Respected Sir/Madam,
I am getting challan messages for a different vehicle, and the thing is, I don't have any vehicle. The messages I am getting on my number is for different vehicle and person.
Kindly please deregister my number for the vehicle on my number. The challan no is 61592/MHBUL/07052022.
I am attaching the challan document for reference.

I have received an echallan on my number with reason written as police stop violation. Which I have not committed as per my knowledge.

I had stopped the my car below Kemps Corner flyover near the Maple showroom as the road was barricaded going towards North. However, as vehicles were going from the flyover I gently honked to draw attention of the police constable on duty to understand reasons for the blockade and so that I could decide whether I should use an alternative route.

That is when the officer (Ms Shaikh) rudely spoke to at me saying dont honk loudly and I then spoke to her to not speak rudely. She continued to be rude and I then asked her for her name ie to know the name of the officer who is speaking rudely. She gave me her name but without designation (PI, PSI, Senior Inspector, etc) despite me asking her for her designation. Even after the motorcade had passed I asked her for her designation and I was not given this and the officer walked away. As soon as I asked for her name, the echallan was issued indicating in my view a high handed attitude and misuse of her authority. Hence the issue is not any offence committed by me in my view but because I asked for her name that the same is issued to me.

It has never been explained to me what is the offence committed and I was not even given the opportunity to be heard.

I have to point out that the horn is a factory fitted horn so it cannot be loud and no decibel level was measured

In fact even while giving me her name the officer did so rudely. It is not clear from the photographs what is the offence and in one of the photos is is clear that the vehicle is stopped because there is a barricade put up. I have raised a grievance on the MTP app also but it has been rejected without giving any explanation. It seems the department does not want to explain itself to a citizen but is using a easy device to issue challans

MTP Colaba giving wrong challan purposely. They sent me an online challan of rs2000/- for which i was already charged for orther reason 3 years back. I had previous challan for line crossing and without helmet. The on duty 3star inspector charged me for the same with false charges. The police inspector didn't stop me even but he charged me for police stop violation. How can a person befined twice for the same image 3years back and on signal how can the police fine for stop violation

A chalan for not wearing white uniform in auto rickshaw(MH46BD4702) is mistakenly sent to my Activa's number plate(MH43BD4702)

Please resolve this. I am mistakenly punished for someone else's fault.

Challan No. MUMCM[protected] AND MUCCM[protected]. I am having an Activa scooter. But the challans issued are of a truck and that too issued at Kanjurmarg and Dadar. I have paid both challans. Respected Sir,
I am taking the reference of the Mumbai Traffic Police Challan No-MUMCM[protected] which was levied on my motorcycle by Traffic police officer MR NAIK for the violation that i have not conducted.
He interrupted me that i have broken the signal but when i take left to go towards andheri station the signal was green then also i obeyed the direction of officer and stopped my motorcycle.
Then also officer Mr Naik on duty at andheri Police station told me that new commissioner Sanjay Pandey Ji has given us target on daily basis to levy fine.
But why a innocent is punished in the matter.I told the officer that i will go to higher authorities for cancellation of this challan but then he told"Tere jaise 100 aate hai chal nikal"
I request you to inverstigate the matter and cancel my this violation challan which i have not done.
As soon as i got fine message i have uploaded the grievance on MTP app but here no solution is provided still now.
I request you to help me out and cancell this unlawful challan.

Dear Mum Traffic Police,
Please review the challan NVMCM[protected] for not stopping before the stop line, where the supporting shows that the stop line itself is not visible.

If you are expecting a driver to focus on searching on invisible stop lines on the road then this will definitely lead to accidents as it would take away the focus from other vehicles & pediatricians on road.

There is illegal parking in front of our building gates, Mostly after 6 pm in evening people visiting the wine shop next to our building park their cars in front of building gates and when they're asked to remove their vehicles, they start behaving in an arrogant manner. This is dangerous in case of any emergency in the building and also this is creating a problem for in-out of residents vehicles. Please take some urgent action.

Challan date 21 jan 2021. They issue wrong challan attached 2 fine in one challan for broken number plate and driving liecen not valid challan..but liecen was valid and police officer didt ask for liecen.they just put challan without asking.and aslo upload wrong name of driver without asking name.
requst to please clear that wrong fine. i am ready to pay broken no plate fine but please clear that wrong fine.

This is regarding reverse driving of tankers forcibily daily without permission of society.

For vehicle no. MH47AL4871 wrong challan (MUMCM[protected], MUMCM[protected], MUMCM[protected]) issued. Following are the proofs. 1. I shifted to Pune in Feb2021. 2. My vehicle is of dark grey colour while vehicle shown in attachments is of white colour. 3. Surely this is a case of duplicate no. plate. How is this possible? Following are attached pictures. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

For vehicle no. MH14 AL4871 Wrong challan ( MUMCM[protected], MUMCM[protected], MUMCM[protected]) issued. Following are proofs. 1. I shifted to Pune in Feb 2021. 2. My vehicle is of dark grey colour while vehicle shown in attachment is of white colour. 3. Surely it’s a case of duplicate number plate.How is it possible. Attached are the pictures and video. Dear Sir,

I, Mr. Kedar Sadashiv Palekar own a Honda Activa two wheeler having registeration number MH 02 FK 2116, bring to your notice that I have been issued the wrong challan for speed violation.

It is a wrong challan because the images that have been captured & shared on the challan are of a four wheeler having similar registeration number.

This has been occured earlier as well.

Please find attached below the challan and photo of the vehical recieved by me.

Further to inform you that Grievance request has been submitted against the wrong challan.

The reference number is PMCGR[protected] .

Requesting you to kindly acknowledge and cancel this challan against my 2 wheeler.

Since months the left turn joining to eastern expressway has been closed on Gandhi Nagar chowk coming from lbs marg (Gandhi nagar police chowky) because of which all cars and bikes need to take a detour of 5kms and 30minutes to take a u turn from iit powaii gate so as to join eastern expressway coming from Kanjurmarg. This is causing a lot of delay and money expenditure for people. On seeing it seems they have blockaded the road to keep pillar construction material and if it’s cleared a single lane can be opened to allow bikes and cars to pass. Please look into and allow a lane to be opened to save both time and money for people.
