I am complaining about unnecessary fine I didn't jump the single

As shown in the picture, this white big car is being parked right in the middle of the road 24 x 7 and is hardly ever moved. its causing traffic jams and a lot of inconvenience. this is on Malpa Dongri road (datta jagadamba mandir road), Andheri east, which is a very busy and narrow road. inspite of requesting multiple times, the owner isn't ready to move this car.
kindly do the needful.

I had parked my vehicle outside asmita School jogeshwari east on Sunday 3rd of July in an appropriate manner.. however I have been charged under sec 122 / 177 MVA.. my vehicle was neither causing obstruction nor inconvenience to public.. I had given a written request to mumbai traffic department through their official App.. however without giving any valid reason the request got declined..it's not the matter of rs 500.. it's about inconvenience and harassment to law abiding citizen.. request your help to dismiss the challan.. I am attaching both the image attached by traffic police along with challan which is slelf explanatory and doesn't prove anything

Banjaripada Goregaon east have more than 100 bikes parked and residents are unable to walk also

I had been charged of rs. 1500 of no parking under 122/177 mva on dt. 28th June 2022 at 4.45pm. And it was parked properly near the panvel railways station west area where there is no sign of board for No Parking.

Every year we come out with some new rules like on two wheeler pillion rider also has to wear an helmet which although is a good sign for the safety of the passenger but main point is there where to store the second helmet and most of the time we have to pick up our friends and relatives in middle of something and since they don't have an helmet so couldn't travel. But seeing the situation of the traffic in Mumbai helmet isn't required for pillion rider i guess. Maybe I am wrong but instead of this we should pay attention on signal jumping by two wheelers. Please think about this as it becomes very difficult for an middle class family as petrol prices have doubled up within two years. Also day by day traffic is getting worse in Mumbai City. To lessen this we should cut half the signals and Uturns as in highways. Also pillion rider helmet rule should be implemented only if rider travelling in highways

The owner himself was driving recklessly and made video of my vehicle and threaten me.

Wrong challan on my car of 1000 rupees of without helmet and police stop violation. That fine is of someone white activa. And that is my car registration number. Wrong challan on my car registration number. Please remove as possible.

Today I was travelling with my brother the traffic havaldar used harsh words and said he will not leave my vehicle If I'm not paying him 2000 and me and my brother gave him 2000 rupees and he not removed the fine amount from paying the fine from e challan app...how can they do this to us they are for our support he took money illegally and not removed my fine

There has always been heavy vehicles likes trucks and tempos parked at the entrance of society gate and shop even though it is no parking zone.This Vehicles are parked day and night at our entrance even though it is no parking zone and it is difficult for residents and pedestrian to walk as half the road is covered by them and no RTO officer takes any action against such illegal and dangerous parking.Request to take immediate action.Regards, Shakti Jadeja

And it was parked properly outside metro theatre on right side.

My name is Ranjith, working in bank of India walkeshwar branch, my bike no. MH01DU0681 as there is no parking at our branch premises we usually park at nearby residential apartment, yesterday I was charged 1500 rs for no parking under the sec 122/177 mva and my colleagues were charged 500rs only under the same section, on june 2nd also I was charged only 500rs for same no parking under the same section.
Why is this difference in amount for same section
So please update my challan to 500rs

I as an individual residence of the Maharashtra like to inform you that the new rule which is imposed among us is not right. The helmet compulsory to the passenger seat of bike is totally an ambiguous rule, because its not regular that passenger you carry on your bike is regular or fixed person, sometimes on the free road you might get any emergency causalities where you have to carry a person all of a certain. Then in this situation should we need to first carry that person or search for a helmet. As the person on the back seat of bike is not fixed then carrying an extra helmet every time is totally inconvenient. So I here to request you to drawback the new rule as soon as possible.

Challan with a fine of 500 rs issued today morning in Bandra West. We have not altered horn system of our car Venue and is same as whatever Hyundai has provided. Still we are fined for same. A traffic officer who was in hurry driving a two wheeler suddenly stopped aside. Came in front of our car in middle of road, clicked photo of our number plate and in hurry left on his two wheeler today morning in Bandra West. Before we could understand what is happening officer had already left. People surrounding were also astonished and surprised to see what's going on. After few minutes we got sms of fine and when latter got message of challan issued for Multi toned and shrill horn
We have not altered and violated our horn system and its same whatever default Hyundai has provided so we request to look into matter and wave our challan

I car driver in bandra east hit me with his car and i ask for apology for that he and her friend start fight with me car no mh04 ct 5308

Charges put on of hornking is wrongly charged near worli seaface
It was done by another car and charges r put on us . Kindly check n remove charges since it was not my mistake not I have not honked.
