Costumer harassment

I had bought a laptop from ezone at alwarpet where there was a cross sell of mblaze data card. It was working fine for 3 days post which the connection has been cut.

There is no contact number provided in the product package. i had to run around to get a number to call mts. Post this every time i called them, i was told it is mts mobile number and not internet center and i had to call another number.

Deactivation of connection

Dear Sir.
I am Mr. Mukesh Kumar Rohilla R/O Rz-219 , Lokesh Park , Najafgarh,
New Delhi ,Pin No.110043. have purchase two of mobile connection From mobile
connection Re-tailer in Najafgarh In November 2009. But from November till Now

Not getting promised speed

mts mblaze is promissing to give downlooding speed of 3.1 mbps but i am actually getting just as an average of 100 kbps. i have complained both to retailer and compney but nothing happned....

i bought 2 cdma haier mobiles from mts on 6.12.09 ( [protected], [protected] ) in that one mobile was dead on 9.12.09 so gave it in mts service centre they checked that mobile and said its dead so they will replace a new one but still now i didnt get a new one their response is worst which i have ever seen so pl take necessary action on these peoples

Extreme misguidance from CCEs for which monetary losses and time wastage occured.

I am a subscriber of MTS India and recently I have activated and changed one caller tune from another.But both the caller tunes are being heard simultaneously in turn which I do not want in any way.So I called up The CCEs for help in order to deactivate the song which was previously activated.Time and again I called them up for help,because of the CCEs contradictary suggestions,I have to loose a fair amount of money.But nobody guided me in...

WRONG MAIN ACCOUNT DEDUCTION OF Rs. 294/-

I m purchased mblaze on 10th December, 2009 and i am recharge it with Rs.299/- which is top-up balance of Main Account balance .. NO signal in Jaipur

I would like to bring to attention that the services of MTS MBlaze USB modem services in Jaipur is not upto the mark and the signal is extrmely poor or non available as such one is not able to connect to the internet service as provided by them. they have taken consumers for a ride and launched their product without any proper service backup. there is no solution available with them to this problem. disclosing information about changes brought in service

MTS has a message card which costs Rs 31, under the previous offer this card provided 1000 free sms which was valid for 1 month. All of a sudden MTS changed this offer and never let us - the consumers - know that. Unlike the previous offer no 1000 free sms is provided instead only 600 is provided and its not even free. Those sms would cost me 10 paisa each and it would be deducted from my main balance. Normally without any pack each sms costs...

MTS deactivated my incoming and outgoing calls on 23rd of November, 2009 without giving my prior intimation. Then after called up on customer care and raised the complaint they promised me that with in 12 hours I would have received a verification call from there department and after that my services will be reactivated whereas I had already received a verification call from their department. I wish to bring to your notice that I have purchased 3 MTS mobile sets from M/s.Gothai Mobiles Tiruppur on 25.09.2009(MTS DEALER).As required by the service provider I have sent 3 nos passport size photographs and xerox copies of my election Commission of India Identity Card for address proof. With no mistake on my part the service was temporarily withdrawn suddenly(my address is not recorded in MTS records it is not my fault)....

I bought a service from MTS mobile .the pulse rate starts from the second i start lisining the first ring of my caller.in other mobile services the pulse counting starts only from the time the caller picks the phone for answering.kindlye help on loosing hte money on this waiting charges.

Automatic balance reduce

I am just take a MTS ph the no is [protected]...I am see in 2september the company deduct my balance 22.08RS...automatic...i am shout complain in the customer care... the customer care give me complain No. the no is september2428( complain dt.2sep2009 at1.15pm)...and tell me it is solve in working 16houre.....but the working 16hours gone. no one solve the problem...what can i do in this procession...I am need your help.
