sir my mts mblaze usb modem is not getting detected i am calling the call centre since 17th july they promise me to solve the complaint i recieve a call on saturday 31st of july that a FOS will visit my location on 2nd of august wen i call back the call centre on 4th of august they say there is no complaint loddged in this name

mts mblaze standard modem — no proper response from company

the modem is not getting detected by the computer contacted company on 17th july no response till 4th august even after being promised that FOS will visit on 2nd august when contacted got answer that there is no complaint from your side

    MTS MBLAZE is said to be high speed connection but the speed of the connection varies. I had got high speed connection only for the first few days after purchasing. The speed at that point was around[protected] kbps. Now i get the max speed of 240 kbps.
    I lodged a complaint against them in their call center and they told this will be resolved in two days, but it has been 7 days.
    The call center is also cutting the call now when we try to complain.
    Hi Friends,

    Before you purchase "MTS MBlaze" please think THRICE.

    1. Customer Service is very worst; and you can not compare with AIRTEL, Indecom, and Reliance.
    2. Speed is worst sometimes 6kbps ('B' is SMALL)
    3. If you call to the customer care number sometimes it will be disconnected automatically or, you might have to spend around 15 minutes to get in touch with a represntative. And, most importantly, no use after the call also.

    I have been using MTS for last 3 months and carrying very bad experience. Where as I know AIRTEL, TATA, and Reliance are the best. I am not getting money from any of them; but it is my responsibility to awake you and not to bear the loss due to some cheap advertisements.

    Please think THRICE before you purchase MBlaze.

        On 27th July 2010 morning around 9 o clock i travelled from navallur to sipcot. For that bus charge is Rs.5 but conductor got Rs,50 and didnt gave change and asked me to go Depo to get remaining. But without saying Depo name he whistle the bus and went. Please do some arrangments to get back my remaining..

          my question is to all consumers of mblaze. mts is saying that they provide 3.1mbps speed.
          but in actual they are not near half of the speed. mostly they give under 500kbps of speed. and now it is getting worst the speed is reduced to 50-100kbps. and this is consistent.

          many time they have deducted balance and never try to resolve theb problem.

          they have eaten many people money by deactivating service without any cause.

          they are irresponsible and fraud company. this company must be sued.



          my question is : is this called as broadband in india . this russian company thinks that india is a illitrate country and they can easy make us fool and can make money by cheating indian. this is one more mode of corruption in india.

            I have purchased a MTS MBLAZE device. When I purchase this device i was told that i[censored] recharge this connection with Rs 999/- then you will get 3.1 Mbps speed and unlimited downloading with this. But after 10 days the device is not working properly and the speed is also not good. When I told my problem to the customer care of MTS, he told me that in their Rs 999/- plan there are some conditions. These are

            1. This plan is not unlimited. I only can enjoy 30 GB of downloading of data in a month.
            2. Another condition is upto 15 GB only I can enjoy the speed of 3.1 Mbps, after 15 GB the speed is reduced to 144 Kbps.

            There is one more problem with me is that the device is not working properly. I had also complaint about this problem to the customer care to MTS then he told me that with in 12 working hour the problem will get solved. I told him about this problem on 23rd july but till now 31st july my problem same.

            I want to say that when I was purchasing this device no one has told me about these conditions. If I knew these conditions I will never take this device.

            So I want to complain to the cosumer court that please help me and solve my problem as soon as possible..

            i concur to the statement above... infact i get a seep of 8kbps my phone is faster than this
            Yes I have faced the same problem. Even mee too took 999 plan. Most of the time it says no active device . In main menu its Sent speed '5' and Receive speed '2', Its unable to open its main page. Customer care is not at all good. They are not at all responding to customer calls.
            While giving the device I have promised for 3.1 mbps which can be least expected to 2.5 mbps where as I am not getting 1.5 mbps.

            Signal is high but no output. Really really Dissatisfied .

              I had recharged my MTS Mblaze prepaid device with 3 GB by paying 799 Rs. Balance in my account showed that I have consumed all the 3 Gb that I had recharged. Contacted the Customer Care and they are the most useless people who does not have any information on the connection log and forward the call to a backend team who responds that I have set Automatic Upates in my machine. I have not even connected the Mbalze device in my laptop on the day when all my balance got depleted. I contacted the Nodal Officer in chennai , who took my complaint and did not respond to me at all. I had the most worst experience with MTS. So I had to sell this device to someone in a low cost and tell him that there is some issue.

              i got this problem too...
              my balance(10 gb) was detected on the same day few hous after recharge.
              Ya same here buddy I recharged MTS MBlaze prepaid with 999 (unlimited downloading) on 27th of July till now I have used only 6.5 GB. From 1st of Aug device started working in 1X mode only not in Broadband mode when I contacted Customer care, they told me that I've exceeded 15GB limit I was really shocked and still I am. Pretty much disappointed. MTS really sucks. Don't opt for MTS ever.
              Feel happy my dear friend, I am using MTS net at speed of 27 kbps, and data in my account is 30 GB, however in 15 days it shows I have used data of 8 GB, can you believe with the speed of 27 kbps can i even use 500 MB of Data, that is MTS. I don't say that MTS are bad, but they are worst.
              MTS sucks big time . If you are in Chennai circle follow the link, it really works.For past 2 months I suffered a lot by this good for nothing Mblaze rather BLAZE. But finally 2 days back I contacted the nodal officer and things got improved.
              Do follow the link and get your complain registered. Do not sit ideal. We have not paid to get in return.

