sir,
i have purchased a mblaze datacard [protected] on Oct 20 with a reebok shoe offer,as per your conditions i have to recieve shoes within ten working days , but i have still not recieved it and its going to near 5 months,
regarding this i have spoken to your customer are more than 50 times losing my valuble money, customer care responds very bad and not giving solution for this
i have also mailed you 2 times and this will be my final try.i[censored] cant give me option to recieve shoes with in 2 more days.
i have decided to move this legally by taking to consumer court.

MTS Mblaze — worst speed issue, money and time

dear sir,
this company is not giving me as good as service. i have logged my complaint two time and after that they have taking to me but not resolving my problem they thinking that customer's money has no value.

i have recharge my broadband connection on 12th of oct 2010 but after some time i have facing the problem of speed and from 23th oct 2010 my speed is not as per plan 3.1mbps now only 100 to 150 kbps.

MTS Mblaze — worst speed no service after several complain & mail

I samir Nag citizen of India, Mumbai resident would like to log complain against MTS internet service provider company,as per MTS tele ad, MTS company is committing that their USB internet will give upto 3.1 mbps speed. So I personally feel that MTS company is just fooling innocent people, because I am one of their victimized facing lots of problem after purchasing MTS's MBLAZE USB internet connection which is not working properly from the day one, and after several complain and mail they failed to give me service.
So, it's my kind request to consumer court to take strong action against MTS froud company. So that these company shouldn't make fool to any other innocent people it's all our hard & fast money
Kindly check all the mail which I have mailed you earlier as a proof of my complain and do the needful ASAP.
This is very true, I am also one of victimized of MTS after several complain they don't bother about customer. Consumer court should take strong action against these fraud company.

MTS — MBlaze Data card is not working from first day

I have taken MBlaze data card from one of the represntative , It was nt working from the first day. I trusted MTS , but finally i was cheated . I have paid already 1800 with out any service.

I share the same experience which others been through, I dont have any word for MTS and for their internet services. Just called them up for very slow speed. following is the reply which I have received from them….

This way how they cheat customers, they require 14 days to resolve my slow speed query….then who is going to bare my time and money?…this is complete loss….this is because we dont have any regulatory bodies/systems which can make such bulls*** companies understand, if they cheat customers then they will suffer for such losses…..I wonder how our government allow such companies permits/licences to run buiness if they are not capable/equiped to resolve customer queries…..I think this is just my frustration and not gona get resolution, cause our govermnet is well equiped with politicians like RAJA and honorable priminister Mr. Singh who asisted him for his great decisions where we are having such telecom companies in india which are suckkiing our blood….

It was one of my biggest painful moment of my life, The day when I bought your MTS date card I was very happy. I thought that you have good internet plans under budget. Just after two days everything is happening with me same its written by older MTS customers on internet. For first two day my data card speed was 500 KBPS and now is 20 – 30 KBPS. I am not able to download my official emails on outlook. Your customer care is resolving my complain without contacting me. And every time they are giving me 10HRS time. After five days frustration I decided to return this connection to you guys so that I can use something else but no body is telling me right way. I really don’t want this poor connection. Requesting you to take this connection back and refund my amount.

can you see the speed of your 3.1 MBPS data card.. Get attached files and improve your service. My MTS number is[protected] and when I am trying to contact your customer care I hearing a voice saying that “The MTS number you are trying to call is out of service” Such a non sense customer care and cheap service. For what you guys are charging 1000.00 bucks. Now a days consumer court and jagoo party going great job. Just remember them and do your job properly.

