Recharge not getting activated

I bought MTS data card on 13th June 2010 & I got 7 days free with it. Now I recharged it online for Rs. 598 & received a 16 digit activation code. But the code does not work & my recharge does not go through.

I call their customer service every day but there is no resolution. They keep telling me to try tomorrow but their tomorrow never comes!!

I just called the magain & they have given me a complain...

FRAUDULENT BILLING

I had a 10 GB regular balance + 15 GB Promotional balance to start with.

Cheating on Consumers.

MTS, Mblaze has recently launched its USB modem for high speed internet connection. Recharge for 498/- will give you free access to internet and upto 512mb download, (As they promise it).
When connected to any website, certain amount data gets transmitted and Mblaze counts that also as download, where as they specify unlimited accress and download of so and so mbs for a recharge of certain amount.
Its not their fault,...
