    Hi ,

    I have taken a MTS broadband connection (prepaid) and the data card number is [protected]. MTS said that the speed will be upto 3.1 mbs and maximum speed I am getting is only about 500 kbps. I contacted customer service for help and every time they just gave some reason and not willing to lodge a complaint.

    Today, 10th sept. 2010 at 10:30 am, I dialed their number and after waiting for 15 minute I got a lady who even does not know how to speak english. This is making me sick about MTS service.

    I explain the problem, I don't whether she understood or not as she didn't even acknowledge about my issue.

    As usual their first response, after 15 GB o[censored]suage, speed will go down. This happen anytime you called them. I am very sure that I haven't crossed 15 GB. I have had enough of this explaination so i requested for a supervisor. To my surprise, she stop saying a word for aboout 4 minutes and she hanged up the call.

    I am not calling them again as it will take another 20 minute to reach them.

    Please take up action against this company for making false assurance about the speed and misrepresentation of their product. To be specific, their ad says unlimited download for 999. This ad mislead customer and only trying to earn extra money by cheating people.

    MTS — MTS Broadband poor service

    Hi ,

    I have taken a MTS broadband connection (prepaid) and the data card number is [protected]. MTS said that the speed will be upto 3.2 mbs but most of the time it is zero kbps and max upto 200 kbps. I called customer service at [protected] for help. They have reply for each and every problem. First they told me that the users have increased so there will be problem of speed or your system may have some problem bla bla bla. It takes half an hour to be connected to the customer care and then there silly replies. They are decieving the people with making big promisses and providing worst services. Strict action must ne taken against them either to provide the services they promiss or they should stop this business.

      All I am having MTS mobile +91-[protected] , everyday i am gettting calls from customer care , one day i got call from MTS customer care cell for caller tunes I pick the call the disconnected after that it actomatically actiavted the caller tune to my number , i called to customer care but they saying they dnt know , answering a call and disconneting they charged me Rs.15, but i did not activated the caller tune.with out my permission they activated the caller tunes and they charging according their wish.I want an explanation for this with out my acceptance how they can activate the caller tunes .

      MTS MOBILE — Caller Tune without permission

      The My mobile operator set a caller tune on my Number & taken charges without my permission. When I speak to customer care regarding this matter the executive abusing to me and said that the charges will not be refunded. Kindly do the needful if you can.

        I am Visanth from Edappally,Cochin,Kerala, a Software Engineer by profession. I have an MTS MBlaze modem no. [protected],ESN - 6c424ae5. Despite lodging several complaints about the almost non-existent connectivity the company seems to be doing very little about it. This after claims about being the FASTEST MOBILE INTERNET in India. It takes ten minutes to open www.google.com, and then the rest goes only downhill.

        hi i am sarita! i had taken an MTS connection 2 months back. my MDN no is [protected]. this is a service which operates with a lots of hidden charges which will not be told to you initiall and you will be luerd into buying their connections by some offers which you will later on realise that you have ended up paying tremendously more than you gained from these offers.
        their plans of Day/Night downloads separately are the keywords. be very careful. i am finally fed up of calling all the MTS places and am finally terminating my connection.

          Dear Sir,

          I am Jagdish, Manager, B4 Building, a leading monthly in Malayalam on total construction solutions, published from Kochi.

          I confirm having purchased one 3.1 Sis. Modem on 23rd July 2010 from Vijitronics, AVS Building, Near padma Junction MG Road, Kochi vide their Invoice No.8663. The Produce Name MTS MBlaze hi-speed mobile internet manufactured by Sistema Shyam TeleServices Limited. The system is not
          working satisfactorily (not getting the claimed speed at Kochi!!!).

          While traveling from Mumbai to Kochi in Jet Airliner two days ago, accidentally I came across an advertisement (Jet lite Vol. 3 Issue dated 2.7.2010, Page No. 67 of July 2010) released by MOTS. The said advertisement clearly mentioned that I am eligible for Free Britannica Encyclopedia and 4 PC Games worth Rs.1450.00. I regret to inform you that I have not been given this offer from the concerned Shop till date.. While en-quiring over the Mobile No.[protected], the concerned person informed me that that Officer is already over some 3-4 month ago.