              we had purchased the MTS from Nagpur office at Big Bazzar 5 Floor, as the speed of the device is very slow, after some time it automatically stop working when i contact your Representative Shri Rahul Arora he suggest that the device is defective and it is only repair only in banglore. so, we had given this device for repairing and after one & half months the device is returned to us but not in working condition and when i again contact your representative he neither received my calls nor visit my office and then after that i had call him from various numbers and after hearing my voice he is disconnecting the calls but after some time one day he received call from another number and he asked me to call Mr. Mahesh His boss and Mr. Shomik but they both received calls only single time and after that they had not received my calls. I suggest not to go for MTS, if your are in Nagpur Please don't choose MTS, Poor customer care, poor signal, stupid systems and fraud ADDVERTISEMENTS, Please someone take actions against them

              i have purchased mblaze premium modem.n recharged it by unlimited plan(999Rs) ..n instantly after recharge i downloaded a movie.the speed was good( About 200kbps) but when..i reconnect the modem after some time( about 8 hours) from broadband mode..it said that : connection to the remote computer could not be established..i tried so many times...but it didn't connect..i just called to customer care..n told about the problem . they said ur 15 gb's r over . thats why that dialog is appearing . i told them : i just have recharged it yesterday. but they said : no u recharged ur modem 17 days ago...at that time i got really angry..i just took that modem n went 2 the office..n said : abe maderchod tera ye bakwas modem mai kal hi recharge kiya...

              I have recharged my mts mblaze modem by unlimited Rs.999. After i used above 12GB my download speed is getting slow upto 144Kbps, but my download speed was 2.3Mbps upto 12GB.But they said 3.1Mbps.It was also slow. so, why? they give limit..!!!..Its cheating...!!!

              MTS — data depletion

              I got a mts mblaze connection in jan 2011.bt as soon as i connect the device 25 -30 mb gets depelted each time. i complained them many time at their customer care service bt they do'nt bother to response.
              The problem is after finishing 12 GB for the prepaid plain of Rs.999 the speed becomes too low and the network also becomes very poor so we cant download anything easily after finishing 12 GB, at least everybody needs the speed of above 400kbps speed after finishing 12 GB I mean after free usage, and it (400kbps) is a manageable speed, here at 400kbps we can still download movies or something in torrents at the speed of 45 to 55 kbps speed but the MTS is giving only 153 kbps of speed after finishing 12 GB free usage for Rs.999 .153 kbps speed is very hard to manage because we cant download a movie or something easily and the network becomes too low and it is very hard to catch.Some of my friends regrets who has MTS Mblaze usb modem because after finishing 12 GB free usage the speed becomes too low it is very hard to catch network easily and they said if the MTS company launches the plan of Rs.999 of 12 GB free usage and after finishing free usage of 12 GB if they give the speed of 400kbps instead of 153kbps, all the people will love to buy the MTS Mblaze modem, it is true, and also all the people who uses landline internet connectoins will also cut off their iternet line connections and they will surely go and buy the MTS Mbaze because of the benefit of 400 kbps speed after finishing 12GB of free usage.So we are kindly requesting to MTS service please give us the speed of atleast 400kbps instead of 153kbps after finishing the free usage.

                How is the Bank statement of any help here?

                PFA the screen shot from the MTS confirming the transaction. I have made the payment via credit card. i don't know why you're asking for a Bank statement.

                MTS is a FRAUD company. I recd a call from the customer service that the amount will be converted into balance in my prepaid account but it has not yet been done.

                Now I want the company to pay me even for the mental harrasment and refund my money with Interest.

                I hope I had read this before going for MTS Service. I would not have ever gone for it. Even I feel that the mental harassment is too much and I think they should compensate for the inconvenience, pain and suffering caused. I was just waiting to finish my 3rd month and convert to pre paid however before that this problem happened and now I have to wait for refund first.

                  i would request anybody calling for mts blaze broadband please those people are the worst in services.
                  i had lodged a complaint on 23 june for network problem so they sent an hardware guy to rectify it which he told he is not aware about how to solve it as it was not his dept. and after some days i called up the call center to ask what happened to the complaint which i registered, they said that it is been closed. The customer was not informed about it and the problem still existed. THEN i was asked for a new complaint no to be registered so i did the same. after 4 days nobody came i need to call again what happened then they said we will be sending somebody from network dept. The network guy came and told a there is no problem in network as per his data recordings and then he started his mts then the speed was only 200 kbps so he said he needs to report to his seniors, so now its been almost 15 days to it also. so i have already lost one and half month tracking these guys to resolve the problem. so if possible if any body has the email id of the ceo or any heads of the company please let me know on [protected]@gmail.com