Very bad service. Will have to close their services.

speed is worst. when it is on top up like 298 etc. it works like superspeed. With unlimited plans it works wost. MTS do not provide committed speed. When called customer care and put complaints. They keep on forwarding issues. Worst datacard services.

most of the days i will received the speed 200-300kbps only.mts told upto 3.1mbps.i am spend monthly Rs999/ unlimited plan, now speed 230kbps only(22.02.12/10.30pm) every month my money waste .every day not possible to net browsing, so many time complaint to mts, still now no rectification.mts cheeting the public and fraud company.
I don’t understand when you people will learn. Don’t you have any shame?? Every time I recharge my MTS MBlaze it doesn’t get recharged and I have mail to you or waste money/time on calling you. No doubts you are the worst service providers that I have come across ever.

I am not usually like this but your non-existent customer support forces me to be like this. Ok, as always I recharged my MTS MBlaze online and it hasn’t recharged. Money has been deducted from my Citibank account and I have received the usual message from MTS that your number is recharged but it is a lie as your promised 3.1mbps speed. I am not getting your so-called Broadband speed and when I check my balance it shows ‘0’ balance. I am sure you all are dumb jackasses and won’t be able to resolve this issue which has frustrated the hell out of me since last 3-4 months but maybe some senior manager or someone with credibility will see this message and try to actually figure out the loop holes.

Do you even have a working e-mail contact maybe even you use your own pathetic MTS and aren't able to reply to mails, after all, it is so damn slow.

I have purchased MTS MBLAZE around 2 months back. It was working fine till my data package got expired on 09-03-12 at 1.30pm.I recharged it immediately for Rs.798/- but since then my internet is not working at all, it’s no network coverage. I called up customer care at that very moment and till today my issue is not resolved. I have made more than 9 calls, spoken to 4 customer service associates namely,Kunal Sharma,Brijesh,Satpal,Nitin,Prashant,have spoken to 2 team supervisors namely,Mr.Prateek Vohra and Mr.Rohit and finally two operation managers, namely, Mr.Amit and Mr.Sadanand (not sure about his name) and have got fake promises from all of them.
They all try to defend each other rather than getting issue resolved for the customer and have different things to say. No one has bothered to get my internet issue fixed. None of them had courtesy to call back even once to update about the resolution, not even the supervisors or the operation managers (except Mr.Sadanand, that also I asked him to call me back).This is the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. The most annoying thing is all of them keep on repeating three things-
1. Your complaint is under process
2. Main maafi chahta hun aapko asuvidha hui
3. I will place your call on hold for 30 seconds (which lasted for good 10 minutes, in some cases even 16 minutes)
This issue should have been resolved on the very first day because they performed basic trouble shooting but it didn't work. Still, they kept on saying give us 3 hours, time till evening, etc., but of no avail till date. I told them my work is totally dependent upon internet that is why I have purchased MTS Blaze so that I can use it on my laptop wherever I go for my meetings. But even after almost 4 days, my issue is still unresolved, even talking to supervisors and operation managers have been of no use. This is totally pathetic customer and technical support service.
On top of it, today when I spoke to the last supervisor that is Mr.Vohra, didn't want to speak to me because I disconnected his call on previous occasion. This was so shocking. I disconnected the call because he was unable to give me a suitable answer of why my issue has not been resolved within 20 WORKING HOURS (time specified by them).
Now, I want my recharge amount to be refunded back to my credit card and also refund me the amount of money that I have spent on calls that is approx Rs.150/-,obviously time cannot be given back nor the trauma that I have faced with MTS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

another proof of rude customer service, Someone by the name, Sanjay calls up and says your issue has been resolved.I asked him to stay on line while I check the resolution.Issue still not resolved, Sanjay says we will try to fix it up soon.I disconnect the call out of furstration and MOMENTS LATER I RECIEVE A SMS FROM 1552(MTS CUSTOMER CARE) STATING YOUR COMPALINT HAS BEEN RESOLVED.

Another day has passed, I have spoken to the Nodal Officer for Delhi for MTS, but result is still the same.Team at MTS still not able to get the solution for the issue.Nodal officer logged a fresh compliant; MAR/8341 on 13th March around 11am with promise period of 12 working hours, but still issue not resolved.

