Hi, As a promotional offer and advertisement shown in Television, I purchased MTS MBLAZE Broadband connection, where the company claims saying one of the fastest internet connection. I guess the govt before approving this company or publishing their advertisement in Television or news channel should examine the quality and their standards of these upcoming companies.
Modem which I am using at the moment is one of the hopeless network ever seen. Maximum speed I have seen is up to 500 kbps, that to twice. Generally the speed is less than 345 kbps. At the time of sales, the promotion people informed if you recharge for 999 plan, its unlimited, however after purchasing I came to know that unlimited refers to 30 GB, in that first 15 GB will run at speed of 3.1 mbps and rest 15 GB will run below 144 kbps, however in my case from day one internet speed is not gone above 500 kbps, and the minimum speed its worked was 27 kbps. Please find the screenshot which I have attached. At late night the speed was just 27 kbps. I have incurred huge loss of 999 + 899 for the instrument. I stay in B, T, M, LAYOUT, BANGALORE. People who are residing in this area I advise not to purchase MTS MBLAZE, but in rest of area at least it runs at the speed of 500 kbps.
One highlight to inform, one of the senior technician informed me as to why I went for MTS internet connection, you could have gone for Reliance Net Connect, as they are one of the best players in the market. When I escalated this issue to their HR, The employee of MTS called me and blasted over the phone, as I escalated his talks with me. This is something which is really not acceptable. His Name is Madan and he called from MTS Number #+91 [protected]. Due to the MTS employee wrong approach over the call, I feel that MTS Company is not the best player in market.
Friends I advise, not to purchase this, in case if you escalate the issue to anyone in MTS, they will take you for ride. I worked on this internet connection and MTS Company stands at the top of the list in complaints. Out of 100 customers, 96 customers are not happy with the service rendered by MTS MBLAZE.
Company will not provide you free test of their internet connection at your home, so friends when you are buying this connection, you are purchasing at your own risk, later do not feel sad.
I know the pain, as to how many times I have sent mail to their customer service and also the complaints registered with the call center. However its gone in vain. None didn’t show any interest, as they had already earned the profit which they got on the money what I paid to them.
BEFORE YOU BUY INTERNET CONNECTION, READ MY COMMENTS AND FOR PROOF I HAVE ATTACHED THE SCREENSHOT OF THE SPEED OF THE CONNECTION TAKEN AT 01:19(MIDNIGHT), STILL IF YOU PEOPLE WANT TO PURCHASE THIS CONNECTION, YOU ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK, GOD SHOULD SAVE YOU, AS MTS TEAM WILL NOT HELP YOU IN THIS REGARDS.

I BOUGHT MTS DATA CARD, WITH HELP OF MY MTS DATA CARD I AM NOT ABLE TO CONNNECT WITH BANKING WEBSITES AND RAILWAY SITE, IN MY LIFE TIME I NEVER HAD THIS KIND OF SERVICE TO REACH THE CUSTOMER CARE CENTER ITS NOT POSSIBLE .
I AM IRRRITATED BY THE SERVICE GIVEN BY MTS, EVEN THERE RECHARGE VOUCHERS ARE ALSO NOT AVAILABLE, PATHETIC SERVICE MEANS = MTS
