We would like to inform you the plight of mumbai citizens due to violation of the traffic rules in malad west, liberty garden area.
There are allot of violations of the one way rule on the road connecting liberty garden and malad station.
It has become common that the one way roads in malad west are used as 2 ways because there is no police official to fine and inforce the rule. This causes allot of inconvenience...

I have wrongly been charged for violating traffic rules, i haven't violated any rules as of today. Is there a way i could see where did this violation happened? Any video footage of this happening?? I know i haven't violated any traffic rules.

I got an SMS on 25th may asking me to pay for traffic violation with above echallan # for overstepping /halting my vehicle ahead of white lines at signal on 24May 2019 around 4:47 PM IST.

Now below are the most bizzare facts to counter this false claim.

1) I had not taken my vehicle out the entire day on 24th May. ON the said date and time, I was at home.

On 25/5/19, i've been wrongly charged of echallan#mumcm[protected], for parking where prohibited. There's no no parking sign anywhere. I spoke to the sari shop in front of which i parked and the person there told me it is parking. Car is not parked anywhere close to the curb and is very close to the footpath not blocking the road. Today date 22.05.2019 at 10.20am kurla station west auto parking with two line and no space for walking as well as moving private vehicle also block space for moving out from station to bus depot. When oppose this situation at the time duty officer threaten to us and also use bad word.
