I purchased a MTS Mblaze internet connection on 1st May 2010 from an authorised dealer. The wireless device worked fine for a couple of weeks and then one day the wireless modem was not recognised by my computer.

Worst Service on planet Earth...

MTS is the worst service provider in the world, they give false promises and never respond to complaints, my data card gives a speed of 15 kbps as opposed to the promises of 3 mbps and the customer care executives close the complaints giving false reasons.Lodged almost 30 complaints!
I am planning to take legal action on them...

Anyone outhere pl, stay away from MTS if you want to save money as well as time!
