I purchased a MTS Mblaze internet connection on 1st May 2010 from an authorised dealer. The wireless device worked fine for a couple of weeks and then one day the wireless modem was not recognised by my computer.
I was directed to the customer service office and belgaum and handed over the device to them for servicing. After 20 - 25 days i received a replacement from the MTS customer service center and was informed that the repalced device would fuction properly after 24 hours which is required for activation.
I connected the device to my computer after 24 hours but was unable to connect to the internet. I called the customer care center and was informed that the repalcement device needs to be activated and it would be functional after 24 hours.
Till today 6th Jan 2011, I have been unable to connect to the internet with the MTS Mblaze wireless modem. I have alredy raised 2 complaints with the MTS customer care center, 1st dated 22/12/2010 complaint no. DEC/8769 and 2nd dated 26/12/2010 complaint no. 10496. Both these complaints have been closed saying that the problem has been resolved.
I have not received any solution to me problem till date from MTS due to there deficiency in service.

    Subject: Callous attitude and Incorrect charges.

    Hi,

    This is in regards to my MTS wireless dongle No[protected]. I have been having issues about the same from the time I purchased the modem. The issue is not only the charges getting deducted unneccessarly , but about the entire Customer and Technical system as they are irresponsible & not committed for the Company & its good will. The details are as follows:

    I purchased a wireless modem on 8th MAY 2010, since the time I purchased I’m facing the problem of the recharge getting exhausted within 7 to 10 days no matter how much I recharge with less usage. I was shocked when I realized that my balance gets deducted even if I visit the free sites i.e., (MTS India).

    I informed the dealer Mr. Pirumal Mali who initially was not ready to accept the fault & told that there must be some problem with my computer. I got my PC checked & it was working fine, then I insisted Mr. Mali to try on his own computer where the fault was detected.
    I got a call from Mr. Pirumal Mali to return the modem so that he can sent it to technical support for observation. They assured that they will investigate the issue and will get back to me ASAP. Meanwhile, I was co-ordinating with the customer service team. After a week’s time Mr. Mali returned me the modem with the assurance that the issue has been resolved. And the strange thing is that when I tried using the modem,the scenario was the same.

    To my surprise I expected the dealer to resolve my issue & to support me as the amount was deducted in front of him in his shop on the free MTS India site. I received calls from the technical team stating that they were trying their level best. I tried calling the call centre but in vain they just filled a complaint and things remained the same. It’s past 7 months,& I’m trying since then but can’t trust your Company coz of the bad experience thru your CUSTOMER CARE TEAM ,DEALERS & TECH SUPPORT.

    27th NOV 2010: Service Mela held at Goregaon (w). - I met Ms. Kanchan Manjrekar & told her about the issue, she checked the modem on her own laptop & detected the fault.She gave me the assurance that this matter will be resolved in 4 days. On the 4th day I got a call from Mr. Pirumal Mali stating that Ms. Kanchan had asked to give the modem to send it to the technical team again & I did as he said.Unfortunately THE SAME PROCESS FOLLOWS…AGAIN.

    Ms. Kanchan & Mr. Mali says “You will have to wait till the month end for the issue to be resolved”. It is been 7 months since I’ve been facing this issue which is not resolved yet and nobody is fulfilling their commitment. HOW CAN I TRUST THEM & THE COMPANY ???

    IF THIS ISSUE IS NOT BEEN RESOLVED TILL TUESDAY ie 21st Dec 2010 . I WILL BE FORCED TO TAKE THIS ISSUE to our local politician Mr. Mohammed Siddique Ansari of NCP, who has given me the assurance that if this matter is not resolved immediately till the date mentioned above, We will go legally & lodge a Police complaint against MTS for selling faulty devices to the customer & take this matter to CONSUMER FORUM & MEDIA.

    How could you guys assure me that they are in a process of investigation and will make sure that my issue will be resolved. Its either those people were lying and I assume that they are not bothered about the problem I faced in the past & present. They didn’t bother to follow-up and not even respond to my problem .ARE YOU ALL PLAYING A BLAME GAME.Mr pirumal says I need to talk to Kanchan mam & she says “we are trying”.

    SINCE WHEN ?????? 7 MONTHS ! STRANGE !!!

    It’s a pure case of Dishonesty and FRAUD. I guess you guys are playing around with me till the warranty period gets over.

    I shouldn’t have faced this problem,But since I have suffered in loss of my business coz of this modem,I need a compensation or replacement with a new connection if you cannot resolve this issue.I am within the time limit of Warranty. They actually did FRAUD, and broke my trust for the Company.

