This happened at the inorbit mall signal. Me and my friend were travelling. A guy travelling behind by car number mh01by7066 (Bmc tag), kept honking. Upon just looking back to identify and find out as to why he is honking at the signal, he exited his car, and started threatening my friend, calling him names in marathi (Out of which we could only make out the word 'mother'). He tried attacking my friend, safely thwarted by my friend. After he left, still stuck at the signal, i exited the car to ask him what his problem was. He ignored the appeal and refused to acknowledge a peaceful conversation. Instead just kept honking.

This is to bring to your notice that icici and yes bank employees are parking their cars on footpath leaving no way for pedestrians to walk. Their offices at located at matunga west just a few distance away from railway station. One car whose number is mh 02 0019 which belongs to icici employee is always parked on footpaths. Request you to kindly look into the matter

Reveived an echallan for vehicle mh04hf8621. The vehicle in the picture is not mine and is a same like number mh04hf8521. The officer might have made a mistake in the entry thus i received the echallan for my car. On15th jan full day i was at home only
So how it possible
So plzz cancel my e challan for my car

This is regarding e-challan number mtpchc[protected]. The vehicle number mentioned is not registered against my name and i didn’t have any violation of such rule of overspeeding and nothing had been registered by any policeman in person, why am i getting such message.
The issue is not appreciated. Mumbai traffic police for being such a renowned a organisation shall look into such matters seriously.

I am ajinkya pandharkar, owner of vehicle mh15 dc9327 (Maroon wagon r in name of my mother hema pandharkar). I just got a challan for overspeeding on western express highway on 14th jan 2018 (Complaint no mtpchc[protected]). The photo is of a white honda city wrongly showing my number on number plate. I was in nashik on said date.

Please register a complaint for this and reverse my fine

Sir am submitting online complaint through mail, what’s app to mtp since june 2017 regarding noise nuisance due to musical pressure horn (Which is banned by mtp) honking by auto no. Mh-02-ta-1121 of borivali east, daulat nagar area. The authority concerned have not taken action till date even after 9 months of series of complaints by myself.

This is my commercial vehicle driven by my driver, today it was brought to drivers notice by a traffic cop that there are overspending challans pending on the car, all the overspending challans are for worli sea link where majority of the cars are driven fast as the sea link is meant for faster communication. Fine has been imposed for speed of 86km/h which is fine on worli sea link as it has broad road and ample of lanes and good quality of road.
I should have been notified at the first instance by sms or e-mail or mail about the violence so that i could have instructed my driver bout the same but no notification was been sent by your end and i would like to dispute these fines and refuse to pay the same.. Would need the charges to be reversed.

In the no parking at valencia bhakti park these 2 main taxiwallad mh 03 at 2599 n mh 03 at 0553 stand from morning in the no parking instegatong othet taxis to dtand here and ogle at woman mainly children who go to school iland owner n traffic police earlier beign warned n i have given many a complaints but they still tirn up in the no parking and this menace is going on for a long pls stop this many a times all building tesidents have complainef n signed but menace continues pls stop this

I booked a taxi on 31/12/2017 at dadar railway station east to kandivali west, he fixed the fare as rs.1000/-. On reaching the destination, he was paid with 2 rs.500/- notes, he switched one note for rs.100/- and said that he got only rs.600/-. He took additional rs.400/- payment.
This is cheating. The taxi no is mh01cj5746.

Please book him. Also why is the prepaid booth at dadar closed. This was very convenient for travellers, now because of no prepaid booth the passengers are being fleeced by the taxi drivers.

Please take action.

Usually, i commute to my office by public transport. But on 04/01/2018 i travelled to my office on my activa as had to give it for servicing. I am the person who like to follow all the rules and regulations while driving. Till date i have never jumped any signal. On 04/01/2018 on my way back couple of mtp constables sidelined me at mahim church signal and the reason they told me that i jumped the signal and asked me what to do. Even i was wondering how is it possible that i jumped the signal but they asked me what to do.in order to avoid any argument i told them levy the applicable charge as i am against giving cash for settlement (Bribe). They issued the challan on my mtp app which i a paid the very next day. But while making the payment i realized that it is a free left turn at the mahim church signal while coming from bandra. It means this is scam which mumbai traffic police have taken in their hands to cheat the honest citizens. I always trusted them and always told the young generation in the family to follow rules and trust mtp. But now i have lost trust. Unneccessary there is an offence registered against my vehicle and license. These cops should be punished.

