Lack of reception in Vijayanagar

Hi,

We have taken 4 connections from Chandra Lyt outlet;

2) [protected]
3) [protected]
4) [protected]

All the above are used for business purpose and we have frequent call drops.
This is affecting our business and any amount of complaints to customer care, outlet are met with lame excuse.
With the latest being another tower installation at VIjayanagar.br...

NON DELIVERY OF REEBOK SHOES

Poor Customer service/ no Network & Speed

Hi, This is with regards to the issue which i have been facing with MTS in Bangalore. I have raised several complaints with MTS Customer care, however none have visited the spot to check the internet speed. Company promises to provide speed up to 3.1MBPS, however I am getting maximum speed of 160KBPS in day time, at night it will touch up to 200KBPS that's the maximum I have ever seen.

Fraud Done by the company

I have been cheated by the MTS India company and its franchise Sri Salasar Infocom
I had taken MBlaze connection with connection number [protected] on 5th November 2010
They had given offer that I would be recieving Reebok shoes of Rs 1000 value with connection of Rs 3000
The retailer has not said anything about filling up of separate form for shoes and shoes have been ordered for someone else. Connection is in my name...

I did not received Reebok shoe

Around 4 months I purchased MTS datacard (my MDN number is: [protected]) under this offer scheme from MTS executive. and he told me rebook shoo will be delivered me with 15 days.

but till now I did not received yet....

Network Coverage Problem

I bought the MTS broadband Datacard (Datacard Number [protected]) on 09.12.2010. Right from the date of purchase i am facing the problem regarding the MTS network.

Intially (till 24 december 2010) i got the download speed in the range of 20kbps to 35kbps when i was using the the modem at broadband mode (upto 12GB limit). Then I realise that speed is not upto the mark.
I complaint about the same to the MTS customer...

Online recharge portal issues

The MTS based rechargeitnow.com does not work. I recharged using rechargeitnow.com on[protected]:39:53 . But my internet connection was not activated using this recharge.

I raised a complaint on[protected] to MTS regarding this and they haven't done any refund to my account yet. It is one of the worst customer support.

The speed of the mts mblaze device is absolutely waste. It works like a dialup...
