[Resolved] Mulyashop.com — No refund against cancellation of order after 8 days | |||
I have ordered a Sony xperia worth INR 11484/- on 27th Jan.2014. And paid the money online. After 8 days when they failed to deliver the product, I have cancelled this order on feb 4th, 2014 & i was told that refund will take place in 3 working days. Now it has been over 7 working days i haven't got the refund yet . now I call daily on their customer care [protected] and [protected], no one picks up the call..This online shopping website is fraud they accept the order and transact the money from your account but no status is given to customer. i think they have ny products to sell nor have any guts to face their customer No status of cancellation is shared with me yet . jab bhi call karo ek sadi si IVR chalti rhti hai. MULYASHOP.COM is fraud FAKE they are looting the innocent peopleI am still waiting for the refund. Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi my self Datta Dhere i have order a mobile (LG Optimus L7 II Dual P715) worth Rs 12526/- yes i am satisfied with Mulyashop as they have delivered the product on given timelines and the discount which they provide is less than all online shopping site...

I have received a call from mulya shooping and saying that they selected some people for offering some products on that day itselt. 20.06.2014. On door delivery. Order No. is 39534 . They told They are providing 2 POLO brand XXL T-Shirts, 1 sun glass, 1 Watch, 1 belt, 1 wallet for Rs.1748/- including courier charges and if not satisfactory any reason they will refund the payment. I received parcel on 24.06.2014 . When I open the parcel I can't get POLO Brand T-Shirts. they sent road side foot path T-Shirts and sunglass damaged. When I call them on 24.06.2014, 25.06.2014, 26.06.2014 they are not properly responding. I called the numbers [protected], [protected], [protected]. They are telling not refundable cash.

I had order a camera on 15th march 2014.Still after 4 days there is no update from their site.
I tried contacting then vai phone and email, but nothing works.
I think I have done mistake by trusting unknow site.
Please guys beware and dont shop from this site.