                  MTS BROADBAND SERVICE IS WORST IN THE INDUSTRY. IF ANYBODY DECIDED TO TAKE THEIR SERVICE KINDLY STOP IMMEDIATELY. IF ANY PROBLEM IN THEIR DATA SERVICE NOBODY WILL TAKE RESPONSIBILITY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM AND THEY WILL CLOSE THE COMPLAINT ITSELF WITHOUT INTIMATING THE CUSTOMER. ACTUALLY THEIR WAS AN OFFER ON RECHARGE OF RS.698 FOR 2 GB WE WILL GET EXTRA 4 GB FREE USAGE AND THAT WILL BE CREDITED TO OUR A/C WITHIN 48 HOURS. I WAITED FOR 3 DAYS AND I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE AND REGISTERD A COMPLAINT. BUT TILL TODAY THE PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED AND MY COMPLAINT HAS ALREADY CLOSED AS PROBLEM SOLVED. WHO ARE THESE TO CLOSE THE COMPLAINT WITHOUT SOLVING THE PROBLEM. IF YOU CALL CUSTOMER CARE THOSE PEOPLE DOESN'T EITHER LOCAL LANGUAGE OR ENGLISH OR HINDI OR EVEN THEIR MOTHER TONGUE PROPERLY. EVEN THE SENIORS ARE LIKE SAME WAY THEY ARE LEAST BOTHERD ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I HAD SENT MAIL TO MR.                   (MDN NO-[protected]) Hi All this is Mrutyunjaya, I have taken a connection on 6th of october by paying 1900 for the device and the one month unlimited plan with specified 3.1Mbps speed. Before getting the same I spoke with the coustomer care mr pradeerp who assured me regarding good speed over my locality. The initial speed was very low from the beggining and I lodged a complaint on the very next day...no body turned up. I called the coustomer care few days later(1-2 Days) and to my surprise complaint got closed and the executive explained that it has been resolved..and the coustomer care had no clue regarding my questions..no body visited my place and speed was still below 100Kbps. I raised another complain by requesting the executive and was waithing for another 2 days. One person from support visited my place and assured me that there will be some changes in band width allocation for he locality, willl be done and I ll be getting the speed. Nothing happend in the days later and that (second complint) also got closed, on 18th of october I lodged another complaint(OCT-9508) which is still open and yet be responded by somebody. I would have been delighted if the the speed for browsing had been more than 200Kpbs against the advertised 3.1Mbps.

I have remided for 5 times, I recieve the read copy but no response from their side so far, though In web page it says"The Nodal Officer will acknowledge your complaint in 3 working days and put his/her full efforts towards its earliest resolution." ...Hope somebody is reding the same

                  Regarding the coustomer case side, It takes exactly 12 minutes to reach the executive( 6 rupees at minimum call rate) and another 10 rupees if you are put on hold to contact Supervisior. Most of them dont speak well and doesnt behave proper it is my personal exxperience may differ(not all though).
                  In particular I ll name Mr Praveen, he happens to be a Team lead or supervisior, speaks very harshly, without manner and moral thinking and cuts the connection saying "your voice is not audible..thanks for calling" he repets the same for 2-3 times and cuts the phone. This is very hurting(paying 999 per month 33.33 per day and 20 rupees per a call and no results.

                  please reply and resolve the issue. Looking forward for a good conectivity and speed
                  MTS is like a big time cock sucker...people sitting in their call center doesnt have sense how to talk with customers...I recently bought MTS connection and it does not work on broadband...it just work on 1X...I launched a complaint in MTS call center...after 2 days i called back to check the status again... they said that my problem has been fixed and I am still facing the same problem...if any body knows the email id of any board of direstors...please post it here...

                  About My Internet Speed.

                  My Internet Speed Does not Goes Above 20 Kbps. I complaint many Times about my internet connection. there is no response.

                    As i have bought that MTS BROADBAND usb modem and they told that it wil work at spped of 3.1 mbbs but actually it was giving me a 40 to 50 kpps and in night time only 20 to 30 kpps and it was totally worst speed and as i have send many email to this mts customer care but no one even not responding to me and they are cheating all customers by fake advertisement and i have spent a 1999 rs was this useless product and better i advice that to no one to buy mts usb broadband and iam living in very main place and important place in chennai and i think it was not fair to give such wrong information to customers and seling their product and it has to taken some steps so that others will not get cheated

                    This is the worst service.. after downloading 12 GB, according to their meter reading, which is 1.5 GB filesize on your computer (divided by 8), you will start getting speed of max 144 kbps, again which is 16 kbps effective download speed.. I am talking about their unlimited plan of INR 999, you end up paying Rs. 600 for a GB.. so think on this.. Dont make your decision considering the reebok offer

                    MTS BROAD BAND IS THE WORST BROAD BAND EVER. I GET LESS THAN 50KBPS SPEED FOR UNLIMITED PLAN. The promised speed was 3,1 mbps!!