E-challan no. Mtpchc[protected] offence date:[protected] for vehicle no. Mh01bb7376 for rs.1000/- for speed driving was wrongly issued in my name. However, the image shows the vehicle no. As mh01bb7378, which does not belong to me. Thus, challan was issued wrongly on my vehicle number.
I had not taken out my vehicle on that day.
Please rectify and withdraw the challan.

Signal at junction of mith chowki in malad west link road is always handled manually by traffic police on duty. Due to this there is always heavy traffic on this signal. May times ambulance also get held in the traffic for longer time.

Whenever the signal operate traumatically the traffic is very smooth.

Can you check why everyday signal is operated manually? Can this be handled automatically.

Today i received message stating that speed voilation from driver. Challan no :- mtpchc[protected]. The fact is my car is in l & t bank (Kurla) custody from last 3 weeks. I have proof also for the same. My car number is mh - 01-bf-5235. The colour of the car is also not correct which is in photo. My car colour is silver and model is ertiga. Kindly investigate for the same. Rajveer is the concern person from l & t finance company and his number is [protected]. One more person by the name of sameer is follow up with me for selling the car and his number is [protected].
My car number is mh - 01-bf-5235 and in the photo car number is mh - 01-bf-5238. I will not pay the fine amount as i am not using the car.
Requesting you to withdraw the challan for my car and punish to the correct person.

E challan mtpchc[protected] has been generated for overspeeding on eeh. Challan was generated at 6 30 pm for overspeeding of vehicle to 108 kmph on tuesday which was working day when there is a lot of congestion on eeh. Also i have merged on eeh near kanjur then how could a vehicle reach 108 kmph speed within such short distance. Even though i am ready to pay fine if the in detail proof is provided for this. I do not produce any proof to prove me innocent but just a screenshot won't give justice for such a huge fine.

Regarding e challan of my vehicle mh02dz3795. Multiple wrong fines are present in my name.

1) no parking offence @ 19:24:50 - rs 200 (Challan no moff[protected]) & @ 19:25:31 - rs 200 (Challan no mtpchm[protected]). There is no evidence in both the challans. How can i have two no parkings at the same time (7-24 pm & 7-25 pm)! Atleast evidence for one no parking should be provided.

2) challan no : mtpchm[protected] - fine rs 400 for signal jumping & police stop violation. No evidence provided.

Please help in resolution.

I am a resident of ranade road (From gold rush hotel towards cadel road), dadar west. Today traffic police declared that from gokhale road cross road towards cadel road has made one way and due to metro work all traffic from gokhale road will be diverted from here and hence parking on this road is prohibited. If parked police will tow our vehicles.

Mostly there are old buildings on this road which does not have parking facility. We park our vehicles on the road. With this rule where should we park our vehicles? On the other hand if we park in adjacent lanes citizens of that lane purposely damage our vehicles.

Please let us know what should we done in this scenario.

There's hell of a traffic here everyday 😤 situation is worst, if someone requires emergency care it's practically impossible for them to reach on time. Regular traffic haults lead to severe inconvenience. It takes on an average about 50 minutes to reach kamani starting from jari mari which is not more than a 10-15 walking distance. Some stringent actions must be taken to tackle this and as soon as possible. Kindly do the needful. Please🙏

I have been issued a e challan no mtpchm[protected] for parking at no parking. First of all the place is not mention in the e challan.. After going through pictures and date of e challan i could guess the place is worli, store of elite living. The car was parked by staff of the elite living and we were told that its a valet parking. We should no be charged for the mistake of store as we don't have any control if our car is park in valet parking and they park it to no parking. Please let me know the provisions in this circumstances and reverse the charges.

Request you to help me kindly discard and vanish this penalty because no such violation was committed by me.

I the undersigned mr. Bipin dewani a senior citizen living on n. S. Road-5, vile parle (W), wish to express my severe concern on behalf of all the building situated at n. S. Road-5 and narsee monjee street.

We have made several complaints about private taxis, rickshaw parking through out the day and night at the road side and junctions.

In juhu vile parle scheme, there is hardly a space for the residents for parking their own car due to shortage or non availability of parking in the building premises.

The drivers of private taxis and rickshaws are parking their vehicles for whole night or permanent parking for many days. Some of them consumes alcohol and make too much noise. Sometimes they allow passenger to use their vehicle for sexual purposes too with the girls or ladies.

We can find the vehicles registered as mh-43, 47, 48 also parked in the mh-02 zone related to juhu scheme.

We have many times lodged the complaints to local police station who says this job is related to rto.

We pray for a need to have a strict supervision and towing such taxis and rickshaw so as to restrict this practice.

We the residents are all united and register this complaint to proceed further to take actions.

We all are ready to pay for the fixed parking as "parking only for residents".