    I PROMISE NOT TO RECOMMEND MTS SERVICE TO ANY ONE .

    Kindly look into the matter and give me a new wireless connection OR RESOLVE THE ISSUE. Also, would need an Apology letter from your end for all the mess created by your teams. I can be reached at +[protected] /[protected]. Trust me; I would never ever suggest anyone to go for MTS Service.

    A pathetic cust care ,Dealers & Tech team, overall a FRAUD ! Also MTS thinks that customers are a just a liability. Let me remind that “Customers are the reason why you’ll exist ” They believe that we are at their mercy, but that’s not the reality coz there are your competitors in market who has offered me world class services.

    “If you’ll don’t take any action, I’ll mail a copy of this to a Newspaper and also Post this on Internet Blogs and also to the Consumer Forum.” Don’t take this as threat coz this is my next course of action.

    MTS wireless modem — lack of promised service

    Sir,
    I purchased an MTS wireless modem through Mr. Pradeep in Trivandrum vide Bill No.96 dated 10/08/2010. The USB No. is [protected], S/N: 4150067and ESN is 6C424A33. They promised me high speed connectivity throughout Kerala State, else they will take back the modem. I frequently travel on inspection duty. I did not get covered whenever I left Trivandrum. I told the MTS dealer in Trivandrum many times, with no avail. I am very worried of such a behaviour from such a reputed company. They are taking us , the common people, for a ride. Please let me know what is to be done.

    It seems MTS is not bothered about its customers.
    I totally agree with u.
    Even I am facing the same prob. No response from their side... customer care ppl say that they forwarded the complain to their seniors and they will call me, but i think seniors are more comfertable in getting huge salary n thats for free...
    Pthetic service I have ever seen...
    Really want to bash them...@#^%#$^@$^#$

      MTS – Most Terrifying Service
      Frustration ka triple doze

      Log on to website of MTS you will get fascinating message to ‘Recharge you MBlaze with couble of clicks’. Now read on my following experience will show how these couple of clicks recharge your Mblaze. You will be convinced that MTS is not ‘Speed ka Double Doze’ but it is ‘Frustration ka Triple Doze’

      I had recharged my MBlaze for a period of 3 months by paying Rs.1794/- through net banking (Mblaze account no. [protected]) on December 28, 2010 at 8.45 PM vide reference no. [protected][protected]TECH ONLINE RECHARGE). Amount was debited from bank account but MTS never cared to credit my internet account (First doze of frustration).

      I was initially given complaint no.Q[protected] and was assured that within a time period of 2 hours my account will be definitely credited. After 14 hours when I called again, to my surprise I was informed that I had never lodged any complain and it was only general information given to me that account will be credited. This time, I was given different complain no. C[protected] and was told that my account will be credited by 30th December i.e. 40 hours after getting my money (Second doze of frustration).

      Operations Manager Mr. Sachdeva personally assured me that he will personally take up the matter and try to give credit within few hours. However, on 30th when account was not credited, I called MTS again only to know that it will now take 10 days time to sort out the problem!!! (Third doze of frustration).

      I would also like to highlight that each and every employee of MTS right from call centre attendant to Operations manager, assured me that they are doing their “level best” to sort out my problem. If this is their level best what will be the regular service you can imagine.

      Purpose of this information is

      (a) to keep Indian consumer updated about how these small companies spend lavishly on attractive advertisements by celebrities to grab the market share and when it comes to service to customers, they appoint cheap payment gateway providers to minimize their cost at the cost of customers.

      (b) Highlight the inefficient service providers as they are “suitably punished by Indian consumers”

        TATA, RELIANCE IS A MUCH RELIALBE SERVICE PROVIDER.

        THE PROBLEM WITH OUR COUNTRY IS THAT THESE KIND OF GUYS GET AWAY VERY EASILY, BECAUSE THERE IS NO SYSTEM TO BOOK THEM OR GET YOUR MONEY BACK...THE ENTIRE SYSTEM IS CORRUPT...

        I AM PLANNING TO GET THE EXECUTIVE WHO PROVIDED ME THE DATACARD SCREWED...THAT WILL TEACH THE OTHERS A LESSON TO NOT CHEAT PEOPLE OR TAKE THEM FOR GRANTED...

        MTS — Pathetic Service and a company full of CHEATS

        I purchased the so called "High Speed Internet USB" on 28th June 2010 and wish I had NOT bought the same. They boast of high speed when the same is not available. I have been trying to use this stupid stuff for the past three to four days but am getting a speed of max 312 kpbs????