                    If there is a consumer court, I would like to sue them.

                      i tooo took a connection of mts and they starting told me that the download speed will be around 40 to 60 kbps
                      but i am recieving only 5 to 10 kbps with full signal strength
                      at last i got the highest speed of 15.6 kbps speed until now
                      very unsatisfied with the connection

                          i am syed, i have taken mts broadband connection 2 months before, mts had given a offer of free 15 days usage of 15GB, they said it will be speed upto 3.1Mbps. i used to get upto 1.7 Mbps. after free usage offer. i reacharge for 999 unlimited plan on 8/07/10. they said upto 15GB usage the speed will be upto 3.1Mbps. after 15GB it will be 100Kbps. from the day of recharge. i am getting speed not more than 100 to 300Kbps.even though network is full i am not getting speed. i have given lots of complaint even though they have not given any response . they say they will check but no response comes .i have called up mts coustomer care ph no-[protected] but no one recieves the call. i have to simply be on call upto 15 minutes .simply wasting money. pls help me .mts cheats people by giving wrong information.not proper service. i have wasted my 10 days because of this. i am planning to take ather connection. please do something . my ph no - [protected], my mts no - [protected], please take some action on this fake mts broadband service. thankyou

                          MTS — suspension of services despite staying on this address for last 46 years

                          i had taken a MTS prepaid connection in october 2009.
                          my services have been suspended for last one month since 24th december 2009 for REASON OF ADDRESS NOT EXISTING.

                          i have lodged innumerable complaints with the customer care at 155 and spoken to all their team leaders-PURNIMA, PRAKASH, SANDEEP ETC ETC but except dilly-dallying and lies, there has been no response.

                          i have written to their NODAL OFFICER AND APPELATE AUTHORITY as well but they have failed to respond or rectify the problem.

                          Same problem I am also facing. My previous connection was Hathway at the speed of 256kbps and when I download anything its downloading at the speed of 30kbps. After that I have switched over to MTS 3.1 MBPS 999 Unlimited plan but ufortunetely when I download anything its downloading 30kbps only. I think Hathway broadband is better atleast they are not cheating to the customer.

                          MTS — Pathetic Service from MTS

                          Hi,

                          I have purchased MTS MBlaze wireless modem on 26 July, 2010 also subscribed Rs.999 unlimited data transfer plan. The only reason I purchased MTS is, they offer free national roming & I frequently travel between Mumbai & Pune. On the evening of Sunday 8th Aug, 2010, my internet stopped working. I was bit busy at that time & also on next day, so ignored that. But on Tuesday 10th Aug, 2010, I lodged a complaint with customer care.

                          Customer care executive (CCE) answered me that, there is some technical problem occurred with some of the customers, hence I & some other customers are facing this problem, but this problem will get resolved till 13th Aug, 2010. Today, it's 25th Aug, 2010; but yet my problem is not resolved.

                          I have put lot of money on calling their customer care cell, but all in vain. Every time they answer me that the problem will get resolved in 24 hours, but when I tell them that, I'm waiting from 8th Aug till today, they say, that I'll send an email or escalate this problem to technical team on high priority. Even I talked with senior persons @ customer care center, but no use.

                          Meanwhile, since I had a urgent need of internet usage, so as per CCE's request, I have also subscribed for Rs.198 ~ 250 MB data transfer plan for temporarily. But that 250 MB data transfer limit is also over now.

                          I cannot return my modem back to company because it's not returnable. It's already costed me Rs.2299, unlimited plan worth Rs.999 & limited data transfer plan worth Rs.198.

                          I'm strongly feeling being cheated & I really want some very harsh steps against this company and such companies shouldn't be allowed to work in India.

                          I have lodged complaint regarding this couple of time, & I have the complaint numbers with me. Can I take any kind of legal actions against MTS?

                          Please advice.

                          The MST Internet service is simply horrible. You guys are luckier than me that you are getting atleast 30kbps download speed. I am getting only 2 to 10 kbps. Sometime it reaches 30 or bit higher.
                          But the worse thing that I have ever faced after purchasing the 999 package is I could only use the 7 days active connectivity among 20 days!The MTS Service is noting but punishment. It's only harassment and metal tress which worth Rs.2298 or more!
                          I gree to the comment, i suggest not to get MTS usb connection they are fooling around all.
                          I agree 100 percent. This points out to the fact that the MTS internet service ads are misleading, the speed is not at all a factor they should be proud of. I hope they are not a fly by night operator. Signs are typical - poor customer service, high on advertisement, keen focus on stakeholder value, where is all this leading to if the customers are not happy?
                          The USB is not 3.1 mbps connection, it must be 256 kbps because it gets only 30 to 40 kbps transfer speed.
                          And there a joke i need to share, when i called the customer care and asked what is the transfer rate for USB, 4 to 5 rep replied it is 3.1 mbps download speed.

                          I laughed and cut down the connection, they do not know what is download speed they are called advisors !!! really pathetic.

                          i have purchased MTS connection spending 3000 ruppees on the device & then took a prepaid plan of 999 for unlimited downloading. but unfortunately, my service has been witheld within 15 days wherin i have downloaded around 14 to 15GB of data & this too without any intimation.
                          This kind of fraud is really undesireable from such a upcoming company.
                          Moreover since 3 days i am not able to use the service even though I have paid completelty for it.

