I am travelling by auto no mh02dk6786 from goregaon-w station to motilal nagar -2 on link road by sharing auto.
1) in auto 4 person are sitting. Infact for motilal nagar they are having standard of 4 person sitting. 3back seat - one at driver seat.
2) very rash driving. Infact i have shouted him to drive safely.
3) 2 signal both are broken by driver. A) at sv road - jawahar nagar b) at link road.

I'm a well obident citizen of india and pay my tax on time.
Then please let me know why every day i have to face traffic jam on chembur bridge... I do understand there bridge construction working going on... But can someone use there brain for not digging up the road connecting to it... And even if it's so important can it happen in super fast track... All my life i have seen chembur roads dig up... And unnecessary traffic jams.

I want to highlight the incident what happened with me and need the action on this auto driver so that he should not act again like this.

Today i was just walking through footpath of connected oshiwara link road. This auto driver had come from my back driving his auto from wrong route. He had not only brushed my left elbow but brushed from middle and back of the auto vehicle. Luckily nothing serious had happened to me. But on questioning he had not admitted his mistake, behaved very arrogantly. He was not accepting that he was driving from wrong route.

I am a law abiding citizen and careful driver. I received above mentioned challan on my mobile on 15th nov 17. Which i paid thru credit card on 20th nov.
I would like to know where i crossed the white line as per challan and time.
I will be obliged to get info and correct myself in future to avoid taxing you with my mistakes and challan.
I would like to see video clip of my mistake of crossing the white line.

Local residents are really feeling up with issues att parel tank road, near tata colony, parel village, mumbai. 33

Vehicle cleaner are using foot path and half side area on this street. People are facing and scarry to use this street to walk on same..

Kindly do needful to fully stop such things on street and please make road available to people to use easily...

I am chetan darji working here at mumbai chatrapati shivaji international airport. I want to share one incident which was happened today dated on 23rd nov 2017. While coming towords domestic airport i took auto from vileparle railway station and during driving the driver was so rude, he was not ready to come by meter and drove auto very fast not even stop on any bumppuers also & when we reached on western express highway, he said he would not come to airport and he would drop me at near taj hotel and started arguing with me but still he was not ready to drop me at airport and took me to the taj hotel vileparle and demanded 50/rs instead of meter charges 20/rs and after i got down from auto he abuse and asked me to fight with me him, and he told me to do wherever i can.
Please look into the matter seriously.

As there is a school nearby many school kids are passing by the bikes are parked in such a dangerous way that there can be any accident happening in near future
Request you to take a action against this as there is no space to walk on footpath

Sir,
1. I am residing at shree shirsat apartment, kale marg, bail bazar, old kurla west, mumbai 70, for past over 26 years along with my family members consisting of my aged parents, wife and an 8 year old son. I am a practising advocate by profession and practising for last over 17 years.
2. I am constrained to bring to your notice issue about the unauthorised parking and the public nuisance which is going on the public road adjacent to my house.
3. My house is situated near the sheetal talav near jogging track. The abovementioned public road which passes across my house connects the andheri - kurla road. The said road is a public road as approved by the b. M. C. Since the road connects to the jogging track, there is a continuous shift of people on the said public road. The trouble that we are facing is that there are several unidentified two wheelers which are being parked outside the gate of my house. Anonymous people just randomly park their bikes and go away for several hours and sometimes for days together. Due to the space constraint and improper parking by anonymous people, we have been facing huge problems while removing our cars. We own two cars. If we have to remove the second car we have to initially drive out either one of the cars and then remove the other. But, due to this unauthorised and illegal parking it has been causing huge inconvenience to us. Every time the bikes are parked, we have to manoeuvre them away so that our car can be driven inside our gate. Apart from my personal inconvenience, the passer byes also find it difficult to walk through due to the parking of bikes. I am also given to understand that some bikes which are parked for days together are involved in some offences, although i do not have any personal knowledge about it.
4. However this is not the only issue with these bikes parked. The two wheelers which are perennially parked by unknown people has also become a hub for drunkards and drug addicts. Quite often several groups of persons sit on the bikes which are parked and consume liquor. The near-by residents have often told these persons to not to sit there and carry on their activities, but they do not relent and are up for quarrels and fights.
5. The said parking of bikes has also become a heaven for the couples who sit on the bikes and carry on their obscene activities. Needless to mention that there are several children who play there and therefore such unwanted activities should be immediately curbed.
6. The illegal parking has also become a source of nuisance for the neighbourhood and the people who stroll around. I have clicked the pictures also which i can produce if need be.
7. You are therefore requested to look in to the matter and take serious steps towards curbing the nuisance which is prevailing and ensure that no such two wheelers/ bicycles are parked on the said public road. I may also request you to kindly put up a board of “ no parking” so that the persons are deterred from parking.

There are a group of bikers, who drive at high speed with lot of noise and modified silencers, causing nuisance in the residential area. The are is comprised of senior citizens, and also has a school, but the bikers are unmindful of the same and drive the bikes causing huge noise and absolute nuisance. They drive the bike even at midnight, and during school hours.
This area is near sies school, jagdusha nagar, and even complaints to the school authorities have fallen on deaf ears.
Hope the authorities do something and find a solution.

This is with regards to the road which passes from nargis dutt road towards the reclamation signal leading to mahim or bandra (East). While this is supposed to be 2 way road but with the amount and the length of encroachments done by the slums out there, has made this road very narrow and smaller than a one way. During the evening it gets very difficult to drive and walk on these roads with children and people all of whom are playing in the middle of the road. They have occupied the entire road. We have huge best buses and being the main road for traffic to move towards bandra, it shocking that it date nothing has been done to make this road two way and smooth for travel. I have written tot he corporator but no use and nobody doing anything on this.

