Respectively and also several mail to dc sdmc, nodal officer sdmc, mayor sdmc, cm delhi, lg delhi, chief vigilance officer regarding illegal/unauthorized construction in A-32, chankya place part -1, 25 foota road street no 14 uttam nagar new delhi-110059. Its comes under south delhi municipal corporations west zone building-2 department. This unauthorized construction has happened right under the nose of sdmc officers. And no one take any action due to the corruptive nature of junior engineer, assistant engineer, executive engineer, superintendent engineer of sdmc building-2 west zone department of the officer of sdmc building department failed to take the action in unauthorized colony chanakya place part-1 uttam nagar and even nodal officer sdmc, dc sdmc and mayor sdmc also received several mail but failed to take the action. They failed to get stopped/demolished the unauthorized construction in the above mentioned address at its initial/ongoing stage. The officer also failed to get booked the unauthorized construction carried out in the above said property for taking action u/s 343/344 of dmc act. The dc sdmc and the officer of west zone building -2 sdmc also failed to get action initiated for sealing the unauthorized construction u/s 345-a and prosecution of owner/builder u/s 332/461 or complain u/s 466-a of dmc act. They also failed to get action initiated for disconnection of electricity and water to prevent the unauthorized construction. There is large scale of corruption in sdmc building department west zone-2 and whole sdmc even after complaint they failed to get action on above said property. Kindly made an vigilance enquiry against the all the above said officer including nodal officer sdmc and dc sdmc for ignoring/neglecting their duty due to the corruption also sealed that above said property immediately as chankya place part-1 uttam nagar is an unauthorized colony nobody can make the construction but due to the corruption so many illegal construction are running. Kindly make an raid in this area to capture all the current running unauthorized construction in this area.

Resident of Vasant Kunj Pocket C 6&7, Flat no 6264 GF, there is rain water drain before the entrance running from Flat no 6265 to 6257, which is not cleaned from last more 4 years. This rainy season there was water logging during heavy rains. Request to get it cleaned on URGENT basis a) to avoid water logging B) Entrance to house during rainy season without much hassle C) Avoid any breeding of Dengue mosquitoes D) Smooth rain water flow to water harvesting pits made recently in the Community centre of the pocket before the above houses.
An early action will be highly appreciated.

Our opposite building intentionally throw garbage in the streets which creates dirtiness nearby in our appartment on daily basis. Safai karmachari is also fed up due to this.
Request you to pls take necessary step against the building owners so that dirtiness in the street can be avoided and also dengue can be avoided.

I am a resident of D/7/47, Sector-15, Rohini, Delhi-110089. Yesterday, I was going to purchase some items from nearby shop, then on our resident street a ### bite on my right leg. This ### has been biting so money house workers in our locality. The painful injections and afterword round to Hospital also given me pain.
You are therefore, requested to depute your dog squared to catch the ### to save our life as early as possible.

This is to bring to your immediate attention that there is extensive illegal construction activity being carried out on the public land in Sarita Vihar by flats number E-22 and E-23. Both these flats have encroached upon the open spaces around them for further extension of their premises. Flat no. E-23 has extended its main balcony along the entire length of the house converting it into a huge terrace. In doing so they have taken up the space over the front of the garage area by putting up a column right in the middle of it. That column needs to be removed. Moreover, this encroachment has compounded the already existing parking problem on that stretch.

Request your immediate intervention in this regard.

3 Any person putdown waste material front of my home.
4.Lot of water standing surrounding my home
so i m kindly requesting you to please take immediate action & displaced the dustbin out of colony.

Street No 15, behind Radisson hotel, Mahipalpur, Delhi.
Sewerage water leaks 24 hours. This causes different kind of diseases. Also in Monsoon there is no proper drainage facility. Sewerage gets full & water comes out on road. People are really disturbed & irritated.Kindly take necessary step.
Every day while going out of house it seems like hell.

