Today 19th august 2020, i have recieved e-challan of 1000 rs/- for date 18 august 2020, for location worli for time 13:09 pm but at that time i was in thane and i have attached the toll ticket of crossing toll naka and entering thane at 12:58 pm.

Kindly cancel the challan and reply me.
Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

I have received wrong e-challan for the activa scooty which is not mine & the number plate of the activa scooty is mh01 cb 8518 and my vehicle is taxi maruti suzuki eco no. Mh01 cv 8518. Because of lock down im not use my vehicle on road but by mistake i have received wrong challan.
I have attached the screenshot of the challan image for your reference.

Request you to please remove this challan from taxi vehicle.

MUMBAI TRAFFIC POLICE
WRONG TRAFFICE CHALLAN RECEVIED WHICH IS NOT MINE

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have received wrong e-challan dated 18 August 2020 AND Reference No. MUMCM[protected]for the active which is not mine plate of the bike is MH-03CA 2937 and my Vehicle is Honda Livo MH-03CA 2937. Because of lock down I am not use my vehicle on this road but by-mistake have received wrong challan of Rs.200/-, I have attached the screenshot of the challan image for your reference.

Request you to please remove this challan from Activa vehicle.

9/8/20 time 21:56 E=chalan no MUCCM[protected] and 15/8/20 time 20:38 E=chalan no MUMCM[protected] this two challan are wrongly charged to me and I check the no of the bike it is same of my bike but the bike is different My bike no is MH 01 CE 0495 the person is using my registered bike no on my name so please do the need full and i am providing my bike R c book photo copy and guy and his bike photo along with it

Mumcc[protected] was wrongly imposed to me. Challan was fined for "not stopping before stopline". The images attached in the web-portal is for two wheeler scooter with the same number of my car.
This is shocking and concerning to learn that my car vehicle number and two wheeler number is same. This is potential breach and violation.
Also, it is concerning to see that mumbai police has not verified the vehicle type before imposing the challan.
Please investigate how the two wheeler has been allotted same number of car.
I have paid the 200 inr for this. Please correct and refund me asap.

I have received e-challan for the bike which is not mine & the number plate of the bike is in marathi which is mh01 cn 3850 but it looks like mh01 3840 in english due to which challan came on my bike. I have attached the screenshot of the challan image for your reference.

It happened today at the lane from cooper hospital towards prime mall.
A lady stops her bike besides my car door so close that i can't open the door. I knocked to tell her to move the bike, but she ignores and goes behind my car to click a picture for echallan (Can be clearly seen in the image)
Next, i inform her that i've been sitting in the car and the parking lights are blinking, which means i'm waiting for someone in the car.
She refused to give any kind of reason or explanation
I asked her for her name or a badge, but she refuses to even share any kind of information about herself and rides away on her bike.
And for no reason, i've been given an e-challan.
Is this how a traffic cop is supposed to behave?
She was completely rude on her behaviour and refused to even share any details about herself.
She had even parked her bike in double parking and left it unattended in a no parking zone.
So not fair!

Today in the morning time i am going to office kalyan to bhiwandi through kongaon road, one police man force me to go through the bad condition road (Car) and if i cannot go he will challan my car i request him please allow me go straight road that road is new and good condition, he allow me the same but he also put challan of my car without any warning. I received the message for E Challan No NVMCM[protected] Dated 05.08.2020 that i violate traffic signal on 05.08.20 18:10, the
photo provided on website is not my CAR photo, also since
last three days, my CAR is standing in parking and today also it is
still in parking now.

Please check the Photo it is not my CAR Photo, the number of my
CAR is MH05-EA-9885 it is Grey Colour, and in photo it is showing white
colour CAR and model is also different. Please check.

I Have a two wheeler Honda Activa 3G consist Rc No MH04HK8447.I checked online with echallan number and download the pdf file and check my vehicle number was right on pdf file but, when i clicked on the evidence images was blurred not even identified by cleared number plate and vehicle was a Four Wheeler.

Also the said vehicle was parked infront of my Home all day.

You are requested to reverify the vehicle and cancel the above mentioned echallan no issued against my vehicle.

This is with reference to the challan number - MUMCM[protected]. I received this Echallan today at 2.47 pm. It is against vehicle number MH02FK0207 and violation date and time is 30-Jul-2020 at 14.46.

I believe there has been an error as I have not used my vehicle at the time of the challan, and the evidence provided shows a different vehicle as well as a different person riding the same. You can find that attached below as reference.

I am vipinkumar waghmare. I travelled on my bike to my hometown satara from andheri (W) mumbai, on 23rd march 2020 just before the lockdown started. Now i have been fined for parking my bike at a wrong place on 25th of april in wadala. I want to know if the bike was in satara which is around 300 kms away from mumbai, how can i be fined for parking in a wrong place??
I have ssen traffic police taking pictures of the vehicles but now i feel they take picturws and put fine on whichever date they want to. This is a dubious thing.

And then did not agree to his doing and came out of his car to fight with us and started breaking our glass and side glass of our car because in this time of pandemic we refused to get out of the car.
