My name is Koratala Pratyusha. I appeared for sem 1 (CBGS) (Choice base) December 2017, seat number[protected]. I gave my silver kt engineering mechanics exam and it came unsuccessful. I applied for reevaluation and photocopy but didn't receive either of them. Due to the new rule passed it is said that students can get photocopy of answer sheets through mail in 2 weeks but 3 weeks have passed and there has been no response. My exam had really gone well and I am confused why I got such less marks.I also had applied for re evaluation of engineering mechanics exam sem 1 (cbgs) (choice base) May 2017 seat number[protected] last year when the results were declared and I still haven't received the re evaluated marks yet. Its been a year and my seat number was not in any of the re evaluation lists which have come till now. And the Marks of both may 2017 mechanics paper and December mechanics 2017 paper are same, 17. But I am pretty sure my December 2017 paper was really good so it's confusing that this has happened. I would appreciate mumbai university to revert back on this and kindly give my re evaluated marks and photocopy of paper. Its disconcerting as now I have to give my golden kt of mechanics in coming may if nothing happens.

I think mu peopler so busy in their work that they have no time to pick the calls... I mean i dont even remember how many times i called to the revaluation department... The one who gave me the number of that department herself said that they won't pick the phone you have to visit here personally... I would suggest you people jst disconnect all the telephones at mu... They don't need it...

I rajeshree divkar exam seat no 35478 appeared for my law of evidence paper qp code 13239 on 23 may 2017. Results declared on 30 august 2017, applied for revaluation and copy. Revaluation results declared on 10 november 2017 with further reduction of marks from 34 to 32.
I have cleared all my previous sem exams in first attempt. I also cleared my llm cet with 58 mks. So i got my answer sheets evaluated by a university moderator in which i scored 48 marks. So i made rounds to mu kalina campus and requested for a manual reassessment of my papers instead of online with no effect
Finally i reappeared for my law of evidence paper on 27 november 17, but till date results have not been declared. It is more than four months now. How long do i have to wait for justice.
May i please request you to get my first attempt paper of law of evidence qp code 13239 manually examined by your moderator and give me justice.

I fail to understand why does a reputed entity as mumbai university stoop so low. I am at a loss for words. No procedure in place, no co-ordination, no standardization whatsoever, no resolution (This reflects in the statistics on your board too, 3k + complaints and only 6 resolved). So what do we rely on.
I had given my sem v and vi of the 3 year llb course from the mumbai university in the month of april-may 2017. The results were out in october 2017 and that is to say, after a long period and a lot of agitation from the students across the state.
I, having faith in the marking system of the said university applied for a revaluation of my 3 papers from sem vi. I had 54, 52 and 51 in evidence, adr and law on women and children papers respectively. By taking this step, i was sure that if marks any omitted may be added to my existing marks. That proved to be a huge mistake. The revaluations came in batches in november, december, january, february, march and is still on. When i checked my marks for the above subjects, it took away the faith i had on the mumbai university. I had 45, 48 and 6 in evidence, adr and law on women and children papers respectively. So now what???
Is there no protocol on what process is to be followed when a student applies for a revaluation?
There's no way a student would apply for a reevalation to have this marks lower than what he scored. What would that imply? That the professor who originally checked the paper didnt have any idea about the marks he/she should have awarded to the student and that the marks was given in random.
I had requested for the photo copies of these papers too.
How can the university give a lower marks to what has been originally scored.in case of mistake in adding up the total, if theres a mistake its understood and it does make sense. Same is the case where a student has been awarded a certain mark twice for the same answer. But how can you counter-question where for a certain answer, 8/12 marks were awarded but the next professor chooses to give 6/12. Why should the original marks if higher of the two should not be the criteria for as is the case for many other universities.
Also, there seems to be a rule book with regards to the revaluation that states that the existing marks can be changed only when the change is more than 10%. Does the mumbai university really apply these rules when they do the revaluation.
I am not sure if theres any rule that states what apart from the 10% criteria, marks will be updated, if the change in marks is more than 10 marks in a 100 marks paper.
And the worst of all this was, the marks that i got for law on women and children. My marks was 51, and post revaluation its a single digit 6. I really have no idea, what is wrong with whatever system the university is relying on but theres one thing i know. There are students like me who have struggled a long way to make this happen and i definitely do not want it to be ruined because of some of them, who are unable to cope within their own system.

I tried logging in a complaint on their inbuilt grievance system but in vain. Nonetheless, i am not going to stop trying.
I would like to take this complaint forward and do whatever it takes to protect my rights.
It definitely isnt fair by all means when a student has to go through hell to get what he/she deserves.

Third year bsc biotechnology department semester fifth revaluation result declared online on 24 november 2017 but till now date 28 march 2018 marksheet of revaluation not yet received. Therefore, 6th semester result has been hold.
So kindly requested you, please notice this issue and resolve asap beause i have already lost my one year due to this.

I am student of sybaf from your respected university. I want to draw your attention that once again the time table of ca exams and sybaf exams are clashing. So, it is my sincere request to make changes into the timetable of sybaf sem vi examination because we have to select any one exam if no changes made. Hope timetable will be soon rectified and necessary changes are brought to notice.

