I would like to make a complaint for the experience i had. I was in an auto and the autowala crossed the signal. The driver was an old man of nearly 85 age. Ur staff said to the driver 'kitni umar hai teri, bahot charbi aayi hai na, aisa fine marunga na ki next time signal nahi todega'. He agreed to his mistake and was ready to pay the fine. Ur staff said that i am standing at the signal for 12hrs and therefore i will charge u rs. 400. Later ur staff took him to one side and said y r u worring, tell the madam who is in your auto to pay the money if its not possible for u.
Now i want you to clarify few things for me:
1. He has no right to speak to any senior citizen in this manner
2. V dont care if he is standing at the signal for 12 hours. He doesn't do us a favour. He gets paid for his work
3. Just because he is standing for 12hrs doesn't mean he will impose a double fine to the old man.
4. And the last thing is that he is no one to tell the auto driver to take money from me.. It was in between them
V r citizens of india and dey r working to help us.. Not to increase our problems. They should understand their responsibility too. Just because u people have rights does not mean you can cross the limits

I booked uber cab which came 15mins late than the arrival time. When i tried cancelling the cab it was charging me the entire amount so i didn’t cancel.
When the uber driver arrived he didn’t allow me first to sit, i even fell down, i got up and sat in the cab ;
Then he in very rude tone said i dont want to drop you at the location & asked me to cancel the cab,
I denied because it was charging me the entire amount while cancelling so he himself cancelled the cab saying i am being rude to him.
He didn’t even think that i got my leg and hand injured, & instead of dropping me at my location out of courtesy, he just cancelled the cab.
Additionally when i argued with him he just tried frightening me for calling the police.
He himself misbehaved with me by giving bad words to a lady in traffic.
I want some action to be taken against him.
I have submitted the same issue to uber customer care.
But i wanted to inform the traffic police as well about such mannerless & heartless cab drivers in the city.

Sir some anti-social people (Qutub alam shah) trying to start illegal vehicles union for parking as for money on the running road of sakinaka 90 feet located in front of durga bhuvan hotel near st. Jude school, so it's my humble request to you don't give them any kind of permissions to put their union board or any of their activities on this running road, plz keep my details hidden for my safety

Every day there is traffic at shankar lane, near shankar madir kandivali west due to signal not working which causes lot of disturbance to the people staying nearby also every day cops needs to be called in order to clear the traffic.
Traffic singal is installed but not working so if the signal starts working traffic could be avoided
Also what's the use of signal if it is not working

Where: main road between thakur circle and oberoi garden.

Lot of eateries, saloon, paan shops on footpath. Auto parked all over in 2-3 lanes at times.
Varsha road transport trucks parked all the time. People consuming alcohol, drugs and passing leud comments to ladies walking by. Destination busses cover both side of the road and the corner reducing any visibity at cross roads and corners making it accident prone.

Even after repeated complaints, it is observed that the a very large number of vehicles are coming in the narrow lane from no-entry side. It often leads to honking and is becoming a nuisance for local residents especially senior citizens and for hospitals and nursing home.in this regard the citizens from our area are very angry and soon we will be reporting it to media. Please place a new sign board on the new prabhadevi road so that drivers are aware. The no entry side is from seaface road (Prabhadevi new road) towards kharude market (J b temkar marg). This complaint is for the unauthorised cars parked at the entrance lane of our society building, which is severely blocking entry and exit of other cars. Our building is located at 18- ambedkar road, opp lok group tower, khar west, mumbai (Dreamland apartments). We had requested the car owner to move the car but he flatly refused, and dared us to take whatever action.
The entrance road is not very wide as you can see from the photograph.
God forbid, but in case of any emergency fire brigade or ambulance etc will not be able to come to rescue. The drain cover on the side is also broken so that reduces the space even further.
The road / lane is under bmc jurisdiction, hence parking / illegal blocking should not be permissible.
We need help from mumbai traffic police to help us resolve the issue amicably. If need be, we can visit the police station of our area and lodge formal fir on this issue.

Today 13 Dec 2017 at 5.55 PM, my wife pulled up outside Haiko shopping mall in Powai where a driver had double parked outside the authorized parking. When he was asked to remove his vehicle so that my wife could park in the authorized parking he blatantly refused and threatened my driver and wife. Not only the driver of the car Red Honda City MH 02 CV 2295 was breaking traffic laws but was unashamedly arrogant about it and also went on to be totally rude and unruly with a lady. Photo of the offence is attached. I hope swift action would be taken against such offenders so they get a lesson for future.