          As a reasonable doubt and a matter of academic interest, let me pointed out you that how this offer is expired when clear advertisement mentioned in an Inflight reader of July 2010?

          I shall be grateful if you would please investigate the matter and let me know the position at the earliest and arrange to render the offer package to me at the earliest.

          A line in reply is expected.

          If you are unable to express the right reply, would you kindly arrange to mention the e-mail address or phone number of your superior to enable me to take up this matter, by return?

            hiii i bought mblaze after searching a good wireless connection for 3 days...but i made a big mistake ....its very slow not even touching 300kbps of speed. MTS IS A CHEATER NO SERVICE NO HELP.. RESPONSE...DEAR SIR I AM PLEADING U TO DO SOMETHING AS MY WORKS ARE PENDING ATLEAST GET MY MONEY BACK AS IAM A VERY POOR PERSON.             my complaint regarding to mblaze is my mblaze have very slow speed i am call the is call center last five days they not reciving the my call and i am going the is center they saying they only place of recharging and broughting take him against the action company and i m also send him to e-mail they not reply any email
            Please take some strict action against MTS regarding MBLAZE ! There speed not even touches 30kbps !!
            I'm trying to contact customercare for last 2 days and all i get is a recorded message and nothing other than this. So PLEASE TAKE A STRICT ACTION AGAINST THEM.,

              Sir,

              I have bought a MBLAZE (MDN no. [protected], S/N no.[protected] ESN no. 0D506987)data card from V.Connect(102,N.S. Avenue,Serampore,Hooghly, West Bengal) on 30th June,2010. I have some network problem, but MTS sales person(Mr. Vishal Sharma)said if you use extension usb cable and register the connection then there would be no problem in network. I did it as per his advice, but the problem has not solved. I told them to look over the matter repeatedly but they did not cooperate me. I went to MTS company regional office at Saltlake, they told me 'your connection is disconnected'. So my problem is not solved and get no money as return

              MTS Data Card — MTS Data Card Provider Complaint

              hi ,

              MTS data card has been given to me under corporate plan of 499/-for MTS data card & Rs 2000/- advance payment for two month unlimited internet so total i have paid Rs 2500/-.

              when data card delivered to my place, it was not working. which suppose to work for atleast 24 hrs under their scheme for new user.then they activate fully after 24 hrs.
              for that also i need to call them several times.

              After calling several time,they activated my data card, it works for two days & again it got disconnected due to document was not submitted by Data card provider.

              Now, i have scanned all my required documents to my Data card provider still not thay transfer my docs to MTS office & due to that my intternet activation is delaying.

              i have call & SMS so many time to data card provider but they are not responding to my call or SMS.

              due to above all delays from my data card provider i am lossing my days o[censored]nlimited net. MTS should discontinue their license for providing such service to customer.

              I am soubhaya k Nayak, bought a MTS datacard connection 3 Months back, on 30th, Oct2010, My no is [protected], from 30thOct - Dec 13th2010 i have used, some important work i leave to my hometown at the period of time i had not used Mts datacard upto 21th Dec, after 21th dec when i want to connect its displaying error message then i call to Mts customercare, they told me u have verification call in between 13th-17th Dec2010 then i told them i am in roaming & busy that's why i have not attent the call.then customercare people told me again verification will come, i wait 3 days no verication call came to me, again i called to customercare they told me wait verification call will come, same thing no verification call, on 1st jan i have a call from Mts Customercare that no verification call will come you have to submit document once again, then i have submitted my document on MTS gallery once again, they told me within 48 hrs your Mts will start. after 3 days same thing My Mts Datacard not working . Then i called Mts Customer care Lastely They told me on Jan 20th 2011 that your MTS datacard banned. "YOU HAVE TO BUY NEW DATA CARD". I am Frausted, Please help me in getting back my MTS datacard on working condition or money. I feel cheated and terribly disappointed...

                I had recharged my son's MTS Blaze connection on 29/05/2010, for Rs. 595/-.
                MTS NO: [protected].
                The amount was not credited to his MTS BLAZE account to date.
                The amt was deducted from my Standard Chartered credit card statement of June 2010. Transaction no: 74568220149800068400033.
                Kindly look into the matter and get the amount recharged or else please refunded to my Standard Chartered account, at the earliest.