Hi..i'm Manish Chaudhary. I just bought MTS Mblaze last month. I've postpaid plan of 799/- they told that i'll get 3.1Mbps but i just got 0.5-1.2Mbps Speed rarely. I just want to solve this issue. Cause i'm in too irritate from this device..
I purchased a MTS MBlaze with great hope in the month of march 2013. It took 5 days to get activated. Speed very slow, contacted customer care & was informed of a date with time by which problem will be resolved. But sad to say till date nothing has been done, best part is they inform you with a message on the screen of problem being resolved and they are unable to contact me & I should contact them at 155. This no is for those who have MTS Sim. No service engineer ever visited to look into the problem. Repeated mails sent to them at [protected]@gmail.com is unanswered. I am NITISH MANI i am a student, MY MTS DATA CARD NUMBER IS [protected]. i am using mts mblaze data card . My tarrif plan is MBLAZE LITE -DELHI 499 rs . I am using this plan from 3 or 4 months, in this the month of july 2013 the company charges me 3028.80 rupees extra amount for extra data uses of 7572 mb data, but i did not used this huge amount of data . I used my data within limit as given under my plan 499 i.e.( MBlazeLite 499 : 8GBDay + 15GB Night Upto 256 Kbps extra uses charge 40 p/MB) . The company charges me according to 40 paise /mb of 7572 mb extra data, but i did not use this extra amount of data . Company barred my service and pressure me to pay this huge amount which is like impossible for me i can not afford this amount i am financially weak . So many times i called customer care number they told me that you have to pay this amount no any option, they did not file my any complaint .they told me that you have consumed this extra amount of data, but i told them that i did not use such extra amount of data, i used within plan limit . As i used mts mblaze from over 10 months and this plan of rs 499 from 3 to 4 months but this huge amount of bill never ever come . I am in very tension and in pressure and never think about such incident occur in my life . On 29-Jul-14 i've purchased one HP OMNI 10 Tablet & have got brand redemption offer which states that i'm going to have a MTS Wi-Fi Datacard free along with 200 MB 3G data free per month for life time.On 6-Aug-14 i've registered myself with MTS Offer at www.hp.com/in/hpmtsoffer. Redemption reference code is - 8116761Still no MTS representative contacted me for this offer.In T&C it's clearly mentioned that after registration there is no liability from HP regarding this offer & only MTS is to solve it.Called Customer Care repeatedly. But they are not aware of this & redirecting me to HP. Also appellate authority is not acting upon this.

I'm an MTS customer since last few yrs. but thy hv gone worse while mking nonsensical adverts.

I recharged online using citibank on 29th April for 499 - it said successfull!!! (money deducted from card)

but no connection till night - customer care gv diffrnt reasons - server down, takes 12 hrs...all dat jazz
the supervisor was RUDE n he din evn know the difrencee betwen "takes 12hrs" n "within 12hrs" (what kind of floor supervisors do u hv????)
On April 30th around 1PM called u guys spoke to Sheetal - d WORSE customer rep i hv evr spoken to in my life.
Instead of pacifying, she wanted to overtake the conversation n insisted i listen to her. Whn i told her she needs to listen, she kept mum for a long time when whn I asked question.
When i said u r supposed to reply, VERY ARROGANTLY she said u told me to listen so i was listening" (whr do u pk up such reps from????
She BLAMED me for being unprofessional n rude!!! VERY ARGUMENTATIVE
She did not connect me to any supervisor when i asked her to do so twice. when I asked for her supervisor name she said "Sangeeta". I wont be surprised if she lied.
She was ARROGANT, RUDE, MANNERLESS, evrything opposite of wat is expected of a customer rep.
I duno what hapned to the call cuz i directly heard the IVR menu.

