Respected Sir / Madam,

I am a resident of New GH-6/152, Paschim vihar, New Delhi - 110087. Our neighbors (Flat 149) have kept some stray cats around the house which are causing the below mentioned issues:
1) The animals constantly poops and urinates in common staircase and the owners who illegally own the cats don't take any responsibility to keep it clean.
2) We doubt that the cats are vaccinated and are worried about being bitten, we have 2 kids in our home who are easy target for the mentioned animal.

I request you to please send Cat catcher and relocate these cats somewhere appropriate so that we stop facing this issue going forward.

I m resident of A-135 first floor Arjun Nagar, safderjung enclave-29.mr anil Kumar here is owner o[censored]pper ground floor as well third floor. Bt he constructed two rooms in his parking space and let out same to some Dhaaba.I request u to kindly take action regarding this matter, because there is always a foul smell and parking issues too.he let out his parking place and always use our parking space for parking. His tenants always do mess in common staircase area and in our parking
Kindly solve issues as soon as possible.

We are a group of social worker who are working for social cause. We wish to bring to your kind knowledge the highest level of corruption being undertaken by engineers and officials of your department in connivance with the owner of the captioned premises located at Burari. The captioned property is involved in the commercial activity since long and owner is running the “LUDO GAME” factory from the said property and Municipal Corporation of Delhi had let the construction activity and illegal running of factory possible by involving their Junior Engineers (Building Department) who in the want of certain gratification has shut their eyes. Two years back on a complaint of a private person the building department people come the premises and on the name of demolition just made a cosmetic denture on the roof and went away. It is beyond imagination that inspite of the action by Municipal Corporation, the owner just within weeks’ time repaired the cosmetic demolition/denture and even added one more floor on the said building. Now I ask to your good self if this is called action taken against the illegal construction then is it not a joke? I am attaching herewith the latest photograph of the said building taken in July 2018 which clearly shows two and half floor illegal construction of building built of let painted in light yellow colour and side wall painted in white colour.
It is hard to believe that when on your records the said building was demolished on so called data in January 2017 then how come by November 2017 the building was re-erected without sanction plan by November 2017, does it not show the hand and gloves relationship of the owner & building department staff? Please refer to the earlier filed PIL at Delhi High Court wherein Justice B D Ahmad & Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva had clearly directed north Delhi Municipal corporation to implement the usage of software so that the computerised the zone wise complaint cell with telephone facility should have been created. I failed to understand if your department would had taken such steps then hoe could the owner of the captioned property with out fearing law of land go on constructing illegal building, and your department mute spectator.
Hence, I call upon you to take immediate step and seal said captioned building and disconnect its power & water supply as prescribed by Delhi High Court in number of cases. Please note that your failure to take any action/cosmetic action against the said building will definitely force me to go to the court of law.

Please send a Cat catcher team to my area (Pocket C-1/24 sector-11 Rohini .) There were around 5-6 Cats in the area who create a lot of disturbance in area. They bite lots of children and passers in the stares. The team can also check with neighbours about the problem they are facing because of the Cats & Dogs. They didn't allow anyone to pass through the stares. They bark and fight a lot creating so much noisy environment. Especially they bark on every child and elder peoples passing through the stares.. Its difficult very difficult for the living. Please rectify this problem for the sake of happiness of people Do Call me for any clarification required. Complaint against Pramod Sharma, Akhilesh and Ashok Sharma for doing illegal construction on plot no. D40, Mandawali, Kalyan Marg, New Delhi 110092
The above mentioned person are carrying the construction and making building floors and shop at the sight without any approval from the concert authorities and it may cause huge danger to the safety of the general public so please take immediate action against those people.