                          mts is good speed in bhiwandi downloading speed is 215 kbps and surfing speed is 256 kbps to 2056 ... kbps i so happy ...

                          MTS — Company is FRAUD

                          Had taken the data card one month back. It worked for one month with downloading speed of 15-20 Kbps and they say that downloading speed will come at least 500 Kbps. And it's not working fine now. I tried to call CUSTOMER CARE MORE THAN 50 TIMES, NO ONE PICKS PHONE OVER THEIR. FINALLY, I CALLED SALES GUY FROM WHOM I HAD TAKEN DATA CARD. HIS NAME IS ALOK AND HE STANDS OUTSIDE ACCENTURE NEAR BELENDUR. HE TOLD MTS DOESN'T HAVE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE. WTF IS THIS. WHEN I ASKED ABOUT THE PROBLEM FROM HIM, HE TOLD I HAVE TO SUBMIT THE DOCUMENTS AGAIN. WHEN I HAD TAKEN THE CARD, I HAD SUBMITTED COMPANIES HR SIGNED LETTER. NOW THEY WANT EITHER DRIVING LICENCE OR PASSPORT. NOT EVEN PERMANENT ADDRESS PROOF WILL WORK.

                          IF THIS WAS THE CASE, WHY THEY HAVE SOLD DATA CARD? WHY HAD THEY NOT TOLD THE SAME IN THE STARTING ITSELF?

                          I HAVE PAID RENTAL OF 1000 BUGS AND I HAVEN'T GOT MTS SERVICE FOR NOT EVEN A SINGLE DAY.

                          STAY AWAY FROM MTS

                          i took a mts data card paying rs 1900 through one of their distributors who had set up a stall on the way to itpl. he told me you pay the money and he could activate the card in fifteen minutes .he said he would come near me office the next day and collect my documents . next day he didn't come .he requested me to email the scanned copies of the photo, id & address proof.by the weekend he i had sent him the documents . he responded by the next Monday saying the the scanned doc were not clear as he could see the face clearly . he started asking me to send a color scan of my pan card . i was not comfortable about this . so he got my connection cutoff around 18th oct siting non submission of documents .later i forwarded a pdf copy of my voter id card . he again said this was not clear .around 27th of oct i send them a colour scan of my pan card & voter id . it was reinstated on 26th after a lot of complaining . again on 28th it was again cutoff stating that office was yet to receive documents . The connection is still down .i am fedup with mts . i dont know how to get a refund from Mts . data card can be very slow and many times it tend to give message that sites are not accessible

                          I am using MTS broadband ([protected]) from last 5 months now. But i must say that their 'service' ‘quality’ ‘customer service’ ‘Broadband speed’ ‘connectivity’ and everything else is below poor. Their speed is never more than 10 Kbps. While they claim 3.1 Mbps. When you file a complaint to their customer care, in the 1st 5 min. you will get to know that the customer care agent knows nothing. Because he asks you to delete temp files to increase the speed from 10 kbps to 3.1 mbps. Then they take about 30 min to give you a damm complaint number (which is a paid call, unless you have an MTS mobile number). And the complaint number will not be of any use because after 2 days you will get a sms that your complaint has been closed. Without solving it or without any call or visit.
                          I have sent a number of emails to the nodal officer i.e. Mr. Sandip Patnaik at nodal.[protected]@mtsindia.in but haven’t got any reply yet in 4 months. This man is no less than a hoax. No matter how many times you email, he never replies (that I got to know from a lot of other people). Also no matter how many times you try to call him. He never takes you call Instead his assistant comes on the line and she herself is a joke Most of the times she will not answer your call Sometime when she does She pretends to be to be too busy.
                          To make the long story short nobody will ever tried to solve the problem. I have left nobody alone including the dealer, customer service, nodal officer or anybody who has an MTS tag. Once you buy it you are stuck forever I would recommend everybody to not even think about buying MTS unless you love and pain and troubles.
                          This is a [censored]ing company cheating their customers. I purchased a device and recharged for 999 unlimited 30 days and in their plan they mentioned that it is 30GB downloads for 3.1mbps. After 8 days my speed got slow down and called up cust care. They were saying that I already crossed the limit of 12GB so after that I can access only a limited speed of 150 kbps. Actually they offered 30 GB per month in their plan.They were cheating in that and more over they were cheating in the bytes also. No body can cross the 12GB in just 8 days.

                          I am one of the retailer for MTS and other networks in doddabommasandra, vidyaranyapura post, bangalore - 97, One of the MTS distributor came and taken the amount for transfer of currency from my shop. nearly two months over no body came to my shop and even till date they have not trasfer the currency to my mobile. if i ask to channel manager he is using some bad words and he is not ready to come to my shop and not ready to solve the problem. I think very worst service in this area.

                          MTS — FALSE INFO No Proper Speed

                          As per pramotion of MTS Data Card they have coverege at Ulhasnagr but the is no proper speed only 300kbps where they promoted up to 3mbps.