I want my money back for the failed recharge. and definitely i'm so luking forward to a service provider who knows how to handle customers with respect...whch is the basics

This is in regards To an email that I received where if I recharge for 999 rupees MTS will offer me 2 free movie tickets however when I click on the link to claim the ticket on that email. I have purchase a MTS postpaid Dongle no [protected] from Kolkata, Dum Dum area on dated 25/12/2015 & it was started from 2/1/2016 when some Mr. Somit has come from MTS Service at my location. In between so many calls have done by me to start that dongle. But in various time various people were picked the phone & replied after some time they will contact me. But that time nobody contacted to me to rectify my problem.
Now till date they always call in their Marketing speech that it is unlimited used, but in practical after complete the 3 GB with 3G running, the speed is too low to download any things. That I can always prove it.
Now after on line pay the Bill ( Name : N.K. Bhattacharjee, Transaction ID : [protected], Date : 01/02/2016, time : 13:54:33) till date time, there has no improvement of speed. Today morning at AM, I complained at MTS Customer Care regarding my problems, They told me they will send me a SMS details, how to solve the problems. But till date & time, I have not received any SMS from their end to rectify my problem. Before taken any strong Legal action, Please asap do the best from your end to solve my problem & Report to me.

    We have taken 4 connections from Chandra Lyt outlet;

    4) [protected]

    All the above are used for business purpose and we have frequent call drops.
    This is affecting our business and any amount of complaints to customer care, outlet are met with lame excuse.
    With the latest being another tower installation at VIjayanagar.
    This will surely prompt us to switch over to another service provider and also prompt other MTS users to do the same.
    Yes we are also facing the same issues...

          I have taken the Internet service connection at my home from the company named MTS India (Internet provider) on 20/11/2010. website ( www.mtsindia.in ).

          I am the customer of the company from 20/11/2010, MDN NO is [protected].

          company commited for REEBOK SHOES against internet service connection. I have called the customer care of @ 100 times, but everytime I have got the same response, saying that, We can not access ur status of reebok shoes becoz the system is down or u will get the shoes within 7 days. I am fed up of this type of explanation.

          Now , what to do ? ,

          I again called the cust. care. & again I have got the same response , "U will get the shoes within 7 days."

            I had unfortunaly purchased the MTS data card on 27th dec 2010.data card number is [protected] while purchased ther is a scheme of REEBOK SHOES,the sale team of your company told me that the shoes will deliverd at my place within 7 days but till now i am not get one.on 12 jan 2011 i called the custmor support they people sad that the sale team call me back next 18 hours they loged the my complain i.e JAN-9797,after 3 to 4 hour i got a massage from mts support they said that YOUR QUERY IS RESOLVED ,but i didn't get any call from mts support today the 13 jan 2011 i called the mts support team again that i want to know to what type of solution you people will provide me ,they said yours shoes will deliverd in next 12 WORKING DAYS ,but finally i want to know that after approximatiely a month latter today (8th feb) i am called again the custmor care that what about my shoes, ther is Mr. mohit on the support team said that due to lot of data card sale we are not having a stock of REEBOK SHOES you can wait for this month end and we will deliverd your shoes
            I am frustrated as my shoes is shacking in you guy's hands from almost last one month. I need the immediate action to be taken on this matter otherwise I don't even feel hesitated in going to court to resolve this problem. If my problem will not be resolved ASAP thn belive me I will sue you guy's as well as ur organization. I don't know I should laugh or feel sorry tht I am using MTS services. You guy's are zero in customer satisfaction. It seems like tht you people does not even know the meaning of customer care & customer satisfaction.               Hi, This is with regards to the issue which i have been facing with MTS in Bangalore. I have raised several complaints with MTS Customer care, however none have visited the spot to check the internet speed. Company promises to provide speed up to 3.1MBPS, however I am getting maximum speed of 160KBPS in day time, at night it will touch up to 200KBPS that's the maximum I have ever seen.

              My kind request for the people who are staying in and around Silk Board, BTM Layout 1st & 2nd Stage, Mico Layout, and NS Palya NOT TO PURCHASE MTS BroadBand wireless device, ITS REALLY A DEAD INVESTMENT. Alternative please switch on to Reliance Net Connect, Infact I am using Reliance card at the moment.

