This is to bring to your notice that my car mh04hx2979 has been parked outside my building from past 2 months and today suddenly i am receiving fine for it

There are two issues in this

1. There is sign board
2. 24x7 there auto rickshaws parked on both side of lane

Request you to either prove that rickshaws are charged too and i will pay my fine and will never park there or kindly withdraw your challan to me.

Need your support and revert on same or do i have to get in touch with you on twitter with photos and proofs.

I am law abiding citizen and will support you in right but you charging me wrongly and leaving others id not right doing from police.

I was fined twice for parking at the same place. Also i had my aged mother and kids sitting in the car. They could not come out due to more walking distance. Then too i was fined twice. Challan numbers mumcm[protected] and mumcm[protected]. Request you to withdraw challan for inr 400 since i have been fined for the same parking area. Hence kindly request you to check the same.

Today i recieved message saying i have got a echallan and need to pay 700 (For mh03*1150 mobile no. [protected]) within 15 days. So i checked the mtp app it says - no helmet and manual signal violation... There is no evidence nothing and i have been charged for 700 on my vehical no.
This is so unfair for a person who is not aware of any such situation and he is charged for 700 for no reason.
I request you to kindly remove the chalan.

On the afternoon of 19 May, 2019 I received a notification about e-challan for previous day 18th May, 2019. The reason cited was Parked in No Parking spot. The vehicle was never stopped where the picture was taken. The picture itself is extremely blurred and the license plate number cannot be made out. My e-challan number is MUMCM[protected].
I did notice a traffic police officer trying to take a picture of a moving truck and my vehicle was passing alongside said moving truck. But the e-challan was issued for my running vehicle (Auto-rickshaw). Please look in to the matter.

Wrong e-challan MUMCM[protected] issued against my CAR instead of some other two wheeler.

I was received e-challan for the date of 10-May-2019 20:40 for "Parking where prohibited" but the image attached is not of my vehicle.

Challan attached Image is for two wheeler (Activa) with number MH01 AW 1707.
and I have four wheeler (CAR) with number MH01 AV 1707. (Attached photo for same.)

So please correct the challan, kindly do the needful and revert back against my CAR.

I was very surprised to receive a challan today. For parking attack place where i had parked my vehicle for just 10 minutes to drop my child for class. The entire stretch of that road does not have a no parking board so how is that i have been personalized? I have taken a video of that stretch as proof as well. Please look into this as i have been unfairly penalized without breaking any law.

I would like to dispute this echallan - mumcm[protected]. Ive been charged for no helmet, wrong side driving and manual violation (Dont even know what that is). From the pictures you can clearly see that i i am checking my bike for tyre pressure and dents. Now why would i wear a helmet for that. The pictures are stationary and i am not riding neither there is a valid driving license upload because no communication happened. Kindly withdraw this charge. I am a working person and this is a steep amount with no fault of mine. There seems to be some misunderstanding. I hope for a positive response. I have faith in the system. Thank you.

It is a daily issue faced by residents and pedestrians. The vehicles go on the one way and no entry roads on akurli road and ashok nagar in kandivali east. The road towards kandivali east station is no entry but still sharing auto wallas drive in full speed in one entry. Very high risk of road accidents. Impossible for people to cross the road. There is an urgent need for traffic police men at 2 places in the same area. 2 junctions. Request urgent action

I am writing this in context of false allegations and fake challan created by traffic police.

We were stopped by a police cop on the bridge while driving on flyover at ghodbandr road.
The pictures shown are of car at rest position where we provided the police officer all necessary documents like driving licence, p. U. C and insurance.

Post showing all documents he demanded rs.1700 for signal jumping which we did not jump and passed following all rules.

Upon denial of bribe he took photos of car and uploaded them.

We need justification and cctv footage of signal jumping as told by him.

Also it was a high traffic area, question of rash driving does not rise.

Such men are shame to the maharashtra police force.
We do not intend to pay challan untill all questions are answered with proofs.

