Today my car was towed away from malad west, is was surprised to know that they charged 670/- for no parking and towing vehicle as all papers were in proper
But this is my sincere request how can it be so much of fine, this is 2 weeks gas for me. Tell me where to park on marc’s road
All ever you put no parking so should we take vehicle or no?

This is not fare for any mumbaikars pls check it is fine amjad gone up or i was over charge???

My driver was caught for drink and drive case at bandra and the time was almost 12:30am.
The payment was done by cash which was 2200, but i dont have the receipt of the chalan the driver took it from the police.
I checked the mtp app for my chalan payment and now it is showing unpaid.
Pls help me.
I dont have the receipt with me my driver.

Pls do let me know what should i do.

For about a month the a arey road is closed and thus the entire traffic is now in to jvlr.
Earlier i used to send an average 50 mins in morning and 1 hr 15 min in tge evening to commute (Thakur village my home to seepz my office).
Now i am spending almost 2hr in morning and 3 hrs in the evening (I commute by my own car).
Please do some thing here.
Atleast can we not adjust the signal timing at some key areas and also work on the gutters/potholes, till arey re opens so that there will be some relief.
Also a arey work to be done on topmost priority.
I would request the authority to travel and experience the difficulties once.
Please so some thing on top most priority.

I was fined for driving on in no entry on 13/7/2017, within a week i paid the fine in cash as officer had taken my licence on 13/7/2017.

He didn't provide me any receipt saying that they dint have cash receipt book at that time and as it was my forth round to the rto station (Santacurz east) and was getting late to offcie (Because i visited in lunch brk).

As i have already paid the fine. Please remove that entry.

Since last 10 days, jvlr has become a nightmare at any given time of the day. Civilians are facing so many difficulties. There is no other option then jvlr from east to west on this side. Andheri, jogeshwari, goregaon all area people using single road only for commuting from eastern to western line. Is this kind of a joke? Is our infrastructure this much poor? I hope this complaint won’t prove to be a saying in deaf ears. Immediate action needs to be taken. It is high time. I stay in oberoi splendor, jvlr.

There is alot of traffic on the jvlr road conauming almost 3 hrs for is mumabikars to get outta ofthe traafic on a daily basis since rumored that the aarey raod is closed.

Request you to please find an alternative to manage this traffic.. As it wastes a lot of tyn for us mumbaikars as u know time is money.

With a hope that this request wouldbe considered and worked upon.

I have been receiving echallan (Fines) messages from mumbai traffic police since last sunday. Till now i have received 4 messages. Following are the e-challan nos

3. Mtpchc[protected]- rs.200/-
4. Mtpchc[protected]- rs.200/-

This vehicle (Mh02 aj 3895) in the e challan doesn't belong to me. Department is sending messages wrongly to me. You need to update you records.

Kindly correct it and confirm back to me immediately.

I have been given an e challan no, mtpchm[protected] for parking at a bus stop. A photograph is also provided. It is on s. V. Road, santa cruz (West) near central bank of india, opposite standard chartered bank. This bus stop is non-functional since many years. Everybody parks there. It is not a no parking spot. The traffic police must visit the site in question.
I am wrongly penalized. Please revoke the e challan.

The driver of this black santro was driving like a madman, honking, changing lanes without signalling and driving rashly in a crowded street.
On asking him what happened, he abused me and swerved dangerously in front of my car in a crowded street.
This happened twice, once in the service lane of sclr near siddhipura industrial estate and then at nausena vihar road, near kohinoor school.

This person should be apprehended at all costs before he causes death or grave bodily injury to pedestrians

I was riding my way back to home from chakala, andheri to oberoi mall, goregaon via western express highway on on my scooty honda dio on 08/10/2017, i faced very rash driving from car no. Mh 46 ap 1003, he was over speeding and almost killed me by hitting me on my left side causing me to collapse from my two wheeler, i somehow tried to balance myself, meanwhile he ran away with full speed without stopping.

Please take some serious action on this driver otherwise he could kill some other guy in future. You can find scratches on the right side of that car. Immediate action from your side would be very helpful.

