I have received challan today[protected] morning. When i checked it it was of another honda car while mine is maruti suzuki desire car. The incident was happened at worli sea link with honda car and i am staying in navi mumbai.
The issue is vehicle no mh 02 cw 8836 is honda car
And mine is mh 02 cz 8836. The difference is series cw and cz.

Please remove the challan. My car is parked below my house on[protected] for which date the challan is debited.

I am mailing the same issue to western zone acp and marking cc to joint cp traffic mumbai.
Kindly check and remove the challan asap.

    I have received e challan for speeding car at mumbra by pass road.
    I want to raise complaint because traffic police had placed there speed camera in there car and there is no sign board for speed still i have received the e challan.

      Reference to echallan no. Mumcm[protected]
      My car mh-01-cd-2871 was on the side of gowalia tank road with me sitting inside on the driver seat. I was unable to start the car at that moment because of a mechanical failure. Meanwhile a traffic policeman came as said that my car was creating a traffic jam. I argued that the car is on the side of the road and it is not starting because of a problem. But yet he didn't agree and took a photo of my car and was fined 200/-. The traffic policeman wasn't even wearing a badge of his name, nor did he display his i'd proof when asked for it. When i complained, he advised me to complain at gamdevi police station, where i didn't get any response. Request to kindly reverse the challan, as i have been incorrectly fined as my car was not able to start, and inspire of explaining it to the police, he didn't listen to me.

        Sir,

        Challan which has been issued does not belong to my vehicle since I am having a Honda unicorn motorcycle. Kindly peruse and cancel the e challan and oblige. E challan no. is MUMCM[protected]. Probably, due to heavy workload, traffic cop has misread the vehicle number.

              I received echallan no mumcc[protected] on 31st august. My car no is mh04hf867 - it si a toyota etios car. The challan had the image of car - the car is hyundai car and the no plate shows mh04hf3867.

              Both images enclosed for your reference. Pls check yourself.

              Clearly challan sent to wrong person and for wrong car. Pls correct this and confirm.

                Maharashtra Traffic Police has on 27 Aug 2020, sent be an SMS message stating a traffic violation and has raised an echallan - MUMCM20006915 for Rs 200/-.

                My motorcycle is safely parked in my compound, the motorcycle shown in the image is not mine. Also the motorcycle in the image is of a different make.

                While the number plate of the bike in the image is not clear. I would request this matter to be investigated as to if there was a error in recording the number or some miscreant is using a fake licence plate on some bike.

                  I was fined on the charge for non stopping before stop line
                  The fact is that on this particular signar sarthi chowkh andheri east midc nelco

                  The pedestraian crossing strips are much before the actual signal.

                  Most important is that this is not a pedestrian crossing at all as on both sides of the road there is barricading and there is no place to cross

                  Motorists are being fined by the camera which is incorrect position of stop line

                        I have been twice wrongly charge with e-challan for the scooter (Activa) no. Plate. Mh02dp5745. Where the offender is having a bike with number plate. Mho2df5745 who has voilated the traffic rules

                        Challan no. Mumcm[protected] dated 22-jun-2020 12:44 rs 500

                        This two offense was done by the same person. Whose bike no is mho2df5745 and was wrongly charge for my number plate.

                        Have received two pic for evidence.

                        Please look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

                          When i was just checking if there is any offence for me, i was surprise to see the e-challan charge me on 24-may-2019, when i was out station from 12-may[protected]may-2019 in chennai and from 17-may-2019 was in mangalore i have travelled with my car and came back on 2-june-2019 to mumbai. There no pic, it surprise me to see that how i have be charge for the offence which i have not committed. Please look into the matter and do the needful, i am upset and loosing hope in the system for the thing which i not done.

                            Sir,
                            Traffic E challan no HSPCM[protected] DATED 17.08.2020 is been wrongly charged to me.
                            The said challan is raised aginst the heavy vehicle been driven in right lane (photo attached).
                            I do not own any heavy vehicle, however my car details i.e the vehicle number is mentioned in the challan.
                            Kindly look into the said issue and cancel the challan against my name.

                              I have been wrongly charge for traffic violation, it shows that motorbike with No. MHO2DF5745 has committed the offence and i have been change, this has happen twice, first challan was charge with Rs 500 and the second challan was charge with Rs 200 and both the picture which is shown in the challan show the same bike which has committed offence and I have scooter (activa) with no. plate with MH02DP5745.

                                I got message on 18 April 2019.
                                Maharashtra Police Traffic Br, Echallan# MUMCC[protected], Fee:200. For details mahatrafficechallan.gov.in. Pay within 15 days to Traffic Police or website.

                                The evidence provided shows a volkswagen polo car ( White Colour ) whereas I own a Maruti Dzire ( Gray Colour ) The registration number of the vehicle in picture is MH 01 BG 6224 & My car registration no is MH 01 BG 6554, So the images provided under my complaint easily shows it's not my car.

                                Hence request you kindly remove this wrong e challan from my vehicle registration number.

                                  We have office in Bharat Diamond Bourse BKC Bandra East . And we regularly Park our vehicle in Pay & Park in front of Asian Heart Hospital . But Because of BMC build Covid center on Pay & Park area we have to park our car on Road side along with Bharat Diamond Bourse compound which is allowed since 15 days but today traffice police send me E challan for Park in No Parking area E Challan NO: MUMCM[protected] at 11:29 Am and another E Challan No: MUMCM[protected] at 1:16 PM So 2 Echallan for same Parking vehicle in no parking Area . Which is not acceptable when our Pay & Park area is occupied for Civid Centre So I request for cancellation of Both Challan and We assure you as we get free Pay & Park area we will our Vehicle in parking area. Please do needful and replay asap

                                    Sir, it is very unfair that the traffic police has on purpose charged me with a fine higher than what it should be. According to the traffic police, i was not suppose to enter a road which he claims was one way, i was following the google map to get to a bank, and i should him that the map says to follow this road. So i spoke to him and he did not listen.

                                    He not only charged wrong entry but also INR 1000 for dangerous driving, i was at a speed of 20 and so slow and numerous bikes and autos took the same road and he only stopped my car.

                                    This is very unfair.