                  I regret to inform you that your KHAIRATABAD Railway Station MMTS ticket counter staff are hopeless and worse to issue tickets.. always issuing delay .....most of the passengers were not taking tickets due to neglegance of ticket issueance.. Also note that today morning i renewed my monthly pass @ 550/- train-cum-bus pass ... due date is today i suppose to renew tomorrow monrning but advance i renewed but that gentlemen those who issuing tickets at Khairatabad Railway Station he renewed today onwards instead tomorrow, when i requested also not listening.... such a lousy service....we are requesting to do tomorrow but no listening and may be not aware of this subject..... Kindly arrange good young and dynamic person those who are having good knowlege in all aspects as Ganesh Ustav period. Kindly inspect the same and do the needful... Moreover Khairatabad Station maintenanfce is the worse... NO PROPER ANNOUNCEMENTS, NO PROPER TOILETS.... NO CLEANING.. ONCE RAINY STARTS ALL DRAINAGE WATER COMES TO KHAIRATABAD STATION ITSELF....                   Dear Sir/Mdam

                  We are please to inform that regarding MMTS train from Lingampally to Falkanuma from past 2 weeks its too late sir at Hafeezpet it should be at 4.20p.m daily 1 to 11/2hr. late.

                  We are completely reliable on this train plz. look into the matter and see to it to maintain the timings becoz so many peoples are missing there link trains we had very bad experience.

                  We came to known that G.M. is monitoring timings that he is very particular about rules. So, we felt to compliant.

                  Hope that you will takecare of the complaint and lookinto the people facing problems.

                  Note: People who issuing the tickets when we ask them train timing they are not responding properly i had this experience today in secuderabad and at Hafeezpet also.please take care to help the people if they have any doubts.

                    I agree, I bought MTS two weeks back... the speed is not atall good. Company makes tall claims of electrifying speed and people running on jet chair :) but in reality its junk.
                    After buying it, it worked for 3 days then my outgoing was barred, saying that proofs are not submitted. I had submitted them when I purchased this junk dongle.
                    When I again went to resubmit the proof they said ur photo is not clear, I went back and brought my PAN card, again they said photo is not clear, by now I was highly frustrated, but still i controlled. I went back and brought my passport which was accepted but now they wanted local address, I said I'll give vodafone bill but they said we dont accept vodafone bill bring rental agreement or voter ID.
                    This is too much, there is no process or procedure defined by the company. They dont have a clear cut set of documents required,
                    I stay in JAYANAGAR 5th block, I was coming down to BTM for this circus everytime.
                    The staff is a local, under paid, adhoc, untrained. I am falling short of words.
                    What the [censored] is this. pathetic service by a hopeless company.
                    I HAVE BUYED THE MTS MOBILE 2 MONTHS AGO BUT THERE IS NO INCOMEING AND OUT GOING,

                    Dear colleagues,

                    I really need your suggestions on this problem. Please help me out.
                    Can anyone suggest the right legal action I should take in this case??

                    I bought MTS M blaze, a broadband service provider in Patna.

                    A) This company has NO customer care at all.
                    You can try calling their number and on average it takes 15 minutes to connect to them.

                    B) If you somehow get connected to their customer care number after 15 minutes of waiting time( Can be more), then also there is no advantage for you. These people dont have any idea of what they are talking. They simply take down the complain and say that Someone will contact you. No one will contact you ever.

                    C) You can try sending mail to their customer care. I can assure you that you will never get a response.

                    D) THere are lot of numbers given on their site. If you call them, they will say that they are not the concerned person.They simply put down the phone.

                    E) If you recharge twice or thrice on the same number, they will happily take your money.

                    They dont have any system to decline the money in case of double recharge on same number. So both the balance will be shown at a time.The service obviously will be given just once.
                    Its like paying for the same seat of an airplane twice. They dont mind it.
                    Thats another thing that they will never give you the service which they are supposed to give.

                    From last 10 days I am having trouble with this MTS. They are charging me for 3.1 MBPS and I get a pathetic speed link of 144 kbps which is worse than the speed we used to have 5 years back.

