Today i have got sms for echallan # mumcc[protected]. If i look at attachment, it looks like this is not me/nor my vehicle. My vehcle number is mh01cb5392; whereas attached image is for mh01cs5392

Additionally i am owner of white activa-i & this is not the case in this image. Can you please correct the same in your records?

As per details of challans on my vehicle have charged for speed voilation on 15/02/2019 but for you informationi had recently recieved my vehicle fittness certificate on 25/01/2019 which can't be done without fittings speed governor. So it is hardly possible that my vehicle can achieve a max speed of 75 kmph.

So plese go through the problem that how the peoples are cheated with digital system.

There’s a red maruti swift parked in our lane leaving no place for any other vehicle or person to move in and out. This is happening everyday with random cars getting parked right in middle of a narrow lane. The residents don’t even have place to walk. These people park cars and just leave and we don’t even know whom to call or address this issue to. We can’t go knocking on every shop and ask if the car belongs to them. Is it our job to go and find these people every time we want to take our vehicles out? My bike wouldn’t pass through the sides and i got hurt while trying to take my bike out of the cramped place

I would like to inform you that i have received a e-challan of someone else's vehicle on my registration number, please see through it, i own a bike and the evidence which i received is of some autorickshaw. The e - challan number is mtpchc[protected] and the evidence is enclosed below. I had even complained before on traffic police helpline but there was no resolution. Please help.

I was caught by cops today 9 may 2019 at kalewadi, lalbaug i stopped my bike near cop van removed my helmet to talk on phone. As i wear helmet cop called me asked for license and helmet. First i was forced to charged for helmet and then fine turn into no licence charge.
Why should i pay for wrong charges, even if i am having license and helmet with me?
Please kindly look into it.. And i won't be paying for this.

I, shweta naresh bhosale wanted you to inform about the incident that happened on 22 april 2019. My family and i took a taxi (Mh 12 aa 3333) from gate way of india for ghatkopar west. At about 6 pm we got into the taxi, at that time the taxi meter reading was acoordingly. As it was evening time the traffic was heavy but in about 10 mins the meter reading reached to 187 rupees. By the time we reached eastern express the meter went upto 692, as we reached till jagruti nagar metro station the fare was 810.

The distance from gate way of india to ghatkopar west is 26 kms and the receipt print from the taxi driver showed 50.9kms with an addition of wait time of 35 minutes. Usually it would maximum charge 400 but he took double the amount by fraud. I have tring too call the rto complain number since but no one has responded to the calls. I want you to look into the matter asap as he cheat many people like that.

I was caught by the cops at jvlr on 05/05/2019 even after having a helmet was forced to remove my helmet and take the photo and i have been charged for this. Kindly make a note i won't be paying the fine because even after i having a helmet was forced to remove and click the photo. Kindly look into this. I don't think it's my mistake i have been forced into this. I have attached a photo of me with my bike and helmet. The helmet there in the photo is in my hand as i had been asked to remove it and then the suddenly took my photo.

We are situated behind sidhi vinyak. Although there is "no entry", vehicles are entered and parked with the help of flower vendors, who are taking care of police duty personnel in charge of bit.
We can understand that its not possible for towing van to keep coming.
Pl install a camera and please start charging them having entered in no entry zone.
Also request you to please make odd and even parking in by-lane dutta raul marg, which is a very small lane and there is parking on both the side.

I called mtp and they gave me the location as nagpada. Please note that this is a wrong information because we live in dahisar and i have not even driven my car for the last few days and my car is parked in my society.
Also the images with the e challan are incorrect and not relevant at all. (Please see the attached photo)
I request you to please look into the matter and remove the wrong e challan issued on my motor vehicle.

I was charged for driving without license.
Although i have a learning license and on pillion seat a friend of mine was sitting with a valid driving license.
The image attached to it is also mine but still the echallan is wrong so i dont really have any clue about it.
I am ready to pay fine no issues what so ever

What should i do now?

I'm writing to you as i have received a sms for traffic violation. I went on the link provided and found that there are 2 echallans drawn against my vehicle (Mh-01-dg-4852). I have found both of these challans wrongly drawn against my name and request you to cancel the same. Below are the details of the 2 challans.

Challan no:1 - muccm[protected]

This challan was drawn on 23rd april 2019. I opened the challan and found that it was for travelling without helmet and when asked for license, it was not shown. There is an image in evidence which shows an unknow person and the vehicle is different. The vehicle no on the image is mh-01-dg-4052 which is not mine. I own mh-01-dg-4852 vehicle no. And its an avenger cruise 220 black color. I always where my helmet and so far never been stopped by a traffic police for any violations. I also have a valid license. As evidence i shall share the image that is uploaded in the echallan website.

Challan no:2 - mtpchm[protected]

This challan was drawn on 16th jan 2018. I opened the challan and found that its for police stop violation. I purchased my avenger bike in november 2018. Additionally the bike is registered on 27th november 2018. How is this challan drawn on 16th jan 2018 when the registeration was done on 27th november 2018? There is some error for this challan.

My vehicle registration nos mh03 ca 5443 received a wrong e challan mumcm[protected] yesterday i. E 30th april 2019 on sms. On checking further details, the challan dates to 26th april 2019: 19:46 with charges of 1200 which includes signal violation, without helmet and under age riding.
This is not correct as i was not riding on that day at all and i never ride without helmet anytime. I am not under age and my bike is not shared with anyone.
Most importantly the image attached to echallan is incorrect and not relevant, so i think this incorrect echallan of rs.1200/- be immediately taken off from my vehicle registration nos.

I received an e-challan MUCCM[protected] on dated 27-Apr-2019 12:35 against vehicle number MH02-FC-9348. With no evidence.

at time i am in the office and my bike in office parking . office in the office from 9.30am to 10.10pm. so how its is possible i am break a low . and i travel minimum 25km from my home ( Santacruz ) to Office ( Chembur) with helmet. echallan mention i am driving without helmet, is not possible .

So i request you please verify, and revers the challan .

Kindly note after downloading the provided photos we saw that the offence vehicle number is mh04-jc-7015 (Which is not my vehicle); hence you are requested to reverse the penalty order

The following e-challan is incorrectly attached to my vehicle. I have an honda activa het (Mh03 bv 6088). The vehicle in evidence is a motorcycle of different model. Please resolve this issue.

I've been fined for parking, i don't understand what was wrong in parking. I don't mind to pay fine but there are like thousands of people every day in market parking like this. Parking for 2 mins to buy vegetables and you are fined.

I'm fined for parking vehicle in dangerous condition which was totally wrong, it was on side and was not blocking or disturbing anyone near by.

Traffic was also not caused due to this.

On 20th april... I came out from cooper hospital with my vehicle.. Wagon r & was waiting at the cooper signal to take right turn at irla signal. The car behind me.. Wolkswagen mh02cz1983... Pushed me badly at the signal.

When i got asked him... What have u done.. He started saying arrogantly... Hua kya hai... Was not ready to accept n spoke very badly. His push damaged my car but he didnt accept it at all... Kuch nahi hua. I told him to come to police station.. He was initially rady.. Then he refused.

He was very arrogant n also damaged car... Was not ready to accept when i told him to put his hand on ganesh idol.. Which was in his car.
