मी हे चलन अमान्य करत आहे, त्याची कारणे खालीलप्रमाणे आहेत.
१) दिलेल्या उल्लंघन पुराव्यामध्ये माझ्या गाडीचा नंबर तसेच प्लेट पण दिसत नाही (लाल सिलेरीओ ही माझी गाडी आहे ).
२) मी जेव्हा ड्राईव्ह करत होतो तेव्हा सिग्नल चालू होता, मी सिग्नल जम्प केलेला नाही.
३) मी जर सिग्नल जम्प केला असता तर पोलीस अधिकाऱ्याने मला आडवून सर्व कागदपत्रे मागवायला हवी होती व सिग्नल जंप केल्याबद्दल विचारणा करायला हवी होती.
४) पुराव्यामधील फोटो हा बाजूने घेतलेला आहे. जर का तुम्ही माझ्या गाडीचा फोटो (गाडी नंबर सहित) सिग्नल-लाल इंडिकेटर असताना काढला असेल तर मला पाठवा, मग मी हे चलन मान्य करून जो काही दंड असेल तो मी भरायला तयार आहे.

Sir, note that, in our location Govind nagar, Gazdhar Bandh, Santacuz west, Dhan Pothar ground, this lane is always have traffic because of auto double parking both side of road, there is no place to walk also, autowalas not even bother to give place to walk for aged peoples also. daily there is lot of traffic at dhan pothaar ground road, kindly look into the matter and solve the issue. i wrote last time also but there is no action taken yet. we are fade up with everyday fights.

I have been wrongly charged of rs 1500 on challan number - MUMCM[protected] on 30 dec 2022 - 12.37 pm of causing danger / obstructions or under inconvenience to
as per the photo posted by the rto officer clearly clarified that it has been posted from a moving car or bike that also from the opposite side of the road and has only back side of my car as i have not parked my vehicle i was in the vehicle as i got a call on my phone so i halted in a side to attend the calls if the rto officer had posted the front pic of my car i would have been visible in the driving seat but the evidence image posted was both of back side of my car

This is to inform you that there is a lot of illegal parking in Natwar Parikh compund govandi next to Indian oil nagar. Situation is as bad as any vehicle from outside can be parked here and no one is taking action. All sought of stolen vehicles are also parked in compund. In case of emergency it becomes very difficult for people to move their vehicle. Also not even a fire bridge can enter due to illegal parking. Kindly help

Since there are no proper sign boards and due to Google map navigation, we entered BKC flyover on our two wheeler.
Traffic police took Rs. 2000 for the same without any receipt or challan copy.
If we are not supposed to enter the flyover, why don’t you just keep a proper signboard or keep a traffic police at the entry point itself.
Since they just want to loot money from the public, they are intentionally doing this.
Rs. 2000 is not a small amount for common man like me. Please look into this.

Good evening sir, I got a e challan on my bike for parking in No Parking, challan Number is MUMCM[protected]. I put a Grievance against it reason the place I parked my bike their was no any signboard of NO Parking also their was many other vehicles parked their. Also it was on a a side and not obstruction to any others, I did not parked my Vehicle under No Parking board, their is no signboard available for No Parking if their was a singboard of No Parking I will definitely not park my bike their. Please take my request to cancel Challan on my bike as it was not my fault.

Mtp is known to give unnecessary stress and harassment towards local public by absurd amounts of fines and unnecessary challans, a person going to a doctor in distress isn't even allowed to plead and is considered guilty until proven innocent where as they have full liberty to do and act however they want.

My Grievance with MHPECH was duly rejected without proper investigation. I now feel like this is how a common man is being harassed by the public servant.

My only mistake was I paid my no parking fine of ₹500.00 genuinely to the government accounts directly and this was my biggest mistake.

How is it possible to charge ₹2000.00 for no parking within an hour time. I paid ₹500 online @ 13:03 pm at Majiwada RTO office for e-challan TNCCM[protected] for no parking nr Jupiter hospital and after 25 mins drive when I reached home ..@ 14:31 I received another msg TNCCM[protected] fine of ₹1500.00 and for the same no parking reason?? Was this charged for parking in my building premises?

I visited Majiwada RTO office 3-4 times in last two weeks to meet Officer Maya Vitthal Rane...who gave me her mobile number and asked me to remind her for Reversal of ₹1, 500 fine which was mistakenly added. Please see the chat attached for your reference purpose.

There is no proper process for complaint in place nor common man can meet senior officer. Its just you have raise on-line complaint for the sake of it.

Just for no parking if this is the situation I can't image about other offences.

Request you to kindly look into this as I am a law abiding citizen and why should I pay it for the mistakes done by the on duty officer? I now know no one care's about common person and will be forced to pay this by giving some or the other excuses.