                    After wasting approx 300 minutes calling their customer care, They finally told me to visit the MTS store as they though that my device is faulty.
                    I visited them and they told me that they dont have any device for the next one week.
                    The customer juts keeps on loosing in such case.
                    Once my device gets replaced somehow, the speed is still the same 144 kbps.
                    Moreover the device keeps on getting disconnected all the time.

                    I have lost so much of time and money with this Fraud company.
                    I am not elaborating my problems here. The time lost and the frustration gone through is some thing which I cant explain in words.

                    This is the worst service I have ever seen from any company in my life.
                    I suggest you to think twice before buying any service from any such Small company.
                    The morale of the story is NEVER buy from such small companies which don't have any base at all. They will make your life miserable.
                    Never go for the cheap options. always choose the reliable products from established companies.

                    Lastly, Can you suggest the right legal action I should take in this case??
                    I really want to SUE them and get their Broadband License to be canceled.
                    Such companies put Our country back to the days o[censored]nderdevelopment and hopelessness. They don't deserve to be in the market.

                    The mental pain I have gone through Is something which can never be alleviated till I see them shut down.

                      I am going to file a case in the consumer forum for defecienc of service and will ask for compensation for the hardship caused if the matter is not solved within six days.

                        I purchase and MTS connection on 22nd Aug. General activation time for the product is 90 minutes. It took 5 hrs. I have no issues with this as it may some time take time to process. Now after it got activated, I tried to connect to the internet and I found it was running slower than an dialup connection. I had purchased a unlimited plan (Fair usage policy applied). According to the plan I should be getting a speed up to 3.1 Mbps. for the first 15 GB and the next 15Gb at a speed of 144kpbs CDMA 1X standard. But the speed i was getting was 20kbps. to 40 kbps. However the signal strength was full (4 bars) I called up the tech support. It ask to chose Hindi or English. I selected English, so all the IVR communication was in English but I landed in a queue where the representative was speaking Hindi, that’s not an issue though. Next I had already punched my Number on the IVR the representative asked the number again and ignored any hearing. They did 2 trouble shooting steps, 1) download a latest software from there site for windows 7 which I did and restart the computer. I did the same no change, 2) they asked me to change the setting from hybrid to broad band. It did not work either. They registered a complaint and said I will get an call from there back end team within 10 working hours. I didn’t receive any call from them so I called them back on 24th Aug. The representative didn’t bother to listen rather asked my telephone number again, I provided them with this they asked what’s the issue. I said I have registered a complaint They said "there is an critical issue in your area and people are working on it". I said them when I registered the complain I was in Gurgaon and now I am in Delhi I face the same issue so is it an all India issue. They said no and some will call me by 25th as 24th was an holiday so the issue may not have been fixed. I agreed. I did not receive any call or my issue was not fixed on 25th 8 pm I called back asked for there supervisor , response supervisor not available no one except a senior analyst, He explained that nether he can guarantee nor send an email confirmation but the issue will be fixed by 26th or at least a call from the backend team, They cant forward the call to the backend team as they work till 6pm.I waited and called them back on 26th 3:30 pm explained all the details again to the calling agent, he said I will get an call within an hr. Which I did not get I called them back at 5pm asked for there supervisor. He said I will receive an mail within 30 min from the management that the issue will be fixed by 27th. I did not receive any mail till 8pm I called back the agent refused to give to an supervisor, pretended he cant hear me where I was able to hear sounds in background
                        "call ghuma diya" .Then he disconnected. I called again the agent said I will receive the mail and a call by 27th. I also asked them the return policy they said unless I get a call from the back end they will not say that. Its 2pm and not received any call or mail from the company. I am amazed by the response of a company which claims to be one of the best in the country and the CEO grabbed some award too.. This irresponsible behaviour of the company hampered my work , my time, and added cost to my telephone bill . Each conversation was around 40 to 60 min and each time I performed the same steps with no remarks entered on there log. as the agent was not able to communicate any thing i said in my previous call.

                        The MTS company is cheap... customer care number keeps us listening to music for 25 minutes(literally) before call gets connected... They claim 3.1 mbps speed but the speed is 300 kbps ...The disconnection rate is quite frequent 5 times per hour...

                        i have brought a mts data card and used for 3months and afer that it was not regnazing to the pc's and i have registerd the compliant but there was no service from their side simply the customer service executive will attend the call and ask apologize for the mistake they have did and they will promise to rectify it by one week but they didn't...so better dont go for this product which is not service supported...