              MTS IS ONE OF THE HOPELESS INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDERS I HAVE EVER SEEN.

                I bought up an MTS Mblaze Standard USB Modem (data card) number [protected] on my name on 10th April 2010 from MTS STORE (NEXTGEN COMMUNICATIONS, S-1, SHOP NO. 31, VEDANTA COMMERCIAL COMPLEX, VARTAK NAGAR, THANE (W) - 400606.)

                The data card is manufactured by AnyData company with model no. being ADU555C.

                After working fine for 4-5 months the card started showing hardware problems. The card doesnt work at all after that. I called up the customer care executives regarding this problem. All they do is give an address intended to be of a service centre in Dadar (Mumbai) and Pune (I went to both the places). After going there the guys far from solving the problem, dont have any idea where it can be solved. Even NextGen communications, the MTS Store in Thane dont know anything about where my problems should be solved.

                This is a clear case of extremely poor service and poor intra-organizational communication system by MTS.

                Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

Pehle main Customer care main gai waha unhe apni samasya bataye to waha par girls ko hasi aa rahi hai aur wah is intzar main hain ki kab unhe chiz giri hui mila aur woh hame vapas karen. Phir maine Wahan par jo head the usne baat kahi to unhone bhi vahi baat kahi maine yeh bhi kaha ki aap sab ki talashi le sakte hai to unhone mana kar diya, agar mobile liya to phone karenge bol diya. phir main uske baat customer care main ja kar complaint likhwai uske bad maine rabale police station main complaint likhwai uske baad wapas maine mera mobile Band karwaya uske baad d-mart gayi wahan par Video Reconding dekhne ki baat kahi d-mart ke head ne recording to dekhaye magar naraz hokar aur d-mart main zyada camera bhi nahin hai ki barabar se recording dekh saken, unke pass accha camera, Monitor bhi nahin hai jispar clear dekha ja sake.
                  India main pata nahin is mamle main kab tarakki hogi agar mall wale bhi apni zimmedari samjhen to hi chizen gayab nahin honge agar camera par usi samay nazar bhi nahin rakhi ja rahi to phir saman utha kar le jane walon ki koi kami nahin rahegi agar entrance ke time par mall wale logon ki cheching karte hai to nikalte time kutch aise checking ki suvidha honi chahiye ki aisi problems na hon sabse pehli baat agar camera par usi samay nazar rakhi jaye tabhi aise galtiyan nahi hongi

                  The outgoing of my mobile number [protected] is blocked since last four days.due to this i am going through lots of problems.i am so worried.please look towards the matter as soon as possible.
                  I lost (some one robbed ) my mobile on 1st Oct 2012 at airoli station. Light bilkul nai thi station pe, only source was mobile light.
                  Train aai, aur train pakadte waqt kisi mulle (some bangladeshi wearing white kurta and having long beard without moustache in his late 35's) robbed my phone. My friends told me he will not be so and it would be racist attack rather if I ask him. But when train stopped at thane station on platform 9, the person, ran like red spice in his to catch the train in opposite direction from platform 10 and train started immediately. That moment it became so sure that he was theft and he was not maintaining eye contact whole time.

                  Later I went to GRP to complain and they asked for original bill. For god sake, how can I carry original bill always with me.

                  I called MTS at 8:30PM, 9 and every 15 minuted from then till 12 midnight, and they said server was down and will start in about 2 hours. Finally I managed to hold a call at 12:30 and asked person to block my mobile number. He said It will block in 4 hours. After another 4 hours and sleepless night (just because of physical description of Chor, I could't sleep), I called again at 5:30am and they said mobile is active. Oh God! I asked them to block again and they said, it will be done in 4 hours. I caleld again at 9am and systems were down and mobile number was still active. [censored]ing MTS. I called at 9:50am and asked to block mobile number, and they confirmed it is still active and will be un-active in 4 hours. MTS is [censored]ing . They do not block mobile number and the police system is so insane. Then they say safety is the responsibility of common man. Come on, its everyone's responsibility and such tasks should be taken seriously.
                  More to my surprise, the mobile number will be blocked (if ever) only for outgoing, the person can still receive incoming. [censored] the system here.