        I even complained to the call centre who gave me a TAT of 3 working days??? Cmmon, at this age of competition these guys are far far behind.

        The service engineer came and said that this is the max speed I can get here for whatsoever reason.

        I have taken a prepaid connection and now I want to return this stupid item and i wanted these guys to refund my money... How can they promise 3.1 mbps when they dont even give 1/10th of the same????

        I have been trying to reach the Nodal Officer called Sharmila,but I guess she is least bothered to help any one. I wrote to her senior and I guess he too is not bothered. I have wrote around 15 mails to them but it seems these guys are the most unprofessional people we have in the industry... CHEATERS is all what I can say...

        NEVER EVER BUY MTS PRODUCT.....

          MTS is the worst service provider in the world, they give false promises and never respond to complaints, my data card gives a speed of 15 kbps as opposed to the promises of 3 mbps and the customer care executives close the complaints giving false reasons.Lodged almost 30 complaints!
          I am planning to take legal action on them...

          Anyone outhere pl, stay away from MTS if you want to save money as well as time!

          Photon plus is a million times better.
          MTS is a fradulent company...they cheat people...their customer service is a joke!
          You dont even get 35 kbps...let alone 3 mbps...

          The executives laugh at your complaints and speak anyhting but the truth, from word go they lie...and lie and lie and lie and lie and lie...and lie again and again and again...they are the biggest cheats in India right now...

              Yes, I facing similar issue. Since last 4 months, I am doing follow-up with MTS customer care but till date, I have n't received my Shooes and no one at MTS is replying to mails.
              Same this with me too. Since last 4 months I did multiple follow-up with MTS but not yet received my shoees. Earlier, MTS said, it will be delivered but now no one at MTS is replying to my mails.

              Don't belive in MTS offers.

                my MTS Mblaze internet was barred on Tuesday - 14th December 2010. the reason given to me was that the verification didn't happen. and the reason for the same of not happening is because they had updated my incorrect mobile number and email address. then a complaint for the same was raised with number 100800. it was never resolved. then last evening dated: 17th December 2010 at 11:44am i got a call from the following number - [protected] stating that the verification was done and my net is working. till date my net is disconnected. there has been several complaint numbers raised and the latest one is BEC7226 for the same. MTS India can only raise complaints and not resolve the problem. can someone please help me??? else i want to discontinue the services and i paid Rs.1800/- for the same and i want it re-funded.

                  So seems no one is interested to reply on customers mail, what do you all think customer is ?????

                  As you already have below details again i want to give you same.

                  Please fid below my complain for your service less internet services

                  1) i purchased MTS Data Card looking at your advertisement and i thought that you will give best solutions to my need.
                  2) on last Sunday i.e. on 21st nov 2010 i purchased MtS DATA Card, since then am facing network problem.3) on the same day I tried launching a complain but they say you will have to wait for 24 hours, so out of one month prepaid I lost 24 hours
                  3) then i launched a complain on 22nd, but then it took almost 7 days to resolve my problem, so again i lost 24 hrs x 7 says = 168 hours
                  4) when my Internet started properly I received msg from MTS that docs provided is not sufficient, and my internet get stopped for another 48 hours
                  5) am submitting a docs on Monday evening that to MTS outlet only and till next day i.e after 24 hours my internet did not started.
                  6) on top of that calling customer service is a pain. i have to hold almost half an hour
                  7) for my urgent work mail I had to go to cyber cafe and pay additional I paid almost 600 Rs. extra as in our nearby area there is no cyber cafe. we specifically have to go to mulund station and going and coming costs us rs 50 + cyber charges Rs 25 / hrs
                  8) after solving documents problem my Internet started working, and that took 3 days,
                  9) again there was network complain at my place. i launched a complain again once my documents problem solved.
                  10) Support person Mr. Navneet Visited at my place on 3rd Dec 2010 and found out that really there is a problem at my home.
                  11) I asked him when can my problem get solved, he told me that he will forward complain to technical dept on monday, and then they will resolve problem. but till now there is no feed back from Mr. Navneet, i called him so many times to sort out my problem, he simply told me that i have forwarded complain to technical dept. now nothing in my hand, so i asked him give me contact details of technical dept. he told me he do not have details of technical dept. ( surprising ), if he do not have details of technical dept. how he will forward my complain to them isn't it ?????

                  next i asked him give email address he said he do not have. then he gave me email address of Mr. Tarun Khatri, but seems this is not MTS Email address. I asked for his land line no. he gave me Mr. Ravi's Direct no, I Asked Mr. Ravi to give me email address as i need to send complain to him, he told me he cannot give email address. whatever problem is there can talk verbally. I asked him if they take only verbal complain and not written complain, he disconnected line.

