MTNL Dolphin, Delhi — Mobile shows emergency call only

I am in dwarka, sec -3, near madhu vihar bus stand. there was no signal/ emergency call only from last one month. i complain to call centre they noted down & after 1 day message came your complain was attended but no result. then i contacted sdo. mr. arjun sharma he send his employee to my residence his mobile disconnected & shows no signal & emergency call only. he talk to his colleague with my airtel no. & lastly inform me he has no solution. only one solution is that a tower or signal booster is required. he assured me that he will send his report to gm. i have 3 connection of dophin. but all are useless. please rectify it. my no. is [protected]
