I have applied a broadband 795 combo plan with my aforesaid telephone no. My broad band connection was started in july 2016 but mtnl has served me bill of broadband charges for the month of may and june 2016. I have requested to gm operation, mtnl for correction of bill but mtnl has disconnected my connection. My connection was suspended for more than 20 days. Mtnl has charging telephone rent alongwith broadband charges. You are requested to please instruct mtnl to refund broadband charges where broadband was not connected and also the rent of telephone and payment of suspended connection.I shall be highly thankful. dear sir/madam,
i ashish parmar user of mtnl connection no.29272048 . I am using net connection on the above no.But since past few months i am suffering many problem
but last few days net has completely stop working my entrire business is depended on net. I have suffering haveay losses .
I had complaint several time on mtnl complaint no.But there was no response.
Today i had called up thrice to dm mr mishra thinking my problem will be solved now. Now the entire days over still no one has attained my complain .Mtnl staff from our area knows they excat problem but i dont understand why he is not getting it done.
Hoping my problem is resolved at the earliest if the dm mr mishra takes some interest in his work.

Since[protected] i am facing problem of tower collapse, no signal, or fluctuating signal in my 2nd floor room just 0.5 kms from karol bagh telephone exchange bts new delhi. Bank otp sms take hours to come and sometimes don't come at all, due to which transactions cannot be completed. Complained on twitter many times and also via e-mails to general manager bts wireless service @ lodhi road cgo complex. A bts engineer visited my home on[protected] and was shocked to find zero signals inside my room in his own handset. When signals are available ivrs voice says phone is switched off or out of calling area.

Till[protected] the same problem continues. Nothing done by mtnl, only false assurances by dot, telecom minister, & mtnl. My famiy has 4 no's the same problem in all numbers inside the flat.

My number is 27028273. My broadband internet has been having issues since months. I have complained MTNL at 1504 at least 30 time . The problem is still there. Everytime they tell me that issue is resolved but, it never is. Internet stops working while I'm using, all the times. I pay them so much for internet and they don't take complains seriously. Waste of money. Worst service ever

I am sharing this painful experience of having mtnl broadband on my home pc. I got this installed around 4 months back and truly speaking this only works for few days and after that it did not worked. I made several online/telephonic complaints and also to make everyone aware of this problem but till now no progress. I have no stable connection from last few months and now last 1.5 month, it’s permanently dead (Land line/broadband connection), but i am receiving broadband monthly bill regularly.
How come mtnl charge for the services which they didn’t provided to their customer. Even after lodging the complaint, every time my complaints get closed without any resolution or confirmation.
This is a height of frustration and mtnl should stop making fool of the people if they can’t provide service.

He speaks randomly and uses abusive language at times. Please block this number and take necessary actions.

My telephone no. 29532502 is dead from may 2016 of complained no. 2. Is not working to till date. I have visit last time when my telephone was dead in hauz khas telephone exchange and gave mobile no. And advice for sending through sms on following mobile no.

I have new wifi connection of mtnl 1 week back but the speed is very slow. my plan is of 512 kbps but speed is only 50 kbps. i have complaint many times to them but theyonly say we will do it but the result is no correction in speed. so i want either they refund my money or make wifi speed better. i have a lot of work on internet and due to this it create problem for me.

I am in dwarka, sec -3, near madhu vihar bus stand. there was no signal/ emergency call only from last one month. i complain to call centre they noted down & after 1 day message came your complain was attended but no result. then i contacted sdo. mr. arjun sharma he send his employee to my residence his mobile disconnected & shows no signal & emergency call only. he talk to his colleague with my airtel no. & lastly inform me he has no solution....

Please note that I would like to bring into notice the pathetic MTNL service provided at Thane Lokmanya Nagar branch .

My internet broadband service was down since one month . When complained they mentioned its cable fault and will be fine in

few days. The internet connection was never restored .

Earlier in January also the internet service was not provided for nearly 3 weeks and I was still made to pay the bills to

restore the internet connection . They also included reconnection charges .

