Received e-challan on my mobile dated on 16/09/2020 at 00.17 mid-night.
E-challan no. Mumcc[protected], fine - 200/-. The challan photo contains a vehicle (Bolero pick-up van). Vehicle no - mh 02 rt 678.

I am owner of the bike no. Mh 02 et 6787. My mobile no.[protected]. Please make correction in your record.

There is too much of illegal parking on s.p. road, vaishali nagar, dahisar east, mumbai - 400068. the maximum vehicles parking done by reseller of second hand cars...they give us threatens that, you do whatever you want to do...you complaint anywhere...we don't care...

I woke up at 9.30 my bike was in my building parking i was on mobile giving my college viva exam at 10.30 i got a message regarding fine of not wearing helmet want to complain about this incident as the image which came on app was of royal Enfield and my bike is honda dio so it was a wrong challan on my bike number please see this issue the e challan number is mumcm[protected]

Myself nandkishor upadhyay. I'm complaining about wrong challan charged on my vehicle. Challan reason was reflactor was not there but that's wrong information. But already there was a reflactor. Few days ago only i have buy a this new mahindra pickup and every work is get done on vehicle start to end. I can't understand what was my mistake. Traffice policeman means to say there should be a red reflactor. Is there any new rules on reflactor?. If is there any new rule so how could we all should get to know about new rules. Below in photo i have given a proof of reflactor. So i'm requesting you please do something take some action and please solve my problem. Cause of lockdown i can't bear the as much charges. I don't even have as much income source in this days.

I am fined rs 1000 for overspeeding. Now let me explain my side
1. The allowed speed is 100 km/hr and my vehicle was moving at 107 km/hr. There was now sign of speed limit i saw. The signboard for speed limit should be such that it should be easily seen
2. Also when the road is empty overspeeding by 7 km/hr should be allowed by mumbai traffic police as driver cannot drive his car with such precision. My intension was never to break rules
3.in this covid times if you start implementing fines of rs 1000 for such small reasons there will be unrest in people

As per SMS received to me on dated 15th September 2020 From Maharashtra Traffic Police, it seems that wrong Traffic Challans updated against my Vehicle No. MH46AT5588 (Active 3G) which is not pertaining to my Vehicle and different person and different vehicle is shown in Images clearly.

Dear sir/mam,

I have to state that e-challan no. Mumcm[protected] dt. 27/06/2020 for rs. 200/- for my car reg. No. Hr-05-ab-7188 has been charged.
I am totally disagree with the challan as it can be seen in the image that there was traffic and i was driving the car & searching the way to move ahead other vehicles can also be seen in the image infront of my car. It seems a fully harassment of common public.

You are requested to cancel the e-challan imposed on me wrongly and take suitable action against the official who has initiated the wrong challan.

Today while returning from vasai to thane i was approached by a traffic police cop by the name “mr. Mohite” on the pretext of extorting money from me for travelling at a capacity of 5 persons. When asked about the city buses running on double capacity in retrospect he had no answer.
I have been helping my father and his collegues to return from work since there is no direct transport we have collectively helped each other so that everyone can work and make a living.
I had parked my vehicle on the side of the road so that my collegues could get down. This is when he approached me.
On confronting him he trash talked and asked me about my education. Also a advised me to keep my social service of helping people at home. I have a video proof of the confrontation as well. This cop out of revenge has later filed a wrong challan tnccm[protected]

Is this what cops have become now?
You either pay them or you will have to pay for the confrontation. This cops ego is beyond the roof. He will stoop down to any limit if things don’t go as per his directives.
I have provided a valid license and was wearing seatbelt too. He has even asked my father for his ex defence card.

What authority does he hold to ask a veteran his military card?
It’s incidents like these that bring our trust in the cops in question.

On sunday[protected] i had fine with rs 1000 for violating speed limit in mumbra bypass road speed limit is 30 and i was driving on 43.in genral how we can drive on highway at the speed of 30 n there was no sign board anywhere and road was too bad no with lots of holes so one one focus on that but for fine they come first

I own a car having regn no. Mh43bn2093.

Today i have received mahararashtra traffic police echallan no. Nvmcm[protected] with fine rs.500/- wrongly charged against my vehicle for not wearing helmet instead of two wheeler owner having regn no. Mh46bn2093.

Kindly rectify the mistake.

Some one took a picture of my car. I am dr ketki attached 2 hospitals-millat and ramkrishna mission hospital. My driver was inside the car - some cowardly person on motor bike took a picture while i had gone to visit an emergency in the building. These are testing times for doctors and this is how an cowardly act is done. The person could have requested my driver to move the car.

Today i got MSG from your site e- challan for parking vehicle in dangerous condition/causing obstruction to free flow of traffic but please check this not my vehicle .My vehicle is HONDA HORNET 160 and right my vehicle is in my home parking . Attached photo is Suzuki Access scooter in same no.

Kindly look at this issues in priority basis.

Received echallan no. Mumcm[protected] on 10-sep-20 13:10:00 for rs200/- for no parking offence.
Have attached the echallan screenshot and also the images in which there is an autorickshaw with the same number as shown in image 1 & 2 attached.
I own a hyundai creta mh02eu4359 and not autorickshaw.
Have attached registration card of my vehicle for your reference and picture of my vehicle.

Request to please cancel the wrong echallan.

The colour of my scooter is grey n in the picture it's blue. The scooter was parked at my residence at the time of the challan. Some else must have copied my number plate n misusing it.

Echallan received for line, the area it show the challan no one even follow the signal, traffic control is not there also no space to stand behind line since other vehical push you ahead, can we check jj and benhdi bazar for proper traffic rule, happy to pay of rule set is also applicable for everyone

They were charging on running car.
You can clearly see in the below image it is shown that the signal is over and all cars in image was running and they took pic of my car and submitted e challan to me.
Requesting you please revert this challan.

I own a maruti wagon r, the number is mh47 a 0573. This morning i received e challan no. Mumcc[protected] which is showing a fine of rs. 200/- i saw the violation detail images. I find that you have charged wrongly as i own a maruti car, while you have shown a bike. and the number is also different. You have shown in the image mh 47 s 0573. so i request you to solve this issue as soon as possible.

Dear Sir / Madam
I have been charged with a wrong challan no MUCCM[protected], against my vehicle no MH04 JV8071, which is registered as an Invalid Vehicle . The challan issued is for not wearing helmet and driving with out License.
I would like to clarify, that I am a Physically handicapped Person holding Driving License no MH04 [protected] DOI[protected] and valid till[protected]
Copies of DL and RC book attached for reference, also note, that the picture in challan is a two wheeler, with Registration which is different or some letters are missing.