                          I take this data card on 23rd of Nov 2010 and i come to know that speed is so poor and then i made a complaint for this on 29th Nov 2010 but no proper revert and they close my complint without my concent and the i re open same complint on 10Dec 2010 but still no revert and then agin i made a complaint on 13th Dec 2010 then one techinitian come to my place(Ulhasnagr) and check the that realy the speed problem is there on next day i got a call from MTS Mr Nishant inform me that ulhasnagr is the low coverege area we dont have proper notwork over there and very soon(apx 6 month) we are going to update our network setup.

                          and they i mark this comlpaint on mail to MTS on Customercare.[protected]@mtsindia.in

                          I fully agree with the legitimate complaints of all. MTS has the worst speed for its broadband device. I am using device with MDN No. [protected] in karnataka circle. I was so much dissatisfied with their product that I made it my last product to be purchased from MTS. I get speeds in the range of 100-150 kbps at any given time. Yes, I too wasted money by purchasing the device. The customer service is good for nothing. It seems that the company do not have adequate infrastructure to provide broadband internet services. But they cheated the customers by offering download speeds upto 3.1 mbps. But I am glad that i discouraged more than a dozen of my friends from purchasing MTS device. I hate MTS so much that I am not even interested in their mobile services presently being offered at 1/2 paise per second. But one thing, I am also using BSNL broadband thorough land-line. It is the cheapest and speeds are very good, except for outages once in a blue moon. I through this forum wish to advise everybody to stay away from MTS. MTS has no right to exist in Indian Market with present standard of services. Remember, they cheat and we together by not becoming customers of this company can route them out so that no other fellow beings is cheated.

                          MTS mobile service — Irresponsible behaviour.

                          I had registered my MTS number [protected] in DND registry on 04.12.2010 despite registered, daily I am facing the problem o[censored]nnecessary calls from service provider(call comes for caller tunes aprox. 10 time in a day) infect on 28.12.2010 these people set a caller tune without asking me and balance deducted from my main balance.

                          I called to customer care executive register an complaint regarding this vide a ref. no. 25286 on 28.12.2010 at 01:15. He say’s that your complaint will be shortout with in 24 hours, till now neither shortout my complaint nor return my balance amount which was deducted without my consent, no phone call comes regarding this complaint. And also I am facing this (calls for callertune) problem.



                          I know that DND will be activated within 45 days. Ok

                          Why this caller tune has been activated on my number without my consent. ???

                          Why the action not been taken within 24 hours on my complaint. ????

                          I bought MTS product MBlaze broadband around 7 months back. Connectivity speed is worst. They advertise saying speed upto 3Mbps without mentioning but i am getting speed only 100 kbps.                           i bought mts net connection from pune which was in discount i got it for 1900...i have recharged 999 unlimited plan... for the first time ...12gb at the speed of 3.1mbps i got good speed upto 150 kbps downloading but after that there was no speed i was getting only 1.1kbps downloading i called customer care around 40 to 42 times but they did not provide any service even i called seniors but they also failed i lost my balance by talking to a customer around 400 to 450 Rs. but no service and i lost my money by investing in mts.

None of the retailers in Tannery Road and other areas are having this currency. I have shouted on one retailer whose shop name is M.A.Mobile point, he is harshly telling that the MTS area manager is not atall seriuous, he never comes to the retailers and never listens to our requests for giving currency. I have shouted on him saying that if this is the service ur providing then what is the use of launching MTS in the marked. I have never seen such a worst service, we have to struggle a lot to recharge the currency. Please take some serious action against whoever is involved in this.

                          MTS Broadband MBlaze — Services

                          I am MTS broadband user (MTS Number – [protected]) and will suggest everyone to stay away from this service provider. First the positive about the service provider – Yes, the speed of MTS is fast (and that’s it).

                          I have been using this service since last 6 months and never had a single-peaceful transaction. I got this connection free with the purchase of Laptop from Chroma, in Mumbai.

                          1) The service provider will not leave any opportunity to confuse you. Basic needs like knowing your account balance is so confusing with this service provider, you will go mad. As first time user you would refer to the usage log – right? Wrong – You will not get the right picture there as they suggest “it is not updated 100% for some technical reasons” (verbatim – from customer care MTS). Hence they would suggest you to use “Check my Balance” in settings…

                          2) Now you are in Setting menu and pressed the “Check my balance” button. A pop up appears and the message reads like this – “Your account details are Main Bal – Rs. 0.00 valid : Jan 01 37 30,719.55 MB till May 08 11. Thanks….<Ad>”. First you will get confused with Jan 01 37. If your sane mind suggests you to ignore this, then the next thing you would assume that your balance will get over by May 08 11. Wrong – Your balance will get over by May 07, 2011. They explain the end period as first minute of the end period mentioned in the message – that means Mid-night of 7th May when first minute of 8th May starts your monthly balance is over (this could have been avoided by writing “your subscription ends May 7, 2011 23:59”. And in spite of me suggesting this to a high authority some 4 months back, this has not been implemented as yet). I had a tough time when after checking the same and assuming there is a day left for recharge I took my laptop for a presentation to client. And when I tried to connect to net – I had to cut a sorry figure…

                          3) Fine so you would suggest avoiding this situation, pay in advance – That facility is created to cheat MTS customer. If I pay for my recharge on, say 5th (instead of 8th as usual end of subscription) I lose 3 days. They do not accept payment in advance. When they accept the payment, they wipe your past balance.