                  I am rushing to MTS gallery to check what excuse they have got for me. I would recommend to never buy such mobile who get licences by scam and have bad service.

                    I am satish MTS Mobile service user. My MTS mobile service is deactivated from 28-01-11 at 9:30 am to still now. On [protected] at 21:30 i got a messege from company to resubmit your document to enjoying continouly services otherwise your services will be deactivated. When i read this message i immidiately ring to the MTS CUSTOMER CARE at that time the customer care executive told me, this is reverification procedure thats why u have to resubmit your documents. But they never given me time for a day they immidiately deactivated my service from 28-01-11 to still now. I am very disappointed with this company .This is very pathetic service provider. They never care of customer of MTS. They avoid me regularly to resolve my complaint. I am disable without my cell because i am a automobile engineer many people contact me on this no. but this no. is out of service that's why they facing lot of problem they not contacting with me. Please take any prior action on this company.

                      I have been cheated by the MTS India company and its franchise Sri Salasar Infocom
                      I had taken MBlaze connection with connection number [protected] on 5th November 2010
                      They had given offer that I would be recieving Reebok shoes of Rs 1000 value with connection of Rs 3000
                      The retailer has not said anything about filling up of separate form for shoes and shoes have been ordered for someone else. Connection is in my name Maya Verma
                      Two questions arise
                      1.How can shoes be delivered to any other person when connection is in my name
                      2.If it is the policy of company that if I have not filled up the form then anyone else can claim the shoes then it is my right to claim the Rs 1000
                      I am in doldrums
                      Please guide me how can I take strict action against MTS

                            My MTS number [protected]..I am really dissapointed with the service.They are selling MTS blaze and Premium saying speed 3.1Mbps but after couple of charges one gets 1x speeds..When you call customer care ,they say you will get a call from our side .When they call,they listen to your complaint and soon after you will get the message from MTS..,""your case is resolved"".But when you check the problem will not be solved..when you call again,they say your case is solved..file another complaint and the case will get solved in 4 hours but the problem will not be solved..I am getting 1x Speed at cost 3.1 recharge money...They are cheating customers...They listen to the complaint and without asking customers --""has the problem solved""?They close the case !!!!!Also they provide fake data deduction...The speed is horrible..PLEASE FRIENDS DONT GO FOR MTS..WHAT SHALL I DO OF THIS MODEM..I WASTED MY MONEY...Please authority make people aware of the poor service which MTS is providing

                              i am vikram singh rajpurohit.and my mts datacard mdn number is [protected].and yesterday placed a complained from mts customer care and that time agent have told me it will be resolved widin 10 hours .and your balance will be refunded to you.but havn't got it yet .so i have called again at mts customer care and complained number is 30038 after that i havn't got my laps balance .so do needful about it and revert my wrong deducted balance bcz of this i am loosing my validity period so i want the validity of this recharge .

                              My suggestion to all the people who are reading this is not to take the services of MTS. If ever you face a problem and is not resolved within the time period provided initially by the customer care it should be immediately escalated to the nodal authority. If there is no further resolution of the complaint after the time period provided by the nodal authority it should be further escalated to appellate authority. Simply calling up customer care department or awaiting the responses will end your life.

                              MTS — wrong balance deduction

                              Sir, my name is mukesh and my mobile no. is [protected]. On 13 Nov. company deducted 30 Rs. and on 14 Nov. they deducted 08 Rs. When i complaint to customer care, they did not give me the right answer. My complaint no. is Nov./ 36463. Please help me. I will be very thankful to you.

