I am just take a MTS ph the no is [protected]...I am see in 2september the company deduct my balance 22.08RS...automatic...i am shout complain in the customer care... the customer care give me complain No. the no is september2428( complain dt.2sep2009 at1.15pm)...and tell me it is solve in working 16houre.....but the working 16hours gone. no one solve the problem...what can i do in this procession...I am need your help. Can the forum help me...I am waiting for your response.

MTS — Auto matic balance widrow

Yes i completely MTS is a FRAUD company making fool of their customers.
Automatic balance reduce
I am just take a MTS ph the no is [protected]...I am see in 4th April 2010 the company deduct my balance Rs. 220 to Rs. 11 ...automatic...i am shout complain in the customer care... the customer care give me complain No. the no is APR/903 (complain dt.6 Apl. 2010 at 5.36 pm)...and tell me it is solve in after some time.

MTS — amount reduction from balance

I have recharged 150 rupees last month with tariff. last day (08/04/13) that company 40 rupees amount reduced on my balance without my knowledge. I ask about it , they replied it was face book activation by your side. but it was not true.

My mts no is [protected]... i bought it on 05/04/14 but till date wifi is not working... I did not receive any bill as well for the dongle I purchased... complaint no is apr/22200 which is resolved in their system...

      I have purchased a MTS mobile connection 2 weeks before. This is the worst mobile connection available in India today - Mobile with no head set, which gets heated up even after 15 mins of call (so no use of 150 mins free call daily, no one who takes care of his health utilise this much hours), voice always breaking while conversing, bad connectivity when compared to all other networks so and so.
      My SMS was not working properly for past 2 days. I have informed this several times and calls received from customer care informing me that the problem is resolved. But the issue was still pending and I had to follow up again and again. Still this issue is not yet resolved.
      The worst thing happened when my connection is disconnected without prior notice. For the past 1 day, I am not able to access incoming and outgoing calls. The reason behind this is not informed me before disconnecting. I can't even call to customer care office through my MTS phone. When called from other cells, it has been informed that my ID proofs are not submitted; but I have already submitted this in the date I have purchased this connection. Still disconnecting without notice.When I called, they informed me that they will update soon. Even after 4-5 hours, not getting any response. I was forced to call again from my side. Informed that they will resolve it only if I will again submit all proofs. Just note that it is not my mistake if they lost the docs I have already submitted. It is simply their mistake and I have to suffer for that. Not ready even to provide a temporary connection to me.Their aim is just to collect Rs.1550/- from every customers. After that no help of customers.