                          4) There is another facility – Online payment. If your balance is zero, you can still access to the payment gateway (rechargeitnow.com) and make the payment (rest all other sites are blocked). Isn’t it smart? Not really. NEVER EVER TRY THIS OPTION. Because for the number of checks they deploy when you go for the payment, you will never be able to transfer the fund in one go. And some time it will be deducted from your account but will not reflect in MTS account. And then series of phone call to get your money back.

                          5) My last transaction with MTS / rechargeitnow was horrible. It asks you your phone number once in the beginning. In case you have a typo (a digit here or there), it does not cross check with anything… Nor it asks you to enter your mobile number twice so that it should not go to a wrong account. There is no such check in the system. Once you pay on a wrong ID, your money is gone. When you call MTS, they will say sorry nothing can be done… Whoosh you lose 999 just like that.

                          Hi, This is Guru.. I am using MTS blaze connection for the past 15 days.. My concern is I am not getting the proper speed what I have assured not even getting 10kbps of speed. I am using unlimited offer. I gave many complaints regarding this, but haven't received any proper response. Moreover when called to the customer care they are disconnecting the calls.                           MTS — Worst service ever

                          I bought an MTS data- MBlaze. They make all false promises to have the internet speed upto 3.1 mbps but my speed has hardly ever crossed 200kbps. My mobile internet downloads files, opens webpages faster than this pathetic service provider. I have already made a complaint regarding this and I received a call regarding thus but no follow up was done.

                          Then, their servers go for a toss from 28th June to 30th June. They do not even have the decency to intimate their customers about this. On 28th, after struggling with my connection for more than 90 mins (coz i thought there may be something wrong with my system or something), when I finally called them up, they tell me the systems are down and the servers will be back in 2-4 hrs which extended till 30th June.

                          I want full payment back OR I want good internet speed. I live right in the middle of the city, so there are not even network issues. If this not solved soon, I will also file for compensation. Its been over a month now & the company is not delivering what it promised!

                            I am Karchoong Diyali, a journalist and designer by profession. I have an MTS MBlaze modem no. [protected]. Despite lodging several complaints about the almost non-existent connectivity the company seems to be doing very little about it. This after claims about being the FASTEST MOBILE INTERNET in India. Although the network bar shows all the levels present, since a month back, there seems to be very little data transfer possible. It takes ten minutes to open www.google.com, and then the rest goes only downhill.

                              Hi,

                              My name is Nithin Kadam having prepaid Internet service from MTS Internet service provider. I have the MTS BLAZE internet service for past 3 to 4 months. The number is [protected].

                              There is absolutely no network coverage inside my house from the time I have bought this connection. Everytime I have to come out of my house near the gate to connect to the internet. I have made several calls and even escalated the issue 'n' number of times. But none of the managers in the call center/contact center have the capability to handle this situation. They are the worst contact center executives I have come across who do not understand any part of the problems or difficulties I'm experiencing. Their technical people have closed the case which was opened without even resolving the issue. This is Way too frustrating and absolutely Zero customer service from MTS.

                              I need the issue to be solved ASAP or refund the amount which I have paid - 2,999/- ( Rupees Two thousand nine hundred and ninety nine)

                              i mr, hitendra patil, would like to inform u that, i am having an prepade mblaze modem no [protected], which i had given for activation to ur delar comtech teli conceltiing. uran.
                              but after promecing date he never gave me any responce. for the resion i contacted the custmer service at mulund, thane, dadar. they said that the modem is not registered or perminently disconnected. so i would request u to look into the matter as soon as posibel and reply me at my email [protected]@ymail.com
                              Hi I have purchased MTS modem two months ago, the one give to me never turned up, then there were several calls to customer care, each time I had to listen music for 15 minutes, then I followed up strongly, several calls daily reminders, emails, but... they are just like dumps, I didn't experienced such a poor service so far from any of service provider. after 35 days, they replaced my modem, then after next 10 days its get activated, service personnel, customer care managers, and overall network is horrible, finally after 50days of delay my connection is activated, the speed is very poor, connectivity is very bad.

                              I have recharged fro Rs180 basic plan, and now after 60days I again got a messages that my documents are not submitted. I am very frustrated and throwing away this modem.

                              I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO USE MTS BROADBAND.

                                  I've been using for the MTS broadband service for almost past 1 month now. it is a regular issue that the connection gets disconnected and i've to reconnect it repeatedly for using the service. several times it happened that i'm unable to connect to the any of the websites even if the MTS display screen shows that the internet is connected.
                                  I've talked to the customer care several time the only assurance they are providing is taking th address and phone number every time and asking for the settings change in my display scree. Once the technician from MTS also visited my place and made some changes in the settings however the problem still occurs.
                                  From the last 2 days its been happening continuously happening that i'm not able to connect to basic websites (even gmail.com). I again tried to to contact Customer Care however there was no response.
                                  It'ld be of great help if someone please look into this at its earliest.

