MTNL — landline number not working.

Dear concern,

This is a severe complaint against telecom service provider mtnl in mumbai.

I am the user of mtnl landline number. The number is not working since past more than 2 weeks.

My primary concern is that no one is taking responsible action from mtnl regional office (Mumbai).

Kindly provide me the responsible feedback.