This fine of no helmet has been charged in market it's a normal road where there is no need of helmet or it's not a highway to wear helemet
And it is a nagar nigum road, or normal market road, tagore nagar vokhroli east.
My fine has been charged enforcement so please remove my all fine

The challan does not have any credibility since the image in the evidence is only of the car and not the area around the car. Also the challan does not specify the area or place where such image was taken. This is very unjust against the local commutator since we’re stopped and asked for the payment. Why should we pay for something which is not at all prohibited. The image must have clicked in traffic. The photo does not show any no parking sign. Kindly remove the above challan

I am charged the wrong e-challan of rs.200

I am wrongly being charged the e-challan of rs. 200 dated 23/03/19 for halting ahed of white line at traffic signal. It is absolutely false allegation as the vehicle shown in the picture does not belong to the me. My challan number is mumcc[protected]. I request that please sort out the issue at the earliest.

This is with regards to one of the traffic fines that was pressed on me on the 12th of may 2019 at 20.59 pm (Sunday) at andheri (East) near bahar signal.

I was in the car waiting and the car engine too was on. I waited at that spot for a maximum of 7 minutes, while i just halted one of your on duty officer approached me and asked me if i was moving or not requested. Him that i will move since i was waiting for a friend. He acknowledged and said ok. The moment i left he put this fine. My dispute is if he would have asked me to move from that spot i probably wouldn't have waited there and could have avoided this fine. But since he was ok i waited post his permission. So why did he put this fine is my humble query.

I expect you to do justice and help.

Dear sir,
As a resident of mahim, mumbai we having a problem of parking in our area without any reasons getting a couple of fines in a same day and got my car lock on a spot, no officer giving a good response. I am parking my car more than a decades at same place i am facing this problem since 2yrs. Every month i am getting fined not only me our neighbour also facing same thing. The officers are not doing their proper job they are miss using their own power against us.
We request you to please look into this matter and help is regarding the parking issue.

I am anjani singh from nagpur, maharashtra, my mobile no is.[protected] yesterday evening arround 7pm at wadi t. Point 2 traffic pollice stop my pleasure scooty and ask me to show driving licence the they take my driving licence and then raised suddenly challan against me i have video evidence against him i request you to take action against him.

I recd. The notice to pay the pending challans for my vehicle no. Mh01cp7891/chasis no. — 3860 just before 2 days.
I fail to under stand as to how the demand is raised suddenly for the fllowing at this time?

I would like to inform you that i have received a e-challan of someone else's vehicle on my registration number, please see through it, i own a bike passion pro and the evidence which i received is of some scooty. The e - challan and the evidence is enclosed below. I had even complained before on traffic police helpline but there was no resolution. Please help.

I have also attached picture of my bike's number plate.

Of 7th may 2019 at 19:52, at mentioned date and time i was at home (Car was parked in our society), also evidance image is not clear. So let me know the details of signal location.
I tried the numbers provided on website but they were not valid.
I think the challan is incorrect.
Please do the needful.

Today morning 11.25 am on mulund check naka west traffic police stop me, i have helmet in my hand.
I requested police and said i have certain issue with my right ear, currently forming pulse in that. I have apportionment with dr. Also i have certificate. But they force me to pay penalty for non wearing helmet of rs.500 refused my request also non cot co-operative directly taking photos.
After some time one of that police man driving mulund mobile van no 5 without seat belt when i take objections and inform mulund west police station, why there is different rules for police and normal public on of police man said that police have more duties bcoz of that they forgot some time to wear helmet and seat belt. My quation is that, as normal india citizens, is i don't have any problem or is rules only for normal public or police is super hero accident won't hapen with them? After giving right proof still i penalized for rs.500 wich was my hard earn money, cam i get back my hard earn money or they is no rights for normal indian citizen?

I have received a wrong echallan on my mobile phone.
The challan contains proof image of a car mh01de* and i do not own that car. My vehicle is a bike mh01d#.
The last 4 digits of the registration number are same that i am hiding for security purposes.
Kindly check the echallan number from the attachment and rectify the mistake.