                        its my kind advice to all the peopels who is searching for the usb datacard...

                        MTS is a Fraud Company... I recharged my account for Rs.999. They took my money instantly & till now i have not got my account recharged... When i tried to contact customer support, i got a worst & a weird response from them.They clearly told me its not their problem, if i have paid them online through their own official website. I spoke to two different supervisors named " ANKIT " & " YADAV ", they are least bothered about our concern.

                          Its like a mental torture which the company has given me over the last 7 days and then to the complaint is still not resolved and the last request has been placed today i.e 20 aug 2010 still the reply is that it will take 24 hours to resolve the problem.

                          I recently bought a MTS Mblaze usb modem comitting a speed of 3.1 mbps.
                          On asking for a demo I was denied, the reason being lots of other comitments for which he had no time.
                          I then had no other choice but to buy it as I wanted to surf badly for some project work.
                          After the activation I actually observed that the speed shown by the MBlaze software isn't right. (You get the actual speed when you divide the displayed speed by 10) i.e. if the speed displayed is 133 kbps the the actual speed is 13.3 kbps.

                          I tested it with speedtest.net :
                          The result was Downloadspeed : 0.08mbps Uploadspeed: 0.06mbps (test server mumbai)
                          Now I feel cheated atleast I should have got a speed half of what they are coimmitting..
                          What should I do?
                          i am also getting 50-100 kbs bandwidth (5-10kbs downloading speed).

                          they are cheating customer.
                          Trust me my dear friend, what ever you have put above is true. Its the same situation with me, and its really hopeles internet broadband connection i have ever faced.                           It seems you are in an area where the 1x signal is only being caught. the speed to the normal functioning evdo goes upto 3.1Mbps. 1x is limited to 144Kbps which is around 18KB/s (note b and B are different) *(1KB=8Kb )

                          the speed test shows latency of 91ms, down speed 0.8mbps and up speed 0.4 mbps

                          I had taken a lap top and MTS MBlaze connection on 27th June’10 from CROMA. That time the internet connection was in working conditions. But later on after ¾ days they have disconnect the connection the reason being 'non submission of documents.' But they said documents where handed over to CROMA after ½ week back however the documents where handed over to MTS Magarpatta office no 27th July’10 after month no reason for sending the documents late?

                          I am continously following up with you’re employee who seats in CROMA Mr.Kanifnath who gave me the false commitment.

                          It was one of my biggest painful moment of my life, The day when I bought your MTS date card I was very happy. I thought that you have good internet plans under budget. Just after two days everything is happening with me same its written by older MTS customers on internet. For first two day my data card speed was 500 KBPS and now is 20 – 30 KBPS. I am not able to download my official emails on outlook. Your customer care is resolving my complain without contacting me. And every time they are giving me 10HRS time. After five days frustration I decided to return this connection to you guys so that I can use something else but no body is telling me right way. I really don’t want this poor connection. Requesting you to take this connection back and refund my amount.

                            MTS guy called me and said "shall come to your office to give details about MTS data card" then i was said "yes come down". He given all information about the Data card after that i said "how i get purchase data card" so he said we delivered where you want and i am give you now if want, so i said please...
                            So we have completed all formalities and i purchased card from them.
                            But after next day i have checked my data cards balance that showing zero, so i have called to them but i am getting response not reachable... then i called to MTS call center but they said here it is no document submitted and also no any recharge happen on this data card...

                            So what i do now? Please help me out in issue...

                              Hi, As a promotional offer and advertisement shown in Television, I purchased MTS MBLAZE Broadband connection, where the company claims saying one of the fastest internet connection. I guess the govt before approving this company or publishing their advertisement in Television or news channel should examine the quality and their standards of these upcoming companies.

                              Modem which I am using at the moment is one of the hopeless network ever seen. Maximum speed I have seen is up to 500 kbps, that to twice. Generally the speed is less than 345 kbps. At the time of sales, the promotion people informed if you recharge for 999 plan, its unlimited, however after purchasing I came to know that unlimited refers to 30 GB, in that first 15 GB will run at speed of 3.1 mbps and rest 15 GB will run below 144 kbps, however in my case from day one internet speed is not gone above 500 kbps, and the minimum speed its worked was 27 kbps. Please find the screenshot which I have attached. At late night the speed was just 27 kbps. I have incurred huge loss of 999 + 899 for the instrument. I stay in B, T, M, LAYOUT, BANGALORE. People who are residing in this area I advise not to purchase MTS MBLAZE, but in rest of area at least it runs at the speed of 500 kbps.