                  12) In between I spoke to Nodal officer – Bombay , but seems she do not have any interest in my complain, I accept that I have not written my MTS no in my first mail, but then I had given my contact details she could have easily been called me and asked me abt desired details.

                  13) She told me she had replied msg to me, but till now I have not recd any mail, she told me she will resend me again, but not recd any mail from her, related to my query.

                  14) always your customer service says that problem will be solved with in 24 hrs, but then no one is interested to call or sort out problem like a fool we only have to call them. Wasting time and money behind calling them

                  15) customer service person will tell that will keep you hold for 30 seconds, and they return back only after 15 to 20 min so till then we cannot do any other work.

                  16) today I spoke to Mr. Kuldip Supervisor and he told me that he will call me back in one hrs time, I spoke to him around 1.30 in the afternoon, till now there is no call from him



                  Following Problem

                  1) Network Problem speed 4 to 5 Mbps

                  2) If I get connection, within 5 to 10 min, it gets disconnected

                  3) If I try again to connect it says device is not configured properly or in use.

                  4) I have no other option and only to restart my Notebook again.

                  5) Almost 20 times in a day I had to restart my Notebook due to this problem

                  1) i purchased MTS Data Card looking at your advertisment and i thouth that you will give best solutons to my need.
                  2) on last sunday i purchased MtS DATA Card, since then am facing network problem.
                  3) on the same day i tried launching a complain but they say you will have to wait for 24 hours, so out of one month prepaid i lost 24 hours
                  3) then i launched aa complain on 22nd, but then it took almost 7 days to resolve my problem, so again i lost 24 hrs x 7 says = 168 hours
                  4) when my intrnet started properly i received msg from MTS that docs provided is not sufficient, and my internet get stopped for another
                  48 hours
                  5) am submittening a docs on monday evening that to MTS outlet only and till next day i.e after 24 hours my internet did not satrted.
                  6) on top of that calling customer service is a pain. i have to hold almost half an hour
                  7) for ny urgent mail i had to go to cyber cafe and payy additional i paid almost 600 rs extra as in our nearb area there is no cybercafe. we speciafically have to go to mulund station and going and coming costs us rs 50 + cyber charges Rs 25 / hrs

                  since i have subscribed i am unable to use mts due to some or the other problem. I have lost order of Rs50,00,000 from oe of my buyer in italy. who is going to payy all lose

                  1) I paid Rs. 999 for recharge out of which i was unable to use serrvice for any day.
                  2) i have spend Rs 600 for travelling to cyber and using their services
                  3) waste of time and waste of money
                  4) lost order of Rs. 50,00,000, i will be going to file a case on MTS - India for the said amount.

                    I have taken a MTS Mblaze datacard on Feb 2010 after seeing their (misleading) advt.promising speed of 3.1Mbps, i am getting a speed of 0.1 - 0.2 which is not even 10% of their promised speed, i had complained this almost 20 times with customer service (hard to get them online min waiting of 15-20min on my paid call). i even send mails to their nodal officer and above but not even 1 reply from them. each time i raise a complaint, they will close it within 2 to 3 days without solving the same and that too without calling me or informing me. i have been using airtel postpaid for the last 7 years and frankly speaking Airtel is having the best after sales service in the country, and companies like MTS is making airtel big day by day. i never have seen this type of irresponsible, cheating and misleading company like MTS in my life, i am planning to sue this bloody co legally so that more people will be saved here after

                      I purchased MTS M-Blaze connection because I got it at a discounted price when I purchased my laptop from Chroma. But after 5 days they disconnected it without informing me, when I checked on this, I came to know that chroma has not submitted the docs. Even after this the connections were not restored,though I contacted MTS customer care around 10 times, everytime they were giving assurance like in two days it will be restored.They even send an email with this information. But nothing happened,I just lost my money :(

                        I have a MBrowse USB Modem (MTS) activated on june, 2010. But, on 10th sept, 2010 the company has jammed my connection illegally. They show me the cause that I've not responded to their call but, when I verified my registration, I've seen that the consumer name and alternative mobile number which they entered, are totally wrong. Now, the company is refusing to reactivate my connection. If they don't activate the connection, then I have a loss of Rs.1700. What should I do now? Please reply...

