.               Today on republic day i wear thia jacket but the top of jackdt got burnt / melted type after sitting for two hours in sun.
              This is not the quality we want from this brand.
              I will try to search invoice no. And give full details of purchase.

                I had purchased this jacket in january 2019 from g. G enterprises, kaithal. After wearing for about one and a half month i packed the jacket and put it safely.in december 2019, the color of this jacket gets faded and it looks very ugly. We complained the kaithal dealer in december 2019 but he said that, this is company's fault not ours. This feels like cheat with me by your esteemed company and i want replacement from your side as early as possible. The pictures of this fainted jacket is also attached for your necessary action.

                I m feeling very said because I have submited a purchased zipper in mc show room in sanjauli Shimla for replacement.the counter men said to me we what is the problem in zipper I told them problems ...they received my zipper and my bill also..after 15 days I will receive same defected piece..

                  I bought a jacket article no[protected] from monte carlo karol bagh on 29th December(billing on the name of Garima Saini). They sold me a defective jacket as its inner side pockets are unstitched. Today I went to get it replaced. The representative accepted that its manufacturing defect but refused to replace and told they will get it stitched and return, to which I agreed. Soon they said that tailor is not available. I told I can take some other article in same color and same price range to which they bluntly refused.

                  I had to travel for an hour to replace it still they didn't agree to the simple solution. This is highly unprofessional response on the part of Monte carlo.

                  Also the customer care service is pathetic. I kept trying[protected],[protected], [protected] for 40 minutes atleast. The operator asks you to wait and then the phone gets disconnected automatically. And this was during working hours of monte carlo customer care service.

                  3 hours of mine were wasted with no result. Please understand the harrasement it causes to a customer and train your representatives to handle such cases properly. I brought this to your notice hoping that appropriate solution will be done.

A customer can exchange the product within 7 days from the date of purchase. Return product should be in the same condition as bought and brand tags should be intact with the product.

                  In case if you face any defect in the product, the same you can report within 30 days from the date of purchase. In this case, on the spot exchange or replacement is not possible. The store will submit your product and dispatch the same to our head office for quality check and final decision will be taken after the quality check.

Y we buy a branded things so that they can here the problem of the customer but in my case the store people say jao jo karna ha kar lo and they really don't no to respect women, only when my wife went to one o[censored]r store which is located at howrah (Kolkata) to exchange the product size which was one size bigger still then they refused to do so and misbehaved with her so its my request to take immediate action

Very poor quality and not expected that in one year the condition will become this... Only worn once last december... Charges are always high for leather jacket...                           I had ordered one sweatshirt (Order no:[protected] from the online shopping website of monte carlo on[protected] but it didn't fit me well, so i write an email mail on[protected] regarding the refund of the amount in my account and i shared the account details with them. Being a regular online shopper i always get refund from different websites in my account only but rude monte carlo refused to refund in my account. I had paid cash to them and they asked me over the call that they will refund on their online shopping portal. They cannot force me to do shopping from their website only if i didn't liked their products. I only tried their product and i return this sweatshirt with all tags packing material (Photo attached).

                            Hii this is pawan jain,
                            I bought a sweater from monte carlo showroom, bhopal, db mall last year i. E. 2018 in winter and in 2019 i washed my sweater in normal water with eazy mixed in it after wearing it only once. After washing it i noticed that my sweater got shrunk and now i am not able to wear it... So its a request to either exchange this piece with another or please refund... Please help thank you.

                              My order no[protected]. I have ordered two lowers blue and grey. Out of which i have received my blue lower and 1 lower i received is completely different from what i ordered and it looks old and seems someone during order preparations has deliberately replaced original item which is a fraud.

                                I bought Monte Carlo jacket from the store in Roorkee. It was told to me that it's leather jacket which was wrong. It actually is a Raxine jacket. Moreover after a year purchase it's material started to wear out from different parts. It is very much disappointing as it is not expected from a Brand product. Kindly look into it

                                  I have purchased a Jeans from Abu Lane Meerut Monte Carlo show-room and even per-instruction given to staff about the alteration in Jeans length the alteration done was wrong and poor and my product got damaged. the staff and show-room owner was also not supportive and arguing and try to justify the wrong alteration.

                                    I Sanjay Mohil, a farmer went to monte carlo showroom yesterday. Without letting me know the prices of garments, the staff member made a bill of items and asked me to pay Rs.8, 448. Bill was then paid, until body size fitting of garments was made, I realised that these items were too expensive for me to purchase so I asked them to take back 2 items(1 shirt, 1 jeans) out of total 5 items. No fitting changes were made in those items that I was returning and neither items were taken out of that showroom but still the staff member didn't refund the money and claimed that bill was made so no refund!

                                    Please be informed that we don't have a refund policy. In case if you don't like the product, you can exchange the same within 7 days from the stock available in the store.

                                    We are sorry to inform you that refund is not possible as per company policy.
                                    We bought half jacket from Monte Carlo and after 1 year upper ragzine got teared off itself. This was completely unexpected from Monte Carlo.

                                      I gifted a T-Shirt of Monte Carlo Brand and later my relative complained about the T-shirt fabric.There is some defect in making of that T-[censored], due to which my relative is not able to wear it.It has a very poor fabric and skin is getting affected even after 10 min use.Any person can't wear it with that defect.I have bought many T-shirts of Monte Carlo but never faced such issues but this time I am really disappointed.I have spent 1200 Rs and as it was a gift to my relative then this is really a big disappointment.I complained about this at LABH SONS Meerut from where I bought this.But They are not accepting return.Please help me out in this.Either refund the amount or replace that T-shirt.

                                        We have given a complaint of quality in a jacket to company which i purchase on 27/01/2018 during sale period on discounted amount 2571/- from our mahanagar lucknow m/s sbd enterprises in month of january 2018
                                        And after refused by them we forwarded same to company. Please resolve this problem otherwise no one can purchase our product in sale period "fabric defect" please either u exchange ur product or give my money back to me
