So i have been again n again getting the same issue of temperature control in the otg, calling the repair guy for a week and haven't seen anybody

Morphy Richards India is cheating their valued customers .

I have purchased ICON Deluxe food processor through Amazon India.Morphy Richard has not supported for free installation and demo. After few months the product is out of service ( because of manufacturing defects Jar and unit ) I was made complaint to customer care . Service engineer visited in chargeable basis and told the unit gearbox was down and jar is out of service and buy new jar . With in 18months and only few operations unit the product was out of service. After many correspondence you not taken serious action to your defective product . This is not related to service and service department no concerned to in this matter. You should action ask to quality control and top management . Don't waste your and my time .Corrective honesty action is required from Morphy Richard India.

Please go through all my mail correspondence from 2017 .

I have clearly specified in my mail future anything happen Morphy Richard India is responsible .(REFER May to Dec 2017 mail correspondence)

But you people ignore my mail . Now I never asked for service but requested take back your manufacturing defective product free of cost .

I am aware that service dept is not responsible for this matter . Production and quality dept should take action .

So consulting your internal Production and quality dept to arrange for collecting manufacturing defective products free of cost from my residence .

I hope you understand the matter .

1 year back i have purchased food processor of Morphy Richards..
Product :- Select600
Motor is not working...and there is a crack in plastic jug also..i have warranty of 5 years..please submit my complain and take action regarding this.

My morphy richards OTG of 60 lt is not working properly I have sent a complaint many times earlier too but its condition didn't improve. I request you to please get it replaced as soon as possible .
As you can check too i have complaint 5-6 times earlier too but now water is over the head .So please give me a solid solution of my problem

I bought it on December from amazon.its over heating from the day I started using.sometimes it is not over heating.

I bought a morphy Richards OTG rcss 60 a year ago.in the recent times, coil in the downward are not heating properly.i own a cafe and my customers are highly disappointed.

Requesting status for order number 160231 placed on Saturday 10 Apr 2021 on morphyrichardsindia website.

Everyday the delivery date changes to current date on the website. All your IVRs land to service and support team who have no clue how to track the web orders.

I have dialed all your published phone numbers, messaged on Twitter, Facebook, various email IDs, but there is no response!

If the order is not workable please cancel and refund my money.

Yet we are deciding to but morphyrichard product. We want to check how is response of customer care department of Morphy Richard.
Absolutely rude. No ethics. No courtesy to listen.
Hopeless.

Mixer jar qty 02 thread worn out

Otg 52rcss is not working .The mechanic changed the thermosta but still the temprature is varying.i am really disappointed with this product.

I am using it, all of sudden it’s not working, what should I do

I have bought press on 28.2.2020 its not working

Almost one month back, I purchsed one Morphy Richards 28 RSS 28 Litre Oven Toaster Griller. However the cake is burning as the heat is not uniformly distributed or there may be some problem in the cotroller. I am looking for a solution. Although I am supposed to return, however the return window has colsed.
Need replacement or repair.

I have purchased morphy richard's kitchen Geyser.
But after two years, it stopped to hot the water. I have warranty card also. Its for 3 years written on geyser for element, guarantee is 3 yrs and for tub its for 5 yrs.
Kindly replace my geysers element as its stopped to hot the water.

Oven morphy richards 52rcss is not working properly .we told the mechanic to change the thermostat but not done.kindly check the same and do the needful.

I had purchased a Morphy Richards Microwave 30MCGR in October 2019...the product is still under warranty. I am facing issue as the microwave is not heating and the Bajaj is not providing the proper support, .. The product is still under warranty. We have been chasing Bajaj for thee service for last 3 months. But not getting the proper solution

Morphy Richards water heater quente 3 L purchased on 13/8/2020 ..Now not working at all..do the needful

The thermostat burnt due to unknown reasons though not used so frequently, got repaired, he showed me thst it started heating up, but when bought home not reaching desired temperature even on preheating of temp 250 its not going to 150

We have intiated a complaint for geaser not working on 5th Jan Morphy Richards 3 litres and we have warrenty for geaser 2 years and heating element 3 years the executive checked and told we will be charged for product 850 and service charge 300 as out if warrenty we showed him the card he didn't accept and also took serviuc echarge of 300 and asked us to buy a new geaser and the complaint was not closed nir he asked the code sent to my registered number.we took a new geaset and was installed.i wanted to complain why my earlier geaser inspite of warrenty was not fixed and while in warrenty executiv charhged service charge.very irresponsible service that you people have you are concerned for money my 3 year warrenty end in feb if it's not resolved I'm going to take a legal action and the executive who charged and told it's out of warretny details am sharing-[protected]