                            I purchased MTS Mblaze 3.1 Mbps on the 12th of November, 2010. Considering their fair share policy, I was expecting a speed of 1Mbps and nothing more than that.
                            However, the speed that I got was 150-200 Kbps on average in Bangalore as well as in Cochin.
                            On the 14th of November, 2010, I sent an email complaint to MTS. I received an acknowledgement email immediately and another email the next day with my complaint number, which is NOV/5775.
                            After which the ordeal began.
                            * Received call from a CSR on the 16th of Nov, since I was out of station I asked her to call me back on 21st Nov. 21st being a Sunday, I was told that MTS does not provided customer support on sunday and I would be call on 22nd of Nov, to which I agreed.
                            * I did not get any call from them.
                            * I called them back. I was again told that someone would contact me to resolve my problem.
                            * MTS did not call back again.
                            * On the 28th of Nov, I called again. Now what they did was opened another complain number (NOV/11191) referencing my earlier complain number (NOV/5775). Again I was told that someone would contact me to resolve my problem.
                            * Finally I got a call from MTS on the 30th of Nov and was told that a technical person from MTS would visit my house at 7 pm to solve my problem.
                            * It did not happen. No one turned up on 30th evening.
                            * 1st December, 2010 at 9:30 am when I was just about to leave for office I got a call from the technical person of MTS asking for my address. I gave him the details. He told me that he would reach my place in 5 mins. I request him to come immediately as I was already getting late for work.
                            * After 20 mins I got a call again from him and was told that he couldn't find my house which is in 17th cross. When I asked him where he was, he gave me a landmark. I understood that he was in 16th cross. I asked him to walk about 10 mtrs and he would find 17th cross. He did not agree. He asked me to come to where he was and then show him my house. Since, I was late for work I requested him to come to 17th cross but he was adamant. So, I had to go to 16th cross and get him.
                            * Then another shock. All that the technical guy did was delete my temp files, log into www.speedtest.net and check the speed connection. Yes, the "technical" person of MTS knows about this website. Great! everyone knows about it.
                            * After checking the speed connection. He had to contact his office. A shock again. He asked me my mobile to make call to his office as he didn't have outgoing on his mobile.
                            * He made the call using my mobile.
                            * Immediately I got a call back from MTS office and was told that it will be fixed and that they understand my frustration. I told him that if it wasn't fixed by 1st dec, I would go to the consumer court.
                            * After sometime I got a call back again and was told that he had informed his floor manager and senior management and that I would get a call from them in the evening and the issue would be fixed.
                            * Today is 2nd december, 2010 (7:50pm) and I haven't heard from them.

                            I am still facing the problem and MTS seems to be least bothered to resolve it.

                            I called them again on 3rd december. Shocked to know that they had closed my complaint. The reason was that the technical person visited my house and checked my speed.
                            But my problem wasn't resolved, how can they close the complaint?
                            They said they can't do anything more.

                            This is the worst experience I have had with any service provider.

                            Request you not to purchase any product of MTS. The service is just pathetic.

                              this is regarding the fair usage policy of MTS India which states that upto 12GB a speed of 3.1Mbps would be provided and after that a speed of 144Kbps would be provided. I have a total of 13.5 GB o[censored]sage left in my account and they are providing the speed of less than 144Kbps. Also for the last 4 days the MTS customer care has been not responding to any calls made to them. In the past multiple similar complaints have been filed by me with reference Numbers as C[protected], Q[protected], C[protected]. with this policy almost 12 GB- 14GB goes waste as they do not provide the sufficient speed to surf the net or to download anything. also find attached the photo showing the amount of data usage left at which they are providing a speed of 64Kbps which is comparable to a dial up connection.

                              Other companies provide 5 GB Broad band for the same MRP.Post usage of 12 GB, you get 1X services where maximum attainable speed is 144 kbps .And we should also keep in mind speed is dependent on variety of factors.

                                I had taken MTS wireless broadband connection(USB) 1.5 months before(at my residence). initially it worked but now there is often network problem and does even get connected.

                                MTS Broadband — Speed issues

                                I have taken the MTS internet connection with a promised speed of 3.1 mbps, from day 1 he speed has not gone above 0.05 kbps, i have tried caling up the Customer care service and loging in atleast 10-15 complaints regarding the same, there has be no issue taken so far from the company.

                                Suggest people not to take MTS connection, really bad service after sales.
                                I am facing lot of network problem in my area from 3 days there is no network. In my region Kolar district (kgf), i am not getting signal from last 3 days . please solve this as soon as possible.

