Multilink is a fraud company they just only sale their portal and don't provide any services even when i called to customer care their behavior also not good so please dont take any franchise from them they all are lier and cheater, i have make payment but they don't update it they want to eat the money. VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICES SPECIAL WORKER NAME - KEYA DAS SHE IS ASST BRANCH MANAGER WITHOUT ANY PROPER UNIFORM WEARING WEIRD DRESS AND COMING TO OFFICE TO CHEAT PEOPLE. As you have not mention your name or Unique code with us we can't trust you and complaint raised by you is improper. Rest before writing to any person, please adhere to respect and if you are our client share your complete details for resolution of your Query. I talked with Asis, Priyanka and Salman..
I have already paid money for the multilink agent but yet not activated specially IRCTC account...
And I am waiting for their comments...
Within their Said day's they didn't complete then, ...KINDLY REFUND MY DEPOSITED AMOUNT...
IF NOT REFUND THEN FIR AGAINST WILL BE AGAINST COMPANY AND SAID PEOPLE...

This is to inform all people or who will be going to take this franchise or agency, Multilinkworld is a liar and fraud company, there are some points which i want to highlight in public so that they can think before buying multilink service.
1) when they want to sell there product /franchise they will continuously keep on calling and give good offer and discount and make very big promise once you paid the amount then harrasment start from them.
2) they will never give update whats going on till the time you dont call and ask the status.
3)that sales person always have some Excuse for not completing on time.and he will never answer on time.
4) coming to customer care they dont have manners to talk with customer specially (salman.B, shubhangi mhaskar, subhash pal, Milind from sales)
5) whenever you call them they are always busy in meeting dont know how much turn over of company they are counting, always their response is will give call back.almost 3 months gone yet m not able to do any transaction on my portal, last week i recd dongel for irctc yet training is pending and no one is bother to call back.
6) dont trust on there words there promise are fake,
m waiting by EOD if today i dont get call or my account fully activated then i will raise complain in consumer court for refund also make sure that they should survive fro cheating customer and giving pathethic services to there client.
