In continuuation of my previous complaint which is still not solved, this time i am attaching files of mtnl bills as proof of the case. following was my complaint.
Before being transferred from delhi to pune, i was a mtnl delhi consumer (id[protected], ph no.[protected]). while clearing my dues, i made online payment of rs 836/- for the month of feb on 28 mar 16 through online (vide-si hdfc[protected] mahanagar tele[protected]. amount was clearly debited, but next day when i went to mtnl gopinath bazar delhi cantt, to clear my all dues by paying last bill of mar 16, which is done on counter only, i was told that my previous day online payment has not been received. so, i was forced to pay again rs 836/- on counter vide (234/29 mar 16/[protected]) for the month of feb and rs 836/- (vide-235/29 mar 16/[protected]) for the month of mar 16. bank says payment is delivered while mtnl says it is not received at their end. recently i made this complaint through rbi bank ombudsman and it has finally been proved that hdfc has not received back money from mtnl.
Now, at this juncture, who will pay back my amount of rs. 836/-sir? the amount is not a big deal, but the unprofessional manner in which almost all the last clearing bills are done, it raises a doubt on the functioning of few of our system. please restore it sir, especially for we nomadic defence people.