I would now urge you to kindly inspect this road in the evening and check what is the safety of people driving past this road.

Dear sir/madam,

We residents of green park, old nagardas road, near nd bhuta high school, mumbai-400069 are facing serious issue of illegal parking of auto rickshaw/ van/scrap dealer cars/car/bikes in front of our society compund wall. We have a narrow road in front but due to exessive parking there is no place to get an ambulance or fire brigade to enter in society due to illegal parking.
Please make this lane a silence zone and a no parking board with fine.

This is to inform you that we have noticed illegal sharing auto rickshaw operation during day and night from jogeshwari (West) railway station to behrambaug jogeshwari (West), these auto rickshaw drivers always carry more then 5+1 passengers in their auto rickshaws, they all have their headlights/side lights and meters broken, they drive recklessly and they don't even have proper auto rickshaw badges and uniform.
They also drive from wrong side when their is traffic on the other side with 5 to 6 passengers loaded in to it without caring about the pedestrians, sometime they cause accidents and also get in to fights with the pedestrians.
Verbal complains have been made to local police stations but no action is been taken so far,
Hope this matter will be considered urgent and appropriate steps or action will be taken against these goons for the safety of the public.

I have been given a e challan on 28th may 2017 my vehicle is mho2bt1997 which is chevrolet uva blue color but in the evidence it is clear that the vehicle is either honda or hyundai that also white color whose number plate is unclear. This is a case of wrong identification because it is not my vehicle so please reverse charges and cancel challan thank you

In order to make improvement in traffic system i urge following :
1. Make functioning of all indicators, brake lights, head lights compulsory.
2. Police should have surprise checks of all govt, public. Private vehicles.
3. Every vehicle to show indicator before turning or else pay fine.
4. Number plates should be standardized and no fancy plates allowed.
5. While parking on expressways or highways etc vehicles must use both side indicators.
6. Heavy penalty should be imposed by police for not giving indicators.
7. Vehicles not having proper functioning of all lights must not be allowed to pass through expressway / highways.

There is two side parking, by mostly taxi operators, at our lane. Despite having the poles clearly stating odd/even days for parking, these taxi operators park their taxis on both sides of the lane & congest the already narrow lane. All my complaints to the traffic helpline has not yielded any results. The address is: new shirin talkies lane, jacob circle post office lane, kk marg, jacob circle, saat rasta, mahalaxmi, mumbai-11

There is illegal parking being done daily at the following address : road in fron of arjun smruti chs., shastri nagar, near link road, goregaon west. Till date twice the fire brigade van could not pass through this road because of such parking. Also in emergency any ambulance cannot come in the building. Moreover this vehicles do not belong to any of the people in the same society.

Location - outside lane of neelsagar building, bandra reclamation, mumbai)

There are 3 cars parked from last more than 6months on same spot and one without any number plate. It is risky from security point of view too. This is causing serious problems (Eg people are not getting parking, beggers, addicts might use for some illegal activities, n mosquitoe breeding due to lot of dirtyness underneath the car)
It's surprisingly no traffic towing van observed these 3 to 4 cars parked from so many months!

Every morning some taxis stand in the no parking zone at valencia building bhakti park for hrs from morning 7 am to 10 am till security comes even then they dnt leave this place making alot of noise n their behaviour is unruly taxis no mh 03 at 2559 already caught before but still this taxi comes n stands in no parking n all other taxis 2716, 0553 etc pls look into this asap thanks

I am highly disappointed by mumbai traffic police.. I am from delhi and travelled to mumbai on 8th nov to see my ailing father in law. I took my brother in law's car to visit hospital in south mumbai. I was driving with my wife and child.. I don't know the place but it was somewhere between prabhadevi and south mumbai where this traffic hawaldar along with his 2 colleagues stopped me at secluded place and told me that i crossed paedistrians red light. I said the guy that i don't think so.. But from the biggining he threatend me that the voilation will cost me 1500/- and to escape i should give him 500/-. Being a law abide citizen i said him that m ready to pay against the violation and i know this violation is eligible for fine not more than 100/-. I told him that i am with my wife and child so pls don't harass me but he didn't gave any heed to my request and threatened to take me to police station.
I asked him about his name which he tried to hide which is against law. I saw no police men was bearing name batch which is against law.. What a shame for mumbai traffic police.. What the higher authorities are seeing.. Mumbai is not a small town.. It is financial capital.. On my repeated insist he casually told i am pawar.. He keeps on wearing helmet.. It gives me impression that this guy pawar is very corrupt guy who used to extort money from innocent public that's why he has taken full safety measure to hide his identity and escape from any video recording. To reach hospital i had ultimately paid bribe of 200/- in broad day light to these sarkari gundas.. I request jcp amitesh thakur to take strict action against all such officials. I also want to share one more very shame full thing emerged from this episode. This so called pawar even used marathi manoos factor and abused me with north indian remark which shocked me that how these guys forget being an indian rather they are differentiating on regional basis.. Inka bas chale to kashmir ki tarah maharashtra ki alag desh ki mang karne lagenge.. I only saw these marathi manoos factor prevailed in mumbai in news but felt this abuse my self during my recent mumbai visit.. Shame on these so called sarkari guys.. They are maligning the reputation of other wise nice city like mumbai.