                              One highlight to inform, one of the senior technician informed me as to why I went for MTS internet connection, you could have gone for Reliance Net Connect, as they are one of the best players in the market. When I escalated this issue to their HR, The employee of MTS called me and blasted over the phone, as I escalated his talks with me. This is something which is really not acceptable. His Name is Madan and he called from MTS Number #+91 [protected]. Due to the MTS employee wrong approach over the call, I feel that MTS Company is not the best player in market.

                              Friends I advise, not to purchase this, in case if you escalate the issue to anyone in MTS, they will take you for ride. I worked on this internet connection and MTS Company stands at the top of the list in complaints. Out of 100 customers, 96 customers are not happy with the service rendered by MTS MBLAZE.

                              Company will not provide you free test of their internet connection at your home, so friends when you are buying this connection, you are purchasing at your own risk, later do not feel sad.
                              I know the pain, as to how many times I have sent mail to their customer service and also the complaints registered with the call center. However its gone in vain. None didn’t show any interest, as they had already earned the profit which they got on the money what I paid to them.

                              BEFORE YOU BUY INTERNET CONNECTION, READ MY COMMENTS AND FOR PROOF I HAVE ATTACHED THE SCREENSHOT OF THE SPEED OF THE CONNECTION TAKEN AT 01:19(MIDNIGHT), STILL IF YOU PEOPLE WANT TO PURCHASE THIS CONNECTION, YOU ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK, GOD SHOULD SAVE YOU, AS MTS TEAM WILL NOT HELP YOU IN THIS REGARDS.

                              There is sales guy called pavan, who doesn't even bother to respond to issues.

                              When u call him, he doesn't respond.

                              I agree, I bought MTS two weeks back... the speed is not atall good. Company makes tall claims of electrifying speed and people running on jet chair :) but in reality its junk.
                              After buying it, it worked for 3 days then my outgoing was barred, saying that proofs are not submitted. I had submitted them when I purchased this junk dongle.
                              When I again went to resubmit the proof they said ur photo is not clear, I went back and brought my PAN card, again they said photo is not clear, by now I was highly frustrated, but still i controlled. I went back and brought my passport which was accepted but now they wanted local address, I said I'll give vodafone bill but they said we dont accept vodafone bill bring rental agreement or voter ID.
                              This is too much, there is no process or procedure defined by the company. They dont have a clear cut set of documents required,
                              I stay in JAYANAGAR 5th block, I was coming down to BTM for this circus everytime.
                              The staff is a local, under paid, adhoc, untrained. I am falling short of words.

I reside in outskirt area of bangalore and assured speed was 3.1mbps. but i have never seen my download speed crosses 30 kbps that to very rarely. normally it will be 10 kbps. the same connection is offered by aircel for rs. 99 unlimited. mts charges 999. A big fraud company. customer care service never responds properly. if i call customer care, , they do nothing other than telling restart your system, clear temp files uninstall and install mblaze application. they keep on telling the same thing. i have put several mails to theri customer care but response is nil. worst co. unfit to be in india. cheater co. they have swallowed my hard earned 899 + 999 Rs. government definately has to take a strict action against them. however, god will not forgive them for their fraud.
                              Hey I stay in Bonemill near Saptagiri College, I purchased this Mblaze today only, while purchasing the sales guy told me that speed will me near around 3Mbps, but speed which I'm getting is near around 200-300kbps.                               yes, it is not an mts .it is an mfc (mother company).i wil purchase this device and shocking about the speed of after 15gb.after 15gb the speed of device is changed to speed of 1x and the speed also redused upto 250kbs.i will tried to change the speed of 1x to hybrid there is no use.iwill make a call to sales guy but he lieing me it is already tolded to u.it is an multinational fraud company .
                              I am also a victim of MTS - I recharge with 248 on 8th of October, i dint even used 250 MB, the connection stopped and my account is showing 0. actually i am eligible for 350 MB. Customer care will never respond. i tried calling customer care for more than 5 times, the ring alomost took 4 minutes. no one picked up. MTS sucks