I would like to bring under your kind notice that in Bapu Park (Kotla) South Delhi we have a huge dustbin in residential area. We have complained about the same in past also but no actions are taken. It stinks a lot and the smell comes till our houses. We have small children and old age people who are mostly effected by all this. It is not easy to even pass by the dustbin. We have seen tam-poo bringing garbage from different places and throwing here. Can someone take a serious action on the same and get the road and place clean to avoid diseases. Even the staff is very careless about cleanliness. No one comes to check how dirty the roads are and how badly it stinks. Lot of people are getting effected and fell ill.

Myself Anil, i live in Gulab Bagh, main Najafgarh road, New Delhi. THERE is a problem of sewage overflow and leakage of sewage and unrepaired drain and blockage of drain. the water is entering our home and neighbour's home as well as they( street road and drainage) have not been repaired approximately over the last 6-7 years.there is a government post office in this street they(employees, postman) are also having lots of problem due to this. we have registered complaint before but the workers came and opened the sewer cover and entered their stick into it which reduced the water level 2-3 cm and did this for 15-20 mints the covered the sewer and gone. it is causing a lot of problems to me and my neighbours and also affecting our home's walls badly. there is always damp wall since many years. sometimes it cause nightmares to us. before complaining to the authority i have get the repaired done that sewer and drain 3 times at my own expense, but it stopped for some days, then again the visible sign of leakage in my home. so it is our humble request to you to look into this matter seriously and send engineer also to fix the problem and permanent solution.

I am paid house tax with my property id[protected] and also my grevience no is -29124 but my payment is still pending and alao i lodge grevience but not responding also i am waiting already 15 days but municipal corporation of delhi is not respinding so help me in this case also i am sending mail but not responding mcd worst services in mcd sote

Water Lodging over the main Road Mangal Bazaar Batra hospital, Sangam Vihar is an usual practice now a days.

Not even the way available for Pedesterians and School going children over the road and water raised upto height of 2-3 feets everyday and worst thing is that there are many digs and pits over the road which led to pedesterians fall into dirty water and many vehichles also getting damaged due to those pits.

There is no provision of extraction of Drainage of water and specially for Rain Water. Could you provide an Water Harvesting tank Non-Functional which has been made 4-5 years back but still not functional.

Functional Harvesting Tank is the Best and Cheap source for getting rid of water lodging Issue.

Kindly take an immediate action over this serious matter.

I have paid the property Tax online for 2018-19 using HDFC Bank Gateway on 30-Jun-18. But even after successful payment the receipt was not generated (it came to an error screen to go back to MCD site post successful payment) and when I tried to reprint the receipt at later time the system is not able to find any receipt for the said year and property.

But the amount has been debited from the Credit Card Account (as attached). An compliant has been logged on the online system (Complaint No. 31646) and after that I tried to call the bank number published on the Contact Page of MCD/SDMC website, but nobody is picking up the phone for last 3 days, while the calls are made almost every 30-60 minutes interval on working day. Also the email ID given on Contact Page is being bounced back.

After that I found the MCD officials email (Assessment and Collection Dept) and mailed to them. Even after 48 hours there is no reply or update on this.

A family of 4 monkeys have been creating nuisance in the block for the past few months. Disturbing the daily routine of the people and also destroying private property. Please take necessary action on this issue as soon as possible.

I have already lodged a grievance on mcd's website ( grievance id- GRV/WSZ/2018/121774, dated 20/05/2018), but no action has been taken on this matter.
It has already been way more than a month.
Please take action on this matter on topmost priority urgently.

I live on Pyarelal road, dev nagar, ( pop. Bapa Nagar ), Karol Bagh . There is a constant flow of dirty water outside my house . This is sewage overflow from an open drain coming down from Anand Parbat . Huge amount of dirty silt is collecting outside my house and there is a foul smell making it impossible for us to open any doors or windows . It is impossible to go out of the house because of all the silt . The safai karamcharis do not bother to clean this patch .