      ooopss.. i planned to buy a mts mobile for its offer. thank god .. for your complaints.. so you saying its only the money collecting service. i see... anyway thnks once again dude
      I purchased 3 connections of MTS in the First week of May 2009. Each costed Rs 1598/- (Sim Card-Rs 49/-, Handset-Rs999/-, MSaver -499/- for MTS to MTs free talking and Msaver-Rs 51/-for MTS to other local Mobiles/land line @ 0.49 Paise/min. The network clarity is extremely superb. Network coverage is excellent in Tamil Nadu. I had traveled to Tiruchi and Nagapattinam. En route I got excellent coverage. I am very much satisfied with MTS. The schemes of MTS are unbeatable. Earlier with my Airtel connection outgoing calls were Rs.1 per minute. Now with MTS I pay only 0.50 Paise per minute. This will have a saving of atleast Rs.500 for me per month.I can recover the entire money spent for purchasing MTS mobiles in a Year. I have stopped making outgoing calls using Land line and other mobiles and make use of MTS only as this gives me solid 50% savings.
      I am doing my engineering degree in computer science. I preferred MTS mobile so that I can use the MTS to MTS free connection with my friends to discuss on studies. I am using MTS Mobiles for the past one month. It is very useful as I need not pay for MTS to MTS calls. I also went very deep into Internet and analyzed for hours about MTS connectivity before purchasing. The CDMA Technology they offer is CDMA2000 1xRTT which is Qualcomm 2.5G/3G Technology and the reception is excellent. More over the Radiation levels of CDMA is supposed to be 1/10th of GSM Phones. I can carry the CDMA Phones without fear in my pant pockets. GSM networks divide the available bandwidth among the users whereas CDMA technology uses multiplexing (access to the same resource will be given to more than one user) and allows the use of a particular frequency for a number of signals, optimizing the use of available bandwidth. Hence the chances of Network Congestion and "Network Busy" is remote. CDMA phones are always slim compared to GSM Phones. MTS is the global leader from Russia and one of the 10 most valuable telecoms brands in the world. MTS is Ranked in the World's 100 Most Powerful Brands with a Brand Value of $9.2 Billion. CDMA Technology is cheaper than GSM and hence MTS can offer cheaper services. With all these considerations I opted for purchasing MTS Mobiles. I am very happy for having bought MTS mobile for their cost effectiveness. Long live MTS.
      If MTS India introduces Fixed Wireless CDMA Phone which can use the MTS CDMA SIMs it will be a very welcome move.Many persons will opt for the same.
      i have purchased the MTS connection on last month of april, The connection is very useful because noone network give the charges of just Rs.0.49/- to all landlines and other mobile. It is very useful to me of saving of my money.MTS TO MTS calls is free of 150 minutes .coverage is good.

      My boyfriend and I both have MTS cell phones. He's a truck driver who drives out to SK and AB as well as southern MB and the Interlake area The biggest complaint that we have is that along Hwy 7, our calls get lost at least 20 times in a 5 minute conversation!!! And this is between Stonewall and Teulon more than past Teulon!! As a matter of fact, we lose more calls within MB than in SK or AB!!! We've even lost calls in our own house to each other!!! We live in the Interlake and we're not far from towers, so it amazes me that we can lose so many calls!! We're paying good money for shoddy service and the only way out is for us to buy out our contracts or suffer through horrible coverage!! MTS needs to fix their service for the rural areas and make their coverage accessible throughout MB, not just in Wpg!!! Many, many, many people rely on their cell phones in the rural areas, yet we feel neglected by MTS and their inability to recognize that quality service starts with actually listening to your customers who pay your wages and line your pockets!!! There are more o[censored]s out here than there are in the city, so why should we be neglected?? This is a case of the needs of the few outweigh the needs of the many!!! Upgrade your service to match the money that we are paying for your service!!!
      sir am living in saravanampatti coimbatore and am working in Adithya college of technology near kurubapalayam we took 100 connections of MTS the major problem is poor coverage no tower in kovil palayam and kurumba palayam i kindly request u to put tower near kovil palayam or kurumbapalayam in sathy main road some of my friends in INFO, SNS, KCT, SASURI, SREC, also suffer from same problem

      when i choose the network as broadband then there is some problem...
      the cdma network were not found and my mts connection works very slowly on hybrid network...

      My MTS connection No.[protected] with Power pack for International calling . But off and on I get disruption in services for calling to USA with my relatives.For instance today I could not contacted with my relatives although I have tried many times . I talked with Customer Care but they could not settle the matter.I have three connections of MTS in the joint family.I submitted all the requisite documents during purchase. Therefore I do not find any reason for disruption in service. However, I would request you to look into the matter. Alternatively i have to surrender all the MTS connection at a time..Your prompt action is highly appreciated

        Dear Sir,
        i have my account number [protected] in your branch code NUMBER 10621, MCEME, Triulgherry, Secunderabad.The account was opened on 17 Jun 2008 with a request for ATM cum debit card . Till date, i have not recieved my ATM cum debit card .On approaching the branch manager, he has expressed his inability to get me my ATM cum debit card from appropriate SBI authorities .

        May i request you sir, pllease have my ATM cum debit card despatched to me at earliest .
