Wrong e challan charged on my vehicle. Details of challan mtpchm[protected] dated 07-aug-2017. Challan of 4 wheeler has been charged on my two wheeler.

2. Challan no muccm[protected] and the nature of violation is without side mirror 1 image was also provided as an evidence, challan is for rs. 200/-dated...

On 17 of April 2020. This is not my vehicle number please clear this and withdraw my e challan back with you.

Last week i was Crossing Majiwada Area ( going towards thane station, started from ghodbunder road), under the bridge there was lot of traffic as Traffic police manually control traffic crossing ( People coming from Kalyan/Bhiwandi side road and other traffic coming from Viviana side Service road crosses this common route).

I was fined for driving in wrong way for the charge of rs.200 near kandivalli (East) station, when i went to make the payment at kandivalli chowki near stn, i was fined with an extra amount of rs. 400 saying that i have been charged for breaking the signal at paydhuni, fort. This is to inform you that yesterday (05/10/2023) my driver Mr Mohamad Faim Ansari was driving near CSMT, an officer stopped him and asked for some documents which he provided to him. He was then sent by the office but unfortunately the office has issued a challan later as the driver has not produced valid license and a penalty of rs 500 is imposed on my vehicle. I request to kindly cancel the challan because it it not appropriate.
I have attached the license of my driver below for your reference. License no is MH04 [protected] he is authorized to drive both private and commercial car. I have attached the challan of the offices as well below.

These bikes often make noise in night, morning and disturb the residents.

I am writing to bring your attention to a persistent issue that has been causing significant inconvenience and safety concerns for the residents of Sion Koliwada. Specifically, I would like to address the continuous traffic jam and illegal parking and Illegal Hawkers occupying more than 50% of the road that occurs in front of the Hardeep Punjab restaurant, which is leading to severe congestion and unnecessary delays. The situation is exacerbated by the illegal parking of vehicles in front of the Hardeep Punjab establishment, which occupies a significant portion of the lane, making it difficult for vehicles to pass through smoothly.

School buses often get stuck in the resulting traffic jam, causing delays in reaching their destinations and causing distress to the children on board. Moreover, the excessive time wasted in the traffic jam has a ripple effect, leading to delays and frustration among commuters who are merely trying to get to their destinations in a timely manner. It is disheartening to witness that what should be a short two-minute drive often turns into a time-consuming and stressful experience, with drivers having to spend up to half an hour to navigate through the congested area.

I strongly believe that by taking prompt action, the Traffic Police Department can make a significant difference in resolving this ongoing issue. The safety and convenience of the residents, especially the school-going children, should be a top priority for the department, and I trust that you will address this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves.

This challan was raised on me dated 25th April 2023. Where it is stating wrong side driving and without helmet. Images are attached for the same. Challan has been raised on scooty no. MH.02.FT.2382. - Saurabh Singh. but the image attached is of vehicle number MH.02.FT.2392. My vehicle is a Jupiter whereas the image is of a Suzuki scooty. Point 3rd the photo of the person itself is not me nor any of my foe. I am highly disappointed with the wrong challan and I request to rectify this as this a false challan on me and my vehicle. I am completely not aware of the vehicle attached and number. Please withdraw challan.