                                I had taken an MTS connection from Chennai in September. The speed and performance of the connection was good. Recently i shifted to Kakkanad in Kochin, Kerala. The speed has depriciated to a great extent that at times I cannot connect to internet. For addressing this problem I communicated with the Kerala customer care and thereby a customer care executive (taking care of Kakkanad area) was sent to my house. He had very minimal knowledge about the connection and was not even aware of the basic settings (Broadband/Hybrid). The way he behaved is also worth mentioning, it was very rude and harsh. He concluded by saying: "There is no possibilty of getting any signal . You can better change this connection!!!". He did not mention any possibility of increasing the signal strength. Please do send people who cares for customers not the one who hates.
                                I would like to know if the signal strength can be increased so that i can enjoy the MTS net facilities. If that is not possible i can go ahead with other options. Kindly let me know.

                                      I bought the MTS broadband Datacard (Datacard Number [protected]) on 09.12.2010. Right from the date of purchase i am facing the problem regarding the MTS network.

                                      Intially (till 24 december 2010) i got the download speed in the range of 20kbps to 35kbps when i was using the the modem at broadband mode (upto 12GB limit). Then I realise that speed is not upto the mark.
                                      I complaint about the same to the MTS customer care on 24.12.2010. On 25.12.2010, an engineer visited my place & check all the required stuff with his own laptop and conveyed me that their is a problem in the MTS tower in Sector-13, Rohini.He assured me that problem will be rectified within 2 days. But unfortunately no resolution is being made. I called the MTS customer care again 28.12.2010 regarding the same issue. MTS customer care personnel told me that the network is under scan for the next 5 days & after that it will be resolved.

                                      I waited till 02.012011, then after i again use the broadband internet and still i faced the same problem. Again i called on 02.01.2011 to the MTS Customer care. I explained the problem again. He assured me that i will got a call from the MTS within few hours. In the evening, i got a call from MTS people he suggested me that the problem is resolved. Right away, I connect to the network & checked the internet by keeping him online on call. But the problem was still there and i suggested him to check the prolbem online. He said we will sent an engineer to your place and your validity will be increased from the day i am facing the network problem.
                                      The validity not got increased & no engineer came till now. Then again atleast a dozen number of time on 05.01.2011, 07.01.2011, 08.01.2011 & 10.01.2011 i called MTS people but there is no resolution i got from MTS. Yesterday on11.01.2011 i called thrice & everytime they told me that you will got a call from the MTS concerned person within 1-2 hours but i haven't received any call.

                                      I complaint on MTS Customer Care more than a dozen number of times, They generates a complaint
                                      number and i received a message that your compaint number so & so is being generated. But everytime after resolving the problem (as per them) i got a message that your complaint number so & so is resolved and we tried to contact you but able to reach you.

                                      So i requested them to:-
                                      1. Resolve the problem of network
                                      &
                                      2. Increase the validity from the date i am facing the problem i.e. 24 Dec 2010 upto 12.01.2011.
                                      Today on 13.01.2011, i got a call from MTS personnel and he stated that your validity will not be increased as you connect to the network on 01.01.2011 & 07.01.2011 and downloads some MBs of data. I stated him that if i am using any service then i will definitely going to use that. If i tried to connect to MTS broadband "What is wrong in that" atleast i have to check whether the problem is resolved or not.
                                      I need a resolution for the same.
                                      Please help & suggest me the way to get a resolution for the same.

                                        The MTS based rechargeitnow.com does not work. I recharged using rechargeitnow.com on[protected]:39:53 . But my internet connection was not activated using this recharge.

                                        I raised a complaint on[protected] to MTS regarding this and they haven't done any refund to my account yet. It is one of the worst customer support.

                                        The speed of the mts mblaze device is absolutely waste. It works like a dialup modem..

                                        Dont buy this device..Who would want to go with a company which does not support online recharge and has a bad customer support.