My plan was express combo (specially for internet), for which the initial charges were Rs 699, but it gradually

increased to nearly Rs 900, and I had no formal intimation about the increase in charges .

The officials at the Lokmanya Nagar MTNL branch Thane west are very rude and are un-cooperative.

I have gone through a lot of inconveniences due to the pathetic services of MTNL Thane west Lokmanya Branch .

I am sending this mail on behalf of my mother in law who is holding this number 25822663. This number is not working since the 15th of jul and numerous docket number have been given but no resolution.

Docket num 1473 dated 26/7
Docket num9010 dated 26/7

They have given me two numbers to call high authorities on which no one answers. The number given are 25800307 and 25412000.

Why were these numbers given when the numbers are not going to be answered. When spoke to the call center again i was told that they cant do anything if the call is not answered by the authorities. They are only supposed to give docket number nothing else.
Is this the kind of service given by such an experienced service provider.

In continuuation of my previous complaint which is still not solved, this time i am attaching files of mtnl bills as proof of the case. following was my complaint.
Before being transferred from delhi to pune, i was a mtnl delhi consumer (id[protected], ph no.[protected]). while clearing my dues, i made online payment of rs 836/- for the month of feb on 28 mar 16 through online (vide-si hdfc[protected] mahanagar tele[protected]. amount was clearly debited, but next day when i went to mtnl gopinath bazar delhi cantt, to clear my all dues by paying last bill of mar 16, which is done on counter only, i was told that my previous day online payment has not been received. so, i was forced to pay again rs 836/- on counter vide (234/29 mar 16/[protected]) for the month of feb and rs 836/- (vide-235/29 mar 16/[protected]) for the month of mar 16. bank says payment is delivered while mtnl says it is not received at their end. recently i made this complaint through rbi bank ombudsman and it has finally been proved that hdfc has not received back money from mtnl.
Now, at this juncture, who will pay back my amount of rs. 836/-sir? the amount is not a big deal, but the unprofessional manner in which almost all the last clearing bills are done, it raises a doubt on the functioning of few of our system. please restore it sir, especially for we nomadic defence people.

Serious issues with my mtnl dolphin delhi prepaid network my phone shows zero towers at home this making keeps disconnecting my calls, even outside home call drops problem continuously. it has become rather annoying, i have two vodaphone connections, they seem to be working alright, but my network always keeps disconnecting. it is so frustrating...

At both areas i got weak and poor signals. please do the needful. i even call to customer care 1503 but they only hold the line for long period and cut the call.
Please its a request do something. it happens from 2years since i got the new connection

I have recharged by mtnl prepaid sim no.[protected] for Rs.500/=with transaction I. D .GCMP[protected], on 13/7/16, delhi region, we did not get rechargeor not received sms, but money gone from account and confirmation received through e mail but not but rechaged .please, recharge my mobile number as soon as possible.

On 6th july we got a call that our bill is unpaid. I checked the record there was no pending bill. My phone is dead since 6th july2016. No action inspite of complaint 2 times. When i check stattus it show outdoor. How long it will take to resolve is the dept reviewing the status of complaints

Mtnl delhi is too expansive than mtnl mumbai, boomband, nextra and other internet service providers. they not provide good internet speed and usage limit in there plans. for example, in rs 597 with @14% service tax means rs 680 mtnl delhi provide only 2mbps till 9gb afterward 512kbps and in rs 750 including service tax boomband provides 5mbps till 30gb afterward 1mbps which means government company provides more expansive plans than privet company this not fare with costumers. i request mtnl delhi and government of delhi to provide good services, speed, data limits, etc., at reasonable prices and plans. and also i want say that mtnl mumbai provides very very very good services than mtnl delhi.

My mtnl sim not activated of mobile no. [protected]

I have paid 150 to from which i have taken the sim. He also not refund the money. Please suggest what can i do.

I try to long time to activate the sim. But still my sim is not activated.

Please let me know the process to rectify the problem.

How my sim is activated let me know the whole process.

Provide us the mobile no. Where i can get assistance.