Complaint against illegal construction going on has fallen to deaf ears as no action has been taken against this despite multiple complaints. J.E., S.L. Meena has taken no action even after visiting the place twice. at 1775 1st floor pahar ganj illegal property is being constructed and it is still going on an no action has been taken by authorities despite providing them with all the photographic evidence and they themselves visiting the place.

the construction has narrowed the common area by constructing a ten feet tall wall which against the law and also they have closed the void and constructed a fourth floor which is illegal as per government of delhi

Any one can visit and see the law beaking in delhi in Tri Nagar at 2527A, Jain Sathanak Road, The factory is running without licence without fire protection equipments, without paying any house tax for commercial activities, without paying any commercial water charges, and do not keep any labour record also
No agency is taking any action No Police No MCD No Labour Inspector visit here because of heavy contacts and jack

I am a resident of pocket 15 A sector 24 rohini Delhi. In our pocket construction work is going on in plot number 44. Where everyday construction worker take bath outside the counstructed plot. They put water in big tubs that they always left with water after taking bath. They also spill water on road that they don't clean and this lead to danger of dengue mosquito in my area. There are many small children in my region playing on same street and are in possible danger of getting dengue because of this standing water. Please take a suitable action as soon as possible. Attaching pictures also.

There are more than 40 Street dogs in Chuna Mandi, Paharganj who barks at every person passes through roads and Street. They also run behind children and they fell down and injured. They also bite people. Please help us. In morning they run after school going kids. In our Gali no. 6 more than 10 dogs always barking and disturbing each and every person.

I am a resident of fauji colony mukandpur part 2 and in my area every single plot which is not made is full of garbage and in when rain comes the street and naali becomes one and the garbage car send by MCD comes in every 3 to 4 or even 5or 6 days and they have very bad behaviour and they argue to almost every person and they run when they come in street and some people are not able to put garbage so ifthey need help the people from mcd deny and they are taking free momey from govt

Hi,

I am manisha a resident of Madhuvihar area in new delhi. I face issue while crossing the street as the street dogs bark on me whenever see me going. Even they go to me. I feel very scary and its a genuine issue as they may bite anybody. They are 5-7 dogs. As i am a working girl so i have to cross the street on a daily basis to board my office cab many of the time i get late to board the cab sometime the driver moves the cab just because i could not reach the pickup location on time.
So, kindly look into this matter on a high priority i would request you to take those dogs from here. It would be really appreciable.

SABZI Thellas on Street

I am Resident of sukh vihar, opp gagan vihar chowk, Delhi51, My complaint is regarding the Sabzi thellas which stand up every friday from 07:00 PM to 11:00 in front of the our houses which cause many problems to us.we reside near the sukh vihar community centre at Bhisham lal sharma marg( its a main road connecting som bazar anarkali to preet vihar )as on friday there is alot of traffic jam due to that and more of chain pulling and pickpocket activities started taking place .Due to this illegal sabzi mandi there is aproblem of hygiene and cleaniness also.we requests you please take action against these sabzi thellas and remove them.

At W Z 17 Street no 15 new mahabir nagar. This is a builder's made house with 3 floors, but letter on owner of 3rd floor sale out the roof and now they are consturct a full 3 room set. Even the walls of ground floor are having cracks.

If any earthquake came the whole house will be get down.

Please check and take the necessary action in this regard.

This is to inform you that we are facing drainage blockage due to building material lying sincr four years in plot 388 Bhera Enclave, New Delhi 87 .Due to malba and badarpur drainage system is blocked.It never get cleaned up. In rainy area badarpur flowing into the drainage resulting flooding at my premises My mother who is 79 yrs of age and asthmatic facing problems due to this malba This has become nuisance.
Nobody bothers because the plot is lying

I, Radha Devi, writing this to inform you that I and my colony residents are suffering from inferior dogs roaming around our streets which are very highly dangerous.So, kindly request you to pay attention towards my problem. This is to inform you that illegal and unauthorized construction has been started at property number L-28, second floor, (construction on 4th floor) West Patel Nagar, New Delhi-110008 since past 15 days.

Mr. Rajiv sethi owner of Singh builder L-28, second floor, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi-110008 have started the construction without any approval of mcd or any other authorities. This building does not have any base and construction is going in full swing.
You are requested to kindly look into this matter on priority and take action to stop this construction.