                                    I have purchased MTS Blaze Data Card on 2-6-2010 and paid Rs.2299. When seeing the browsing log i was astonished to see the following cheating game how the MTS guys play to fool the customers.

                                    Like wise for browsing one second they are charging Rs.2 per MB without knowing the fact that for one second no body in the world can browse for 321981 kb. Moreover whenever you check the connection log [browsing log] there is no entry for the total amount that was debited in your account. This is another type of cheating method MTS employ to cheat the public.

                                    BEWARE OF MTS DATA CARD -----PLEASE DONT BUY MTS DATA CARD, IT IS FULL OF CHEATING. LOT OF HIDDEN COST NOT SHOWN TO CUSTOMERS.

                                      I had purchased an MBlaze Mobile Broadband USB Modem from MTS M DN [protected] and had recharged it for 6GB validity period of six months on 26th May 2010 On payment of Rs.3588/-. On July 5th 2010, after only 40 mins and about 50 KB o[censored]sage (as per the connection log) I am told by MTS customer care that I have used up all the 6GB. When I asked them the details of the usage they have no answer and give me a complaint no. JUL2020 and tell me on 6th July 2010 that within 8 hrs. my account will get activated. That does not happen and calling MTS today on 7th July 2010 I am told that the complaint is closed and that we have nothing to talk about. I feel that MTS are cheats and are blatantly cheating customers like us and they should very much be taken to task.

                                      Even in my case for browsing 1 second they have charged for 300000 kb [which i have not done], at least for 20 times and debited my account with Rs400 immediately [within a second]. When contacted, the customer care they say that their browing log is correct and there is no irregularity in their side. This is a fit case for registering a complaint with the cyber police and a complaint to income tax vigilance department for alleged swindling of public money and a copy to Telephone regulatory authority of India.

                                      Act Fast.
                                      this happened to me too they deducted my 10 gb in 40 sec. they are fraud .

                                      mblaze is making money by cheating us.

                                      i'm planning to change my ISP.

                                      mblaze SUCKS, its speed SUCKs, its SERVICE sucks, its CUST. CARE sucks.

                                      ALL people in mblaze are illiterate. THEY even cant understand that 10 gb cant be used in 4 hour(i recharged 4 hour before they deducted my 10 gb) with the speed they provide(which is hopless 100-250kbs. and they say we give 3.1mps lol).

                                      even GOD cant help those people who dont understand that with this speed 10 gb cant be surfed in 4 hour.

                                      MTS is not going to survive for too long.
                                      please please never buy mts products i just got cheated of 2000rs they are full of and [censored]ing a**holes this guy elia raj is supposed to be the manager his phone number is [protected] he never picks up the call .these should be burnt alive. they are born to pigs
                                      Even in my case also same.. This MTS [censored]ing gAys cheating me too...the offered a plan of RS 999 30 days validity 24X7 and 30 GB download in 3.1mbps. After about 10 days the connection got slow down and called up the [censored]ing cust care. They were saying that it is plan for 12GB unlimited and I have already completed all the 12 GB[ withing just 10 days... How [censored]ing cheating is this.] So friends please dont go for this Egg [their logo] communications.

                                        I am a M blaze customer using thew number :[protected]
                                        I recharged my account with 3 GB , on 21st June 2010 8.54 AM

                                        Suddenly when i was browsing , i got the connection disconnected , when i verified i see 0 MB available for browsing
                                        I suspect something wrong the bill processing or rating caluclation for the usage , as in the 9 days , i was in a remote town for 5 days where i cant even connect with 25kbps and rest of the days ,my usage was less than 1 gb . Please verify this and do the needful

                                        FYI : Even i log i see many short term connectivities ( like 2 seconds ) used 100 MB or more sometimes , which is logically not possible , I have taken those screen shots and saved in word document for reference

                                        After complaint to customer care Nodel officer , appelate authority , and followup with 10 mails , no valid response and they literally cheat to grab the money
                                        What can be done for this ?

                                        My Tariff Plan is Corp MBLAZE Unlimited 750(650 for 12m) - 5GB

                                        or jab mera first bill aaya bhi nahi tha usse pehle mera data card close kar diya tha. mai 28/02/2012 lagatar MTS call centre par baat kar raha hu magar
                                        koi bhi call center person sahi se answer nahi de raha, jab bhi mai MTS Call Center mai baat karta hu to bow mujhe yeh kehe ke tal daite hai ki Aaj hamar System down hai, or mai aap ko 15 mint mai call back karunga magar na to unka call Aya or nahi meri problem Solve hoie hai. aaj 28/02/2012 se 17/03/2012 ho gaie hai, na to meri problem solve hoi or bill bante ja rahe hai, or me lagatar MTS Call center per phone kare ja rah hun. mari app se yehe vinti hai ki aap mujhe jald se jald meri is problem se nijat dilbaow. aap ki aati kirpya hogi.