E Challan No.TNCCM[protected] 03/12/2022 was charged multiple times to Vehicle registation no.MH04LD0731 TVS jupiter within 30 mins. Where as I already paid ₹500.00 for e-challan no. TNCCM[protected] for no parking bit immediately after 30 minutes I received another charge of ₹1500.00 for no reason.

I spoke to on duty officer Maya Vitthal Mane and asked if have to give any written complaint for the same and she said dont...

Please provide a speed breaker near Divine Child High school as that is a very risky and accident prone area. School going kids and there parents have difficulty in crossing the roads. Please look into this matter as this is very important issue.

I was charged a challan on 30-Oct-2022 10:31 AM without evidence and a violation was mentioned (Not Stopping before stop line)
I had put my challan for grievance but it was denied
CHallan no MUMCM[protected]

MUMRE[protected] is the receipt that I've paid for the whole amount of fine that was pending on my Vehicle but the catch here is that my vehicle was inside a Area where vehicle don't get towed as there's no way the towing vehicle can get inside a place and the person who's moving the vehicle has moved it from one place to another as I don't lock my handle you can see the images as I've mentioned and I asked the officer who was there at the Booth/Chowky He asked me to Add Grievance on the App but it said Grievance for towing isn't allowed so I'm publishing my complaint here I hope I get the refund of 736₹ as I've been Wrongly Fined as My Vehicle was in a zone and they've moved and Fined so kindly look into the matter and Solve it ASAP.

But we had crossed when signal was still permitted.

Dear Sir,
I would like to bring to your notice that the traffic signal at the place called as Garam Masala in Airoli ( direction is from Airoli to Mulund )goes from green to red without having a few seconds of yellow. There is a speed bumper at the signal. so when we cross the speed bumper and if the light goes from geen to red there are 5-8 traffic cops waiting to stop all the cars who would have crossed. This is a daily occurence.
I suggested to the Traffic cop that there is no timing indication at this signal and no yellow light either. If we can see the timing we can calculate if we can cross safely or we need to stop. Same way if the yellow light comes we know we need to slow and stop. Because these 2 things are not functioning most o[censored]s office goers pay a lot of hard earned money. For me this is serious as this is my daily office route. I cannot afford this kind of payment.
The same place in the opp direction from Mulund to Airoli yellow light is there and the timer is also working. Please see that these 2 things are made working at the opp side signal too. I will be so relieved and like me many people will be too.

I have been wrongly charged for no parking on my Car MH01DX4340,
Challan number:- MUMCT[protected]
RecieptNo:-MUMCT[protected]

I have had parked my opposite lane of Holy Family Hospital (bandra west) and there was no indication of No parking boad.

This evening my front wheel was locked and had been charged for being an obstruction/obstacle.

Also the photo/evidence provided is also taken in such way that no one can get to know what the actually is.

I humbly request to look forward to this matter and help me out.

I was moreover asked for bribe and I refused to pay the same.

Further they refused to remove the lock untill I pay the challan charges and left without listening.

As I was helpless I had to pay the challan in full which included towing charges whereas my car was stationary.

In all this event more than 45 minutes they made me wait near my car without co-operating/attending.

Also I have attached photos for the reference that there are no clear indication /board for no parking.

I got an incorrect fine for my vehicle for signal jumping in Mumbai when I am at outstation .My vehicle is not in mumbai itself. In the evidence pic click i can see my innova crysta anywhere. Challan number Mumcm[protected]

I stay at liberty garden road no 1, malad west, which is a one way. However no one follows this rule, there are hundreds of cars and bikes travelling in opposite directions daily. These are cause of accidents as well. My daughter had a near miss today. Can you please take note and action about this serious incident.

Is it possible to depute someone for few days to resolve the issue.

Dear Sir,
On 29/9/2022 I was imposed with a fine of Rs 500 Against Section 122/ 177 of the MVA = Causing danger / obstructions or undue inconvenience to other users of public place or to the passengers by allowing the vehicle to be abandoned or to remain at rest on any public place..
I put up my grievance on the E Portal but it was rejected.
Jist of the case:
The car was at a halt on the Left Side of the Road for the passenger to board the vehicle. In the mean time your personnel came and clicked the attached photographs and imposed a fine on me.
I am eager to know how stopping a vehicle on the left side of the road for somebody to board the vehicle causes Obstruction, Inconvenience to others. Also as per your photograph the driver is very much inside the vehicle, so the vehicle is also not abandoned.
Attached are the 2 photographs I received along with the challan (as clicked by the traffic personnel ).

Awaiting your explanation / information as to how the Section 122 / 177 implies in this case. and for me to accept this E-challan.
