I stay on b. W. Pathare marg, shivaji park, dadar west.. The backside lane of dadar catering college..
It is getting extremely difficult day by day to get in & out of the building during the school leaving hours i. E. Between 12.45 to 1.30 and again during evening when wedding takes place in kohinoor (Institute of hospitality management cause of the traffic cause due to parking of cars on both sides of the lane, when parking is allowed on 1 side officially..

I have apply for duplicate dl on[protected] and make the payment on[protected]. Application no - [protected]. Name - devang bhatt.
Still not received duplicate dl or not received any communication from them about duplicate dl. I m applying for duplicate dl through sarthi. Nic.in website. Plz help me with my complaint.

Today 18 feb 2018, eastern express hwy (I was travelling towards thane from powai in a private bus) i saw this yellow/ black taxi driver driving in extreme traffic (7:41 pm) with his mobile phone on his steering wheel (Hiding his speedometer and othe gauges on the dashboard) playing youtube while driving. My bus was travelling next to the taxi and i got a chance to see him for quite long time. He was changing videos after after video while inching forward in the rush traffic. I felt very concerned and decided to report. Thanks if you could take a look at it or at least ask the driver and make sure he understands by doing such stupidity he is jeopardizing someone else’s life.

At 20:30 pm on s v road, borivali west, driver of honda city white registeraton no. : mh02cb1707 was driving dangerously and when draw his attention on harsh driving he threaten to hit the car and also threaten to kill.

I request you to please take necessary action against that person and do the needful.

In support to my complaint i have photograph showing registration number of car which is he has parked on the middle of the road to threaten.

A bottleneck is created due to this parking on road no 1 sundernagar, kalina,. I wonder why rto is not objecting to this kind of parking. I see rto vans taking rounds around various lanes in kalina. They seem to be targeting cars only. But these two wheelers which are right on the main road creating bottlenecks and inconvenience public are being blatantly ignored.

My two wheeler was towed away from an authorised parking slot, the reason given by police officer on duty was that it was due to on call complaint received by them from a shopkeeper whose shop falls exactly in front of the parking slot, they cannot help if anyone complains on call that any vehicle is causing hindrance to them, is it legal to tow away a vehicle from official parking, under which act is this permissible, please reply

Today, i checked mumbai police website and found 3 challans in my name. All 3 challans are at the same location on the eastern express highway near kanjurmarg.

Today while driving on the highway, i saw there is not a single sign board of speed limit on the route.

Being an expressway, they should put speed limit signboards, as the drivers are not aware of the limit.

Kindly look into it.

Right from morning 8.00 am to evening 7.00 pm, school vans, tourist & kali peeli taxis are double parked/in the middle of the road at the junction of firdausi road & katrak road at wadala market end thereby restricting movement of vehicles. Another nuisance is washing of all these vehicles by double parking on the road in the morning from 7.00 am till 10.00 am. Seeing is believing.

I spoke with customer helpline no [protected] and got an understanding that the offence reported (E challan no mtpchc[protected]) of vehicle no mh03bh1893 was due to over speed on eastern freeway for a speed of 85kmph.

Considering that the speed is maintained within acceptable limits, request you to please consider and cancel the mentioned e challan.

I really appreciate your effective management of the daunting task of managing over 2.7 million vehicles.

It has been noticed that the signal from pataliputra junction to behrambaug in jogeshwari west link road (Both sides) has been covered with illegal parking of rickshaws and other commercial vehicles like tempos and trucks. Moreover you will find shop keepers / garages (Illegal) are using upto fifty percent of the roads keeping their shop items or waste products or illegally parking their dumped vehicles on the road. With the metro work going on it takes around 45 minutes to cover that one signal. As if this was not enough you will find two wheelers as well as rickshaws (Without uniform / sharing) plying from the wrong side and are always ready for a fight if you try opposing them.
Sir / madam, please look into the matter at the earliest because this culture doesn't belong to mumbai. It doesn't even look like a proper city. People should be shown their sense of responsibility.

Sir i wanted to bring to your notice that my vehicle numbered mh01bp7572 has been towed from abdul rehman street on 6-2-2018 and in the evidence proof dey have uploaded some other two wheeler mh01bq0701 and when i visited wadi bunder traffic station they were telling me that you have to come on the same day otherwise the person deletes the photo and the concerned person was talking very rudely with me. Pliz look into this matter and provide me the evidence of my vehicle being in a non parking zone asap..

There is lot of nuisance happening everyday on p. M road (Khotwadi), santacruz west 400054 by violating rule of one way vehicle only. This is creating lot of traffic everyday which is leaving no space to even walk on the road. Besides there is lot o[censored]nauthorized vehicle parking by all the garment shops on p. M road for loading and unloading of material which is causing traffic jam.

There has to be a continuous supervision on the road which is lacking. Pls look into this asap and get it resolved.

Cars are parked on Ranade road dadar till Dadar west station illegally. It literally jams the area and we hardly find any space to walk. Even other vehicles can not move ahead... Is there any law in traffic constitution law to remove the vehicle which is not in use for long time. 3 four wheeler car occupied our public road which is not in use. Please do the needful to remove these car under traffic law for keeping safe road for walking public as well as running vehicle. Would be highly appreciated. This morning this tempo driver almost intentionally banged into the auto i was travelling along with my 6 year old son at ganesh nagar kandivali west at 0810 am on 02 feb 2018.. When i confronted him as a good samaritan... He even abused me.. Please take strict actioñ. I am uploading his vehicle no photo.

Sir, received the above challan on my phone. This pertains to vehicle number mh47a3747 and no evidence is contained in the challan. This vehicle does not belong to me or any of my family members. My vehicle, registered in my wife's name, bears the number mh47a3727. Also on jan 27, 2018 the vehicle has not been driven at all.
Please withdraw the challan from my name and also request you to disconnect this vehicle number from my phone number.

I am resident of gurudrishti, plot no.9, mhada, s. V. P. Nagar, near versova telephine exchange, andheri west, mumbai 400053. Cars are parked in angular position on the road having road devider and some cars parked permanently and as such shortening road width and creating traffic problem for school buses including best buses and also school children from st. Mary school become prone to accidents. Please take suitable remedial action for streamlining the parking and traffic. Thanks.

We from new gokul society vwx members had filed a complaint at kandivali east rto police station. We haven’t got any proper reply or action from the officer in charge! They refused to help us point blank reason given was the government doesn’t not give support in terms of equipment’s (Towing vans after 9pm) i have attached complaint letter hereby for your reference kindly look into it and assist us!

I am from subhash lane, daftary road, malad (East)

I want to inform you that in subhash lane there is too much traffic and people are park their vehical in any places.. There is no place to walk people on street.. Mejor unwanted parking is there.. There is no any rules and regulation & and one more things i want to tell you that people are park their vehical, motercycle in subhash lane and going to do their work towards mumbai and by night they will come and pick their vehical so its not pay park lane.

So here i request to you that please take such action for this lane