                              i was very hope full onmblaze but finally i was really cheated . . . its realy made so tense
                              Even it happened for me. i bought MBlaze yesterday. from the day one i got speed of 0.10 Mbps. but before purchase the guy told that it is 3.1 mbps and if i put MTS 3G Sim on the devise i'll get 7.2 mbps but for me it is just 0.10 Mbps. the customer care is totally waste.
                              My advise is not to go for MBlaze, enquire about Docomo 3G Datacard. for proof. MTS is quoted as 2.5 / 5 in speedtest. For me, the Latency is 392 Ms (usually max 30 ms), to download 5 MB File it is taking 7 mins.

                              Please trust me or else for your proof, call MBlaze for test usage, they wont come by saying nonsense reasons. for me they told that they have virus on the Datacard so trial usage was slow. please dont waste the money with MBlaze. i[censored] not listen to me, i swear you are the next to comment in this forum.
                              I guess you are lucky that u r getting 27 kbps coz I am not even getting that. I get speed of ZERO kbps 95% of times. An email sent to customer services is yet to receive a reply after more than 10 months. There call center is ever engaged of course for obvious reasons.

                              Now the email (along with all follow up emails) has now been forwarded to TRAI to see if they do something about it.

                              I am even planning to open a website www.mts-sucks.com and promote it so that whenever someone types MTS in google, they get this website.

                              Hi gys im facing the same problem i have taken mts mblaze on 19april2011 they told me that u'll receive speed of 1.5 to 3.1 mbps and unlimetd plan at Rs999 i did what they told me but after downloading 15gb it's speed got [censored]up. i don't no the cause so i concerned with customer care they told me all the **** about 15gb low speed only 30gb u'll get like that they totally screwed me and my mother money. I think u all r rt govrmnt must take some action against them 2 [censored] these mother [censored]er****** and and i wish 2 god that their company'd get [censored].they r doing consumer exploitation.they shold be punish for their sins. gys pls som1 pls tell me wt 2 do pls tell me which company is best 4 these survices so i might be able 2 take it after sving som money my e-mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.

                              My concern is I bought data card for Rs 4200 in which I got 6 months subscription at speed of 3.1 mbps, unlimited download
                              and my plan was deactivated after 5 months.

                              MY QUESTION IS WHY IS DEACTIVATED BEFORE ITS PERIOD.

                              Even if it is deactivated my internal issues its been 23 days it was not noticed by you people. OK that is my mistake I have reported, and when I have reported time was given for 12 hours around with in the SLA it was not solved.

                              When I complained about it and talked with ANUPRIRA (supervisor) she ask for 24 hours again within 24 hours it was not taken care of third time I talked with RAKESH (team leader) he again committed for 24hours which was till today 23 march 2012, again within committed time it was not solved, I called today I talked with ANUPRIA again she said that for sure it will get solved till 6pm today still it is not working.
                              Now when I talked with Rahul (supervisor)and agent RAHUL they said that this case is closed mentioning that I am not eligible for 6th month subscription.
                              And one thing more nodal officer Mr. Abhishek never respond on call whenever I called, phone is keep on ringing but no response, in working hours between 9am to 6pm from Monday to Friday.
                              I want to thank all for enlightening me about MTS BLAZE.
                              I was just about to buy one data card and had decided on MTS. Now as i read this review i have decided to search for another one.

                              Overcharging

                              i purchased my mts mblaze ultra wifi on 24 jan 2014.My service was started on 25/01/2015, from this date i used full data but they are telling that you have to pay Rs.2634 but i choose my paln Rs.700 before started.So what can i do?

                                I purchased MTS MBLAZE broadband internet.
                                From the date of purchase till today, i have not got the speed of more than 500 KBPS. I am unable to download any data at faster speed.