Every day while traveling to work at infinity it park malad east off film city road, i have to face traffic issues due to illegal parking of cars and other goods carrying autos plus vanity buses.

Moreover the furniture shops are also on footpath so people have to walk on roads causing more traffic.

Require your immediate attention in this regards

Total 20 to 25 shops was there all customers park two wheeler in front of shop approximately 100 bicker parks there
At evening every day
That road directly connected to eastern express highway

I want to report about the sad state of driving in mumbai. I am a thane resident who travels with my husband on a bike to work in bandra east (Near kalanagar). This morning (Dec 12) around 7.35 am, a scooter riding vehicle number mh02 en 5319 suddenly swerved into the opposite lane without giving any indicator whatsoever. Our bike, which was right behind him, rammed into the scooter and in the impact, our pulsar's mudguard broke completely.
When we confronted the scooter rider, he calmly parked his scooter outside hallmark building, near gurunanak hospital, and told us it was our fault as we "couldn't control our own bike"! This is ludicrous!
He refused to pay damages and bullied his way out of paying anything. If mumbai traffic police or mumbai police personnel check into cctv footage from hallmark building, they can verify my claim.

We demand payment for repairing our bike's mudguard.

Children in chunabhatti go to school by school buses which pick up the children from chunabhatti garden which is near the chunabhatti railway station. It is observed that some private buses which are not school buses are parked near the chunabhatti railway phatak. Due to this buses there is lot traffic jam when railway phatak is closed. You are therefore requested to take action against these buses parked in morning near the chunabhatti railway phatak.

Dear sir,

1. I am residing at anuradha building, eksar road, behind laxmi narayan temple, near mcf joggers park, borivali west mumbai 400092, for past over 36 years along with my family members and total 21 members staying in the same building which is newly redeveloped. I am working in the software company as senior vice president business development.

2. We have constrained to bring to your serious issue o[censored]nauthorised parking and the public nuisance which is going on the public road and footpath adjacent to our building.

3. However this is not the only issue with these bikes parked. The two wheelers which are perennially parked by unknown people has also become a hub for drunkards and quite often several groups of persons sit on the bikes /auto which are parked and consume liquor. Needless to mention that there are several children who play there and therefore such unwanted activities should be immediately carried out.

4. The illegal parking has also become a source of nuisance for the neighborhood and the people who stroll around. I have clicked the pictures also which i can produce for further action.

5. However we requesting to look in to the matter and take serious steps towards curbing the nuisance which is prevailing and ensure that no such two wheelers/ auto / bicycles are parked on the said public road and footpath. I may also requesting you to kindly put up a board of “ no parking” on the same place. This road is very small and due to this parking it is difficult for us to drive on the same road.

On 13th november 2017 my vehicle number mh47l9614 generated wrong challan of rs 400/- i agreed for the challan for stopped on zebra line but charged for 2 different offence which is unacceptable due to no one provided any evidence
I have ability to pay this challan but i want a proper proof of offence,
So pls take the proper steps on this case

It's showing transfered in another person name. At vashi rto at present (Unlawfully)

How. Come. Car got noc n transfered.
As after fir stolen car details n information is circulated to all concerned rto authorities & also online on stolen car website of mumbai police.in wanted car list.

Yesterday traffic hawaldar stopped me when i was driving my cab in town side when i was taking right. He said that i was obstructing another car in front but infact there was no car in front of me and i was also on the right side so there is no question that i am wrong. Still he took photo of my number plate. These deeds will hamper the trust which we have on our traffic police.

My car number mh-02-dg-7338 was parked on m. M. Chotani cross rd no 2 at 9.30 a. M. On 1st dec 2017. Car was parked in one way direction on left side of road. It was parked where no mention of no parking board was fixed at least in visible length. Finally my car was towed in evening at 4.00 p. M. And have to pay fine of rs 672/-.
I want to know exactly why my car was towed. My receipt number is mtprcc[protected] dt 1st dec 2017. Mumbai trafic police at mahim police, opp mahim church at 6.15 p. M. Was uneable to explain me as to what was my fault neither told me within what area of no parking vehicle should not be parked.

Parking is being charged at chandavarkar cross road which is not by mcgm but some contractor. I have attached the reciept.

A contractor known as hari om enterprises has started collecting money in the name of mcgm aagainst two whelers parking near rajmahal hotel chandavarkar road borivali west
Please let public know wether this step is taken by municipal authorities or just a fraud being carried out to loot public any some person.