                                  PELPLES DON'T BUY MTS MBLAZE BROADBAND

                                  i Just called to Customer care MTS MBLAZE BROADBAND that guy say me that unlimited plan means only 30 gb you have to use. So i asked to MTS MBLAZE BROADBAND guy "What is Meaning o[censored]nlimited?" then MTS MBLAZE BROADBAND call center boy told me that you have to request for Extra GB. I asked to MTS MBLAZE BROADBAND call center boy "Why I need to request if i am taking unlimited plan?." But friends that MTS MBLAZE BROADBAND call center guy is not having any rights to activate my MTS MBLAZE BROADBAND Service. he will foreword my request and then it will take hours or days. and When he will activate you will lose your passed some days. because your MTS MBLAZE BROADBAND unlimited plan will expire very soon. and What's about your that days when you have not used MTS MBLAZE BROADBAND. to check my request . So Please don't buy MTS Broadband.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I have purchased one braodband-datacard connection from the above company for using it in Indirapuram Ghaziabad on[protected] with 999 unlimited plan My connection No. is [protected] receipt no. 909/[protected] M/s Ria Telecom Vaishali, Ghaziabad. Right from day one I am not able to get the connectivity while working at home which I reported to the Company and subsequently they sent their executive who conveyed me that the connectivity problem persists at that place and signals are not working. Almost every third day I am connecting their customer service and they registered a complaint on[protected] vide Nov/14764 dt 17-11-10;which they promised that the complaint will be resolved with 5 working days, subsequently I called them on 18/11;24/11 to know the fate of my complaint. On 25/11 I got a call that the complaint will be resolved within next 3 days. On 25 night I got the message that they tried to contact me over phone but could not; and the complaint stands resolved. On 26th when I tried it, it was too slow to work.

                                    My request is when they are not having connectivity/low connectivity, why they are selling the product and misleading the consumers and secondly they should refund my money back.

                                      Hi.I have taken MTS MBLAZE in month of september.one agent has come to deliver it.i have submitted all my documents dully signed at time of delivery only.As per the policy of MTS(or in general internet service provider also)if any customer dint submit their document within 7 working dayz,they deactivate the service.Now after 97 dayz o[censored]sing my device they disconnected my device saying that they havent received any documents of mine.I called customer care they are not even talking properly.THEY HAVE THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN.My concern is when i have submitted all my documents where they are gone.Did agent used my document for any crook???I cant let him go just like that with my documents.So my dear User we just cant sit back let them do this with customers..Being a reponsible indian.We need to take some serious action against this.Please suggust me how can i proceed.Egarly waiting for reply.

                                        I baught broadband connection on 18 Nov. 2010, I am not getting proper connectivity and speed as company claim (3.1 Mbps). I am getting speed upto 300-400 Kbps and also very poor connectivity, I need to reconnect in every half an hour. I logged the complain to MTS customer care ([protected]) under complain no. Nov/8219 on 20 Nov. 2010 and complain no. Nov 8331 on 21 Nov. 2010, as per customer issue will be resolved in 12 working hours but now it's 3 days and issue is still pending. Now whenever I call to customer care for update they put me on hold for 30-40 minutes and then cut down the call. I also raised service request under request no. 87098 but no response.

                                        As per MTS executive Mr. Kumar ([protected]), there is a offer of free reebok shoe, free antivirus softer for 1 year validity, but I haven't received any of this things. As per customer case shoe will be dispatch and received in next 10 days and for antivirus, I need to have coupon no. which will be provided by Mr. Kumar who sold me this connection. I am trying to connect Mr. Kumar but he is not picking up the call.

                                        Please take serious action against this company the their fraud executive who cheat people with attractive offcer and advertisement.

                                        Well Said Mr.Hiren Katkoria. We All Are Facing The Same Problem. Every Time By Balance Is Finished They Are Keen To know When I Am recharging My account, But When I Am facing Problems With My Broadband Speed They Have Nothing To Say But To Be Sorry. I Would Like To Tell Them That You Are The Very service Provider So don't Be Sorry Please Solve It And look After Our convenience. we Are Not Paying Money For You To Be Sorry.And Stop Calling Us Because Our Time Is Also Valuable As Yours. If You can't Provide The Service Please Stop Making Promisses To Us Because We Are The One who face The Problem. Thank You.

                                        not worth of 1 gb usage

                                        i recharged my mts with 248 rs for 1 gb not worth at all ... i have just used 100 mb not more than that now it shows me that i have used 1 gb