                                To give an example: I downloaded one song which is of 5 MB and it took more than 8 mins. If this is the case why I need to go for Unlimited 999 plan. More over I came to know that the speed what MTS say is 3.1 only for first 15 GB data, however after 15 GB till the completion of 30 GB, we will get speed of around 145 Kbps. In my case I am getting speed of only 216 kbps speed and at night after 11 PM, i will get speed of around 433 kbps. I checked this both on Hybrid and Broadband. Atleast in Hybrid I got speed of 433 kbps, if i switch this to Broad band, I hard get around 213 kbps. These were not informed by sales at the time they sold the data card.

                                Only by Email, MTS service team will say thank you for your patience, and we are working on it, and its almost going to be a month and no improvement in network.

                                i too agree with that...i got 1.5 mbps in early now i'm getting 178 kbps...i complained to mts authorities...n i called several times to customer care...still no use...what the heck is this company doing..
                                The MTS company is cheap... customer care number keeps us listening to music for 25 minutes(literally) before call gets connected... They claim 3.1 mbps speed but the speed is 300 kbps ...The disconnection rate is quite frequent 5 times per hour...

                                I bought a MTS Data card[protected] on 25 Aug. Since then I can only receive messages through Outlook Express and cant send any messages. Called the helpline a few hundred times impossible to get through and if you do - the call drops within the second sentence and you have to start again.

                                People pls be aware and avoid this vendor. I am off to get another connection.
                                Agree, i recharged my mts with Rs.999, unlimited plan...still no speed.To open a page, i have to wait unlimited time...

                                  I am a student. I have taken the MTS connection seeing in the hoardings. It cost me about 1k for the device and monthly 1k charges. From the day I have taken the connection I can only experiencing a speed of 10-15KBPS at max as compared to the offer like 3.1 mbps. I call ed several times to the customer care department but they are giving only one complain number every time and never called me back to resolve my issue. I am calling him everyday, like this way I have spent around 200 rupees on phone bill only. I have never experienced such worst customer service department in my life time. They deceived me by showing false offers. Noe they are not solving my issue nor taking my device back. What should I do ? It is heavy on my pocket to pay monthly 1,000 rupees for only 10-15KBPS which is equivalent speed of a GPRS internet connection which costs around 48 rupees/ month. They have also given the Nodal Officer[protected] and Appellate Officer[protected] phone numbers for higher complaints which always shows busy or they are not receiving the call at all.These are only to trick the customer. I wasted my money now I am frustrated.

                                    I am a customer of MTS MBlaze for broadband services. Recently, MTS has been sending messages to the device as well as on the registered phone for the services which exactly read "Triple Dhamaka Offer for you on MTS MBlaze!! Get 2.25 GB data usage (instead of 750 MB) on recharge of Rs.498. Extra 1.5 GB credited in 48 hours. Offer till 8th Aug."

                                    Accordingly, I recharged the my MBlaze account on 05 Aug. However, the company did not credit the extra 1.5 GB within stipulated time. When I contacted the customer care executive he flatly refused to credit extra data and did not even register a complaint stating that there was no provision to register such complaints. Further, the CCE was very rude and had the audacity to disconnect the phone when I was through, thereby displaying utter lack of professionalism on the part of the company and its employees. Thereafter, I sent a mail to customercare.[protected]@mtsindia.in on 08 Aug. Even today, the complaint is unattended.

                                    The services offered by the company is pathetic. There is always disruption in services and never you cant get a constant connection to the internet without breaks.

                                      MTS should be banned in India and the personnel who are working for MTS need to be more sensible and ofcourse should be punished for such immature behaviour. WORST internet (no)service provider.

                                      Kindly do something because such business people can spoil entire hygiene of the society.

                                        I have a MTS Data Card and its number is [protected] and its purchased from Siri Balaji Enterprises, Near Red Light Panipat dated[protected] after that i have two months i have a full use of this data card but now my mts data card is not working do to the address verification is not completed and they have disconnect my number without my information.

                                        One of that i have to mention in between two months i don't have received any call from MTS that your address is not find out when they disscount my data card after that i don't have received any call from MTS that we are close ur MTS card why I don't know how can they do that when they want to disconnect anyone number or data card disconnect.

                                        When i ask the Siri Balaji Enterprises Dealer that start my data card and they sad that they will take a lot of time ( 15-20 Days for activation this number ) to activation this number and i have a no idea that i have give him the again my photo and rashan card photocopy for activate this mention above number why they not start my data card. i have a very urgent need it. please start my data card as soon as possible.