I appeared for ty b.com sem 6 for march 2015 examination.in result i was declared unsuccessful by getting 15 marks. Then i applied for my answer sheet's photocopy. When i calculated the marks it was 56. The university wrongly entered my marks in result. I secured 82% in my sem 5 and in sem 6, because of their mistake i am suffering and not able to continue my further studies.

I am a student of tybmm name shubham ramesh patankar. And i have tried alot to fill the form but i m not getting the semester option and i have to submit the form in the college before 28 plz help me. Out with the issue i have to concentrate on my studies plz do help i m scared. I told it in college they said that contact university my last exam roll number is 977 plz help me i m in trouble and cant study because of this

I am not able to fill the exam form online it is not giving the option of semester and because of that i am not able to proceed further please do help me on this matter as soon as possible i have to submit it to the college on 28. My board exams are near i have done with this so that i could concentrate on my study i don't why it is the problem some of my frnd already done filling the forms but not i am not able to do so please check the issue.

I am a ca inter student and am also in sybaf from dalmia college (Malad)
It pains me to inform you that
We ca students are in a problem
Recently mumbai university had given dates for exam (Sybaf sem 4) and to our shock the exam of ca and mumbai university are clashing the ca exams are from 3 may 2018 to 18 may 2018 and these dates are fixed for every year
On the other hand mumbai university had declared the date which are from 24 april to 4 may
Now the problem is on 3rd may there is exam of ca and also of mumbai university (Sybaf) at same date same time

As you know ca exams are professional exams which is conducted all over india on same time so there is no chance of it changing the dates

So our only hope is mumbai university to change the date

This is not the first time this has happened in november 2017 same thing happened and i think you may be aware of it

I have also mailed, tweeted to vinod tawde sir but it was of no use got no reply or anything
Sir / madam you tell me how am a student suppose to give 2 diffrent exams on same date, same time at diffrent places

Please help you are only hope

And one last request dont see this message as just from one student
But see this message on behalf of all the students who are facing the same problem and the number might be in thoudands

As per court order that llb result declared with in 45 day conduct examination but still not declared llb result from mumbai university many student waiting for law exam resuilt.
Last time aslo mumbai university not declared result that time already filled sued to court agains mumbai university.
So that i request to you please do needfull filled complain to mumbai university

By rule it states that the time table for any semester exam must be announced atleast 30 days prior to the date of examination.

The time table for ty bcom sem 6 has not yet been announced.

However, tentative dates published by the media states that the examination is scheduled to begin from april 3, 2018.

Kindly confirm the same.

I'm a pass out student of ytiet college. I had applied for freeship and college supposed to pay me 34, 000/- which they have received from government. But they are denying to give me the amount. I called many times to mr. Tare. He was giving false promises of giving me money. It's been a long time i have not received my payment. Trying to follow up with mr. Tare everyday but he doesn't co-operate.

As result of semister v (Exam held on nov-2017) of b.com. Declared on 19/02/2018. But, my seat no is not appearing missing in result list. Seat no.2073928 name bijay neupane from clg sinhgad college of commerce. You are requested to look into matter as i was very panic after due such error from the university level. I am trying university number but getting engage. So please help me out.

I mr. Punit jain im in 3rd year civil engineering was having a golden kt in engineering drawing seat no.[protected]Cbgs). It was not cleared so i applied for revaluation in that the marks were reduced than the actual marks which i had got in my result so i had applied for greviance for the same on 14 feb 2018 but still no answer came for it. I request to follow up the same soon as my third year sem 6 is started and i'm not attending it.

I had appeared my tybcom examination from kirti college (Dadar). With seat number:6234247 held in april 2017. I had applied for revaluation and succesfully cleared all subjects. Since i had not received my result i had also submitted a&b form last week but still i have not received my results in print. I request my result to be issued as soon as possible as i need it to apply for further studies.

Hello my self nikita uplekar i'm waiting for my result but i didn't got my result and i think only my result is not published i don't know why this is happening i want to do further studies and my result is not here then how i can go for further studies. It can cause problem for semester 6 result. Result are got declared by 20th february 2018. All of my friends got to know about there result expect mine. Even i m eagerly waiting for my result, just because of this thing i m getting down to depression & health issue because till now it had never happened.

I just wanted to get my transcripts and attestation done. Did my research and found information about timings (11 to 2) ( attached image still a part of official website proves that and 7 other websites and blogs)
Reached at 12.45 and saw a que, as logic says decided to line up. After 15 mins or no one showing up, decided to go in and ask. It was 1.02 and was straight away rejected and spoken very rudely and told to wait as lunch time as begin. I waited till 1.45 ( lunch time ends, at 1.30). Was shouted at by a lady saying lunch time hai.and taken to the director Mr Sunil Patil, who was more rude than any other person in my life has been and warned me in hindi saying ' tu ruka you, transcripts bhool ja, Jo ukkad sakta Hai ukkad' . Was shocked that instead of helping people the student facilitation centre, so rude, derogatory in their language. Before going the legal way for such harassment, decided to try filing complaint in the website. PS Mr Sunil Patil needs a reality check and needs to be replaced, if quality is to be improved.

Missing 6sem paper cz of dat i applied 6sem again now it has been 4 months i havent got the result i lost d job also cz of no marksheets disapointed wid mu give the 5sem 6sem