Sir, their is a e challan wrongly made for the vehicle mh03al1205, this is tvs make appache motor bike.in the image the bike number is not clearly visible. But the bike make is clearly visible, this is honda shine. So it is request to cancel the e challan number mtpchc[protected] and suspended the officer who make the wronge e challan and create panic for me as well as the other. Thanking u

On 5 october 2017 at dadar tt circle at 7pm around, prasad suul a matunga traffic officer slapped a person 6times in front of me.. Please check the cctv video and take immediate action.. I was charged for helmet fine vehicle paper and liscense fine when i was having a liscense and vehicle papers.. Also the officer was assaulting insulting n giving bad words.. He had no right to abuse and hit people.. Wat type of law and order is it... Bring in notice about the same to the superiors.. Please give me feedback about the same.. My mobile no. [protected]

Dear sir,
This is to know whether it is legal or illegal about parking by private bus operators. Parking of the buses on both the sides of midc road blocks the road and leads to heavy traffic. The major parkings are done by n. B. S travels, shree ganesh travels, ganesh travels, raman travels, and others. I think there is some share of local owners and traffic policemen to allow parking on a public road. Oe if it is legally allowed then why car owners are not allowed to park? And only buses are allowed. Sometimes bus drivers causes damage to bikes and scooters already parked to make their own space for parking

If this issue is not addressed by higher authority we may go to rti to seek the information.

My wife was crossing the road at phoenix mall lower parel and driver of vehicle number mh 01 ma 6214 a white colour toyota car started teasing and harresing her by passing comments as i was sitting in the car oppsite side my called me but as soon as i reached there the driver of the car ran away with the car as my wife and some passers by people noted the number of the car we want you to take strict action against the person

We has visited mahalaxmi temple 27.09.2017 evening around 07.30 to 8.30. My self and my wife both are disable couple i was driving the car modified for me. When we wanted to park a car on one road opposite the road of temple we were told by constables posted there to park on the other road which is next to temple. So we took our vehicle there and when we tried to park there constable told us to park on the other road from where we had come. After lot of request he allowed us to park the vehicle. My wife went for darshan. One police vehicle was parked ahead of my vehicle after 15 minutes two another police inspectors came and asked me to remove my vehicle i told them i will move after around 5 minutes people of police vehicle which was parked came around 5 to 6 they were all healthy family people but they were allowed to park their vehicle but i was forced to take away my vehicle inspite of me telling them that we both are handicapped people still they didn't listened to me.

All these happened in between 07.45 to 08.10. Police vehicle no is mh04 epc87.

I don't understand why people like us can't park the vehicle for 10 to 15 minutes inspite of the the law that handicapped person can park there vehicle in no parking area and healthy people just because they were from police allowed to park.

Kindly look into the issue so that people like us should not suffer.

Sir mera complain he ki kalbadevi signal pr jab red signal hota he tab sab bike n vehicles zebra crossing pr rukte he jo traffic rule k khilaf he itna din notice krne k bad mene traffic hawaldaar ko bola to wo ulta bat karta he k humko dusre b kaam he. N ye sab faltugiri band karo rule samzane ka.. Ladies se bat karne ki unko tamiz nai he. Ye roz subah 11 baje se dekh rahi hu sir.. Public ka right jo he wahi mene bataya k wo kaha se chale. Dear sir,

I fully support and commend the effort taken by traffic constables regarding the issuing of e-challans.in a city with narrow roads and metro work being done traffic signals are followed by few.

With regard to this i routinely check whether any of our cars have pending fines due and we've never found any so far as we strictly conform to traffic laws.

However, it's come to my notice that i've received an e-challan against an infraction that may have been wrongly detected.

The challan in question is as follows : mtpchm[protected]

My vehicle number is a bike mh02cg6450.

Offense claims i was caught at 12.42 am without a license. Considering i only use the bike to travel to and from work between 9-5pm during the day, i find it absurd that i should have an e-challan to my name after midnight. The photograph fails to provide any evidence due to lack of light.

I kindly ask you to review the matter again, as i'm sure there has been an error.

I am from mumbai and i have taken my vehicle as active on the footpath to have a cup of tea and that time the towing vehicle came the towing contract person came i told him i am having a cup of tea and will go he was ready to go with out towing vehicle later on the in charge of traffic police for the towing vehicle came down and told me that i will towing the vehicle and we have some argument with time even that time i was little harsh but still i want to know with my vehicle weather the other vehicle was charge or not it's was near lower parel east marathon futher later on we went to police statiob he has recorded the conversation and tell that it's will hard for u but still he have that conversation i don't mind if i get jail of some fine but i want to know about the shop vehicle was fine for towing or not even i can say weather he left his vehicle with out fine of towing if i get reply from ur side it's ok or will file rti for regading this even file in court also
